在本发明实施例中, 基站( Base Station, BS )可以是与用户设备 ( User Equipment, UE )或其它通信站点, 如中继站点, 进行通信的站点, 基站可以 提供特定物理区域的通信覆盖。 所述基站为毫微微蜂窝小区 (femto cdl ) , 小区提供通信覆盖。 Femto cdl覆盖相对较小的地理区域, 例如家庭, 并且允 许与该 femto cell相关联的 UE进行限制接入。 为 femto cell服务的基站可以称为 femto基站或 home基站。 基站可以支持一个或多个小区。
在本发明实施例中, UE可以分布于整个无线网络中,每个 UE可以是静态 的或移动的。 UE可以称为终端 (terminal ) , 移动台 (mobile station ) 。 UE 可以为个人数字助理( Personal Digital Assistant, PDA ) , 无线通信设备, 膝 上型电脑( laptop computer )等。 UE可以与 femto基站进行通信。
在本发明实施例中, 移动性管理网元用于控制面的移动性管理。 移动性 管理网元可以为移动性管理实体 ( Mobility Management Entity, MME )或者服 务通用分组无线业务支持节点( Serving GPRS Supporting Node, SGSN )。 MME 用于实现 E-UTRA网络中的控制面移动性管理,包括用户上下文和移动状态管 理,分配用户临时身份标识等。 SGSN用于实现 GPRS/UMTS网络中路由转发、 移动性管理、 会话管理以及用户信息存储等功能。
在本发明实施例中, 封闭用户组用户月良务器 (Closed Subscriber Group Subscriber Server, CSS )用于对用户设备的封闭用户组签约数据进行管理。 如图 1所示, 本发明实施例提供一种处理封闭用户组签约数据请求的方 法, 包括:
101、封闭用户组用户服务器接收移动性管理网元发送的封闭用户组签约 数据请求。
其中, 该封闭用户组签约数据请求包含该移动性管理网元的标识和用户 设备的标识, 用以请求获取该用户设备的封闭用户组签约数据。 该移动性管 理网元的标识为用户设备在拜访域网络附着的移动性管理网元的标识; 用户 设备的标识是可以唯一标识该用户设备的标识, 例如可以是国际移动用户识 别码 ( International Mobile Subscriber Identity, IMSI ),也可以是其他可唯一标 识用户设备的标识。
102、 若该用户设备的封闭用户组签约数据不存在, 该封闭用户组用户月良 务器保存该移动性管理网元的标识和该用户设备的标识。
其中, 封闭用户组用户服务器可以通过生成该用户设备的临时上下文信 息等方式来保存该移动性管理网元的标识和该用户设备的标识, 也可以直接 保存该移动性管理网元的标识和该用户设备的标识的对应关系。
现有技术中, 一方面, 当移动性管理网元在用户设备附着时获取用户设 备的签约数据后, 移动性管理网元不会主动发起到 CSS的 CSG位置更新流程 获取用户设备的 CSG签约数据, 另一方面, 若 CSS上不存有用户设备附着的 移动性管理网元的标识, CSS也不会在用户设备的 CSG签约数据发生变化后, 发起插入签约数据流程, 将更新后的 CSG签约数据同步到移动性管理网元。 在漫游场景下, 当用户设备从宏小区接入, 拜访域网络的移动性管理网元从 归属域网络的归属用户服务器( Home Subscriber Server, HSS )获取该用户设 备的签约数据, 从拜访域的 CSS获取该用户设备的拜访域网络的 CSG签约数 据, 由于该 CSS不存在该用户设备的拜访域网络的 CSG签约数据, 该 CSS不会 保存该移动性管理网元的标识, 该移动性管理网元上将存有从 HSS获取的该 用户设备的签约数据, 而不存在拜访域网络的 CSG签约数据, 当后续该用户 设备的拜访域网络的 CSG签约数据发生变化时, 一方面该移动性管理网元由 于存有从 HSS获取的该用户设备的签约数据, 该移动性管理网元不会主动获 取更新后的该用户设备的拜访域网络的 CSG签约数据,另一方面, 由于该 CSS 不存有该移动性管理网元的标识, 也不会发起插入签约数据流程, 将更新后 的拜访域网络的 CSG签约数据同步到该移动性管理网元, 因此造成该移动性 管理网元无法获取该用户设备更新后的拜访域网络的 CSG签约数据, 导致该 用户设备无法接入其允许接入的拜访域网络的 CSG区域。
与现有技术相比,图 1所示的方法在用户设备的封闭用户组签约数据不存 在的情况下, 通过在封闭用户组用户服务器上保存移动性管理网元的标识和 用户设备的标识, 当用户设备的封闭用户组签约数据发生变化时, 封闭用户 组用户服务器可以发起插入签约数据流程, 将更新后的封闭用户组签约数据 同步到移动性管理网元, 以使移动性管理网元可以获得用户设备更新后的封 闭用户组签约数据, 避免由于移动性管理网元无法获取用户设备更新后的封 闭用户组签约数据而导致用户设备无法接入其允许接入的拜访域网络的封闭 用户组区域的问题。
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例又提供一种请求封闭用户组签约数据的方法, 包括:
201、 当移动性管理网元上不存在用户设备的封闭用户组签约数据时, 该 移动性管理网元判断该移动性管理网元上不存在用户设备的封闭用户组用户 服务器注册成功指示。
其中, 该封闭用户组用户服务器注册成功指示用以指示封闭用户组用户 服务器存有该移动性管理网元的标识。
作为一种示例, 封闭用户组注册成功指示可以是一种标识信息, 用以标 识封闭用户组用户服务器已经存有用户设备附着的移动性管理网元的标识。
202、该移动性管理网元发送封闭用户组签约数据请求至该封闭用户组用 户服务器。 其中, 该封闭用户组签约数据请求包含该移动性管理网元的标识和该用 户设备的标识, 用以请求获取该用户设备的封闭用户组签约数据。
图 2所示的方法, 当移动性管理网元上不存在用户设备的封闭用户组签约 数据且封闭用户组用户服务器没有保存该移动性管理网元的标识时, 移动性 管理网元主动发送封闭用户组签约数据请求至封闭用户组用户服务器来获得 用户设备的封闭用户组签约数据, 以使移动性管理网元可以获得用户设备更 新后的封闭用户组签约数据, 可以避免由于移动性管理网元未获取用户设备 更新后的封闭用户组签约数据而导致用户设备无法接入其允许接入的拜访域 网络的封闭用户组区域的问题。
本发明实施例还提供一种处理封闭用户组签约数据请求的方法。 假设 UE 签约数据, 拜访域网络的 CSS中也不存在 UE的 CSG签约数据, 如图 3所示:

假设在步骤 304中, CSS不保存移动性管理网元的标识和 UE的标识,之后 当 CSS中新加入 UE的 CSG签约数据时, CSS无法将新加入 UE的 CSG签约数据 同步到移动性管理网元, 当此后 UE请求接入到拜访域网络的 CSG小区时, 若 该 CSG的接入模式为封闭接入模式, 移动性管理网元会拒绝 UE接入拜访域网 络的 CSG小区, 导致 UE无法接入其允许接入的 CSG小区。 图 3所示的方法, 在用户设备的封闭用户组签约数据不存在的情况下, 通 过在封闭用户组用户服务器上保存移动性管理网元的标识, 当用户设备的封 闭用户组签约数据发生变化时, 封闭用户组用户服务器可以根据保存的移动 性管理网元的标识发起插入签约数据流程, 将更新后的封闭用户组签约数据 同步到移动性管理网元, 避免由于移动性管理网元无法获取用户设备更新后 的封闭用户组签约数据而导致用户设备无法接入其允许接入的拜访域网络的 封闭用户组区域的问题。
本发明实施例还提供一种请求封闭用户组签约数据的方法。 下面以用户 设备在漫游场景接入 CSG小区为例进行说明, 如图 4所示:
401、 UE发送接入请求消息至移动性管理网元;
UE通过接入网元发送接入请求消息至移动性管理网元,其中, UE在接入 请求中携带指示信息, 指示接入的小区为 CSG小区。 示例性的, 该指示信息 可以是接入的 CSG小区的 CSG ID。
402、 移动性管理网元判断是否发送 CSG签约数据请求至 CSS; 是否发送 CSG签约数据请求至 CSS。
其中, 判断是否发送 CSG签约数据请求至 CSS, 可以考虑以下判断条件: 条件 a: 移动性管理网元上不存在用户设备的 CSS注册成功指示。
若移动性管理网元上存在用户设备的 CSS注册成功指示,表明 CSS已经保 存了该移动性管理网元的标识。 当 UE的 CSG签约数据发生变化, CSS会将 UE 的更新后的 CSG签约数据同步到该移动性管理网元。 因此, 若当前移动性管 理网元上存在用户设备的 CSS注册成功指示,即使不存在 UE的 CSG签约数据, 移动性管理网元也无需请求获取 UE的 CSG签约数据。 根据判断移动性管理网 元上是否存有用户设备的 CSS注册成功指示来决策是否发送 CSG签约数据请 求, 能够有效较少移动性管理网元和 CSS之间的信令交互, 减少网络负荷。
示例性的, 封闭用户组注册成功指示可以是一种标识信息, 指示 CSS已 经保存了移动性管理网元的标识。 值得注意的是, 移动性管理网元上存在用 户设备的 CSG签约数据, 表示 CSS已经保存了移动性管理网元的标识。
条件 b: UE请求接入的小区为 CSG小区。
当 UE请求接入的小区不是 CSG小区时, 无需获取 UE的 CSG签约数据, 由 于网络中大部分 UE是通过宏小区接入移动性管理网元,因此根据判断 UE请求 接入的小区是否为 CSG小区来决策是否发送 CSG签约数据请求能够有效较少 移动性管理网元和 CSS之间的信令交互, 减少网络负荷。
条件 c: UE开通了 CSG业务。
根据 UE的签约数据,可以获知 UE是否开通了 CSG业务,若 UE未开通 CSG 业务, 则不会存在 UE的 CSG签约数据, 从而移动性管理网元无需发送 CSG签 约数据请求, 所以根据 UE是否开通了 CSG业务来决策是否发送 CSG签约数据 请求, 而不是为所有的 UE都发送 CSG签约数据请求, 能够有效较少移动性管 理网元和 CSS之间的信令交互, 减少网络负荷。
移动性管理网元进行判断时, 可以选择条件 a, 或者条件 a与其他判断条 件的组合, 判断出是否需要发送 CSG签约数据请求至 CSS。 示例性的, 当满 足条件 a时, 或者满足条件 a和条件 b时, 或者满足条件 a和条件 c时, 或者满足 条件 a、条件 b和条件 c时,移动性管理网元需要发送 CSG签约数据请求至 CSS。
值得注意的是, 上述判断条件只是示例性的说明, 并不构成对本发明技 术方案的限制。 在实现上, 对于判断是否发送 CSG签约数据请求至 CSS还可 以根据运营商的配置需求以及是否存在用户设备的 CSS注册成功指示进行判 断, 例如 UE接入 CSG的失败次数超过最大限制次数且移动性管理网元上不存 在用户设备的 CSS注册成功指示时, 或者 UE接入的小区的 CSG为特殊的 CSG 且移动性管理网元上不存在用户设备的 CSS注册成功指示时, 移动性管理网 元需要发送 CSG签约数据请求至 CSS。
此外, 现有技术中, 当 CSS存有用户设备的 CSG签约数据时, 在收到 CSG 签约数据请求后, 会保存移动性管理网元的标识, 当移动性管理网元上存有 用户设备的 CSG签约数据时, 可以认为 CSS已经保存了该移动性管理网元的 标识。 因此, 当 UE的 CSG签约数据更新时, 封闭用户组用户服务器会同步 UE 最新的 CSG签约数据至移动性管理网元。 若当前移动性管理网元上存在 UE的 CSG签约数据, 则该 CSG签约数据为 UE最新的 CSG签约数据, 无需再从 CSS 获取。
示例性的, 本方法以条件 a进行判断, 即当满足条件 a时, 移动性管理网 元判断出需要发送 CSG签约数据请求至 CSS。
若移动性管理网元判断需要发送 CSG签约数据请求至 CSS , 执行步骤 403 , 否则移动性管理网元不发送 CSG签约数据请求至 CSS。
403、 移动性管理网元发送 CSG签约数据请求至 CSS;

本发明实施例提供的请求封闭用户组签约数据的方法, 还可以应用在拜 访域网络用户设备切换至 CSG小区的场景, 例如源接入网元和目标接入网元 的移动性管理网元相同的情况下:

19、 如权利要求 18所述的移动性管理网元, 其特征在于, 所述移动性管 理网元还包括保存单元,用于保存所述封闭用户组用户服务器注册成功指示。
20、 如权利要求 19所述的移动性管理网元, 其特征在于, 所述移动性管 理网元还包括接收单元, 用于接收所述封闭用户组用户服务器发送的封闭用 户组用户服务器注册成功指示或者所述用户设备的封闭用户组签约数据。
21、 一种处理封闭用户组签约数据请求的系统, 包括移动性管理网元和 封闭用户组用户服务器, 其特征在于,
所述移动性管理网元用于, 当所述移动性管理网元上不存在用户设备的 封闭用户组签约数据时, 判断出所述移动性管理网元上不存在用户设备的封 闭用户组用户服务器注册成功指示; 发送封闭用户组签约数据请求至所述封 闭用户组用户服务器, 所述封闭用户组签约数据请求包含所述移动性管理网 元的标识和所述用户设备的标识, 用以请求获取所述用户设备的封闭用户组 签约数据;
所述封闭用户组用户服务器用于, 接收所述移动性管理网元发送的封闭 用户组签约数据请求; 若所述用户设备的封闭用户组签约数据不存在, 保存 所述移动性管理网元的标识和所述用户设备的标识。
22、 如权利要求 21所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述移动性管理网元还用于, 发送删除封闭用户组签约数据请求至所述 封闭用户组用户服务器, 所述删除封闭用户组签约数据请求包含用户设备的 标识;
所述封闭用户组用户服务器还用于, 接收所述移动性管理网元发送的删 除封闭用户组签约数据请求; 当所述用户设备的封闭用户组签约数据不存在, 删除已保存的所述移动性管理网元的标识和所述用户设备的标识。
