双锯片切割机的锯片结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割机, 尤其是一种用于双锯片切割机的锯片。 背景技术
双锯片切割机采用两个旋转方向相反、 同轴心安装的锯片同时运转, 能切割钢材、 铝型材、 木材、 钢板、 铝板, 塑料, 玻璃、 瓷砖、 大理石等多种材料, 具有效率高、 噪 音低、 无后坐力、 震动小、 切割平稳等特点, 广泛应用于消防救灾、 应急抢险、 电力、 电信施工、 民用建筑、 拆卸工作等施工现场。
为了防止双锯片切割机在进行切割时两个锯片之间的距离过近而导致打齿,直接损 坏锯片, 需要在两个锯片之间留有一定的间隙。 通常的做法是在一个锯片与另一个锯片 相对的面上设置一圆环形的间隔件。如授权公告号为 CN201760672U的中国专利公开的 《一种适配于双锯片切割机的锯片》, 在锯片本体一面近齿根处设有圆环形凸筋, 锯片 本体同一面芯孔边缘处也设有圆环形凸筋。
然而, 如此设置的圆环形凸筋, 当切割机工作时, 凸筋和相对的鋸片摩擦会产生大 量的热, 但由于凸筋为封闭的圆环形, 散热效率较低, 热量不能及时有效散出, 会造成 锯片热变形引起锯缝分叉, 并降低锯片的使用寿命。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种双锯片切割机的锯片结构, 提高了散热效 率, 改善了散热效果, 延长了锯片寿命, 解决了锯片热变形引起的分叉现象。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该双锯片切割机的锯片结构,每个 锯片包括锯片本体和锯齿, 其特征在于, 至少一个锯片的所述锯片本体相对另一锯片的 面上设置有靠近所述锯齿的齿根处的多个间隔布置的凸台。
位于同一锯片上的所述凸台均匀分布,并且分别位于同一圆周上,可以使得锯片受 力均匀。
两个锯片上都设置有所述凸台, 两个锯片上的所述凸台分别位于不等径的同心圆 上。 可以使得两个锯片受力均衡, 增加双锯片切割机的稳定性。
优选的, 所述凸台为圆柱形。 不仅便于加工, 而且使得锯片受力比较稳定。
进一步优选的, 所述凸台的高度为 0.3mm。 由此保持两个锯片合适的间隙, 既避

参见图 1, 一种双锯片切割机的锯片结构, 包括锯片本体 1和锯齿 2。 为了防止双 锯片切割机在工作时两个锯片距离过近而导致打齿,在一个锯片的锯片本体 1相对另一 锯片的面上靠近锯齿 2的齿根处设置有多个间隔布置的凸台 3, 凸台 3均勾分布, 并且 都位于同一圆周上。 当切割机工作时, 凸台 3与相对的锯片的锯片本体 1摩擦产生的热 量可以迅速地通过凸台 3之间的间隔散发, 有效地提高了散热效率, 避免锯片因热量过 大而导致变形引起锯缝分叉。 优选的, 凸台 3为圆柱形, 高度约为 0.3mm, 其数量与同 一锯片上的锯齿 2的数量相同。
双锯片切割机的两个锯片可以只有一个锯片上有凸台 3, 也可以两个锯片上都有凸 台 3。 当两个锯片上都有凸台 3时, 参见图 2, 为两个锯片的装配示意图, 由图中可知, 两个锯片上的凸台 3位于两个不等径的同心圆上, 交错分布, 由此可以使得两个锯片受 力均衡, 增加双锯片切割机的稳定性。

1、 一种双锯片切割机的锯片结构, 每个锯片包括锯片本体 (1)和锯齿 (2), 其特征在 于, 至少一个锯片的所述锯片本体 (1)相对另一锯片的面上设置有靠近所述锯齿 (2)的齿 根处的多个间隔布置的凸台 (3)。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的锯片结构, 其特征在于, 位于同一锯片上的所述凸台 (3)均 匀分布, 并且分别位于同一圆周上。
3、如权利要求 2所述的锯片结构,其特征在于,两个锯片上都设置有所述凸台 (3), 两个锯片上的所述凸台 (3)分别位于不等径的同心圆上。
4、 如权利要求 1-3中任一项权利要求所述的锯片结构, 其特征在于, 所述凸台 (3) 为圆柱形。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的锯片结构, 其特征在于, 所述凸台 (3)的高度为 0.3mm。
6、 如权利要求 1-3中任一项权利要求所述的锯片结构, 其特征在于, 位于同一锯 片上的所述凸台 (3)的数量与该锯片上的所述锯齿 (2)的数量相同。
