再请进一步配合参阅图 7 , 本发明使用时, 是将该传输装置 40与一具有触 控面板的电子装置 70电连接, 该传输装置 40是以无线发射模块 41及无线接收 器 42为例, 是将该无线接收器 42与该电子装置 70电连接, 使用者即可以该触 控笔外壳 1 0在该电子装置的触控面板上书写或绘图, 当欲更换颜色时, 使用者 可以手指在触控笔外壳 1 0上的触控板 12上滑动, 使该可调色光发光模块 20改 变发光颜色, 当调整到所需的颜色时, 只要在该触控板 12上点压, 则该中央控 制器 30即会输出对应该颜色的颜色编码, 通过无线发射模块 41 以无线讯号传 输给无线接收器 42 , 再由该无线接收器 42输出与该电子装置 70 , 该电子装置 70依据该颜色编码即可将画笔颜色切换到该颜色编码对应的颜色, 使用者观看 该可调色光发光模块 20 发出色光的颜色即可得知电子装置现在所切换到的颜 色。
综上所述, 由于本发明是以该可调色光发光模块令使用者一看触控笔即可 得知电子装置现在正在使用的画笔颜色, 可避免用错颜色而须涂改, 对于讲师、 新闻气象主播而言, 减少涂改修正即可使课堂及播报进行顺畅, 对于绘图人员 而言, 减少修改更可避免无法修改回原图样的问题, 故本发明确实可提升使用 的方便性。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特征在于, 是包含有: 一触控笔外壳, 其外表面设置有一操作模块, 该搡作模块是用以输出一操 作指令;
一可调色光发光模块, 是设置于该触控笔外壳上, 且用以发出多种颜色的 色光;
一中央控制器, 是设置于该触控笔外壳内, 且与该可调色光发光模块及该 操作模块电连接, 并内建有一组颜色切换指令, 并接收该操作模块的操作指令 后, 而控制该可调色光发光模块发出其中一种颜色的色光, 并依据该色光的颜 色输出对应的颜色切换指令;
一传输装置, 是与该中央控制器电连接, 且用于与外部的电子装置连接, 以将该中央输出的 色切换指令输出予外部的电子装置。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特征 在于, 该中央控制器内建有多个颜色编码, 分別对应该可调色光发光模块的多 种颜色的色光, 并于控制该可调色光发光模块发出其中一种颜色的色光后, 输 出对应该色光的颜色编码, 作为颜色切换指令。
3.根据权利要求 2 所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特征 在于, 该操作模块为一触控板, 其输操作指令包含有一滑动指令及一确定指令; 及
该中央控制器于接收该滑动指令时, 改变该该可调色光发光模块发出的色 光颜色, 而于接收确定指令后, 输出对应该颜色的颜色编码。
4.根据权利要求 2 所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特征 在于, 该操作模块为一颜色切换按键, 该颜色切换按键于受按压后输出一致能 切换指令作为该操作指令, 又中央控制器于每次接收该致能切换指令时, 改变 一次该可调色光发光模块发出色光的颜色, 并同时输出对应该颜色的颜色编码。
5.根据权利要求 1 至 4任一项所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控 笔, 其特征在于, 该可调色发光模块是具有多个可分别发出不同色光的 LED 灯 及一灯罩。
6.根据权利要求 5 所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特征 在于, 该可调色发光模块是具有多个可分别发出不同色光的 LED灯及一灯罩。
7.根据权利要求 6 所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特征 在于, 该多个 LED灯包含有一红光 LED灯、 一绿光 LED灯及一蓝光 LED灯, 供 分别控制该红、 绿、 蓝光 LED 灯的明灭及亮度, 以光的三原色调和出该多种颜 色的色光。
8.根据权利要求 1 至 4任一项所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控 笔, 其特征在于, 该传输装置是以一无线发射模块达成, 该无线发射模块是输 出一无线讯号, 通过该无线讯号将该颜色切换指令输出与外部的电子装置。
9.根据权利要求 7 所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特征 在于, 该传输装置是以一无线发射模块达成, 该无线发射模块是输出一无线讯 号, 通过该无线讯号将该颜色切换指令输出与外部的电子装置。

一无线发射模块, 是设置于该触控笔外壳内, 并供与该中央控制器电连接, 于接收该中央控制器的颜色切换指令时, 通过一无线讯号将该颜色切换指令输 出; 及
一无线接收器, 是具有一用以与外部电子装置的连接接口, 并通过该无线 讯号接收该颜色切换指令后, 由该连接接口输出;
该触控笔外壳, 是内设置有一电源供应装置, 用以提供该可调色光发光模 块、 该中央控制器及该无线发射模块所需的电力。
11.根据权利要求 7所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特征 在于, 该传输装置包含有: ' .
一无线发射模块, 是设置于该触控笔外壳内, 并供与该中央控制器电连接, 于接收该中央控制器的颜色切换指令时, 通过一无线讯号将该颜色切换指令输 出; 及
一无线接收器, 是具有一用以与外部电子装置的连接接口, 并通过该无线 讯号接收该颜色切换指令后, 由该连接接口输出;
该触控笔外壳, 是内设置有一电源供应装置, 用以提供该可调色光发光模 块、 该中央控制器及该无线发射模块所需的电力。
12.根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所迷的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控 笔, 其特征在于, 该传输装置包含有:
一传输线, 是设置于该触控笔外壳上, 并与该中央控制器连接; 及 一连接接头, 是与该传输线电连接, 且具有一用以与外部电子装置连接的 连接接口; '
该触控笔, 是通过该传输装置自外部电子装置取得该可调色光发光模块及 该中央控制器所需的电力。
1 3.根据权利要求 7所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特征 在于, 该传输装置包含有:
一传输线, 是设置于该触控笔外壳上, 并与该中央控制器连接; 及 一连接接头, 是与该传输线电连接, 且具有一用以与外部电子装置连接的 连接接口;
该触控笔, 是通过该传输装置自外部电子装置取得该可调色光发光模块及 该中央控制器所需的电力。
14.根据权利要求 9所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特征 在于, 该中央控制器进一步内建一上下页切换指令、 一橡皮擦切换指令、 一清 除指令及一画笔切换指令, 以通过该传输装置输出给电子装置, 分别使该电子 装置执行翻上一页、 下一页、 切换为橡皮擦、 清除画面或切换为画笔的动作, 并于触控笔外壳上设置一附属按键, 该附属按键具有多个按压部, 该多个按压 部受使用者按压时分别输出一附属切换指令, 以分别使该中央控制器对应输出 该上下页切换指令、 该橡皮擦切换指令、 该清除指令及该画笔切换指令。
1 5.根据权利要求 1 1 所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特 征在于, 该中央控制器进一步内建一上下页切换指令、 一橡皮擦切换指令、 一 清除指令及一画笔切换指令, 以通过该传输装置输出给电子装置, 分别使该电 子装置执行翻上一页、 下一页、 切换为橡皮擦、 清除画面或切换为画笔的动作, 并于触控笔外壳上设置一附属按键, 该附属按键具有多个按压部, 该多个按压 部受使用者按压时分别输出一附属切换指令, 以分別使该中央控制器对应输出 该上下页切换指令、 该橡皮擦切换指令、 该清除指令及该画笔切换指令。
16.根据权利要求 1 3 所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特 征在于, 该中央控制器进一步内建一上下页切换指令、 一橡皮擦切换指令、 一 清除指令及一画笔切换指令, 以通过该传输装置输出给电子装置, 分别使该电 子装置执行翻上一页、 下一页、 切换为橡皮擦、 清除画面或切换为画笔的动作, 并于触控笔外壳上设置一附属按键, 该附属按键具有多个按压部, 该多个按压 部受使用者按压时分别输出一附属切换指令, 以分别使该中央控制器对应输出 该上下页切换指令、 该橡皮擦切换指令、 该清除指令及该画笔切换指令。

20.根据权利要求 17 所述的可切换颜色且具颜色标示功能的触控笔, 其特 征在于, 该连接接口为 USB连接接口, 且该无线发射模块为蓝牙无线发射模块。
