9. The system according to claim 7, further comprising: an allocation module, configured to allocate login information to the CP according to basic information of the CP.
The system according to claim 7, further comprising: a first setting module, configured to set a type of broadcast service to be carried out;
 The second setting module is configured to set the broadcast service definition according to the broadcast service type.
