本发明涉及园林绿化种植技术领域,适用于园林景观工程中大木树移植的快速恢复,特指多效树木滴注液及其使用方法。该滴注液包括椰子、黄芪麻黄根提取液、葡萄糖、辅酶A、三磷酸腺苷、维生素B1、维生素C、地塞米松磷酸钠、海藻素、芸苔素、硼酸、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、植物生长激素、防腐剂,各原料容积百分比为:椰子原汁20-30%、椰肉提取液5-13%、黄芪麻黄根提取液28-38%、50%葡萄糖注射液10-15%、99.8%海藻素2-7%、0.0016%芸苔素5-11%、山梨酸钾2-7%、硼酸、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、植物生长激素、防腐剂微量、蒸馏水补足至100%。本多效树木滴注液能一次性达到补充苗木养分、平衡苗木体内水分,阻抗水分蒸腾,快速愈合创伤根系伤口、促进提早生根、预防感染的目的。

多效树木滴注液及其使用方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及园林绿化种植技术领域, 适用于园林景观工程中大 树移植的快速恢复, 特指多效树木滴注液及其使用方法。
背景技术:
大树移植后由于根系受到严重创伤, 一段时间内受创根系不能 吸收土壤中的水分和有机质, 而断根后的苗木体内还在不断代谢, 体内能量合成远远小于能量分解, 容易导致能量缺乏和水分失衡, 严重时导致树木死亡。 因此移植后要采取补充营养、 平衡水分、 阻 抗蒸腾和促进生根四大措施来确保大树移植成活率。 目前, 市场上 大树移植后虽然有补充营养、 平衡水分、 阻抗水分蒸腾、 加速生根 等措施, 但几个环节均为各自独立进行, 操作流程复杂; 再则, 市 场上供应的滴注液大都是合成成份, 不能直接被植物利用, 需要通 过树体内一系列酶参与经过复杂的转化过程才能被植物吸收。
目前市场上抗蒸腾剂有二种, 一种是膜型抗蒸腾剂, 即抗蒸腾 剂喷施在植物表面后形成一层封闭膜, 达到阻抗植物蒸腾的目的; 正因为这种抗蒸腾剂的全封闭作用, 苗木失去合理的蒸腾, 热量不 能正常代谢而大量积蓄, 导致苗木体内温度大大升高, 如果在高温 季节使用会致使苗木灼伤。 另一种抗蒸腾剂属于调节型抗蒸腾剂, 这类抗蒸腾剂主要是采用黄腐酸等作苗木外表喷施来调节植物气孔 张度达到抗蒸腾的目的; 虽然黄腐酸等能起到一定的调节气孔作用, 但由于有效阻抗蒸腾时间较短, 起不到长效阻抗苗木水分蒸腾的作 用, 特别是如果遇到雨天或有露水的天气, 喷施的抗蒸腾剂被雨露 冲刷立即失去阻抗蒸腾作用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足, 提供了一种多效树木滴 注液及其使用方法, 该滴注液能一次性达到补充苗木养分、 平衡苗 木体内水分, 阻抗水分蒸腾, 快速愈合创伤根系伤口、 促进提早生 根、 预防感染等多重目的。
本发明还解决了人工合成滴注液不能被植物直接吸收的难题, 即用椰子原汁作为树液补充剂, 因为椰子原汁本身就是植物体储藏 的树液, 不需要再经过植物体内很复杂的转化过程, 便可有效的为 移植后的苗木提供养分和维持水分平衡。
另外, 本发明针对膜型抗蒸腾剂和调节型抗蒸腾剂的不足, 利 用黄芪和麻黄根对植物细胞气孔进行调节, 达到抗蒸腾的目的。
本多效树木滴注液采用的技术方案是: 其原料包括椰子汁、 椰 子肉、 黄芪和麻黄根提取液、 葡萄糖、 辅酶 A、 三磷酸腺苷、 维生素 Bl、 维生素 C、 地塞米松磷酸钠、 海藻素、 芸苔素、 硼酸、 硫酸锰、 硫酸锌、 植物生长激素、 防腐剂, 各原料容积百分比为: 椰子原汁 20-30%、 椰肉提取液 5-13%、 黄芪麻黄根提取液 28-38%、 50%葡萄糖 注射液 10-15%、 99. 8%海藻素 2-7%、 0. 0016%芸苔素 5_11%、 山梨酸 钾 2-7%, 每升多效树木滴注液加入辅酶 A 600—1200国际单位、 三 磷酸腺苷 40— 60 mg、 维生素 B1 300— 500mg、 维生素 C 1一 2g、 地 塞米松磷酸钠 10— 15 mg, 加入少量硼酸、 硫酸锰、 硫酸锌、 植物生 长激素、 防腐剂, 蒸馏水补足至 100%。
本多效树木滴注液的配制方法步骤为:
( 1 ) 取黄芪和麻黄根, 采用煎煮蒸馏或者压搾、 研磨、 浸泡过 滤等方法制成黄芪麻黄根提取液密封备用;
( 2 ) 取出椰子原汁导入容器内封存备用;
( 3 ) 椰肉经压搾、 研磨、 浸泡取汁封装备用;
(4) 按各原料容积百分比, 取椰子原汁、 椰肉提取液, 黄芪麻 黄根提取液, 加入葡萄糖注射液、 辅酶 A、 用 50%葡萄糖注射液溶化 的三磷酸腺苷、 维生素 Bl、 维生素 C、 地塞米松磷酸钠、 海藻素、 芸苔素、 硼酸、 硫酸锰、 硫酸锌、 植物生长激素、 防腐剂微量、 蒸 馏水, 经紫外线消毒后分装即成。
多效树木滴注液的使用方法为: 大树定植后, 在树杆离土壤 2 一 5 cm处, 钻 Φ 5匪左右、 深入木质部的孔, 插入输液器, 输入多效 树木滴注液。
本发明有益效果为: 本大树滴注液配制方法, 采用椰子和天然 植物提取液, 辅以能量合剂、 抗感染药物、 植物生长激素、 微量元 素合成, 其特征在于能一次性达到补充苗木养分、 平衡苗木体内水 分, 阻抗水分蒸腾, 快速愈合创伤根系伤口、 促进提早生根、 预防 感染的多重目的, 不但操作简便, 在提高工作效率的基础上大大提 高了苗木移植成活率。
本发明根据中医药原理, 利用具有特殊 "固表"作用的黄芪和 麻黄根 , 降低植物气孔保卫细胞对阳光、 温度、 水分、 二氧化碳浓 度的敏感度, 使保卫细胞较长时间处于脱水状态, 从而保持气孔处 于微开放状态, 达到阻抗苗木体内水分蒸腾的目的, 保证了树体内 水分平衡, 解决了膜型抗蒸腾剂和调节型抗蒸腾剂的不足。 黄芪除 了能通过调节苗木气孔减少水分蒸腾外, 还有预防和治疗受伤部位 感染和促进受伤根系快速愈合的特殊功效;
三磷酸腺苷、 葡萄糖、 维生素 B1等作为苗木能量合剂补充树体 能量, 有效平衡苗木体内能量代谢;
辅酶 A 能激活苗木体内的代谢物质, 加强物质在苗木体内的氧 化并提供一定的能量, 解决了苗木移植后缺氧的问题;
酶是苗木体内能量代谢中必不可少的催化剂, 因为椰肉中有多 种植物必须酶, 如同工酶、 歧化酶等, 本发明特征在于采用椰肉中 的天然酶作为催化剂, 功效是普通催化剂的数万倍;
硼砂、 海藻素、 芸苔素、 锰肥、 锌肥补充养分和微量元素; 维生素 C作为抗氧化剂, 有效保证树皮不剥脱;

本发明包括椰子汁 20-30%、 椰肉提取液 5-13%、 黄芪麻黄根提 取液 28-38%、 50%葡萄糖注射液 10-15%、 99. 8%海藻素 2-7%、 0. 0016% 芸苔素 5-11%、 山梨酸钾 2-7%, 每升多效树木滴注液加入辅酶 A 600 一 1200国际单位、 三磷酸腺苷 40— 60 mg、 维生素 B1 300— 500mg、 维生素 C 1一 2g、 地塞米松磷酸钠 10— 15 mg, 加入硼酸、 硫酸锰、 硫酸锌、 生长激素、 防腐剂微量, 蒸馏水补足至 100%。
多效树木滴注液的配制方法步骤为:
( 1 ) 取黄芪和麻黄根, 经煎煮、 压搾、 浸泡取汁、 蒸馏等方法 制成黄芪麻黄根提取液密封备用;
(2 ) 取出椰子原汁导入容器内封存备用;
(3 ) 椰肉经压搾、 浸泡取汁封装备用;
(4) 按各原料容积百分比, 取椰子汁、 椰肉提取液、 黄芪麻黄 根提取液, 加入葡萄糖注射液、 辅酶 A、 用 50%葡萄糖注射液溶化的 三磷酸腺苷、 维生素 Bl、 维生素 C、 地塞米松磷酸钠、 海藻素、 芸 苔素、 硼酸、 硫酸锰、 硫酸锌、 植物生长激素、 防腐剂微量、 蒸馏 水, 经紫外线消毒后分装即成。
多效树木滴注液的使用方法为: 大树定植后, 在树杆离土壤 2 一 5 cm处钻孔, 插入输液器, 输入分装好的多效树木滴注液。

1、 多效树木滴注液, 其原料包括椰子、 黄芪、 麻黄根、 葡萄糖、 辅酶 A、 三磷酸腺苷、 维生素 Bl、 维生素 C、 地塞米松磷酸钠、 海藻 素、 芸苔素、 硼酸、 硫酸锰、 硫酸锌、 植物生长激素、 防腐剂, 其 特征在于:各原料容积百分比为:椰子汁 20-30%、椰肉提取液 5-13%、 黄芪和麻黄根提取液 28-38%、 50%葡萄糖注射液 10-15%、 99. 8%海藻 素 2-7%、 0. 0016%芸苔素 5-11%、 山梨酸钾 2_7%, 每升多效树木滴注 液加入辅酶 A600— 1200国际单位、 三磷酸腺苷 40— 60 mg、 维生素 B1 300— 500mg、 维生素 C 1一 2g、 地塞米松磷酸钠 10— 15 mg, 并 加入少量硼酸、 硫酸锰、 硫酸锌、 植物生长激素、 防腐剂, 蒸馏水 补足至 100%。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的多效树木滴注液的配制方法为:
( 1 ) 取黄芪和麻黄根, 采用煎煮蒸馏或者压搾、 研磨、 浸泡过 滤等方法制成黄芪麻黄根提取液密封备用;
( 2 ) 取出椰子原汁导入容器内封存备用;
( 3 ) 椰肉经压搾、 研磨、 浸泡过滤后封装备用;
(4) 按权利要求 1的各原料容积百分比, 取椰子原汁、 椰肉提 取液、 黄芪麻黄根提取液, 加入葡萄糖、 辅酶 A、 用 50%葡萄糖注射 液溶化的三磷酸腺苷、 维生素 Bl、 维生素 C、 地塞米松磷酸钠、 海 藻素、 芸苔素、 硼酸、 硫酸锰、 硫酸锌、 植物生长激素、 防腐剂微 量、 蒸馏水, 经紫外线消毒后分装即成。
