Description

赛鸽脚环结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于赛鸽鸽脚的脚环, 尤指脚环可以适用不同检测时 间的计时装置。
背景技术
按由赛鸽活动是世界上许多国家人士所热爱。 最早期的赛鸽活动, 是鸽 友购得日后欲参赛的幼鸽之后, 向鸽会购买鸽环套装在赛鸽的鸽脚上, 由于 鸽环编录有号鸽, 鸽会便登录鸽环上的号码, 鸽友再将幼鸽带回去养育长成 成鸽; 当进行赛鸽比赛前夕, 将赛鸽交给鸽会, 让鸽友看不到, 鸽会集中赛 鸽并逐只挂上信物, 统一运送至指定地点后开始放飞赛鸽, 由于赛鸽有回巢 的本能, 因此赛鸽会按其习性飞返鸽舍, 届时鸽友将返回的赛鸽抱回鸽会登 录抵达时间。

前述二种脚环形式不同, 是因应其计时装置型态完全不同所致, 所以目 前没有任何一种脚环可以同时适用感应式计时装置以及鸽钟等二种定时器, 因而造成选用脚环以及增添设备的麻烦, 比如当鸽钟损坏而想要更换感应式 计时装置时, 就必须全部更换如图 9所示的脚环; 想使用较新型如图 9所示 的电子式脚环, 则必须更换更感应式计时装置, 所以造成赛鸽饲主的麻烦。 发明内容
本发明者鉴于前述问题, 进而用心研究开发, 因此本发明主要目的是在 提供一种赛鸽脚环结构, 其可以同时适用感应式计时装置以及机械式鸽钟, 具有让赛鸽饲主更弹性、 更实用的实质功能。
为了可达到前述的目的, 本发明所运用的技术手段是在于提供一种赛鸽 脚环结构, 其是包含:
一可挠弯的本体, 该本体在一侧面的两端分别为第一端、 第二端, 位在 第一、 二端之间为一凹弧面的第一环壁, 该本体在适处埋设固定一无线射频 辨识标签, 该第一端设置一固定槽, 该固定槽内侧壁设置至少一突扣, 该突 扣与其对向的该固定槽内侧壁保持一间距, 该第二端设置一贯通槽, 位于该 贯通槽的外侧壁为一可断片;
一可挠弯的带体, 其包含两端, 一端对应该第一端是固定端, 另一端对 应该第二端是呈带状的约束端, 位在该固定端与该约束端之间是第二环壁, 该第一、 二环壁围成封闭状而可围设于鸽脚周侧, 该固定端穿设一扣孔, 用 以对应插扣该突扣, 该约束端穿过该贯通槽以绕覆该可断片。
其中, 优选地, 所述本体于固定槽内的突扣呈斜伸状, 突扣与其对向的 固定槽内侧壁保持的间距, 稍小于带体的固定端厚度。
其中, 优选地, 所述带体的第二环壁的高度较固定端与约束端为大, 固 定端与约束端相较位在第二环壁高度的中央位置, 让第二环壁上、 下高度均 突出于固定端与约束端, 固定端高度、 位置恰可对应进入该固定槽, 约束端 高度、 位置可对应进入该贯通槽。

其中, 优选地, 所述带体的第二环壁的高度较约束端为大, 约束端相较 位在第二环壁高度的中央位置, 让第二环壁上、 下高度均突出于约束端, 约 束端高度、 位置可对应进入贯通槽。

2、 本发明在本体与带体分开的组合式实施例中, 固定端设置扣孔, 而本 体的固定槽内设有突扣, 并且突扣呈斜伸状, 突扣与其对向的固定槽外侧壁 的内侧保持之间距, 稍小于带体的固定端厚度, 藉以固定端插入固定槽之后, 突扣便能自然弹回, 而扣住扣孔定位, 操作简便, 并且有防脱落的倒钩设计。 附图说明

于该第一端 (11)凹设一固定槽 (111), 固定槽 (111)内侧壁是斜突一突扣 (15), 突扣 (15)与其对向的固定槽 (111)内侧壁保持一间距, 第二端 (12)在同于 固定槽 (111)凹入方向凹设一贯通槽 (121),在贯通槽 (121)的外侧壁为呈薄片状 的可断片 (16), 该可断片 (16)厚度薄而足可被外力撕扯而致断裂。
该带体 (30)包含有两端, 一端对应第一端 (11)是固定端 (31), 另一端对应 第二端 (12)是呈带状的约束端 (32),位在固定端 (31)与约束端 (32)之间是呈半环 状的第二环壁 (33), 第一、 二环壁 (13X33)恰可围成封闭状, 用以围设于鸽脚 周侧,第二环壁 (33)的高度较固定端 (31)与约束端 (32)为大, 固定端 (31)与约束 端 (32)相较位在第二环壁 (33)高度的中央位置, 让第二环壁 (33)上、 下高度均 突出于固定端 (31)与约束端 (32),固定端 (31)与约束端 (32)高度位置恰可分别对 应进入固定槽 (111)、 贯通槽 (121), 在固定端 (31)穿设一扣孔 (34), 用以对应供 突扣 (15)扣合, 而约束端 (32)则可穿过贯通槽 (121)穿出本体 (10), 弯折绕覆可 断片 (16)固定; 藉以
赛鸽的鸽脚位于本体 (10)与带体 (30)之间,第一、二环壁 (13)(33)围置于鸽 脚外侧, 固定端 (31)则进入固定槽 (111)如图 2 所示, 固定端 (31)插入固定槽 (111), 由于突扣 (15)呈斜伸状, 固定端 (31)便顺着突扣 (15)的斜度来推开, 由 于突扣 (15)的被推压的反作用力,让突扣 (15)的回复力回位时,在遇到扣孔 (34) 空间时, 突扣 (15)反而插进扣孔 (34)形成扣制; 而约束端 (32)则如图 1、 图 3 所示, 穿过贯通槽 (121), 弯折绕覆可断片 (16), 让约束端 (32)有一转折角度, 并由第二环壁 (33)上、 下端缘卡抵住第二端 (12), 故约束端 (32)即可定位于第 二端 (12)位置, 由于第二环壁 (33)高度大于贯通槽 (121)开口, 所以只有约束端 (32)能进入贯通槽 (121), 以确保带体 (30)不会无限制地伸入贯通槽 (121),不会 造成第一、 二环壁 (13)(33)的内径不断缩小, 用以避免鸽脚受到束压伤害。 当赛鸽飞回鸽舍时,即可略施外力撕扯以令可断片 (16)如图 4所示呈断裂 状,则约束端 (32)可不受可断片 (16)阻挡,便可脱离第二端 (12)于本体 (10)外部, 将脚环脱离于赛鸽以进行计时登录程序。
本发明特点是脚环设置了无线射频辨识标签 (14),以及本体 (10)与带体 (30) 是分开式设计, 因此当脚环卸下于赛鸽时, 如果定时器是感应式者, 则本发 明利用无线射频辨识标签 (14),在通过感应式定时器便可感应,将到达时间计 时登录; 如果赛鸽饲主选用鸽钟式定时器者, 则如图 4所示, 带体 (30)利用其 第二环壁 (33)及其约束端 (32), 沿着本体 (10)外侧绕围以缩小原有的外径, 加 以带体 (30)是可挠弯材质, 所以本体 (10)与带体 (30)卷曲为较小外径的形体, 即可投入鸽钟内以登录计时, 是以本发明的脚环可以适用两种定时器, 相当 实用。
其次, 如图 5所示, 本发明的另一较佳实施例, 可以在带体 (30)的约束端 (32)穿设有带体扣孔 (321),而本体 (10)在贯通槽 (121)内侧壁相应带体扣孔 (321) 位置斜突有数个约束突扣 (17), 以如同图 2 所示的固定端 (31)扣合于固定槽 (111)型态, 利用带体扣孔 (321)供约束突扣 (17)插扣定位, 同样地, 在卸除脚 环时, 仍然是撕扯可断片 (16), 即可让约束端 (32)脱离于本体 (10)。
再如图 6的较佳实施例, 其中与图 1的差别, 是在于带体 (301)的第二环 壁 (33)—端直接一体连伸于本体 (10)的第一端 (11), 图 6的第一端 (11)没有图 1 的固定槽 (111)、 突扣 (15), 藉以说明本体 (10)的第一端 (11)是与带体 (301)—端 呈固定连结的另种实施例。
而图 7所示的再一较佳实施例, 是带体 (301)的第二环壁 (33)—端直接一 体连伸于本体 (10)的第一端 (11), 图 6的第一端 (11)没有图 1的固定槽 (111)、 突扣 (15),而带体 (301)的约束端 (32)同于图 5,穿设有带体扣孔 (321),本体 (10) 在贯通槽 (121)内侧壁相应带体扣孔 (321)位置斜突有数个约束突扣 (17), 如同 图 2所示的固定端 (31)插扣于固定槽 (111)型态, 利用带体扣孔 (321)供约束突 扣 (17)插扣定位, 同样地, 在卸除脚环时, 仍然是撕扯可断片 (16), 即可让约 束端 (32)脱离于本体 (10)。
上述实施例仅为例示性说明本发明的技术及其功效, 而非用于限制本发 明。任何熟于此项技术人士均可在不违背本发明的技术原理及精神的情况下, 对上述实施例进行修改及变化, 因此本发明的权利保护范围应如后所述的申 请专利范围所列。

Claims

权利 要 求 书
1、 一种赛鸽脚环结构, 其特征在于, 包含:
一可挠弯的本体, 该本体在一侧面的两端分别为第一端、 第二端, 位在 第一、 二端之间为一凹弧面的第一环壁, 该本体在适处埋设固定一无线射频 辨识标签, 该第一端设置一固定槽, 该固定槽内侧壁设置至少一突扣, 该突 扣与其对向的该固定槽内侧壁保持一间距, 该第二端设置一贯通槽, 位于该 贯通槽外侧壁为一可断片;
一可挠弯的带体, 其包含两端, 一端对应该第一端是固定端, 另一端对 应该第二端是呈带状的约束端, 位在该固定端与该约束端之间是第二环壁, 该第一、 二环壁围成封闭状而可围设于鸽脚周侧, 该固定端穿设一扣孔, 用 以对应插扣该突扣, 该约束端穿过该贯通槽以绕覆该可断片。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的赛鸽脚环结构, 其特征在于, 所述本体于固定槽 内的突扣呈斜伸状, 突扣与其对向的固定槽内侧壁保持的间距, 稍小于带体 的固定端厚度。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的赛鸽脚环结构, 其特征在于, 所述带体的第二环 壁的高度较固定端与约束端为大, 固定端与约束端相较位在第二环壁高度的 中央位置, 让第二环壁上、 下高度均突出于固定端与约束端, 固定端高度、 位置恰可对应进入该固定槽, 约束端高度、 位置可对应进入该贯通槽。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的赛鸽脚环结构, 其特征在于, 所述带体的约束端 设置有带体扣孔, 本体在贯通槽内侧壁相应带体扣孔位置斜突有数个约束突 扣, 用以带体扣孔供约束突扣插扣定位。
5、 一种赛鸽脚环结构, 其特征在于, 其为一可挠弯的本体, 该本体在一 侧面的两端分别为第一端、 第二端, 位在第一、 二端之间为一凹弧面的第一 环壁, 该本体在适处埋设固定一无线射频辨识标签, 该第一端外侧一体连伸 一带体, 而该第二端设置一贯通槽, 位于该贯通槽外侧壁为一可断片; 以及 该带体不同于连伸该本体的另一端是呈带状的约束端, 相邻该约束端是 第二环壁, 该第一、 二环壁围成封闭状而可围设于鸽脚周侧, 该约束端穿过 该贯通槽以绕覆该可断片。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的赛鸽脚环结构, 其特征在于, 所述带体的第二环 壁的高度较约束端为大, 约束端相较位在第二环壁高度的中央位置, 让第二 环壁上、 下高度均突出于约束端, 约束端高度、 位置可对应进入贯通槽。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的赛鸽脚环结构, 其特征在于, 所述带体的约束端 设置有带体扣孔, 本体在贯通槽内侧壁相应带体扣孔位置斜突有数个约束突 扣, 用以带体扣孔供约束突扣插扣定位。
