Description

MULTIFUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
FOR E-SERVICES Technical Field
Multifunctional management system for is dedicated for e-services organised with/without electronic means. Background Art
There is known e-cash system which consists of interconnected devices over a local network and allow e-business transactions conducted over open networks. Each device has smart card reader. Smart cards are used as a valet for electronic purse. One of the main components is the server that contains the list of records for each use of electronic money to the various service providers. In order to improve the security of transactions, messages between the devices and / or smart card are protected by a secret key that is stored in smart card system (see EP 1 132875 (Al ), G06Q20/00, 2001).
Its main drawback is that this system can only use one function that is only for payment (e- cash), there is not possible to maintain bought „electronic rights" (tickets to the movie theatres, concerts, performances, transport tickets, gift vouchers, discount points, etc.).
There is known payment system with digital money and method comprising user terminal, user terminal in a communication network to interact with service providers, processing centers, where the user terminal is a digital media (electric passport), in which is installed the software, including programs for user identification and approval of financial transactions, in addition digital media (e-passport) has security features, a systematically deleting information when the user is not approved. Digital media (electronic passport) depending on the needs also choose the right program that performs the actions in the program. (LT patent No. 5704, G06Q 20/00, 2010 No. 48, 12/30/79).
The main deficiency of this invention is that the system can use only one function, i.e. only for payment (digital cash), it is not possible to maintain bought electronic rights (tickets to the movie theatres, concerts, performances, transport passage tickets, gift vouchers, discount points, etc.).
Purpose of the invention - to extend the functionality of the system, creating a multifunctional management system of electronic services for it's consumers and suppliers, which allow in electronic environment safely to identify the user, to make payments for services and to maintain bought electronic rights.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is achieved by having multifunctional management system consisting modules of a users and service suppliers and the server, having a number of logical identifiers comprising subject's profile, recourses, account subject and entity identifiers with/without internal memory.
In addition, the subject profile can be a person, legal entity, device or logical entity. Entity's resources accounts may be electronic money or dedicated electronic money, an electronic ticket or tickets to events, coupons, discounts, allowances. Subject identifiers is a machine-readable form or taken from the terminal memory, optically scanned or entered manually. Brief Description of Drawing
The essence of the invention is illustrated in figures:
Fig. l . shows the structural scheme of the system;
Fig 2. shows in the server database structure;
Fig 3. shows the algorithm of tickets purchase for the events.
Description of Embodiments
Structure of Multifunctional management system for e-services is presented in Fig. l and consists of a user's account top-up module 1 , accounting and redistribution centre (clearing centre) 2, banks of money collection entities 3, clearing centre bank 4, the electronic service suppliers 5 and they banks 6.
Multifunctional management system for e-services works as follows: Registered in the system user can top-up his account in cash, bank transfer or via SMS. Information about the user's account top-up is transferred to the accounting and redistribution centre 2, and money are transferred into the banks of money collection entities 3. Once per day the money from the banks of money collection entities 3 are transmitted to the bank of clearing centre 4. Electronic service providers 5 as well are registered in the accounting and redistribution centre as well, and only then they can carry out customer service functions and get payments for them.
In Fig. 3 is presented case for tickets to the events in the acquisition, preservation and use. Industrial Applicability
Compared with the prototype, a new technical solution allows the management of e-services in a single environment, using a various e- resources accounts. Depending on what kind of entity identification has been used for identification, such accounts of resources will be used. All this allows to extend the functional possibilities of the system, creating a single multifunctional electronic management system for consumers and suppliers which enable secure the user identification, payments for services and management of bought electronic rights.
