【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域, 特别是涉及一种液晶显示装置及其胶框。 【背景技术】
目前, 液晶显示装置凭借轻薄、 省电、 低辐射等优点, 已广泛应用于电脑 显示装置、 电视机、 笔记本电脑、 移动电话、 数码相机等各种电子产品。
液晶显示装置需要利用胶框与前框配合来固定液晶显示面板。 一般来说, 现有技术的液晶显示装置通过螺丝固定胶框与前框, 或者在前框上设置卡钩结 构, 并通过卡钩结构固定胶框与前框。
以上现有技术液晶显示装置的两种装配方式需要通过螺丝或者卡钩进行装 配, 增加装配时间, 造成人力成本高。 此外, 前框所用的材料以及制作工艺相 对复杂, 进而增加液晶显示面板的成本。
因此, 需要提供一种液晶显示装置及其胶框, 以解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决液晶显示装置的生产效率低下, 生产成本高的技术问题。 本发明提供一种液晶显示装置, 其包括前框、 胶框以及液晶面板, 胶框包 括侧壁以及从侧壁向胶框的中心延伸的支撑壁, 侧壁定义一具有矩形开口的容 置空间, 前框容置于容置空间内, 液晶面板夹持在前框与支撑壁之间, 胶框还 包括第一弹性元件以及第二弹性元件, 其中, 第一弹性元件与支撑壁间隙设置 并且从侧壁向胶框的中心延伸, 第二弹性元件设置于支撑壁上, 第一弹性元件 和第二弹性元件弹性夹持前框的边缘。
本发明提供一种液晶显示装置, 其包括前框以及胶框, 胶框包括一容置空 间, 前框容置于容置空间内, 胶框包括第一弹性元件以及第二弹性元件, 第一 弹性元件和第二弹性元件弹性夹持前框的边缘。
根据本发明一优选实施例, 胶框包括侧壁以及从侧壁向胶框的中心延伸的 支撑壁, 侧壁定义一具有矩形开口的容置空间, 第一弹性元件与支撑壁间隙设 置并且从侧壁向胶框的中心延伸, 第二弹性元件设置于支撑壁上。
根据本发明一优选实施例, 侧壁包括依次连接的第一侧壁、 第二侧壁、 第 三侧壁以及第四侧壁, 其中, 第一侧壁、 第二侧壁以及第三侧壁均设置有第一 弹性元件以及分别对应于第一侧壁、 第二侧壁以及第三侧壁的支撑壁上设置第 二弹性元件。
根据本发明一优选实施例, 前框为一具有开口的片状结构, 前框从第四侧 壁推入到第一弹性元件和第二弹性元件之间。
根据本发明一优选实施例, 液晶显示装置还包括液晶面板, 液晶面板夹持 在前框与支撑壁之间。
根据本发明一优选实施例, 液晶面板在垂直于矩形开口所在平面的方向上 进入容置空间且支撑于支撑壁上。
根据本发明一优选实施例, 第二弹性元件为钩状弹性件, 钩状弹性件的一 端固定于支撑壁上, 钩状弹性件的另一端弯折指向与支撑壁对应的侧壁。
根据本发明一优选实施例, 每一第一弹性元件对应设置两个第二弹性元件, 两个第二弹性元件位于第一弹性元件在支撑壁上的投影的两侧。

本发明提供液晶显示装置的胶框, 其包括一容置空间, 容置空间内容置一 前框, 胶框包括第一弹性元件以及第二弹性元件, 第一弹性元件和第二弹性元 件弹性夹持前框的边缘。

本发明的有益效果是: 区别于现有技术的情况, 本发明的液晶显示装置及 其胶框利用胶框的第一弹性元件以及第二弹性元件来夹持前框的边缘, 简化液 晶显示装置的装配流程, 提高了生产效率, 并且节省了前框的材料, 进而降低 了液晶显示装置的生产成本。

请参见图 1 , 图 1是本发明液晶显示装置的第一实施例的结构示意图。如图 1所示, 本实施例的液晶显示装置 10包括: 前框 11、 胶框 12、 液晶面板 13以 及与液晶面板 13电连接的电路板(图未示)。 其中, 液晶面板 13夹持在前框 11 和胶框 12之间。

请一并参阅图 3和图 4,图 3是本发明液晶显示装置的第一实施例中胶框的 结构示意图, 图 4是图 3中弹性片以及弹性件的结构示意图。 如图 3所示, 本 实施例的液晶显示装置 10的胶框 12包括: 侧壁 121、 支撑壁 122、 第一弹性件 123 以及第二弹性元件 124。 侧壁 121进一步定义一具有矩形开口的容置空间, 支撑壁 122从侧壁 121底部向胶框 12的中心延伸, 液晶面板 13在垂直于矩形 开口所在平面的方向上进入该容置空间且支撑于支撑壁 122 上。 在优选实施例 中, 第一弹性元件 123为弹性片, 第二弹性元件 124为弹性件。
如图 4所示, 弹性片 123从侧壁 121顶部向胶框 12的中心延伸, 且与支撑 壁 122间隙设置, 以使前框 11设置于弹性片 123以及支撑壁 122之间。 弹性件 124设置于支撑壁 122上, 且对应每个弹性片 123设置两个弹性件 124, 两个弹 性件 124位于弹性片 123在支撑壁 122上的投影的两侧。 在本实施例中, 弹性 件 124为钩状弹性件, 其中钩状弹性件 124的一端 1241 固定于支撑壁 122上,

首先, 将液晶面板 13和电路板在垂直于矩形开口所在平面的方向上进入容 置空间且支撑于支撑壁 122上, 并且使电路板设置在与第四侧壁 1214对应的支 撑壁 122上。 随后将前框 11的第二侧边 111从胶框 12的第四侧壁 1214推入到 第一侧壁 1211、 第二侧壁 1212以及第三侧壁 1213的弹性片 123和弹性件 124 之间, 以使第一侧壁 1211、 第二侧壁 1212以及第三侧壁 1213的弹性片 123和 弹性件 124弹性夹持前框 11的各侧边的边缘,其中第一侧边 111、第二侧边 112、 第三侧边 113以及第四侧边 114分别与第一侧壁 1211、 第二侧壁 1212、 第三侧 壁 1213以及第四侧壁 1214相对应。 最后通过螺丝将前框 11的第四侧边 114固 定在与第四侧壁 1214对应的支撑壁 122上。
请参见图 5 ,图 5是本发明液晶显示装置的第一实施例装配后的截面示意图。 如图 5所示, 本实施例的液晶显示装置 10装配后第一侧壁 1211截面图, 其中 弹性片 123和弹性件 124弹性夹持前框 11的边缘, 液晶面板 13夹持在前框 11 与支撑壁 122之间, 以使得前框 11与液晶面板 13 固定。 在本实施例中, 液晶 显示装置 10装配后第二侧壁 1212以及第三侧壁 1213的截面图与第一侧壁 1211 的截面图相同。
在本实施例中, 前框 11 的第四侧边 114通过螺丝固定在与第四侧壁 1214 对应的支撑壁 122上, 在其他实施例中, 前框 11的第四侧边 114可以通过其他 方式固定在与第四侧壁 1214对应的支撑壁 122上, 例如通过卡钩与卡扣配合固
定。
值得注意, 在本实施例中, 侧壁 121、 支撑壁 122、 弹性片 123以及弹性件 124为一体成形。
区别于现有技术中的液晶显示装置, 本发明所揭示的液晶显示装置 10通过 胶框 12设置弹性片 123和弹性件 124弹性来夹持前框 11的边缘, 以将液晶面 板 13夹持在前框 11与支撑壁 122之间,进而简化液晶显示装置 10的装配流程, 提高了生产效率, 并且节省了前框 11 的材料, 进而降低了液晶显示装置 10的 生产成本。
请参见图 6,图 6是本发明液晶显示装置的第二实施例装配后的截面示意图。 如图 6 所示, 本发明液晶显示装置的第二实施例中胶框与第一实施例不同之处 在于, 第二弹性元件 224为块状弹性件, 以使第一弹性元件 223和第二弹性元 件 224弹性夹持前框 21的边缘。
综上所述, 本发明的液晶显示装置及其胶框利用设置在胶框上的第一弹性 元件以及第二弹性元件来夹持前框的边缘, 简化液晶显示装置的装配流程, 提 高了生产效率,并且节省了前框的材料,进而降低了液晶显示装置的生产成本。

Claims
1. 一种液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述液晶显示装置包括前框、 胶框以 及液晶面板, 所述胶框包括侧壁以及从所述侧壁向所述胶框的中心延伸的支撑 壁, 所述侧壁定义一具有矩形开口的所述容置空间, 所述前框容置于所述容置 空间内, 所述液晶面板夹持在所述前框与所述支撑壁之间, 所述胶框还包括第 一弹性元件以及第二弹性元件, 其中, 所述第一弹性元件与所述支撑壁间隙设 置并且从所述侧壁向所述胶框的中心延伸, 所述第二弹性元件设置于所述支撑 壁上, 所述第一弹性元件和所述第二弹性元件弹性夹持所述前框的边缘。
2. 一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置包括前框以及胶框, 所述胶框包括一容置空间, 所述前框容置于所述容置空间内, 所述胶框包括第 一弹性元件以及第二弹性元件, 所述第一弹性元件和所述第二弹性元件弹性夹 持所述前框的边缘。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述胶框包括侧壁 以及从所述侧壁向所述胶框的中心延伸的支撑壁, 所述侧壁定义一具有矩形开 口的所述容置空间, 所述第一弹性元件与所述支撑壁间隙设置并且从所述侧壁 向所述胶框的中心延伸, 所述第二弹性元件设置于所述支撑壁上。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述侧壁包括依次 连接的第一侧壁、 第二侧壁、 第三侧壁以及第四侧壁, 其中, 所述第一侧壁、 所述第二侧壁以及所述第三侧壁均设置有所述第一弹性元件以及分别对应于所 述第一侧壁、 所述第二侧壁以及所述第三侧壁的所述支撑壁上设置所述第二弹 性元件。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述前框为一具有 开口的片状结构, 所述前框从所述第四侧壁推入到所述第一弹性元件和所述第 二弹性元件之间。
6. 根据权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述液晶显示装置 还包括液晶面板, 所述液晶面板夹持在所述前框与所述支撑壁之间。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述液晶面板在垂 直于所述矩形开口所在平面的方向上进入所述容置空间且支撑于所述支撑壁上。
8. 根据权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二弹性元件 为钩状弹性件, 所述钩状弹性件的一端固定于所述支撑壁上, 所述钩状弹性件 的另一端弯折指向与所述支撑壁对应的所述侧壁。
9. 根据权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 每一所述第一弹性 元件对应设置两个所述第二弹性元件, 所述两个第二弹性元件位于所述第一弹 性元件在所述支撑壁上的投影的两侧。
10. 根据权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一弹性元件 为弹性片, 所述第二弹性元件为块状弹性件。
11. 一种液晶显示装置的胶框, 其特征在于, 所述胶框包括一容置空间, 所 述容置空间内容置一前框, 所述胶框包括第一弹性元件以及第二弹性元件, 所 述第一弹性元件和所述第二弹性元件弹性夹持所述前框的边缘。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的胶框, 其特征在于, 所述胶框包括侧壁以及从 所述侧壁向所述胶框的中心延伸的支撑壁, 所述侧壁定义一具有矩形开口的所 述容置空间, 所述第一弹性元件与所述支撑壁间隙设置并且从所述侧壁向所述 胶框的中心延伸, 所述第二弹性元件设置于所述支撑壁上。
13. 根据权利要求 12所述的胶框, 其特征在于, 所述侧壁包括依次连接的 第一侧壁、 第二侧壁、 第三侧壁以及第四侧壁, 其中, 所述第一侧壁、 所述第 二侧壁以及所述第三侧壁均设置有所述第一弹性元件以及分别对应于所述第一 侧壁、 所述第二侧壁以及所述第三侧壁的所述支撑壁上设置所述第二弹性元件。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的胶框, 其特征在于, 所述前框为一具有开口的 片状结构, 所述前框从所述第四侧壁推入到所述第一弹性元件和所述第二弹性 元件之间。
15. 根据权利要求 12所述的胶框, 其特征在于, 在所述前框与所述支撑壁 之间夹持一液晶面板。
16. 根据权利要求 15所述的胶框, 其特征在于, 所述液晶面板在垂直于所 述矩形开口所在平面的方向上进入所述容置空间且支撑于所述支撑壁上。
17. 根据权利要求 12所述的胶框, 其特征在于, 所述第二弹性元件为钩状 弹性件, 所述钩状弹性件的一端固定于所述支撑壁上, 所述钩状弹性件的另一 端弯折指向与所述支撑壁对应的所述侧壁。
18. 根据权利要求 12所述的胶框, 其特征在于, 每一所述第一弹性元件对 应设置两个所述第二弹性元件, 所述两个第二弹性元件位于所述第一弹性元件 在所述支撑壁上的投影的两侧。
19. 根据权利要求 11所述的胶框, 其特征在于, 所述第一弹性元件为弹性 片, 所述第二弹性元件为块状弹性件。
