充电 /通信接口 114可以是一种数据线接口, 比如 USB口等, 通过该充电 / 通信接口 114, 本实施例中的个人微型智能终端 100可以和与其唯一对应的另 一个人微型智能终端进行有线数据传输, 从而彼此进行彼此的信息验证 (如 图 3所示) 。 根据该验证结果, 中央处理器 115可以控制被微型马达 117来驱动 电子锁扣 118, 使锁固装置 120锁定或者解锁。 具体来说, 当一对恋人或者夫 妻协商好需要佩戴本实施例的个人微型智能终端 100时, 首先需要通过数据线 将一对个人微型智能终端 100连接, 然后该对个人微型智能终端 100互相验证, 当验证结果通过时, 中央处理器 115自动控制电子锁扣 118锁定; 而当需要解 锁时, 也首先需要通过数据线将一对个人微型智能终端 100连接, 然后互相验 证, 只有验证通过中央处理器 115才发出解锁指令, 控制电子锁扣 118解锁。
上述个人微型智能终端 100间的验证方式可以有多种, 比如指纹验证、 电 子证书验证、 密码验证等, 本发明实施例可以采用其中一种或多种验证方式。 相对应的, 本发明实施例还可以包括一存储装置 116, 用于存储电子证书、 指 纹或密码等信息。 当采用指纹验证方式时, 微型终端 110上可以设置一个指纹 采集识别装置 113, 当两个人微型智能终端 100相连后, 双方各自进行指纹验 证, 当验证都通过后, 两个人微型智能终端 100同时锁定或解锁。 当采用电子 证书验证时, 两个人微型智能终端 100相连后, 发送各自预存的电子证书给对 方, 然后由对方对该电子证书的合法性进行验证, 若双方都验证通过, 则两 个人微型智能终端 100同时锁定或解锁。 采用密码验证和指纹验证相类似, 在 此不再赘述。
作为本发明的一个实施例, 锁固装置 120和微型终端 110的连接既可以是 可分离的, 也可以是不可分离固定连接的。 当为可分离连接时, 锁固装置 120 和微型终端 110之间可以通过滑轨连接, 中央处理器 115可以通过微型马达 117 驱动电子锁扣 118来锁扣住该滑轨, 在本实施例中, 该滑轨比如可以位于图 1 中的 B处, 当然, 本发明实施例在 、 B两处都可以是滑轨式设计, 本发明对 此并不加以限定。 由于将锁固装置 120和微型终端 110的连接设置为可分离式 的, 因此在后续随着科技的发展可以仅对微型终端 110进行升级。
作为本发明的一个实施例, 锁固装置 120的表面还可以包括一机械锁扣 121, 该机械锁扣 121和电子锁扣 118相连, 通过该机械锁扣 121, 本实施例的 个人微型智能终端 100还适用于单身时使用, 可以当作一装饰品或者一功能型 装置。 具体来说是, 当用户设定个人微型智能终端 100为单身状态时, 由机械 锁扣 121控制锁固装置 120的锁定或者解锁, 即用户只需单独按下机械锁扣 121 即可锁定或者解锁; 当用户设定个人微型智能终端 100为已婚或者恋爱状态 时, 由电子锁扣 118和机械锁扣 121共同控制锁固装置 120的锁定或者解锁, 即 机械锁扣 121需要和电子锁扣 118进行联动, 从而共同控制锁固装置 120的锁定 或者解锁。
作为本发明的另一个实施例, 锁固装置 120上的上述机械锁扣还可以用一 弹簧搭扣来替代 (未绘示) , 该弹簧搭扣和微型马达 117相连, 当用户设定个 人微型智能终端 100为单身状态时, 由弹簧搭扣控制锁固装置 120的锁定或者 解锁; 当用户设定个人微型智能终端 100为已婚或者恋爱状态时, 由电子锁扣 118和弹簧搭扣共同控制锁固装置 120的锁定或者解锁。
作为本发明的一个实施例, 在锁固装置 120上还可以包括一三色显示窗 112, 该三色显示窗 112用于显示用户当前所处状态, 这里的状态包括单身、 已婚和恋爱三种状态。 该三色显示窗 112内可以设置一三色滚轴 119, 该三色 滚轴 119可以是在一滚轴上缠绕三色标签所构成, 该三色标签分别和上述三种 用户状态所对应。 三色滚轴 119和微型马达 117相连, 从而中央处理器 115可以 根据用户单身、 已婚及恋爱三种状态来控制三色显示窗口内显示相应颜色标 签, 使用户状态明显可见, 从而使其它人对该用户的情况可以有大致了解, 避免了一部分人因不知情而发生背景技术中所描述的各种状况。
作为本发明的另一个实施例, 三色显示窗 112内还可以是内包含三色 LED 灯 130, 请参见图 4, 与其对应的还可以包括一控制按钮 (未绘示) , 该控制 按钮可以是微型终端 110上的一个导航键所构成,, 该三色 LED灯 130和中央处 理器 115相连, 当控制按钮按下时, 三色显示窗口 112内显示与当前用户状态 相对应的 LED灯。 需要指出的是, 当采用该这设置方式时, 锁固装置 120和微 型终端 110的连接更适合于是可分离式的。
作为本发明的一个实施例, 微型终端 110上还包括一电子显示屏 111, 用 于显示相关验证信息及用户信息, 比如可以显示验证是否通过, 用户是处于 单身、 结婚还是恋爱状态, 另外, 该电子显示屏 111也可以显示歌曲、 视频等 娱乐信息。
本发明实施例的个人微型智能终端 100除了可以配对验证以进行解锁和 锁定外, 还可以通过网络控制端来对其进行解锁和锁定。 具体来说, 就是使 用双方的个人微型智能终端 100可以通过充电 /通信接口 114来连接至计算机, 然后通过计算机网络连接至网络控制端, 该网络控制端可以根据双方用户的 授权来对电子锁进行远程解锁和锁定。 或者当出现意外状况, 比如损坏, 失 踪或使用一方不同意解锁时, 也可以由佩戴者授权该网络控制端对该个人微 型智能终端 100进行解锁, 但不能授权进行锁定, 若要授权锁定, 则需要双方 同时授权。
另外, 本发明实施例的充电 /通信接口 114还可以具有充电功能, 其可以连 接充电器来为个人微型智能终端 100进行充电。
最后, 本发明实施例的个人微型智能终端 100还具有防水的功能, 以保证 在日常生活中可以正常使用, 防水技术可以参照现有技术, 比如在重要零件 的密封处采用防水胶圈等, 在此就不再赘述了。
本发明实施例的个人微型智能终端需配对验证后才能锁定和解锁, 而佩 戴本个人微型智能终端的双方, 比如夫妻或情侣都无法单独进行锁定及解锁, 因此不必担心一方擅自取下, 可以有效显示个人当前的情感状态, 从而有效 地避免因一方的隐瞒欺骗而产生情感纠葛的情况发生。
以上所述的具体实施例, 对本发明的目的、 技术方案和有益效果进行了 进一歩详细说明, 所应理解的是, 以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例而已, 并不用于限定本发明的保护范围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所做的任 何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

1、 一种带有联合验证电子锁的个人微型智能终端, 其特征在于, 所述个 人微型智能终端包括: 微型终端和锁固装置, 所述锁固装置和所述微型终端 相连, 所述锁固装置上设有机械锁扣, 通过所述机械锁扣将所述微型终端锁 固于人体之上或解锁; 所述微型终端包括: 触摸电子显示屏、 充电 /通信接口、 微型马达、 电子锁扣、 存储装权置、 充电电池、 三色显示窗和中央处理器, 其 中: 所述触摸电子显示屏用于输入和显示信息; 所述存储装置用于存储信息; 所述充电 /通信接口用于充电及与另一唯一对应的个人微型智能终端进行通 信, 从而验证彼此信息; 所述三色显示窗用于显示个人情感状态, 所述个人 情感状态包括单身、 已婚或者恋爱三种状态; 所述中央处理器用于设定所述 书
触摸电子显示屏和所述三色显示窗的个人情感状态显示及根据验证结果通过 所述微型马达控制所述电子锁扣锁定或解锁所述机械锁扣; 当用户设定所述 微型终端为单身状态时, 由所述机械锁扣控制所述锁固装置的锁定或者解锁; 当用户设定所述微型终端为已婚或者恋爱状态, 且通过所述验证时, 由所述 电子锁扣和所述机械锁扣共同控制所述锁固装置的锁定或者解锁。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的带有联合验证电子锁的个人微型智能终端, 其特 征在于, 所述锁固装置和所述微型终端之间通过滑轨连接, 所述中央处理器 通过所述微型马达驱动所述电子锁扣锁住所述滑轨。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的带有联合验证电子锁的个人微型智能终端, 其特 征在于, 所述存储装置具体用于存储电子证书、 指纹或密码, 所述中央处理 器根据所述电子证书、 指纹或密码来验证与其通信的所述另一电子锁。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的带有联合验证电子锁的个人微型智能终端, 其特 征在于, 所述锁固装置则可以为手镯、 腕带、 表带、 护腕或链状物, ; 所述 电子锁扣的设置是由所述微型马达驱动的转轴将所述机械锁扣顶住、 拴住、 卡住或钩住。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的带有联合验证电子锁的个人微型智能终端, 其特 征在于, 所述锁固装置上还包括一弹簧搭扣, 所述弹簧搭扣和所述微型马达 相连, 当用户设定所述微型终端为单身状态时, 由所述弹簧搭扣控制所述锁 固装置的锁定或者解锁; 当用户设定所述微型终端为已婚或者恋爱状态时, 由所述电子锁扣和所述弹簧搭扣共同控制所述锁固装置的锁定或者解锁。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的带有联合验证电子锁的个人微型智能终端, 其特 征在于, 所述三色显示窗内包括一缠绕了三色标签的滚轴, 由所述中央处理 器根据用户单身、 已婚及恋爱三种状态来控制所述微型马达转动所述滚轴在 所述三色显示窗内显示相应颜色标签。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的带有联合验证电子锁的个人微型智能终端, 其特 征在于, 所述三色显示窗内包含三色 LED灯, 其用于根据所述中央处理器的 设定分别显示三种颜色以对应所述触摸电子显示屏显示的单身、 已婚或者恋 爱三种状态。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的带有联合验证电子锁的个人微型智能终端, 其特 征在于, 所述个人微型智能终端通过无线通信技术或者有线通信技术与另一 所述个人微型智能终端进行验证, 从而控制所述电子锁扣的锁定或者解锁。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的带有联合验证电子锁的个人微型智能终端, 其特 征在于, 所述充电 /通信接口还用于和计算机相连以通过计算机网络连接至网 络控制端, 所述网络控制端根据授权来控制所述锁固装置的锁定和解锁。
10、 如权利要求 1 所述的带有联合验证电子锁的个人微型智能终端, 其 特征在于, 所述微型终端包括手机、 MP3、 MP4、 MP5或平板电脑。
