본 발명의 과제 해결수단은 질세정 및 마사지 장치의 도너츠 형상의 본체와, 상기 본체가 각 단위별로 분리하도록 형성되고, 상기 본체에서 분리되며 안쪽면에는 결합돌기가 형성되고 외부면에는 수위표시구가 형성된 반원통의 물통부와, 상기 결합돌기에 장착되는 결합홈이 형성된 손잡이부와, 상기 반원통 물통과 결합되어 물통의 세척액을 토출시키도록 상기 물통의 밀착돌기구에 호스를 삽입하여 결합이 되도록 모터와 펌프가 장착된 펌핑부와, 상기 펌핑부와 결합되며 일정한 범위내에서 회전되도록 형성된 회동부와, 상기 회동부가 장착되며 세정액을 공급되는 호스와 연결되는 끼움돌기가 형성되며, 전방에는 노즐부가 장착되는 삽입구가 형성되고, 안쪽면에는 온/오프스위치와 수압조절스위치와 작동램프가 형성된 제어부를 포함한 노즐작동부를 형성하여 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 세정 및 마사지기를 제작하도록 달성하였다.
여성들의 고민을 예방하고 생활의 편의를 제공하여 건강한 사회생활을 영위할 수 있도록 휴대가 간편하여 어디에서든지 사용이 가능한 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 여성의 국부를 청결하게 관리하여 질병에 감염되는 것을 방지하고 임신 후에 건강한 태아를 출산할 수 있도록 하고, 출산 후에 생길 수 있는 국부와 관계된 질병의 치유를 보조할 수 있는 휴대가능한 세정기구를 제공한 매우 ㄸ뛰어 효과가 있는 유용한 발명인 것이다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예의 휴대용 기능성 질세정 및 마사지 장치를 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
화장실과 욕실의 개념이 복합화되고, 화장실 문화가 정착됨과 함께 남녀노소를 불문하고 건강에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라, 신체의 중요한 일부분이며 원활한 기능을 위해 청결해야만 하는 항문과 국부의 보다 청결한 관리를 위한 국부 세정장
치에 대한 관심이 점차 높아지고 있다. 가정이나 실내에서 비데라 불리는 국부 세정장치는 세정효과뿐만 아니라, 항문 및 국부가 청결하지 못하여 발생할 수 있는 변비와 치질을 예방할 수 있으며, 성인의 50% 가량이 가지고 있다는 크고 작은 항문질환을 치료하기 위한 의료용 장치로도 사용되나 여러 명이 사용하므로 사용자가 꺼리는 문제가 있고, 변기에 장착된 노즐을 통해 세정액이 분출되어 세정이 이루어지는 것으로, 세정액의 분출력 만으로 세정이 이루어지므로 탁월한 세정효과를 기대하기 어려워 여성들이 사용을 꺼리는 문제가 있다. 또한 일회용으로 사용되고 있는 질세정기는 사용하기가 불편하고, 세정이 잘 이루어지지 않아 청결에 대한 만족도가 떨어진다.
도 1 내지 도 7에 도시한 본 발명은 질세정 및 마사지 장치에 있어서,
도너츠 형상의 본체와, 상기 본체가 각 단위별로 분리하도록 형성되고, 상기 본체에서 분리되며 안쪽면에는 결합돌기(140)가 형성되고 외부면에는 수위표시구(100)가 형성된 반원통의 물통부(150)과, 상기 결합돌기(140)에 장착되는 결합홈(360)이 형성된 손잡이부(380)와, 상기 반원통의 물통부(150)와 결합되어 물통부의 세척액을 토출시키도록 상기 물통부의 밀착돌기구(130)에 호스(200)를 삽입하여 결합되도록 모터(190)와 펌프(180)가 장착된 펌핑부(210)와, 상기 펌핑부(210)와 결합되며 일정한 범위내에서 회전되도록 형성된 회동부(500)와, 상기 회동부(500)가 장착되며 세정액을 공급되는 호스(220)와 연결되는 끼움돌기(230)가 형성되며, 전방에는 노즐부(350)가 장착되는 삽입구(440)가 형성되고, 안쪽면에는 온/오프스위치(260)와 수압조절기(270)와 작동램프(280)가 형성된 제어부(290)를 포함한 노즐작동부(300);를 형성하여 질내에 삽입하여 물을 토출하도록 노즐부(350)를 장착할 수 있도록 노즐작동부(300)를 회동시켜 돌출된 구조로 형성한 특징이 있다.
상기 본체는 손잡이부(380), 물통부(150)와, 펌핑부(210)와, 노즐작동부(300)로 구성되면 서로 각각 분리와 결합이 가능하도록 결합된다.
상기 본체는 도너츠형상의 모양에서 질내로 삽입할 수 있는 구조로 변경이 가능하도록 노즐부(350)를 회전시켜 노즐부를 장착할 수 있도록 하여 손잡이부를 잡고 질속에 노즐부를 조심스럽게 삽입한 후에 제어부(290)의 스위치를 작동하면 노즐부에서 세척액이 토출이 되도록 하였다.
상기 손잡이부(380)는 손으로 잡기 편리하도록 관통구(370)가 형성되고, 전방면에 결합홈(360)이 형성되어 있다. 상기 결합홈(360)과 물통부의 내측면에 형성된 결합돌기(140)와 결합하여 고정이 된다. 상기 손잡이부(380)를 물통의 내측에 고정하여 세정액의 무게를 직접 느낄 수 있도록 하였다.
물통부(150)는 반투명의 구조로 형성되어 내부의 세정액을 볼 수 있도록 형성되며, 펌핑부(210)와 결합할 수 있도록 측면에 안착돌기(110)와 상기 안착돌기 상부면에는 슬라이스돌기(120)가 형성되고, 상부에는 호스가 삽입될 수 있도록 밀착돌기구(130)가 형성된다.
상기 밀착돌기구(130)는 호스가 삽입될 수 있도록 형성되며, 테두리면에는 고무패킹이 형성되어 세정액이 새지 않도록 하였다.
상기 펌핑부(210)는 한쪽면에는 물통부(150)와 결합되고 다른 쪽면에는 노즐작동부(300)와 결합이 되도록 구성하였다.
물통부와 결합되는 부분에는 물통부의 세정액을 펌핑할 수 있도록 모터(190)와 펌프(180)를 장착하고, 상기 펌프(180)에 연결되는 호스(200)와 연결호스(220)를 각각 장착하고, 상기 물통부에 결합할 수 있도록 안착홈(160)과 상기 안착홈의 상부에 슬라이스홈(160)을 형성하여 결합이 되도록 하였다. 슬라이스홈(140)과 슬라이스돌기(120)가 서로 밀어서 결합이 된다. 이때 밀착돌기구(130)가 밀착홀(170)에 밀착되어 결합이 된다.
상기 노즐작동부(300)는 펌핑부(210)와 노즐부(350)가 결합되는 것으로 펌핑부를 축으로 노즐작동부는 일정각도까지 회전이 되도록 회동부(520)를 구성하였다.
일실시예로 회동부(520)는 노즐작동부(300)에 끼움홈(240)을 형성하고, 끼움홈(240)의 끝단부터 회전할 수 있는 위치까지 곡면을 따라 걸림턱(250)이 형성된다. 상기와 같이 형성된 중앙에는 입구가 볼록한 구조의 끼움돌기(230)가 형성되어 연결호스(200)에 삽입되어 결합이 된다.
상기 회동부(500)는 펌핑부(210)를 축으로 노즐작동부(300)가 회전할 수 있도록 구성되며, 펌핑부에 T형결합구(490)가 형성되어 노즐작동부의 끼움홈(240)에 끼워지고, 상기 끼움홈(240)에 끼워진 T형결합구(490)는 걸림턱(250)을 따라 이동할 수 있도록 결합이 된다.
노즐작동부에 결합되어 세정액을 토출하도록 삽입구(440)가 형성되어 진다. 삽입구는 지지대(430)에 형성되며 삽입구내에는 고무링이 형성되어 노즐부의 끼움돌기가 빠지지않도록 하였다.
상기 노즐부(350)는 도 3과 도 4에 도시한 다수개의 칸막이(330) 또는 나선형의 칸막이(330-1)를 형성하고, 상기 칸막이의 사이에 배출구(320)를 형성하여 세척액과 이물질이 밖으로 빠져나오도록 하였다. 또한 칸막이의 사이에 토출구(340)를 다수개 형성하여 국부에 세척액이 미치도록 한 특징이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예의 도 7은 질내의 세정작용과 마시지 효과를 높일 수 있도록 진동부를 형성하였다.
노즐부(340)가 결합되는 노즐작동부의 지지대(430)는 케이스(400)의 내부에 끼움구(490)를 형성하였다. 상기 끼음구(490)에 끼움날개(410)를 장착하여 진동을 줄 수 있도록 장착하였다.
상기 좌우측면에 형성된 끼움구(490)에 끼움날개(410)가 형성된 절곡된 구조의 진동부(420)가 장착하였다. 상기 진동부(420)의 중앙에 장착된 고무링이 삽입된 지지대(440)와, 상기 지지대(440)를 흔들 수 있도록 안내바(450)와 상기 안내바와 연결된 편심축(460)을 창작하였다. 상기 편심축(460)을 회전시키도록 구성한 모터(470)를 장착하였다.
상기 모터(470)가 작동되면 편심축(460)이 회전하게 되고, 상기 편심축(460)에 연결된 안내바(450)가 진동부를 흔들게 됨으로써 빠른 속도로 회전이 이루어지면 진동부가 빠르게 진동을 일으키도록 하였다.
상기와 같이 진동과 세정액을 노즐부(340)를 통하여 공급함으로서 진동으로 인한 세정과 마사지 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있도록 하였다.
상기와 같이 세정 및 마사지를 한 후에는 노즐부(350)를 제거한 다음 노즐부에 마개(390)를 끼워 고정하고, 상기 노즐작동부(300)를 회전시켜 도너츠 형태의 본체로 원위치시킨다. 상기와 같이 노즐부작동부를 회전시켜 노즐부를 질내부로 삽입하여 사용시 작동 스위치인 온/오프스위치(260)와 수압조절수위치(270)와 작동램프(280)가 형성된 제어부(290)로 조절하여 수압과 작동시간을 조절할 수 있도록 하였다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 상기의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 이는 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다. 따라서, 본 발명 사상은 아래에 기재된 특허청구범위에 의해서만 파악되어야 하고, 이의 균등 또는 등가적 변형 모두는 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 질세정 장치에 있어서,
    도넛 형상의 본체; 상기 본체가 각 단위별로 분리하도록 형성되고, 상기 본체에서 분리되며 안쪽면에는 결합돌기가 형성되고 외부면에는 수위표시구가 형성된 반원통의 물통부;
    상기 결합돌기에 장착되는 결합홈이 형성된 손잡이부;
    상기 반원통 물통부와 결합되어 물통부의 세척액을 토출시키도록 상기 물통부의 밀착돌기구에 호스를 삽입하여 결합이 되도록 모터와 펌프가 장착된 펌핑부;
    상기 펌핑부와 결합되며 일정한 범위내에서 회전되도록 형성된 회동부와, 상기 회동부가 장착되며 세정액을 공급되는 호스와 연결되는 끼움돌기가 형성되며, 전방에는 노즐부가 장착되는 삽입구가 형성되고, 안쪽면에는 온/오프스위치와 토출압력조절기와 작동램프가 형성된 제어부를 포함한 노즐작동부;를 형성하여 질내에 삽입하여 물을 토출하도록 노즐부를 장착할 수 있도록 노즐작동부를 회동시켜 돌출된 구조로 형성할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 기능성 질세정 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물통은
    반투명의 구조로 형성되어 내부의 세정액을 볼 수 있도록 형성되며, 측면에 안착돌기와 상기 안착돌기 상부면에는 슬라이스돌기가 형성되고, 상부에는 호스가 삽입될 수 있도록 밀착돌기구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 기능성 질세정 장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 펌핑부는
    물통의 세정액을 펌핑할 수 있도록 모터와 펌프를 장착하고, 펌프에 호스와 연결호스를 장착하고, 물통에 결합할 수 있도록 안착홈과 상기 안착홈의 상부에 슬라이스홈을 형성하여 결합이 되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 기능성 질세정 장치.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회동부는
    펌핑부를 축으로 노즐작동부가 회전할 수 있도록 구성되며;
    펌핑부에 T형결합구가 형성되어 노즐작동부의 끼움홈에 끼워지고, 상기 끼움홈에 끼워진 T형결합구는 걸림턱을 따라 이동할 수 있도록 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 기능성 질세정 장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐부는
    다수개의 칸막이 또는 나선형의 칸막이를 형성하고, 상기 칸막이의 사이에 배출구를 형성하고, 상기 칸막이의 사이에 토출구를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 기능성 질세정 장치.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐작동부는
    케이스의 내부에 형성된 끼움구와 상기 끼움구에 끼움날개를 장착하고, 상기 좌우측면에 끼움날개가 형성된 절곡된 구조의 진동부와, 상기 진동부의 중앙에 장착된 고무링이 삽입된 지지대; 상기 지지대를 흔들 수 있도록 안내바와 연결된 편심축과 상기 편심축을 회전시키도록 구성한 모터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 기능성 질세정 장치.
