Abstract
La présente invention a trait à un procédé permettant de produire une sucrerie congelée nappée décorée, lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à appliquer une couche d'un produit de revêtement sur une sucrerie congelée ; à imprimer au jet d'encre une encre à base de matière grasse sur la sucrerie congelée nappée de manière à former un motif. La base de matière grasse de l'encre est une matière grasse ou un mélange de matières grasses doté d'une valeur N10 d'au moins 70.
