本发明属于传声器设备领域,尤其涉及耳机。
背景技术
头戴耳机目前在电子数码产品的领域内得到广泛应用,其音质效果与音响设备类似,而且避免了打扰到他人,使用方便,现有技术中,使用者所使用的头戴耳机,普遍设计为利用厚海绵将喇叭直接贴合于使用者耳朵,不可以调整喇叭的方向位置,调整贴合面的时候通常需要整体调整头戴耳机的U型头带,同时容易造成另外一只耳朵贴合不全面或者U型头带头顶固定点位移,给使用者带来诸多不便,另外,现有技术中的耳机单元对耳朵的压迫性较大时,给使用者带来不适,而对耳朵压迫性较低的情况下,耳机单元贴合耳朵不全面,则会导致音质降低。
技术问题
本发明提供一种头戴耳机,旨在解决现有技术中耳机喇叭与使用者耳朵配合不适的问题。
技术解决方案
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种头戴耳机,包括U型头带和一对耳机单元,所述耳机单元分别连接于U型头带的两端,所述耳机单元包括喇叭支架,固定于所述喇叭支架上的喇叭,所述喇叭支架通过一转轴活动设于一托架上。
进一步地,所述转轴为十字转轴,所述喇叭支架下方设有向下竖起的一对轴孔,所述托架设有向上竖起的一对轴孔,所述十字转轴的纵向轴固定于托架的轴孔中,,所述十字转轴的横向轴固定在所述喇叭支架下方的轴孔中。
进一步地,所述耳机单元还包括设于所述托架下方的底座,所述底座上设有可容纳托架的滑动槽,并且所述滑动槽长度大于托架长度。
更近一步地,设防止托架脱落的压板将所述托架固定在滑动槽内,所述压板两端固定在所述滑动槽两边底座上。
具体地,所述耳机单元还包括隔音罩,所述隔音罩内固定所述底座。

依借上述技术方案,将本发明所提供的头戴耳机佩戴到使用者头上的时候,喇叭固定在喇叭支架上,通过转轴可以在托架上活动,使喇叭可以向不同角度倾斜,自然贴合使用者耳朵,达到对正使用者耳朵的效果,给使用者使用过程中带来了诸多便利,避免了现有技术中存在的不足。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1至图4所示,本发明实施例提供一种头戴耳机,包括U型头带6和一对耳机单元,所述耳机单元分别连接于U型头带6的两端,所述耳机单元包括喇叭支架2,固定于所述喇叭支架2上的喇叭1,所述喇叭支架2通过一转轴8活动设于一托架4上,将本实施例所提供的头戴耳机佩戴到使用者头上的时候,喇叭1固定在喇叭支架2上,通过转轴8可以在托架4上活动,使喇叭1可以向不同角度倾斜,自然贴合使用者耳朵,达到对正使用者耳朵的效果,给使用者使用过程中带来了诸多便利,避免了现有技术中存在的不足。
进一步地,所述转轴8为十字转轴8,所述喇叭支架2下方设有向下竖起的一对轴孔21,所述托架4设有向上竖起的一对轴孔41,所述十字转轴8的纵向轴固定于托架4的轴孔41中,,所述十字转轴8的横向轴固定在所述喇叭支架2下方的轴孔21中,将本实施例所提供的头戴耳机佩戴到使用者头上的时候,喇叭1在十字转轴8的作用下,通过固定在托架4轴孔41中的纵向轴进行径向旋转,而横向轴固定于所述喇叭支架2下方轴孔21也做径向旋转,致使喇叭支架2上的喇叭1可以任意角度倾斜从而调整方向,自然贴合使用者耳朵,给使用者使用过程中带来了诸多便利,避免了现有技术中存在的不足;
进一步地,所述耳机单元还包括设于所述托架4下方的底座7,所述底座7上设有可容纳托架4的滑动槽3,并且所述滑动槽3长度大于托架4长度,使用者在使用头戴耳机的过程中,通过在所述滑动槽3中滑动托架4,带动旋转轴8和喇叭1移动,更加方便调整喇叭1的位置从而与耳朵对应;
进一步地,设防止托架4脱落的压板5将所述托架4固定在滑动槽3内,所述压板5两端固定在所述滑动槽3两边底座7上,以防止托架4脱落,采用上述设计,相对于其他托架内嵌入滑动槽的配合方式,具有生产、组装更便捷,成本更低的优点;
具体地,所述耳机单元还包括隔音罩9,所述隔音罩9内固定所述底座7,整个耳机单元的其他部件纳入所述隔音罩9的内部,将本实施例所提供的头戴耳机佩戴到使用者头上的时候,所述隔音罩9罩住使用者耳朵,由于所述隔音罩9的周边抵住使用者耳朵周围,故所述隔音罩9内设有的喇叭1与使用者耳朵轻轻贴合,对耳朵的压迫性较小,避免给使用者带来不适,即使耳机单元贴合耳朵不全面,由于所述隔音罩9全部罩住耳朵,也不会使音质降低;
进一步地,所述滑动槽3方向与U型头带6长度方向同向,在使用者使用本实施例所提供的头戴耳机时,可方便调整耳机单元的上下位置,更好对准使用者的耳朵。
或者,所述隔音罩9呈半球体状,所述隔音罩9外边缘与所述U型头带6的端部连接,减少了现有技术中头带大小尺寸的调整机构,降低成本的同时,延长了使用寿命,将所述隔音罩9的直径设定为5到10厘米,可将使用者耳朵完全罩住,进一步,所述滑动槽3方向与U型头带6长度方向同向,在使用者使用本实施例所提供的头戴耳机时,可方便调整耳机单元的上下位置,更好对准使用者的耳朵。

  1. 一种头戴耳机,包括U型头带和一对耳机单元,所述耳机单元分别连接于U型头带的两端,其特征在于,所述耳机单元包括喇叭支架,固定于所述喇叭支架上的喇叭,所述喇叭支架通过一转轴活动设于一托架上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的头戴耳机,其特征在于,所述转轴为十字转轴,所述喇叭支架下方设有向下竖起的一对轴孔,所述托架设有向上竖起的一对轴孔,所述十字转轴的纵向轴固定于托架的轴孔中,,所述十字转轴的横向轴固定在所述喇叭支架下方的轴孔中。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的头戴耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机单元还包括设于所述托架下方的底座,所述底座上设有可容纳托架的滑动槽,并且所述滑动槽长度大于托架长度。
