Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de traitement de service. Le procédé consiste à : recevoir une requête de service envoyée par un utilisateur pour demander de traiter un service ; déterminer la priorité de session d'une session dans laquelle le service est situé selon la requête de service ; déterminer un ordre de planification de ressources de système pour traiter le service selon la priorité de session ; et traiter le service selon l'ordre de planification. Le système comprend : un module de réception, un premier module de détermination, un second module de détermination et un module de traitement. Au moyen de la détermination de la priorité de session d'une session dans laquelle un service est situé et de la détermination d'un ordre de planification de ressources de système pour traiter le service, le procédé et le système de traitement de service dans les modes de réalisation de la présente invention peuvent fournir un service différentiel à un utilisateur et/ou à un service, permettant ainsi d'être apte à améliorer l'efficacité et la qualité du service, et d'améliorer l'expérience d'utilisateur.
