Sistema de exposición de motivos diversos para fachadas de edificios; del tipo de los destinados a superponerse sobre una fachada de edificio y que comprenden una superficie expositora de gran tamaño y unos medios de iluminación; que comprende: - una pluralidad de placas transparente dispuestas exteriormente y distanciadas respecto a una fachada de dicho edificios; - una estructura modular que comprende: unas cartelas de soporte dispuestas a diferentes niveles, fijadas por un primer extremo a dicho edificio y que sobresalen de dicha fachada de edificio; unos tubos verticales fijados por una zona intermedia sobre un segundo extremo de dichas cartelas de soporte y distanciados de dicha fachada del edificio; unos grampones de sujeción de dichas placas transparentes a los mencionados tubos verticales; unas pasarelas de mantenimiento y unas bandejas pasacables fijadas a las cartelas de soporte y situadas a diferentes niveles entre la superficie expositora; - por una matriz de leds situada por detrás de las placas transparentes, orientada hacia dichas placas transparente; - una unidad computerizada para el control de los medios de iluminación y; - unos medios autónomos de alimentación eléctrica.

Description

DESCRIPCIÓN
SISTEMA DE EXPOSICIÓN DE MOTIVOS DIVERSOS PARA FACHADAS DE EDIFICIOS.
Objeto de la invención
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de exposición de motivos diversos para fachadas de edificios, del tipo de los destinados a superponerse sobre una fachada de edificio y que comprende una superficie expositora y unos medios de iluminación.
Campo de aplicación de la invención.
Esta invención es aplicable en la fabricación de sistemas de comunicación y publicidad aplicable a fachadas de edificios tanto públicos como privados, de aeropuertos, de estaciones de transportes y en general a fachadas de cualquier tipo.
Antecedentes de la invención.
En la actualidad es una práctica habitual la utilización de carteles y vallas para la presentación en diferentes entornos de motivos diversos, ya sean de tipo publicitario o informativo.
Tanto las vallas publicitarias como los expositores de carteles destinados a fijarse sobre paredes verticales disponen de forma generalizada de una superficie posterior delimitada por un marco perimetral destinado a contener en su interior una lámina impresa portadora de los motivos a exponer, encontrándose esta lámina cubierta generalmente por su zona frontal mediante una tapa o cubierta transparente.
Este tipo de soportes tiene unas limitaciones dimensionales debido a su propia estructura y configuración.
Actualmente también es conocida la utilización de grandes carteles publicitarios destinados a aplicarse sobre superficies de edificios. Esta aplicación se ha realizado tradicionalmente encolando carteles de papel a la pared o a tableros fijados en la pared, lo que requiere la intervención de mano de obra cada vez que se sustituye el cartel en cuestión. Estos carteles, al igual que las vallas y los expositores murales mencionados anteriormente tienen una limitación importante en lo que se refiere a la superficie a cubrir, lo que dificulta la obtención de una superficie expositora de gran formato.
Otra técnica conocida es la aplicación de carteles en tableros independientes que se elevan a una posición conveniente tal como se describe por ejemplo en el documento EP-A-0453359.
En la patente ES2119407T3 también se describe un dispositivo para aplicar soportes de información de gran tamaño tales como carteles, ilustraciones y artículos similares sobre superficies verticales particularmente en edificios, que se basa en la utilización de carteles o ilustraciones flexibles que presentan la calidad para soportar el impacto de la lluvia y la nieve y que presentan una resistencia a la deformación para permitir ser suspendidos por un lado. Esto se consigue laminando papel fotográfico con una lámina plástica sobre una o las dos caras o aplicando la ilustración o decoración sobre una trama, textil con la resistencia necesaria.
Este dispositivo, al igual que los anteriores tiene unas limitaciones en lo que se refiere a la superficie a cubrir, un riesgo de rotura o deterioro acelerado debido a la acción del viento y una capacidad de exposición limitada al tratarse únicamente de motivos estáticos, lo que determina que para cambiar la información o publicidad expuesta es preciso sustituir la totalidad de la lámina flexible, impresa y convenientemente protegida.
Descripción de la invención
El sistema de exposición de motivos diversos para fachadas de edificios objeto de esta invención, siendo del tipo de los destinados a superponerse sobre una fachada de edificio y que comprende una superficie expositora de gran tamaño y unos medios de iluminación, presenta unas particularidades constructivas orientadas a proporcionarle un carácter modular lo que permite conformar una superficie expositora de amplitud variable y adaptable a fachadas de diferentes dimensiones.
Este carácter modular elimina por tanto las limitaciones dimensionales de la superficie expositora de las láminas y carteles impresos utilizados actualmente.
Otro de los objetivos de la invención es la conformación de una superficie expositora rígida mediante placas transparentes montadas sobre una estructura modular de soporte.
Otro de los objetivos de la invención es conseguir mediante este sistema la exposición combinada de motivos estáticos, de carácter informativo o publicitario con anuncios luminosos que muestran motivos dinámicos o cambiantes, ya sean de tipo publicitario o para la comunicación al exterior de cualquier evento, mensaje de emergencia, señalización o cualquier otro tipo.
Otro de los objetivos de la invención es dotar al sistema de unos medios autónomos de alimentación eléctrica para garantizar la sostenibilidad del mismo.
Otro de los objetivos de la invención es garantizar un acceso cómodo y seguro de los operarios a cualquier punto del sistema de exposición, instalado sobre una fachada, mediante la utilización de unas pasarelas de mantenimiento montadas sobre una estructura modular que sirve de soporte a las placas transparentes conformantes de la superficie expositora y de unos medios de iluminación para la exposición de los mensajes luminosos de motivos cambiantes.
Otro de los objetivos de la invención es la realización del sistema de exposición de forma que permita el paso de luz a través del mismo, para que su utilización sobre fachadas de edificios provistos de aberturas al exterior no constituya un problema en lo que se refiere al aprovechamiento de ia luz natural.
Para conseguir de forma simultánea los objetivos propuestos este sistema de exposición de motivos diversos para fachadas de edificios comprende unas características, recogidas en la reivindicación 1 y según la cual comprende:
- una pluralidad de placas transparentes dispuestas exteriormente y distanciadas respecto a una fachada de dicho edificio, conformando dicha pluralidad de placas una superficie expositora, de dimensiones modulables, para el soporte eventual y la exposición de motivos estáticos de carácter informativo o publicitario;
- una estructura modular que comprende: unas cartelas de soporte dispuestas a diferentes niveles, fijadas por un primer extremo a dicho edificio y que sobresalen de dicha fachada de edificio; unos tubos verticales fijados por una zona intermedia sobre un segundo extremo de dichas cartelas de soporte y distanciados de dicha fachada del edificio; unos grampones de sujeción de dichas placas transparentes a los mencionados tubos verticales; unas pasarelas de mantenimiento y unas bandejas pasacables fijadas a las cartelas de soporte y situadas a diferentes niveles entre la superficie expositora, conformada por dichas placas transparentes, y la fachada del edificio;
- por una matriz de leds (diodos emisores de luz) situada por detrás de las placas transparentes, orientada hacia dichas placas transparente y que constituye unos medios de iluminación para la exposición de anuncios luminosos, con motivos dinámicos o cambiantes, visibles a través de dichas placas transparentes;
- una unidad computerizada para el control de los medios de iluminación y la conformación de dichos anuncios luminosos y;
- unos medios autónomos de alimentación eléctrica, constituidos por unas placas fotovoltaicas montadas sobre el mencionado edificio.
Otras características adicionales de la invención, recogidas en las reivindicaciones dependientes de la invención contemplan que las placas transparentes estén conformadas en vidrio, metacrilato o material similar para resistir impactos de una intensidad moderada sin romperse, garantizando de este modo la integridad de la superficie expositora. De acuerdo con la invención los motivos estáticos pueden encontrarse aplicados sobre las placas transparentes por adhesión, serigrafía, impresión o cualquier otra técnica similar.
Otra característica de la invención es que los leds conformantes de los medios de iluminación se encuentran montados en unos perfiles de sujeción de material opaco (aluminio, hierro o similar) o de material traslucido (vidrio, metacrilato o similar), que forman alineaciones paralelas y que se encuentran fijados en al estructura de soporte de las placas transparentes. Esta disposición de los leds permite que el rótulo luminoso, conformado por los mismos, alcance la totalidad o una parte de la superficie total del sistema de la invención, obteniendo la modularidad mencionada anteriormente.
Preferentemente los perfiles de sujeción de los leds se encuentran dispuestos horizontalmente y fijados a los tubos verticales de la estructura de soporte de las placas transparentes.
Preferentemente el sistema de leds será el anteriormente descrito, pudiéndose instalar en su defecto una cortina de leds.
Según la invención, los motivos estáticos dispuestos sobre las placas transparentes están conformados en un material translúcido, lo que permite que la luz emitida por la matriz leds pase a través de los mismos, y que dichos motivos estáticos no desvirtúen los posibles mensajes luminosos emitidos por dicha matriz de leds.
Con estas características la invención permite obtener mediante un único sistema la exposición de motivos o publicidad estática de forma simultánea, o de forma combinada con la exposición de anuncios luminosos con motivos dinámicos o cambiantes, bien publicitarios, informativos o de cualquier otro tipo.
Se ha previsto que las placas fotovoltaicas se dispongan sobre aquella fachada del edificio que queda expuesta al sol un mayor número horas o en aquella fachada que resulta mas desfavorable para la presentación de los motivos a exponer. Estas placas fotovoltaicas pueden ir dispuestas en la zona superior del edificio o sobre una de las fachadas mencionadas, utilizando en este caso como soporte la misma estructura descrita anteriormente.
Descripción de las figuras.
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de facilitar la comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva un juego de dibujos en los que, con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
- La figura 1 muestra una vista esquemática de perfil de un ejemplo de realización del sistema de exposición de motivos diversos para fachadas de edificio según la invención, aplicada sobre un edificio.
- La figura 2 muestra un detalle ampliado de figura anterior.
- La figura 3 muestra una vista esquemática en alzado frontal de una porción del sistema de exposición, en el que se pueden observar algunas de las placas frontales portadoras de motivos publicitarios estáticos, y algunas de las placas transparentes seccionadas para permitir la observación de la matriz de leds dispuesta por detrás de las mismas.
Realización preferente de la invención
En el ejemplo de realización mostrado en las figuras adjuntas el sistema de exposición de motivos diversos para fachadas de edificios comprende una pluralidad de placas transparentes (1), en este caso de vidrio templado, montadas exteriormente y a una cierta distancia respecto a una fachada (F) de un edificio; conformando dichas placas transparentes (1) una superficie expositora.
Las placas transparentes (1) se encuentran montadas respecto al edificio mediante una estructura modular referenciada en su conjunto como (2) y que, en este ejemplo de realización, comprende por unas cartelas de soporte (21) dispuestas a diferentes niveles, concretamente en correspondencia con las sucesivas plantas (P) del edificio.
Estas cartelas de soporte (2) se encuentran fijadas al edificio, por un primer extremo, mediante un soporte o placa de anclaje (3) que, al igual que las cartelas de soporte (21), pueden presentar diferentes configuraciones dependiendo de las características y tipología del edificio en cuestión.
La mencionada estructura modular (2) comprende adicionalmente unos tubos verticales (4) fijados sobre un segundo extremo de las cartelas de soporte (21), de forma que dichos tubos verticales (4) quedan sensiblemente paralelos y distanciados de la fachada (F) del edificio.
La mencionada estructura modular comprende adicionalmente unos grampones (41) fijados a los tubos verticales (4) y que conforman los medios de sujeción de las placas trasparentes (1),
Dicha estructura modular (2) comprende adicionalmente unas pasarelas de mantenimiento (5) y unas bandejas pasacables (6) que se extienden sobre las cartelas de soporte (21) situadas a un mismo nivel, entre la superficie expositora constituida por las placas transparentes (1) y la fachada (F) del edificio.
Sobre los tubos verticales (4) y por detrás de las placas transparentes (1) se encuentra montada una matriz (7) de leds que conforma los medios de iluminación para la exposición de anuncios luminosos con motivos dinámicos o cambiantes, visibles a través de las placas transparentes (1)
Esta matriz (7) está constituida por una pluralidad de leds (71) montados en unos perfiles de sujeción (72) que forman alineaciones paralelas, en este caso horizontal y que se encuentran fijados a los tubos verticales (4)
Como se puede observar en la figura 3, las placas transparentes (1) conforman una superficie expositora apta para el soporte de motivos estáticos (8) de carácter informativo o publicitario que pueden encontrase adheridos, serigrafiados o fijados por cualquier otro medio a las mencionadas placas transparentes (1). En una realización preferente dichos motivos estáticos están conformados en un material translúcido, de forma que permitan el paso a través de los mismos de la luz emitida por la matriz (7) de leds cuando ésta se encuentra operativa.
De esta forma, el sistema permite realizar de forma combinada la exposición de motivos estáticos (8) asociados a las placas transparentes (1), con los motivos dinámicos o cambiantes generados por al matriz (7) de leds (71) y proyectados al exterior a través de las placas transparentes (1).
Tal como se ha mencionado anteriormente este sistema incorpora una unidad computerizada, no representada para el control de los medios de iluminación y la conformación o programación de anuncios luminosos diversos, y unos medios autónomos de alimentación eléctrica, constituidos por unas placas fotovoltaicas, no representadas, montadas sobre el mencionado edificio.
Una vez descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la invención, así como un ejemplo de realización preferente, se hace constar a los efectos oportunos que los materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos descritos podrán ser modificados, siempre y cuando ello no suponga una alteración de las características esenciales de la invención que se reivindican a continuación.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Sistema de exposición de motivos diversos para fachadas de edificios; del tipo de los destinados a superponerse sobre una fachada de edificio y que comprenden una superficie expositora de gran tamaño y unos medios de iluminación; caracterizado porque comprende:
- una pluralidad de placas transparentes dispuestas exteriormente y distanciadas respecto a una fachada de dicho edificio, conformando dicha pluralidad de placas una superficie expositora, de dimensiones modulables, para el soporte eventual y la exposición de motivos estáticos de carácter informativo o publicitario;
- una estructura modular que comprende: unas cartelas de soporte dispuestas a diferentes niveles, fijadas por un primer extremo a dicho edificio y que sobresalen de dicha fachada de edificio; unos tubos verticales fijados por una zona intermedia sobre un segundo extremo de dichas cartelas de soporte y distanciados de dicha fachada del edificio; unos grampones de sujeción de dichas placas transparentes a los mencionados tubos verticales; unas pasarelas de mantenimiento y unas bandejas pasacables fijadas a las cartelas de soporte y situadas a diferentes niveles entre la superficie expositora, conformada por dichas placas transparentes, y la fachada del edificio;
- por una matriz de leds situada por detrás de las placas transparentes, orientada hacia dichas placas transparente y que constituye unos medios de iluminación para la exposición de anuncios luminosos, con motivos dinámicos o cambiantes, visibles a través de dichas placas transparentes;
- una unidad computerizada para el control de los medios de iluminación y la conformación de dichos anuncios luminosos y;
- unos medios autónomos de alimentación eléctrica, constituidos por unas placas fotovoltaicas montadas sobre el mencionado edificio.
2.- Sistema, según la reivindicación 1 ; caracterizado porque las placas transparentes están conformadas en vidrio, metacrilato o material similar.
3.- Sistema, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque los motivos estáticos se encuentran aplicados sobre las placas transparentes por adhesión, serigrafía o impresión.
4. - Sistema, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque los leds conformantes de los medios de iluminación se encuentran montados en unos perfiles de sujeción que forman alineaciones paralelas y se encuentran fijados en la estructura de soporte.
5. - Sistema, según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque los perfiles de sujeción de los leds se encuentran dispuestos horizontalmente y fijados a los tubos verticales de la estructura de soporte.
6. - Sistema, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque los motivos estáticos dispuestos sobre las placas transparentes están conformados en un material translúcido.
