Abstract

대형 도광판의 열팽창을 탄력적으로 완충할 수 있는 구조로 된 백라이트 장치가 개시된다. 광원프레임은 도광판의 적어도 일측면을 따라 밀착 배치된 광원모듈과 도광판의 가장자리 부분을 내부에 수용하고, 고정되지 않아 도광판의 평면방향으로의 신축 움직임에 부수하여 움직일 수 있다. 프레임본체는 도광판의 가장자리를 받쳐주고, 광원프레임의 일부분인 활주부를 내삽하여 상기 도광판의 평면방향으로 진퇴할 수 있게 가이드해주는 가이드부와 그 가이드부로부터 소정간격 이격되어 광원프레임의 일측과 대면하도록 배치된 스프링지지부를 포함한다. 스프링이 광원프레임의 일측과 스프링지지부 사이에 삽입되어 광원프레임을 도광판의 일측면 쪽으로 탄성적으로 가압하여, 도광판의 열팽창 또는 열수축에 따른 크기 변화가 생기는 것에 상관없이 광원모듈이 도광판의 일측면에 밀착된 상태를 유지하도록 해준다. 광원프레임의 활주부가 가이드부에 삽입되어 구속된 상태에서는 광원프레임이 상기 도광판의 가장자리 상면을 눌러 이탈되지 않도록 잡아준다. 프레임본체를 해체하지 않은 상태에서 스프링의 제거만으로 광원프레임, 광원모듈, 그리고 도광판을 프레임본체로부터 분리해낼 수 있다.
