其中, 所述节目标识信息可以为但不局限于节目序号或节目链接地址, 本发明实施例对此不进行限制, 可按照具体情况进行设置。
102、 将预先上传的与所述节目标识信息对应的节目中礼物的相关信息 发送给所述用户终端标识信息对应的用户终端, 所述相关信息包括礼物位 置信息, 以使得所述用户终端在节目播放过程中根据所述礼物位置信息显 示礼物提示信息, 并根据所述礼物提示信息查找所述礼物。
其中, 所述礼物是用户上传的希望进行分享的内容或者是运营商上传 的希望推送给用户的内容, 具体可以为节目周边内容如: 节目中人物的背 景资料、 主角的写真集、 节目主题曲、 节目相关的高清壁纸、 自己制作的 精彩集锦等多媒体内容, 也可以是与节目无关的其他内容。 礼物的的类型 可以为但不局限于视频、 图片、 文本及超链接等多种类型, 本发明实施例 对此不进行限制, 用户可按照具体情况自行设置。
其中, 所述相关信息除了包括所述礼物位置信息之外, 还可以但不局 限于包括: 节目标识信息、 所述礼物的描述信息、 所述礼物的埋藏线索、 可查看所述礼物的用户范围、 搜索所述礼物时的附加限制规则及所述礼物 的链接地址, 本发明实施例对此不进行限制。
需要说明的是, 所述位置信息包括在节目中设置礼物时所述节目的播 放进度和画面中的坐标; 所述用户终端在节目播放过程中根据所述礼物位 置信息显示礼物提示信息, 并获取所述礼物, 可以但不局限于通过以下方

本发明实施例提供的 IPTV业务的实现方法, 接收 IPTV业务控制服务 器发送的由用户终端的节目请求消息触发的礼物请求消息, 所述礼物请求 消息中携带有节目标识信息, 将预先上传的与所述节目标识信息对应的节 目中礼物的相关信息发送给所述用户终端, 所述相关信息包括礼物位置信 息, 以使得所述用户终端在节目播放过程中根据所述礼物位置信息显示礼 物提示信息, 并根据所述礼物提示信息查找所述礼物, 实现了所述用户对 上传的文件的进一步操作, 为用户在使用 IPTV收看节目的过程中, 提供了 个性化操作以及与其他用户的互动的机会。

本发明实施例 2提供了一种 IPTV业务的实现方法, 如图 2所述, 该方 法包括:
201、 接收 IPTV业务控制服务器发送的礼物请求消息, 所述礼物请求 消息中携带有节目标识信息和用户终端标识信息。
202、 将预先上传的与所述节目标识信息对应的节目中礼物的相关信息 发送给所述用户终端标识信息对应的用户终端, 所述相关信息包括礼物位 置信息, 以使得所述用户终端在节目播放过程中根据所述礼物位置信息显 示礼物提示信息, 并根据所述礼物提示信息查找所述礼物。

在本实施例中, 根据所述用户终端标识信息判断所述用户终端是否有 权限获取所述相关信息, 若所述用户终端有权限获取与所述节目对应的礼 物的相关信息, 则将礼物的相关信息发送给所述用户终端, 因此可以限定 可获取礼物用户的范围, 使得用户可以根据个人需要设置可获取礼物的其 他用户的范围。
进一步的, 用户在发现所述礼物之后, 在所述用户终端获取所述礼物 的方式可以通过以下步骤来实现, 具体为, 如图 4所示, 包括:
203、 在所述节目播放过程中暂停时, 若接收到所述用户终端发送的礼 物下载请求, 则将所述礼物发送给所述用户终端, 并向元数据服务器发送 节目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息 更新节目菜单。
其中, 在将所述礼物发送给所述用户终端时, 也可以将广告发送给所 述用户终端。

其中, 所述节目菜单更新信息可以但不局限于包括节目标识信息、 礼 物的描述信息、 用户权限信息。 所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新 信息更新节目菜单可以通过以下方法实现, 包括: 所述元数据服务器可以 根据所述节目标识信息、 礼物的描述信息、 用户权限信息等信息在节目菜 单中显示出来。 例如, 电影 A中含有礼物 B, 礼物 B为一首歌曲。 本发明实 施例不限制节目菜单的显示方式, 所述节目菜单的显示方式可根据实际情 况进行设置。
进一步的, 用户在发现所述礼物之后, 为了可以连续观看节目, 在所 图 5所示, 包括:

进一步的, 用户在发现所述礼物之后, 为了为节目播放提供足够的网 络带宽, 在所述用户终端获取所述礼物的方式还可以通过以下步骤来实现 , 具体为, 如图 6所示, 包括:
205、 在所述节目在所述用户终端播放的过程中, 若接收到所述用户终 端发送来的礼物收藏请求, 所述收藏信息包括所述节目标识信息、 礼物标 识信息及收藏标识信息, 则向元数据服务器发送节目菜单更新信息, 以使 得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息更新节目菜单。
206、 在所述节目在所述用户终端播放结束之后, 若接收所述用户终端 发送来的礼物下载请求, 将所述礼物和广告发送给所述用户终端。
在本实施例中, 在用户发现礼物之后, 可以通过在观看节目同时直接 下载礼物, 也可以先暂停节目再进行礼物的下载, 还可以先进行收藏, 在 节目播放完之后再进行礼物的下载, 使得用户可以根据自己观看节目的需 要和网络资源的情况选择不同的礼物获取方式。
进一步的, 所述礼物为预先上传的, 若所述预先上传的礼物的上传方 式为指定位置上传, 则所述指定上传的礼物的上传方式可以通过以下步骤 实现, 具体为, 如图 7所示, 包括:
301、在所述节目播放暂停时,接收所述用户终端发送的第一上传请求, 所述第一上传请求包括所述礼物本身以及所述相关信息, 所述相关信息包 括所述节目标识信息、 位置信息及所述礼物的描述信息。
302、 保存所述礼物本身以及所述相关信息, 并向元数据服务器发送节 目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息更 新节目菜单;
需要说明的是, 接收到得所述用户终端发送的所述第一上传请求中也 可以只包含所述相关信息, 若在此情况下, 则根据所述第一上传请求获取 所述用户终端选取的礼物本身, 并保存所述礼物以及所述相关信息, 并向 元数据服务器发送节目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述 节目菜单更新信息更新节目菜单。
其中, 所述用户终端选取的礼物本身可以由网络侧服务器提供, 礼物 的类型的有关描述与所述步骤 102 中的有关描述相同, 本发明实施例对此 不再赘述。
在本实施例中, 通过指定位置上传方式将所述礼物上传至服务器, 使 得用户可以根据自己的实际需要将礼物埋藏位置设置比较精确, 而且用户 也可以准确地知道礼物埋藏的实际位置, 让用户拥有更为完善的个性化操 作。

其中, 所述用户终端选取的礼物本身可以由网络侧服务器提供, 礼物 的类型的有关描述与所述步骤 102 中的有关描述相同, 本发明实施例对此 不再赘述。
另外, 需要说明的是, 所述礼物还可以通过 SP ( Service Prov ider , 业务提供商) 管理员实时进行上传, 具体可以通过以下方式实现: 在广播 节目播放过程中在所述广播节目中埋藏礼物, 并通过所述随机位置的上传 方式实时上传礼物及其相关信息, 本发明实施例对此不进行限制, 用户可 根据实际情况自行设置。
在本实施例中, 通过随机位置上传方式将所述礼物上传至服务器, 由 服务器在所述节目中为所述礼物设置埋藏位置, 用户不需要自行设置所述 礼物在所述节目中的埋藏位置, 操作比较简洁。
进一步的, 在所述礼物上传之后, 为了向其他用户公布礼物上传的信
息, 如图 9所示, 所述 IPTV业务的实现方法还包括:
401、 接收所述用户终端发送的礼物埋藏信息公布请求。
402、 根据所述礼物埋藏信息公布请求, 将礼物埋藏信息发送给其它用 户终端, 以使得所述其它用户终端根据所述礼物埋藏信息, 向所述服务器 发送节目请求。
其中, 需要说明的是, 所述将礼物埋藏信息发送给其它用户终端可以 但不局限于通过以下方式来实现, 具体为: 通过 IPTV 网络或者通过 SNS ( Soc ia l Network Serv ice , 社交网络服务) 来进行发送, 本发明实施例 对此不进行限制, 用户可根据实际情况具体设置。
在本实施例中, 在用户上传礼物之后, 向服务器发送礼物埋藏信息公 布请求, 所述服务器根据所述礼物埋藏信息公布请求, 将礼物埋藏信息发 送给其它用户终端, 使得正在在线观看节目的其它用户可以直接接收礼物 埋藏信息, 并在感兴趣的时候向服务器发送节目请求进行搜索。
另夕卜, 本发明实施例针对于 UGC ( User Crea ted Content , 用户原创内 容)服务器侧的 IPTV 业务的实现方法, 还提供了下载用户终端侧的 IPTV 业务的实现方法, 如图 10所示, 该方法包括:
R101、 向 IPTV业务控制服务器发送礼物请求信息, 所述礼物请求信息 中携带有节目标识信息及用户终端标识信息。
R102、 接收 UGC服务器发送的与所述节目标识信息对应的节目中礼物 的相关信息, 所述相关信息包括礼物位置信息。
R103、 根据所述礼物位置信息显示礼物提示信息, 并根据所述礼物提 示信息查找所述礼物。
需要说明的是, 在查找到所述礼物之后, 可以通过暂停节目下载、 后 台下载、 及收藏下载三种方式进行礼物下载, 实现步骤具体为:
暂停节目下载方法包括: 暂停播放节目, 并向 UGC服务器发送礼物下 载请求, 以使得所述 UGC服务器向用户终端发送所述礼物; 接收所述 UGC 服务器发送的所述礼物。
后台下载方式包括: 在播放所述节目过程中, 向所述 UGC服务器发送 礼物下载请求, 以使得所述 UGC服务器向用户终端发送所述礼物; 接收所 述 UGC服务器发送的所述礼物。
收藏下载方式包括: 在播放所述节目过程中, 向所述 UGC服务器发送 礼物收藏请求, 所述礼物收藏请求包括所述节目标识信息、 礼物标识信息 及收藏标识信息; 在节目播放结束之后, 向所述 UGC服务器发送礼物下载 请求, 以使得所述 UGC服务器向用户终端发送所述礼物; 接收所述 UGC服 务器发送的所述礼物。
其中, 需要说明的是, 在进行礼物下载的之前或在礼物下载的同时还 可以接收所述 UGC服务器发送的广告并播放。
另外, 本发明实施例针对于 UGC服务器侧的 IPTV业务的实现方法, 还 提供了上传用户终端侧的 IPTV业务的实现方法, 如图 11所示, 该方法包 括:
R20 暂停播放节目, 并从预设置的礼物上传方式中确定一种礼物上 传方式, 所述预设置的上传方式包括指定位置上传和随机位置上传。
R202、 选取礼物并根据确定的礼物上传方式将上传请求发送给用户原 创内容 UGC服务器。

本发明实施例提供的 IPTV业务的实现方法, 接收 IPTV业务控制服务 器发送的由用户终端的节目请求消息触发的礼物请求消息, 所述礼物请求 消息中携带有节目标识信息, 将预先上传的与所述节目标识信息对应的节 目中礼物的相关信息发送给所述用户终端, 所述相关信息包括礼物位置信 息, 以使得所述用户终端在节目播放过程中根据所述礼物位置信息显示礼 物提示信息, 并根据所述礼物提示信息查找所述礼物, 实现了所述用户对 上传的文件的进一步操作, 为用户在使用 IPTV收看节目的过程中, 提供了 个性化操作以及与其他用户的互动的机会。
实施例 3
本发明实施例 3提供了一种 IPTV业务的实现方法, 可分为三个部分实 现, 具体为: 礼物上传、 礼物搜索及礼物获取, 主要应用于如图 12所示的 IPTV业务的网络系统中,所述 IPTV业务的网络系统包括: 0ITF-A( Open IPTV Terminal Function- A, IPTV终端功能实体 - A )、 OITF- B、 IPTV Control ( IPTV 控制实体)、 IPTV Application ( IPTV 应用实体)、 IPTV Metadata ( IPTV Metadata Control Function, IPTV元数据控制功能实体)、 CC&CDF ( Clus ter Controller and Content Delivery Function, 集群控制器及内容下发功 能实体)、 AD Server ( advertisement Server, 广告月良务器)、 UGC Server, SNS Server ( Social Network Service Server, 社交网络业务服务器)、 TPF (Transport Processing Function, 传输处理功能实体), 所述 IPTV业 务的网络系统可以由以上所述的功能实体中的多个或全部组成, 本发明实 施例对此不进行限制, 用户可根据实际情况具体设置。 位置上传, 所述随机位置上传的方法, 具体为, 如图 13所示, 包括:

本发明实施例提供了随机位置上传及指定位置上传的两种方法, 通过 对在节目中埋藏礼物位置的设置不同, 满足不同用户对于礼物设置的需求。
本发明实施例中提供的所述礼物搜索的方法, 此方法为用户不在线观 看节目时搜索礼物的方法, 如图 14所示, 包括:

若用户 B正在收看的节目与用户 A埋藏礼物的节目相同, 则将执行步 骤 604a及步骤 605a替换为执行步骤 604b及步骤 605b, 具体为:
604b, 用户 B正在收看与 A相同的电视节目, 突然收到了 A在节目中 埋藏了礼物的提示信息。 由于观看相同的节目, 用户 B此时无需进行点击 节目链接的操作, 只需继续观看节目即可。
605b, 0ITF-B在收到 SNS Server发布的礼物埋藏信息后, 判断埋藏礼 物的节目标识与当前正在播放的节目标识是否相同, 如果相同, 则向 IPTV
Control 发送 Re-INVITE 消息, 所述 Re-INVITE 消息为一个会话过程中 INVITE消息的重发消息, 并不建立新的会话, 而是对现有的会话进行更新, 所述 Re-INVITE 消息中携带了节目标识、 当前节目播放进度(以避免节目 再从头开始播放)、 礼物请求标识。
其中, 需要说明的是, 由于礼物上传方式有两种, 一种是指定位置上 传, 若礼物插入位置在用户 B已经观看过的节目部分, 在这种情况下用户 B 需要把节目向回拖动才能找到礼物; 另一种是随机位置上传, 这种情况下 用户 B只需正常继续观看节目就有可能找到礼物。
需要说明的是, 步骤 605b之后的执行步骤与所述用户没有在线观看节 目时搜索礼物的方法中步骤 606-614—致, 此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供了用户搜索礼物的方法, 用户可以通过 EPG获取礼 物信息, 也可以在线通过 SNS好友公布获取礼物信息, 并且在获取礼物信 息之后可以向服务器发送节目请求进行礼物搜索, 在观看节目的同时完成 礼物的搜索, 使得用户业务体验感好。
本发明实施例提供了礼物获取的方法, 所述礼物获取方法包括在线下 载, 暂停节目后下载及收藏后下载三种方式。
所述在线下载方式的执行步骤具体为, 如图 15所示, 包括:
701、用户 B在发现礼物后,点击下载礼物,根据礼物的链接地址从 UGC Server中下载礼物内容。

第一发送单元 902 ,用于将预先上传的与所述节目标识信息对应的节目 中礼物的相关信息发送给所述用户终端标识信息对应的用户终端, 所述相 关信息包括礼物位置信息, 以使得所述用户终端在节目播放过程中根据所 述礼物位置信息显示礼物提示信息, 并根据所述礼物提示信息查找所述礼 物。
进一步的,如图 18所示,所述第一发送单元 902包括:判断模块 9021、 发送模块 9022。
判断模块 9021 , 用于根据所述用户终端标识信息判断所述用户终端是 否有权限获取所述相关信息。
发送模块 9022 , 用于在所述判断模块确定所述用户终端有权限获取与 所述节目对应的礼物的相关信息时, 将预先上传的与所述节目标识信息对 应的节目中礼物的相关信息发送给所述用户终端, 所述相关信息包括礼物 位置信息, 以使得所述用户终端在节目播放过程中根据所述礼物位置信息 显示礼物提示信息, 并获取所述礼物。
进一步的, 如图 19所示, 所述 UGC服务器还包括: 第一处理单元 903。 第一处理单元 903 , 用于在所述节目播放暂停, 并接收到所述用户终端 发送的礼物下载请求时, 将所述礼物发送给所述用户终端, 并向元数据服 务器发送节目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单 更新信息更新节目菜单。
进一步的, 如图 20所示, 所述 UGC服务器还包括: 第二处理单元 904。 第二处理单元 904 , 用于在用户终端播放所述节目过程中, 在接收到所 述用户终端发送来的礼物下载请求时, 在向所述用户终端发送节目的同时 将所述礼物发送给所述用户终端, 并向元数据服务器发送节目菜单更新信 息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息更新节目菜单。

第三处理单元 905 , 用于在所述节目在所述用户终端播放的过程中, 并 接收到所述用户终端发送来的礼物收藏请求时, 向元数据服务器发送节目 菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息更新 节目菜单。
第四处理单元 906 , 用于在所述节目在所述用户终端播放结束之后, 并 接收所述用户终端发送来的礼物下载请求时, 将所述礼物发送给所述用户 终端。
进一步的, 如图 22所示, 所述 UGC服务器还包括: 第二发送单元 907。 第二发送单元 907 , 用于在向所述用户终端发送所述礼物时, 向广告服 务器发送广告播放请求, 以使得所述广告服务器根据所述广告播放请求向 所述用户终端发送广告。
进一步的, 如图 23所示, 所述 UGC服务器还包括: 第二接收单元 908、 第五处理单元 909。
第二接收单元 908 , 用于在所述节目播放过程中暂停时, 获取第一上传 请求, 所述第一上传请求包括所述礼物本身以及所述相关信息, 所述相关 信息包括所述节目标识信息、 礼物位置信息及所述礼物的描述信息。
第五处理单元 909 ,用于在所述第一上传请求中包含礼物本身以及所述 相关信息时, 保存所述第一接收单元 908接收的所述礼物本身以及所述相 关信息, 并向元数据服务器发送节目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服 务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息更新节目菜单; 在所述第一上传请求中只 包含所述相关信息时, 根据所述第一上传请求获取所述用户终端选取的礼 物本身, 并保存所述礼物以及所述第二接收单元 908接收的所述相关信息, 并向元数据服务器发送节目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据 所述节目菜单更新信息更新节目菜单。
进一步的, 如图 24所示, 所述 UGC服务器还包括: 第三接收单元 910、 获取单元 911、 生成单元 912、 第六处理单元 913。
第三接收单元 910, 用于获取第二上传请求, 所述第二上传请求包括节

进一步的, 如图 25所示, 所述 UGC服务器还包括: 第四接收单元 914、 第三发送单元 915。
第四接收单元 914 ,用于接收所述用户终端发送的礼物埋藏信息公布请 求。
第三发送单元 915 ,用于根据所述第四接收单元 914接收的所述礼物埋 藏信息公布请求, 将礼物埋藏信息发送给其它用户终端, 以使得所述其它 用户终端根据所述礼物埋藏信息, 向所述服务发送节目请求。
本发明实施例提供了一种上传用户终端, 如图 26所示, 包括: 确定单 元 1001、 选取发送单元 1002。
确定单元 1001 , 用于在暂停播放节目之后, 从预设置的礼物上传方式 中确定一种礼物上传方式, 所述预设置的上传方式包括指定位置上传和随
机位置上传;
选取发送单元 1002 ,用于选取礼物并根据所述确定单元 1001确定的礼 物上传方式将上传请求发送给用户原创内容 UGC服务器。
进一步的, 如图 27所示, 所述选取发送单元 1 002 包括: 指定位置上 传模块 1002a、 随机位置上传模块 1002b。
指定位置上传模块 1002a , 用于选取 ^物并确定所述 ^物的相关信息, 并将所述相关信息或所述礼物及所述相关信息携带在第一上传请求中发送 给用所述 UGC服务器, 所述相关信息包括所述节目标识信息、 礼物位置信 息及所述礼物的描述信息。
随机位置上传模块 1002b ,用于选取礼物并确定节目标识信息及礼物的 描述信息, 并将所述节目标识信息、 礼物的描述信息或者节目标识信息、 礼物的描述信息以及礼物本身携带在第二上传请求中发送给所述 UGC服务 器。
进一步的, 如图 28所示, 所述上传用户终端还包括: 发送单元 1003。 发送单元 1003 ,用于将礼物埋藏信息公布请求发送给所述 UGC服务器。 本发明实施例提供了一种下载用户终端, 如图 29所示, 包括: 第一发 送单元 1101、 第一接收单元 11 02、 获取单元 1103。
第一发送单元 1101 , 用于向 IPTV业务控制服务器发送礼物请求信息, 所述礼物请求消息中携带有节目标识信息。
第一接收单元 1102 , 用于接收 UGC服务器发送的与所述节目标识信息 对应的节目中礼物的相关信息, 所述相关信息包括礼物位置信息。

并且, 在本实施例中, 根据所述用户终端标识信息判断所述用户终端 是否有权限获取所述相关信息, 若所述用户终端有权限获取与所述节目对 应的礼物的相关信息, 则将礼物的相关信息发送给所述用户终端, 因此可
以限定可获取礼物用户的范围, 使得用户可以根据自己的需要设置可获取 礼物的其他用户的范围;
而且, 在本实施例中, 在用户发现礼物之后, 可以通过在观看节目同 时直接下载礼物, 也可以先暂停节目再进行礼物的下载, 还可以先进行收 藏, 在节目播放完之后再进行礼物的下载, 使得用户可以根据自己观看节 目的需要和网络资源的情况选择不同的礼物获取方式;
进一步的, 在本实施例中, 通过随机位置上传方式将所述礼物上传至 服务器, 由服务器在所述节目中为所述礼物设置埋藏位置, 用户不需要自 行设置所述礼物在所述节目中的埋藏位置, 操作比较简洁; 通过指定位置 上传方式将所述礼物上传至服务器, 使得用户可以根据自己的实际需要将 礼物埋藏位置设置比较精确, 而且用户也可以准确地知道礼物埋藏的实际 位置, 让用户拥有更为完善的个性化操作。
同时, 在本实施例中, 在用户上传礼物之后, 向服务器发送礼物埋藏 信息公布请求, 所述服务器根据所述礼物埋藏信息公布请求, 将礼物埋藏 信息发送给其它用户终端, 使得正在在线观看节目的其它用户可以直接接 收礼物埋藏信息, 并在感兴趣的时候向服务器发送节目请求进行搜索。

本发明实施例提供一种 IPTV业务的实现系统, 如图 34所示, 包括: 下载用户终端 1201、 UGC服务器 1202。
下载用户终端 1201 , 用于向所述 UGC服务器 1202发送礼物请求信息, 所述礼物请求消息中携带有节目标识信息, 并根据所述礼物位置信息显示 礼物提示信息, 并根据所述礼物提示信息查找所述礼物。
所述 UGC服务器 1202 ,用于接收所述下载用户终端 1201发送的节目请 求, 所述节目请求中携带有节目标识信息和礼物请求标识, 根据所述礼物 请求标识, 将预先上传的与所述节目标识信息对应的节目中礼物的相关信 息发送给所述下载用户终端 1201 ,以使得所述下载用户终端 1201根据所述 相关信息查找所述七物。
本发明实施例提供的 IPTV业务的实现装置及系统, 接收 IPTV业务控 制服务器发送的礼物请求消息, 所述礼物请求消息中携带有节目标识信息, 将预先上传的与所述节目标识信息对应的节目中礼物的相关信息发送给所 述用户终端, 所述相关信息包括礼物位置信息, 以使得所述用户终端在节 目播放过程中根据所述礼物位置信息显示礼物提示信息, 并根据所述礼物 提示信息查找所述礼物, 实现了所述用户对上传的文件的进一步操作, 为 用户在使用 IPTV收看节目的过程中, 提供了个性化操作以及与其他用户的 互动的机会。

将预先上传的与所述节目标识信息对应的节目中礼物的相关信息发送 给所述用户终端标识信息对应的用户终端, 所述相关信息包括礼物位置信 息, 以使得所述用户终端在节目播放过程中根据所述礼物位置信息显示礼 物提示信息, 并根据所述礼物提示信息查找所述礼物。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的 IPTV业务的实现方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述将预先上传的与所述节目标识信息对应的节目中礼物的相关信息发送给 所述用户终端标识信息对应的用户终端之前, 还包括:
根据所述用户终端标识信息判断所述用户终端是否有权限获取所述相 关信息;

6、 根据权利要求 3至 5任一项所述的 IPTV业务的实现方法, 其特征 在于, 所述方法还包括:
在向所述用户终端发送所述礼物之前或发送所述礼物时, 向广告服务 器发送广告播放请求, 以使得所述广告服务器根据所述广告播放请求向所 述用户终端发送广告。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的 IPTV业务的实现方法, 其特征 在于,所述预先上传的礼物的上传方式为指定位置上传,则在所述接收 IPTV 业务控制服务器发送的礼物请求消息之前, 还包括:
在所述节目播放暂停时, 接收所述用户终端发送的第一上传请求, 所 述第一上传请求包括所述相关信息或者包括所述礼物本身以及所述相关信 息, 所述相关信息包括所述节目标识信息、 礼物位置信息及所述礼物的描 述信息; 若所述第一上传请求中包含礼物本身以及所述相关信息, 则保存所述 礼物本身以及所述相关信息, 并向元数据服务器发送节目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息更新节目菜单;
若所述第一上传请求中只包含所述相关信息, 则根据所述第一上传请 求获取所述用户终端选取的礼物本身, 并保存所述礼物以及所述相关信息, 并向元数据服务器发送节目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据 所述节目菜单更新信息更新节目菜单。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的 IPTV业务的实现方法, 其特征 在于, 若所述预先上传的礼物的上传方式为随机位置上传, 则在所述接收 IPTV业务控制服务器发送的礼物请求消息之前, 包括:
接收所述用户终端发送的第二上传请求, 所述第二上传请求包括节目 标识信息、 礼物的描述信息或者包括节目标识信息、 礼物的描述信息以及 礼物本身;
根据所述第二上传请求将所述礼物随机设置在所述节目标识信息对应 的节目中, 获取所述礼物设置的埋藏位置信息;
根据所述节目标识信息、 所述礼物的埋藏位置信息以及所述礼物的描 述信息生成所述相关信息;
若所述第二上传请求中包括节目标识信息、 礼物的描述信息以及礼物 本身, 则保存所述礼物本身以及所述相关信息, 并向元数据服务器发送节 目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息更 新节目菜单;
若所述第二上传请求中包括节目标识信息、 礼物的描述信息, 则根据 所述第二上传请求获取所述用户终端选取的礼物本身, 并保存所述礼物本 身以及所述相关信息, 并向元数据服务器发送节目菜单更新信息, 以使得 所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息更新节目菜单。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8中所述的 IPTV业务的实现方法, 其特征在于, 在所述保存所述礼物本身以及所述相关信息, 并向元数据服务器发送节目 菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息更新 节目菜单之后, 还包括:
接收所述用户终端发送的礼物埋藏信息公布请求;
根据所述礼物埋藏信息公布请求, 将礼物埋藏信息发送给其它用户终 端, 以使得所述其它用户终端根据所述礼物埋藏信息, 向所述服务器发送 节目请求。
10、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收单元, 用于接收 IPTV业务控制服务器发送的礼物请求消息, 所述礼物请求消息中携带有节目标识信息和用户终端标识信息;
第一发送单元, 用于将预先上传的与所述节目标识信息对应的节目中 礼物的相关信息发送给所述用户终端标识信息对应的用户终端, 所述相关 信息包括礼物位置信息, 以使得所述用户终端在节目播放过程中根据所述 礼物位置信息显示礼物提示信息, 并根据所述礼物提示信息查找所述礼物。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述节目请求还携 带有与所述用户终端对应的用户终端标识信息, 所述第一发送单元包括: 判断模块, 用于根据所述用户终端标识信息判断所述用户终端是否有 权限获取所述相关信息;
发送模块, 用于在所述判断模块确定所述用户终端有权限获取与所述 节目对应的礼物的相关信息时, 将预先上传的与所述节目标识信息对应的 节目中礼物的相关信息发送给所述用户终端标识信息对应的用户终端, 所 述相关信息包括礼物位置信息, 以使得所述用户终端在节目播放过程中根 据所述礼物位置信息显示礼物提示信息, 并根据所述礼物提示信息查找所 述礼物。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第一处理单元, 用于在所述节目播放暂停, 并接收到所述用户终端发 送的礼物下载请求时, 将所述礼物发送给所述用户终端, 并向元数据服务 器发送节目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更 新信息更新节目菜单。
13、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第二处理单元, 用于在所述用户终端播放所述节目过程中, 在接收到 所述用户终端发送来的礼物下载请求时, 则在向所述用户终端发送节目的 同时将所述礼物发送给所述用户终端, 并向元数据服务器发送节目菜单更 新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息更新节目菜 单。
14、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第三处理单元, 用于在所述节目在所述用户终端播放的过程中, 若接 收到所述用户终端发送来的礼物收藏请求, 所述收藏信息包括所述节目标 识信息、 礼物标识信息及收藏标识信息, 则向元数据服务器发送节目菜单 更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息更新节目 菜单;
第四处理单元, 用于在所述节目在所述用户终端播放结束之后, 若接 收所述用户终端发送来的礼物下载请求, 则将所述礼物发送给所述用户终 端。
15、 根据权利要求 12至 14任一项所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
第二发送单元, 用于在向所述用户终端发送所述礼物之前或发送所述 礼物时, 向广告服务器发送广告播放请求, 以使得所述广告服务器根据所 述广告播放请求向所述用户终端发送广告。
16、 根据权利要求 10至 15任一项所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 该装 置用于指定位置上传, 还包括:
第二接收单元, 用于在所述节目播放暂停时, 接收所述用户终端发送 的第一上传请求, 所述第一上传请求包括所述相关信息或包括所述礼物本 身以及所述相关信息, 所述相关信息包括所述节目标识信息、 礼物位置信 息及所述礼物的描述信息; 第五处理单元, 用于在所述第一上传请求中包含礼物本身以及所述相 关信息时, 保存所述第一接收单元接收的所述礼物本身以及所述相关信息, 并向元数据服务器发送节目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据 所述节目菜单更新信息更新节目菜单; 在所述第一上传请求中只包含所述 相关信息时, 根据所述第一上传请求获取所述用户终端选取的礼物本身, 并保存所述礼物以及所述第二接收单元接收的所述相关信息, 并向元数据 服务器发送节目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜 单更新信息更新节目菜单。
17、 根据权利要求 1 0至 15任一项所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 该装 置用于随机位置上传, 还包括:
第三接收单元, 用于接收所述用户终端发送的第二上传请求, 所述第 二上传请求包括节目标识信息、 礼物的描述信息或者包括节目标识信息、 礼物的描述信息以及礼物本身;
获取单元, 用于根据所述第三接收单元获取的所述第二上传请求将所 述礼物随机设置在所述节目标识信息对应的节目中, 获取所述礼物设置的 埋藏位置信息;
生成单元, 用于根据所述第三接收单元及获取单元获取的所述节目标 识信息、 所述礼物的埋藏位置信息以及所述礼物的描述信息生成所述相关 信息;
第六处理单元, 用于在所述第二上传请求中包括节目标识信息、 礼物 的描述信息以及礼物本身时, 保存所述第三接收单元接收的所述礼物本身 以及所述生成单元生成的所述相关信息, 并向元数据服务器发送节目菜单 更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所述节目菜单更新信息更新节目 菜单; 在所述第二上传请求中包括节目标识信息、 礼物的描述信息时, 根 据所述第二上传请求获取所述用户终端选取的礼物本身, 并保存所述第三 接收单元接收的所述礼物本身以及所述生成单元生成的所述相关信息, 并 向元数据服务器发送节目菜单更新信息, 以使得所述元数据服务器根据所 述节目菜单更新信息更新节目菜单。
18、 根据权利要求 16或 17中所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第四接收单元, 用于接收所述用户终端发送的礼物埋藏信息公布请求; 第三发送单元, 用于根据所述第四接收单元接收的所述礼物埋藏信息 公布请求, 将礼物埋藏信息发送给其它用户终端, 以使得所述其它用户终 端根据所述礼物埋藏信息, 向所述服务器发送节目请求。
