Abstract

Trata-se a presente patente de modelo de utilidade, de uma disposição construtiva introduzida em refrigerador com dispositivo bloqueador de abertura, pertencente ao setor de técnico de refrigeradores em geral, o qual impede a abertura do refrigerador por pessoas não autorizadas. O presente refrigerador compreende um corpo paralelepipedal (1), dotado de duas portas (2; 2'), e de um dispositivo bloqueador de abertura (3), composto por dois corpos (4 e 5), sendo o corpo (4) posicionado na porta (2), dotado de um bloqueador do tipo sistema de código (6) que aciona um pino (7) que é introduzido no orifício (8) do dito corpo (5) posicionado na lateral do refrigerador (1).

Description

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM REFRIGERADOR COM DISPOSITIVO BLOQUEADOR DE ABERTURA
Trata-se a presente patente de modelo de utilidade, de uma disposição construtiva introduzida em refrigerador com dispositivo bloqueador de abertura, pertencente ao setor de técnico de refrigeradores em geral, o qual impede a abertura do refrigerador por pessoas não autorizadas.
Hoje em dia os refrigeradores são utilizados para diversos fins, como em hotéis, restaurantes, laboratórios e evidentemente o uso doméstico e considerando o armazenamento de diversos alimentos ou medicamentos que muitas vezes não podem ser acessados ou consumidos por todas as pessoas que compartilham o mesmo ambiente, nos deparamos com um grande problema, uma vez que nenhum refrigerador comercializado no mundo é provido de qualquer sistema para bloquear sua abertura .
Assim, com intuito de resolver tal inconveniente, foi desenvolvido o refrigerador com dispositivo bloqueador de abertura, objeto da presente patente de modelo de utilidade, o qual é dotado na porta de um dispositivo bloqueador, que evita o uso e o livre acesso de pessoas aos produtos nele acondicionado .

De acordo com as figuras 1 a 3, o presente refrigerador, compreende um corpo paralelepipedal (1) , dotado de duas portas (2; 2'), e de um dispositivo bloqueador de abertura (3), em "L" , posicionado com a parte superior invadindo ligeiramente a face inferior da porta (2') . Dito dispositivo (3) é composto por dois corpos (4 e 5) , sendo o corpo (4) posicionado na porta (2) , dotado de um bloqueador tal como um sistema de código (6) que aciona um pino (7) que é introduzido no orifício (8) do dito corpo (5) posicionado na lateral do refrigerador (1) .
Opcionalmente, de acordo com as figuras 4 a 6, em uma primeira variante construtiva, o bloqueador é dotado de um sistema de cartão (10) .
Opcionalmente, de acordo com as figuras 7 a 9, em uma segunda variante construtiva, o bloqueador é dotado de um sistema de comando de voz (11) .
Opcionalmente, de acordo com as figuras 10 a 12, em uma terceira variante construtiva, o bloqueador é dotado de um sistema de impressão digital (12) .
Opcionalmente, de acordo com as figuras 13 a 15, em uma quarta variante construtiva, o bloqueador é dotado de um sistema de íris (13) .
Opcionalmente, de acordo com as figuras 16 a 18, em uma quinta variante construtiva, o bloqueador é dotado de um sistema de chave (14) .
Opcionalmente, de acordo com as figuras 19 a 21, em uma sexta variante construtiva, o bloqueador é dotado de um sistema de controle remoto (15) .
Opcionalmente, de acordo com as figuras 22 e 23, em uma sétima variante construtiva, o bloqueador é dotado de um sistema de cadeado (16), formado por duas hastes em "L" (17), localizadas na parte extremidade superior da porta (2) e na extremidade inferior da porta (2'), respectivamente e paralelas, de modo que os furos (18) coincidam, permitindo assim a passagem de um cadeado (19) .
Opcionalmente, de acordo com as figuras 24 e 25, em uma oitava variante construtiva, o bloqueador é dotados de um sistema de impressão digital da mão (20) , onde uma película (21) é fixada em qualquer parte do refrigerador (1) e ligado internamente ao bloqueador (3) . Ainda de acordo com a figura 26, a película (21), opcionalmente poderá ser posicionada no próprio bloqueador (3) .
Com o refrigerador com dispositivo bloqueador de abertura, assim obtido, sua utilização é muito simples, bastando acionar o bloqueador de acordo com o sistema de acionamento, movimentando assim o pino (7) para dentro do orifício (8) . Para desbloquear a abertura da porta, basta acionar o bloqueador novamente.
O refrigerador com dispositivo bloqueador de abertura oferece as vantagens de se restringir o acesso ao mesmo e com isso garantir maior segurança ao uso indevido e privacidade .
A abrangência da presente patente de modelo de utilidade, portanto, não deve ser limitada às ilustrações apresentadas, e aos exemplos de bloqueadores, mas sim, apenas aos termos definidos nas reivindicações e seus equivalentes.

REIVINDICAÇÕES
1. - DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM REFRIGERADOR COM DISPOSITIVO BLOQUEADOR DE ABERTURA, composto por um corpo paralelepipedal (1) , dotado de uma ou duas portas (2; 2'), caracterizado por compreender um dispositivo bloqueador de abertura (3), em "L" , posicionado com a parte superior invadindo ligeiramente a face inferior da porta (2'); dito dispositivo (3) é composto por dois corpos (4 e 5), sendo o corpo (4) posicionado na porta (2), dotado de um bloqueador tal como um sistema de código (6) que aciona um pino (7) que é introduzido no orifício (8) do dito corpo (5) posicionado na lateral do refrigerador (1) .
2. - DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM REFRIGERADOR COM DISPOSITIVO BLOQUEADOR DE ABERTURA, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por em uma primeira variante construtiva, o bloqueador ser dotado de um sistema de cartão (10) .
3. - DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM REFRIGERADOR COM DISPOSITIVO BLOQUEADOR DE ABERTURA, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por em uma segunda variante construtiva, o bloqueador ser dotado de um sistema de comando de voz (11) .
4. - DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM REFRIGERADOR COM DISPOSITIVO BLOQUEADOR DE ABERTURA, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por em uma terceira variante construtiva, o bloqueador ser dotado de um sistema de impressão digital (12) .
