Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour planifier une conférence audio ou vidéo au niveau d'une application de conférence qui comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : (i) recevoir (21), en provenance d'un terminal (12) dans lequel est installé un programme de courriel à fonction de planification et de mise à jour de réunion en personne (12a), un courriel de demande de réunion comprenant un sujet, une date et une heure planifiées pour la réunion, une identification de l'expéditeur (11) du courriel de demande de réunion, et l'identification d'au moins un autre destinataire du courriel de demande de réunion, lequel destinataire est invité à la conférence audio ou vidéo ; (ii) interpréter (22) le courriel de demande de réunion comme étant une demande d'établissement d'une conférence audio ou vidéo à la date et l'heure planifiées et avec l'expéditeur et le ou les destinataires en tant que participants ; (iii) fournir (24) au moins une adresse de lien Internet, un numéro de téléphone ou une autre adresse par laquelle les participants peuvent accéder à la conférence audio ou vidéo ; et (iv) préparer et envoyer (26) une mise à jour au courriel de demande de réunion aux participants de la conférence audio ou vidéo. La mise à jour comprend le sujet, la date et l'heure planifiées pour la réunion, la ou les adresses de lien Internet, numéros de téléphone ou autres adresses, et l'identification de l'expéditeur du courriel de demande de réunion en tant qu'indication de l'expéditeur de la mise à jour.
