Abstract
This product is a tampon that is placed in the ear canal of humans and animals and may be constructed of any (natural or artificial) water absorbents, with an integrated cord in a circular shape and perforated elastic cap. During the construction the circular shaped cord is placed in such a way that when you remove the tampon from the ear canal, it is unlikely for the cord to detach from the tampon. The main body (of the tampon) will consist of absorbent, hypoallergenic materials after previously having being compressed to reduce their volume just in exactly the same manner as the known vaginal tampons. The reason for the existence and construction of this product is to contribute to the prevention of otitis and / or to protect against relapse when the user is already suffering from the infection (otitis). The advantage of this invention is that this tampon will prevent ear infections and / or reduce relapse to a large extent, in a safe and healthy manner.

AMENDED CLAIMS
received by the International Bureau on 26 September 2013 (26.09.13)
Disposable tampon for the ear canal for reducing the possibility of water inflowing to the ear canal and for reducing noise, according to the presented invention is characterized as consisting from a strain pad made from any natural of artificial water absorbents, hypoallergenic, that after they have been compressed they consist of the main body of the tampon, an elastic cylinder perforated cover to prevent any great change (growth) of its volume after absorbing water and a cord, the detachable cord is mounted to the stem in such a way so that it can be easily removed (the tampon) from the ear canal, it bears half (section B) (of which is very compressed and is found on the internal part of the ear canal) the perforated cover, the setting of Section A is of less absorbent materials compared to Section B, the Section A which is less compressed and is located in the outer part of the ear canal does not have a perforated cover, for the use by animals has a straight or slightly curved shape, it may be constructed from any (natural or artificial) water absorbents, hypoallergenic, friendly to the skin of the ear canal that it comes into contact with when it is intended for humans and for their ear canal when intended for animals, sizes will vary (depending on the size of the hole of the ear canal, in which it is inserted into and the size of the user, for a human depending on the size and the age of the person and when it is used by an animal, depending on the size and kind of animal, the shape is cylindrical and of different diameters, slightly tapered and straight for use by people or slightly curved for the use by animals (depending on the kind of animal), a removable cord will be attached to the tampon -made of resistant material (e.g. silk) to avoid the possibility of it breaking off when removing the tampon, the string is in a loop shape and fits like a ring in the groove into the compressed and cut to its final dimension spread which is made from absorbent material of the
tampon (the compression of the material that the tampon is made of are: Section A is less compressed in comparison to Section B), the production (recommendation) of Section A is made of less absorbent materials in relation to section B, in continuation, it is then rolled and wrapped closing the string internally , that is placed in the groove taking its almost final form, in the next stage of construction, in Section B of the tampon an elastic perforated cylindrical sleeve is closely placed to prevent the large change in volume of the tampon, after absorbing water, taking the final form for human and/or for animals, Section A, which will be less compressed compared to section B, will have the ability to compress and apply perfectly to the ear canal when entered, whether intended for a human or intended for the ear canal of an animal to prevent the inflow of water into the ear canal, though it will simultaneously be used to absorb the water that tends to penetrate within, at the same time, Section B will be absorbing the inflow of water that may have penetrate Section A, without any change in its volume due to the perforated cylindrical sleeve.
2. This disposable tampon for the ear canal according to claim 1 wherein is for waterproofing use. The means as specified in claim 1 , wherein is the use for waterproofing.
3. This disposable tampon for the ear canal according to claims 1 and 2 wherein is for human use.
4. This disposable tampon for the ear canal according to claims 1 and 2 is for animal use.
