Abstract

Multifunctional management system for is dedicated for e-services  organised with/without  electronic means. Purpose of the invention - to extend the functionality of the system, creating a multifunctional management system of electronic  services for it‘s consumers and suppliers,  which allow in electronic environment  safely to identify the user, to make payments for services  and to maintain bought electronic rights.  The invention is achieved by having multifunctional management system consisting modules of a users and  service suppliers and the server, having a number of logical identifiers comprising subject's profile, resources,accounts subject and entity identifiers with/without internal memory. In addition, the subject profile can be a person, legal entity, device or logical entity. Entity's resources accounts may be electronic money or dedicated electronic money,  an electronic ticket or tickets to events, coupons, discounts, allowances. Subject identifiers is a machine-readable form or taken from the terminal memory, optically scanned or entered manually.

Daugiafunkcinė elektroninių paslaugų apskaitos ir valdymo sistema (DEPAVS) skirta elektroninėje erdvėje ir/arba elektroninėmis priemonėmis teikiamų ir gaunamų paslaugų sričiai.The Multifunctional Electronic Service Accounting and Management System (DEPAVS) is intended for the field of electronic services and / or services provided and received electronically.

Yra žinoma elektroninės piniginės sistema, kurią sudaro tarpusavyje sujungti įrenginiai per vietinį tinklą ir gali atlikto elektroninio verslo sandorius atvirame tinkle. Kiekvienas prietaisas turi išmanųjį kortelių skaitytuvą. Lustinės kortelės naudojamos kaip elektroninė piniginė, turinti elektroninius pinigus. Vienu iš pagrindinių įtaisų yra serveris, kuriame yra duomenų įrašų sąrašas apie kiekvieną elektroninių pinigų panaudojimą pas įvairius paslaugų tiekėjus. Siekiant pagerinti sandorių saugumą, kad pranešimai tarp prietaisų ir/arba lustinės kortelės nebūtų falsifikuojami, mokėjimo operacijos yra apsaugotos slaptais raktais, kurie yra saugomi tik lustinės kortelės sistemoje ( žiūr. Pagrindinis šios sistemos trūkumas yra tas, kad tokią sistemą galima naudoti tik vienai funkcijai t.y. vykdyti tik apmokėjimus ( skaitmeniniais pinigais), nėra galimybės išsaugoti įsigytas elektronines teises ( bilietai į kino teatrus, koncertus, spektaklius, transporto pravažiavimo bilietai, dovanų čekiai, nuolaidų taškai ir kt.)The main disadvantage of this system is that such a system can only be used for one function, i.e. make only payments (in digital money), there is no possibility to save the purchased electronic rights (tickets to cinemas, concerts, performances, transport tickets, gift certificates, discount points, etc.)

Yra žinoma atsiskaitymo skaitmeniniais pinigais vykdymo sistema ir būdas, apimantis vartotojo terminalą, ryšių tinklą vartotojo terminalo sąveikai su paslaugų tiekėjo procesiniais centrais, kur vartotojo terminalą sudaro skaitmeninė laikmena-elektrinis pasas, kuriame instaliuota programinė įranga, kurią sudaro programos asmens tapatybės informacijai laikyti, aprobuoti, perduoti, programos finansiniams atsiskaitymams vykdyti, be to, skaitmeninė laikmena-elektroninis pasas turi apsaugos elementą, sistemingai ištrinantį informaciją, kai vartotojas nepatvirtinamas. Taip pat skaitmeninė laikmenaelektroninis pasas priklausomai nuo poreikio parenka atitinkamą programą, atlieka veiksmus toje programoje. Išradimo tikslas - išplėsti sistemos funkcines galimybes, sukuriant daugiafunkcinę elektroninių paslaugų vieningą atsiskaitymo tarp vartotojų ir tiekėjų sistemą, įgalinančią elektroninėje erdvėje saugiai identifikuoti vartotoją, atlikti mokėjimus už suteiktas paslaugas ir išsaugoti įsigytas elektronines teises.The object of the invention is to extend the functional capabilities of the system by creating a multifunctional electronic services billing system between users and suppliers, which enables the user to securely identify the user in electronic space, make payments for the services provided and retain the acquired electronic rights.

Išradimo tikslas yra pasiekiamas tuo, kad daugiafunkcinė elektroninių paslaugų apskaitos ir valdymo sistema susidedanti iš vartotojo, paslaugų tiekėjo ir serverio, turi eilę vieningų loginių identifikatorių apimančių subjekto profilį, subjekto resursų sąskaitas ir subjekto identifikatorius ar identifikatorius su vidine atmintimi.
