Abstract

L'invention concerne un instrument de préhension comportant deux parties de mâchoire qui sont reliées entre elles à travers une articulation et qui peuvent être rapprochées à la manière d'une pince en serrant deux poignées lesquelles sont reliées auxdites parties de mâchoire. Les parties de mâchoire sont en disposition distale par rapport à ladite articulation et lesdites poignées sont en disposition proximale par rapport à l'articulation. L'une des parties de mâchoire est reliée indirectement, à travers un levier d'articulation qui est en disposition proximale par rapport à l'articulation et qui est relié à ladite partie de mâchoire, à la poignée associée à cette partie de mâchoire. Un ressort précontraint et une butée se trouvent entre la poignée et ledit levier d'articulation. Le ressort fait en sorte que la poignée et la partie de mâchoire soient juxtaposées sur la butée. La disposition de la butée est telle qu'une poussée écartant les poignées agit immédiatement sur le levier d'articulation à travers la butée alors qu'en serrant les poignées, la force est transmise entre la poignée et le levier d'articulation par l'intermédiaire de la force élastique du ressort.
