技术领域
本发明涉及电加热和通风技术的应用。特别是一种用于汽车、办公座椅及床中的具有加 热和通风功能的模组装置, 具体是一种新的电加热和通风技术在汽车、 办公座椅及床中的应 用。
背景技术
汽车、 办公座椅及床是人们在日常工作中和生活中的必需用品。 人们希望无论是在夏 季或冬季使用时, 都能得到最舒适的温度要求。
本发明是电加热和通风技术应用于汽车、 办公座椅及床中加热或冷却的创新结构型式。 它是使用汽车本身的直流电源来驱动电加热元件和通风系统来达到座椅及床的加热或冷却 的目的, 是通过空气对流的方式来实现对座椅及床加热或冷却的功能。 CN201020650242.2 授权, CN 201010581191.7公开了汽车及办公座椅空调模组(以下简称空调模组)装置, 该 发明既体现了绿色低碳的环保理念, 也满足了人们对汽车及办公座椅舒适度的需求。 然而, 在空调模组中应用的热电半导体技术,存在着加热或冷却工作中功率较大、能耗较高以及封 闭安装时所造成的排风困难等缺点。因此有必要对已有的汽车及办公座椅空调模组装置技术 进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新的汽车、 办公座椅及床用加热通风模组 (以下简称加热 通风模组)装置。本发明非常显著地克服了已有技术的缺点,尤其是空调模组应用热电半导 体技术进行冷却时, 存在着制冷效率低 (约 0.6左右), 以及封闭安装时所造成的排风 (空 调模组由进风口和冷排风口、热排风口三个部分组成)困难等方面。而本技术是采用环境风 进行冷却的方式 (加热通风模组只由进风口和排风口两个部分组成), 因此明显地具有能耗 低、成本低、结构简单及安装方便可靠等优点, 是十分适合于汽车、办公座椅及床用的加热 或冷却方式, 可满足座椅及床在使用中的舒适性。
本发明提供的加热通风模组装置包括:
至少有一个电加热元件, 由分别安装在电加热元件两側的散热器所组成的加热通风组 件 (以下简称加热通风组件), 加热通风组件的上端 (按附图所示方向)连接排风口 (工作 时排出工作风, 即热风或环境风), 下端连接通风壳体, 通风壳体的下端连接轴流式风扇。 风扇出风口与所述通风壳体、 加热通风组件及排风口中的空气流体运动方向相一致。
在靠轴流式风扇出风口的位置安装通风壳体, 在靠通风壳体出风口的位置安装加热通 风组件, 在加热通风組件出风口的位置安装排风口。 把排风口连接到座椅椅座、 靠背 (或床) 中, 用以提供加热或冷却所需要的热风或环境风。
本发明提供的一种加热通风模组装置包括: 轴流式风扇、 通风壳体、 加热通风组件及 排风口, 其主要特征是- 至少有一个电加热元件, 由分别安装在电加热元件两側的散热器所组成的加热通风组 件;加热通风组件的上端连接排风口,下端连接通风壳体,通风壳体的下端连接轴流式风扇。 风扇出风口与所述通风壳体、 加热通风组件及排风口中的空气流体运动方向相一致。
在靠轴流式风扇出风口的位置安装通风壳体, 在靠通风壳体出风口的位置安装加热通 风组件, 在加热通风组件出风口的位置安装排风口。 把排风口连接到座椅椅座、 靠背 (或床) 中, 用以提供加热或冷却所需要的热风或环境风。
对本发明提供的一种新的加热通风模组装置的特点具体描述如下 - 当电加热元件通入直流电时, 其两侧同时加热, 并将热量分别传导到安装在其两侧的 散热器上;轴流式风扇通入直流电转动,将环境空气流体吹入到通风壳体,经过通风壳体再 吹入到加热通风组件中;空气流体在通过加热通风组件时进行热交换,并由排风口吹出热风 (热风温度的高低可通过改变直流电电流的大小来进行调整)。 而当需要冷却时, 可断开电 加热元件的电源, 风扇依旧转动工作,这时可由排风口吹出环境风。乘座者可根据自身的需 求分别选定热或冷的状态,然后经选择的热风或环境风的空气流体进入到座椅椅座、靠背 (或 床)中, 实现了其热或冷的功能。热或冷的功能选定及调整, 只需乘座者通过开关来改变直 流电电流的大小与通断即可很方便的实现。

当加热通风组件 103通入直流电时, 其电加热元件两侧同时加热, 并将热量分别传导 到安装在其两侧的散热器上;轴流式风扇 101通入直流电转动,将环境空气流体吹入到通风 壳体 102, 经过通风壳体再吹入到加热通风组件 103中, 空气流体在通过加热通风组件 103 时进行热交换, 并由排风口 104吹出热风(也可称热工作风,其温度的髙低可通过改变直流 电电流的大小来进行调整)。 而当需要冷却时, 可断开加热通风组件 103的电源, 风扇依旧 转动工作, 这时可由排风口 104吹出环境风 (也可称环境工作风)。
加热通风模组装置固定在座椅(或床) 的底板 105上, 由排风口 104吹出的热工作风 或环境工作风通过座椅 (或床) 的泡沫海绵层 106、 和通风网层 107, 然后经过打孔处理的 座椅真皮面料(或床的通风面料)层 108吹出工作风, 达到了加热或冷却的目的。乘座者可 根据自身的需求分别选定热或冷的状态,然后经选择的热工作风或环境工作风的空气流体进 入到座椅椅座、 靠背(或床)中, 实现了其热或冷的功能。热或冷的功能选定及调整, 只需 乘座者通过开关来改变直流电电流的大小与通断即可很方便的实现。
本发明非常显著地克服了已有技术的缺点, 尤其是采用环境风进行冷却的方式, 明显 地具有能耗低、成本低、结构简单及安装方便可靠等优点, 是十分适合于汽车、办公座椅及 床用的加热或冷却方式, 可满足座椅及床在使用中的舒适性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种座椅及床用加热通风模组装置, 包括至少有一个电加热元件, 在该电加热元件 的两側安装散热器, 组成加热通风组件; 加热通风组件的上端连接排风口, 下端连接通风壳 体,通风壳体的下端连接轴流式风扇, 风扇出风口与所述通风壳体、加热通风组件及排风口 中的空气流体运动方向相一致。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的座椅及床用加热通风模组装置, 其特征在于在靠轴流式风扇出 风口的位置安装通风壳体,在靠通风壳体出风口的位置安装加热通风组件,在加热通风组件 出风口的位置安装排风口,把排风口连接到座椅椅座、靠背或床中, 用以提供加热或冷却所 需要的热风或环境风。
3.如权利要求 1 所述的座椅及床用加热通风模组装置, 其特征在于所述电加热元件是 电加热膜, 并由分别安装在其两侧的散热器共同组成加热通风组件。
4.如权利要求 1 所述的座椅及床用加热通风模组装置, 其特征在于所述电加热元件两 侧的散热器是散热片, 其材质是铜、 铝或铝合金。
5. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的座椅及床用加热通风模组装置, 其特征在于所述通风壳体 在连接轴流式风扇出风口与加热通风组件进风口之间的位置,具有增压和整流作用,可明显 改善风扇出风口处空气流体呈环形截面并以旋转方式流向下游时的工作状态,使空气流体更 均勾的通过散热器, 提高换热效率。
6.如权利要求 1或 2所述的座椅及床用加热通风模组装置, 其特征在于加热通风组件 可根据需求通入直流电,实现其出风口输出热风来达到加热的作用,也可根据需求断开直流 电, 实现其出风口输出环境风来达到冷却的作用。
7.如权利要求 1或 2所述的座椅及床用加热通风模组装置,其特征在于在座椅椅座或床 的下方安装时, 其安装位置可垂直或平行安装, 以保证向椅座或床的送风距离。
8.如权利要求 1或 2所述的座椅及床用加热通风模组装置,其特征在于为座椅靠背送风 的模组, 可安装在靠背后方或座椅下方, 以保证向靠背送风。
