搅拌架及碳粉盒
本发明涉及一种电子照相成像设备使用的碳粉盒及用于搅拌碳粉盒内碳粉的搅拌架。本发明基于申请日为2011年09月05日、申请号为201120331108.0的中国实用新型专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引入本文。
电子照相成像设备内通常设有图像处理单元和显影单元,利用显影单元提供的碳粉为图像处理单元上形成的静电潜像显影,以在纸张等介质上形成可见图像。其中碳粉作为消耗品,需要不断地向图像处理单元提供。一般采用可拆卸地安装至电子照相成像设备内的具有容纳一定量碳粉的碳粉盒向电子照相成像设备提供碳粉,碳粉盒的碳粉容纳部内一般设有搅拌碳粉并使碳粉向碳粉排出口移动的搅拌架。

为实现使容纳部内的碳粉随搅拌架的转动而沿搅拌架轴向的定向移动,中国专利文献CN101859086A公开了一种碳粉盒,碳粉排出口设置在盒体纵向的中心部分,其搅拌架如图2所示,包括旋转轴22和柔性片23,其中旋转轴22上设有沿轴向呈弓形的安装面221,安装面用于安装柔性片23,从而使柔性片23与安装端相对的自由端在搅拌架的转动方向上具有两端先于中心部分的特点,与碳粉盒内表面接触的自由端使碳粉沿搅拌架的轴向从两端向位于中心部分的碳粉排出口移动。但该碳粉盒的搅拌架由于设置了弓形安装面而异常笨重,转矩大,易损坏,且位于两端区域的自由端仍易发生永久性形变而影响其搅拌功能。
本发明的主要目的是提供一种结构简单、工作可靠且能实现碳粉定向移动的搅拌架;
本发明的另一目的是提供一种应用该搅拌架的碳粉盒。
为实现上述主要目的,本发明提供的搅拌架包括旋转轴及柔性片,旋转轴沿其轴向设置有安装柔性片的安装面,柔性片通过其固定端固定在安装面上,柔性片具有与固定端相对的自由端,其中安装面至少部分地为沿轴向扭曲的扭曲面。
较具体的方案为扭曲面沿旋转轴的轴向设置为扭曲方向相反的左右两段。根据搅拌架转动方向设置扭曲面的扭曲方向可实现碳粉向其中部的定向移动,它适用于出粉口设置在长度方向中部的碳粉盒。
另一较具体的方案为安装面沿旋转轴的轴向设置为左中右三段,左段及右段为扭曲面且扭曲方向相反,中段为平面,柔性片相应地设置为左中右三片。根据搅拌架转动方向设置扭曲面的扭曲方向可实现碳粉向其中部的定向移动,这种设计也针对出粉口设置在长度方向中部的碳粉盒,中段设置为平面可使碳粉推向出粉口时供应相对均匀。
更具体的方案为中柔性片从其固定端至其自由端的长度大于左右柔性片从其固定端至其自由端的长度。中柔性片较长使其自由端与碳粉盒内表面的接触后于左右柔性片,即从搅拌架的旋转方向看,中柔性片在左右柔性片的下游,更有利于把左右柔性片从碳粉盒两端移送过来的碳粉从位于中部的出粉口推出。

本发明的碳粉盒有一个盒体,盒体包括容纳碳粉的碳粉容纳部;出粉口设置在盒体上,碳粉容纳部内的碳粉通过出粉口排出;搅拌架,可旋转地支撑在碳粉容纳部,用于搅拌碳粉容纳部内容纳的碳粉,包括旋转轴及柔性片,旋转轴沿其轴向设置有安装柔性片的安装面,柔性片通过其固定端固定在所述安装面上,柔性片具有与固定端相对的自由端与碳粉容纳部的内表面接触,其中安装面至少部分地为沿轴向扭曲的扭曲面,搅拌架转动时,出粉口位于碳粉容纳部内的碳粉沿轴向移动的下游。
较具体的方案为出粉口设置于盒体的纵向中部,扭曲面沿旋转轴的轴向设置为扭曲方向相反的左右两段。根据搅拌架转动方向设置扭曲面的扭曲方向使碳粉向位于纵向中部的出粉口定向移动。
另一较具体的方案为出粉口设置于碳粉盒的纵向中部,安装面沿旋转轴的轴向设置为左中右三段,左段与右段为扭曲方向相反的扭曲面,中段为平面且与出粉口相对应,柔性片相应地设置为左中右三片。根据搅拌架转动方向设置扭曲面的扭曲方向使碳粉向位于纵向中部的出粉口定向移动,设置为平面的中段对应碳粉盒的出粉口,能平稳地供应碳粉。
更具体的方案为中柔性片从其固定端至其自由端的长度大于左右柔性片从其固定端至其自由端的长度。中柔性片较长使沿搅拌架的旋转方向其自由端与碳粉盒内表面的接触不先于左右柔性片,从而把沿旋转轴轴向的向中部移动的碳粉平稳地向出粉口供应。
又一较具体的方案为所述扭曲面为一以旋转轴的轴线为中心线的螺旋面。扭曲面以旋转轴的轴线为中心线使搅拌架转动时更易于平衡且降低搅拌架的转矩,使搅拌架的使用寿命增长。
安装面设置为扭曲面,使旋转轴的径向尺寸相对较小。安装在扭曲面上的柔性片沿扭曲面延伸,柔性片的自由端为一空间曲线,即在搅拌架的转动方向上,柔性片的自由端的切向与旋转轴的轴向具有一倾斜角度,能实现使碳粉沿旋转轴轴向的移动,且搅拌阻力小,柔性片不易发生永久性形变。

下面结合附图对本发明作详细说明。
搅拌架第一实施例
如图3和图4所示,搅拌架包括旋转轴17和柔性片18,旋转轴17上沿其轴向设置有安装柔性片18的安装面171,安装面171沿轴向扭曲,且为以旋转轴17的轴线为中心线的螺旋面,平整的柔性片18用双面胶通过其固定端粘贴在安装面171上后其自由端沿安装面171延伸,因而柔性片18也呈一扭曲面状,柔性片18的自由端为一空间线,即在搅拌架的转动方向上柔性片18的自由端的切向与旋转轴17的轴向具有一倾斜角度,从而柔性片18在使用过程中的抗形变能力得以相对提高。
本实施例的搅拌架进行搅拌工作时,需安装至碳粉盒等容纳一定量碳粉且具有出粉口的容器内,柔性片18的自由端为一以搅拌架轴线为中心线的螺旋线,碳粉在搅拌架的推动下,将沿搅拌架轴向移动并从位于下游的出粉口排出,从而搅拌阻力较小。在本实施例中,安装面171可不以旋转轴17的轴线为中心线,而是以平行于旋转轴17的轴线的另一假想线为中心线,只是旋转轴的平衡性稍差。安装面171也可部分地设置为扭曲面,对应于容器出粉口的部分设置为平面仍可实现碳粉向出粉口移动并经由其排出的功能。
搅拌架第二实施例
如图5和图6所示,搅拌架包括旋转轴25和柔性片,旋转轴25上沿其轴向设置有安装柔性片的安装面251、252及253,其中左段251及右段253为扭曲方向相反的扭曲面,且为以旋转轴25的轴线为中心线的螺旋面,中段252为平面,安装柔性片的引导柱254设置在安装面上。在安装至旋转轴25的安装面前,柔性片261、262及263为平整的。
如图7所示,中柔性片262从其固定端至其自由端的长度大于左柔性片261及右柔性片263从其固定端至其自由端的长度。在柔性片通过其固定端安装至安装面后,左柔性片261的自由端沿左段安装面251的螺旋方向延伸,右柔性片263的自由端沿右段安装面253的扭曲方向延伸,左柔性片261及右柔性片263不再平整而呈扭曲面状,从而不易发生永久性形变,中柔性片262仍保持平整。
本例搅拌架进行搅拌时,需安装至碳粉盒等容纳一定量碳粉且具有出粉口的容器内,左柔性片261的自由端为一空间线,即在搅拌架的转动方向上左柔性片261的自由端的切向与旋转轴25的轴向具有一倾斜角度,从而左柔性片261在使用过程中的抗形变能力得以相对提高,与左柔性片261类似,右柔性片263抗形变能力也相对提高。根据搅拌架转动方向设置左段安装面251与右段安装面253的扭曲方向使碳粉向中部定向移动。中柔性片262与出粉口相对,搅拌阻力小,即使其为平整的也不易发生永久性形变且能平稳地供应碳粉。中柔性片262从其固定端至其自由端的长度大于左柔性片261及右柔性片263从其固定端至其自由端的长度,从而以搅拌架的转动方向来看时,中段的柔性片的自由端与碳粉盒内表面的接触不先于左柔性片261及右柔性片263,从而沿旋转轴25的轴向向中部移动的碳粉平稳地向碳粉盒的出粉口供应。在本实施例中,左段安装面251及右段安装面252可不以旋转轴25的轴线为中心线,而是以平行于旋转轴17的轴线的另一假想线为中心线,只是旋转轴的平衡性稍差。
搅拌架第三实施例
与第二实施例中的搅拌架类似,只是安装面沿旋转轴的轴向只设置为扭曲方向相反的左右两段,没有中段的平面。左右两段安装面为以旋转轴的轴线为中心线的螺旋面,从而安装至安装面上的柔性片也为扭曲面,柔性片可以为中间连接的一片,也可为分别安装至左右段安装面的两片。
碳粉盒第一实施例
本实施例中的碳粉盒的结构与图1类似但不限于图1中所示的结构,只要其出粉口位于其一纵向端部即可,其搅拌架为搅拌架第一实施例中的结构,且柔性片18的自由端与碳粉盒的碳粉容纳部的内表面接触,安装面171的扭曲方向设置为根据搅拌架工作时旋转轴17的转动方向使搅拌架转动时碳粉容纳部内的碳粉沿旋转轴17的轴向向端部的出粉口移动。
碳粉盒第二实施例
本实施例中的碳粉盒的结构如图8所示但并不局限于此,只要具有以下特征即可。碳粉盒包括盒体2,盒体2内设置有容纳碳粉的碳粉容纳部,出粉口21设置在其纵向的中部,驱动搅拌架旋转的驱动齿轮24设置在盒体2的一端部,其搅拌架为搅拌架第二实施例中的结构,柔性片261、262、263与碳粉容纳部的内表面接触,安装面251和253的扭曲方向设置为根据搅拌架工作时旋转轴25的转动方向使搅拌架转动是碳粉容纳部内的碳粉沿旋转轴25的轴向向出粉口21移动。
碳粉盒第三实施例
与碳粉盒第二实施例中的结构类似,只其搅拌架采用搅拌架第三实施例中的结构。
根据本发明的各碳粉盒实施例在安装至电子照相成像设备内使用时,搅拌架在驱动齿轮的驱动下旋转,碳粉在搅拌架柔性片的推动下沿搅拌架旋转轴的轴向向碳粉盒的出粉口移动并经由出粉口排出。
以上是本发明的较佳实施例,本发明包括但不限于此,凡采用等效变换等方式的技术方案都落在本发明的保护范围内。
安装面设置为扭曲面不会使旋转轴加大,安装在扭曲面上的柔性片沿扭曲面延伸,柔性片的自由端为一空间线即在搅拌架的转动方向上柔性片的自由端的切向与旋转轴的轴向具有一倾斜角度,根据搅拌架的转动方向及出粉口的位置设置扭曲面的扭曲方向,使搅拌架转动时,出粉口位于碳粉容纳部内的碳粉沿轴向移动的下游,从而实现碳粉向出粉口的定向移动,同时搅拌阻力小使柔性片不易发生永久性形变。

Claims (10)

  1. 搅拌架,包括旋转轴及柔性片,所述旋转轴沿其轴向设置有安装所述柔性片的安装面,所述柔性片通过其固定端固定在所述安装面上,所述柔性片具有与所述固定端相对的自由端;
    其特征在于:
    所述安装面至少部分地为沿轴向扭曲的扭曲面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的搅拌架,其特征在于:
    所述扭曲面沿所述旋转轴的轴向设置为扭曲方向相反的左右两段。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的搅拌架,其特征在于:
    所述安装面沿所述旋转轴的轴向设置为左中右三段,所述左段及所述右段为扭曲面且扭曲方向相反,所述中段为平面,所述柔性片相应地设置为左中右三片。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的搅拌架,其特征在于:
    所述中柔性片从其固定端至其自由端的长度大于所述左右柔性片从其固定端至其自由端的长度。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的搅拌架,其特征在于:
    所述扭曲面为一以所述旋转轴的轴线为中心线的螺旋面。
  6. 碳粉盒,包括:
    盒体,所述盒体包括容纳碳粉的碳粉容纳部;
    出粉口,设置在所述盒体上,所述碳粉容纳部内的碳粉通过所述出粉口排出;
    搅拌架,可旋转地支撑在所述碳粉容纳部,用于搅拌所述碳粉容纳部内容纳的碳粉,所述搅拌架包括旋转轴及柔性片,所述旋转轴沿其轴向设置有安装所述柔性片的安装面,所述柔性片通过其固定端固定在所述安装面上,所述柔性片具有与所述固定端相对的自由端,所述自由端与所述碳粉容纳部的内表面接触;
    其特征在于:
    所述安装面至少部分地为沿轴向扭曲的扭曲面;
    所述搅拌架转动时,所述出粉口位于所述碳粉容纳部内的碳粉沿轴向移动的下游端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的碳粉盒,其特征在于:
    所述出粉口设置于所述盒体的纵向中部,所述扭曲面沿所述旋转轴的轴向设置为扭曲方向相反的左右两段。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的碳粉盒,其特征在于:
    所述出粉口设置于所述盒体的纵向中部,所述安装面沿所述旋转轴的轴向设置为左中右三段,所述左段与所述右段为扭曲方向相反的扭曲面,所述中段为平面且与所述出粉口相对应,所述柔性片相应地设置为左中右三片。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的碳粉盒,其特征在于:
    所述中柔性片从其固定端至其自由端的长度大于所述左右柔性片从其固定端至其自由端的端部的长度。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任一项所述的碳粉盒,其特征在于:
    所述扭曲面为一以所述旋转轴的轴线为中心线的螺旋面。
