作为优选, 所述的中节下段内孔中设有中节内柱体, 中节下段内孔孔壁上 设有扣位节头; 所述的中节内柱体的芯部设有与喷头座孔相通的通孔, 中节内 柱体外壁上设有扣位节头, 该扣位节头与密封转换头配合, 中节下段内孔中位 于中节内柱体的顶部设有中节孔内定位块。 密封转换头套装在中节内柱体上, 中节内柱体的底端顶在密封转换头的圆形底板上, 扣位节头、 卡口接头都是圆 周上的凸扣形式; 中节孔内定位块限制了密封转换头水平转动的自由度。
作为优选, 所述的密封转换头设有圆形底板, 在圆形底板上设轴心线与圆 形底板中心有一偏心量的转换头柱体, 转换头柱体中心设有通孔, 该通孔为阶 梯孔, 该通孔位于圆形底板的尺寸小于位于转换头柱体部位的尺寸, 位于转换 头柱体部位的孔径内设有扣位节头, 该扣位节头与中节内柱体外壁上的扣位节 头配合; 在转换头柱体的上端筒壁上设有定位槽缺, 定位槽缺位于圆形底板的 直径上方位置, 定位槽缺与中节下段内孔中的中节孔内定位块配合。 密封转换 头的圆形底板设置在卡口接头中, 并与卡口接头内的密封圈压紧成密封配合状 态, 转换头柱体与中节配合, 这样, 中节、 密封转换头、 卡口接头三者以中心 的香水导流孔为中心连接起来。 定位槽缺的方向与圆形底板的直径在同一直线 方向, 也就是定位槽缺保证了密封转换头有最大的旋转量, 使香水导流孔关闭 状态时上、 下两孔完全隔开。 作为优选, 所述的卡口接头分设为上下两段, 上段的外径与中节下段内孔 配合, 上段的外圆表面设有凸扣, 该凸扣与扣位节头配合; 卡口接头上段芯部 设有密封转换头座孔, 卡口接头的上段与下段分隔板上设有香水导流孔, 以香 水导流孔为中心位于密封转换头座孔的底部设有密封圈座, 密封圈座中装有密 封圈。 卡口接头的上、 下两部分分别与本装置的上部的喷头装置及下部的瓶盖 连接装置结合在一起, 采用内套的方式, 使整体结构紧凑、 体积小。 凸扣与扣 位节头配合的方式使本装置上、 下两部分可以相对旋转, 以完成香水导流孔的 开启和关闭。
作为优选, 所述的香水导流孔的下方设有吸管座, 所述的吸管座为管状结 构, 吸管座的内孔与吸管过盈配合; 卡口接头的下段内孔中设有与香水盛器相 接的连接部, 该连接部的上端设有垫片; 卡口接头的外部设有接头铝套。 吸管 紧插在吸管座内, 香水沿吸管上行通过香水导流孔; 卡口接头下段内孔中的连 接部制成内螺紋型或卡接口形式, 工作时保证卡口接头与香水瓶的密封。 接头 铝套做外表装饰作用。
作为优选, 所述的圆形底板上通孔的中心与圆形底板中心之间的偏心量大 于圆形底板上的通孔直径加上卡口接头芯部与密封转换头配合的香水导流孔直 径之和。 具体些说, 在香水通道关闭状态下, 圆形底板上通孔和香水导流孔是 错开的, 并且这种偏心量要保证卡口接头中的密封圈起密封作用。
作为优选, 所述的密封座内的单向阀包括弹簧, 弹簧的尾端设有弹珠, 密 封座芯部通孔与皮囊相通, 密封座的尾部设有与皮囊连接的接头部。 皮囊通过 弹珠向弹簧施压,进行呼吸气使喷头的前端设喷射口和吸管的未端产生压强差。 密封座尾部设有接头部为两个平行的大小不等的圆形, 外部大的圆形卡在皮囊 端部内孔中设有的槽中, 内侧小的圆形把皮囊端部定位, 这样形成完全密封配 合的状态。
作为优选, 所述的中节的上段外部设有头帽内衬, 头帽内衬上端封闭的筒 形, 头帽内衬沿喷头座孔轴线的两筒壁上设有开口, 该开口与喷头相应的部位 配合。 头帽内衬筒壁上的开口延伸至中节的限位止退凸台处并卡紧。 头帽内衬 的外圆表面设有摩擦条, 如竖直的直条紋, 以方便头帽铝套的装配。
作为优选, 所述的头帽内衬的外部设有头帽铝套, 头帽铝套为上端封闭的 筒形, 头帽铝套的筒壁上设有对穿的通孔, 该通孔与喷头相应的部位配合, 头 帽铝套的底面伸至接头铝套的上平面部位。 头帽铝套作为装饰之用, 又可以保 护内部的部件。
本发明的有效效果是: 本装置既能防止香水挥发, 又能防止香水瓶倾倒状 态时的溢出; 结构合理, 使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。 参见图 1、 图 2、 图 3, 本实施例一种香水皮囊的开关结构, 水平设一喷头 10, 喷头 10的尾部装有密封座 13, 密封座 13内设有由弹簧 11、 弹珠 12组成 的单向阀,密封座 13的尾端装一皮囊 14,喷头 10的中间位置套装在中节 3中, 中节 3的下段固定一个偏心轮型的密封转换头 4, 密封转换头 4的底面与卡口 接头 7紧密配合, 卡口接头 7的上段外径扣入在中节 3下段的内孔中, 卡口接 头 7内装一根吸管 9,卡口接头 7的外部装有接头铝套 6,从中节 3的上方扣下 一头帽内衬 2, 头帽内衬 2的外部装有头帽铝套 1。
下面陈述各部件的特征。 如图 4所示, 喷头 10的结构示意图, 喷头 10是 一种轴芯设有通孔的轴形结构,喷头 10长度方向的中间部位设有与轴芯通孔垂 直的喷头进水口 1002,沿喷头轴向位于喷头进水口 1002的前端为喷射口 1003, 喷射口 1003呈锥孔形,沿喷头 10轴向位于喷头进水口 1002的尾端设有密封座 孔 1001,喷头进水口 1002与中节 3的中节内柱体 304芯部设有通孔顶部配合, 密封座孔 1001与密封座 13的一端连接。
参见图 5, 密封座 13内前端内孔中装单向阀, 其中弹簧 11在前, 弹珠 12 在后,密封座 13芯部的通孔与皮囊 14相通,密封座 13尾部外圆上设有与皮囊 14连接的接头部 131, 接头部 131呈凹形, 凹形包括两片大小不等的圆形, 其 中外侧的大圆形套装在皮囊 14 端部内设有定位槽中, 内侧的小圆形顶住皮囊 14的端部。
中节 3的结构参见图 6、 图 7, 中节 3呈上下两节轴状, 上段设有与喷头 10配合的喷头座孔 301, 下段外径上设有一处限位止退凸台 302, 该限位止退 凸台 302位于喷头座孔 301的正下方。下段内孔中心部位设有中节内柱体 304, 内孔孔壁上设有扣位节头 303, 该扣位节头 303与卡口接头 7上段外径上的凸 扣 702配合; 中节内柱体 304的芯部设有与喷头座孔 301相通的通孔, 中节内 柱体 304外壁上设有扣位节头, 该扣位节头与密封转换头 4密封配合, 中节 3 下段内孔中位于中节内柱体 304的顶部设有中节孔内定位块 305, 中节孔内定 位块 305中心线与喷头座孔 301中心线在同一平面中。 中节 3的上段外部装一 个头帽内衬 2, 头帽内衬 2呈上端封闭的筒形, 头帽内衬 2沿喷头座孔 301轴 线的两筒壁上设有 "n "形状的开口, 该开口与喷头 10相对应的部位外径间隙 配合。 头帽内衬 2外部设一个装饰保护作用的头帽铝套 1, 头帽铝套 1也为上 端封闭的筒形,且筒壁上设有对穿的通孔,该通孔与喷头 10相对应的部位配合, 头帽铝套 1的下端贴近接头铝套 6的上平面 lmm。
如图 8所示, 一种密封转换头结构 4, 密封转换头 4由一个圆形底板 401 和距离该圆形底板 401中心有一偏心量的转换头柱体 402组成,转换头柱体 402 中心设有通孔, 该通孔为阶梯孔, 位于圆形底板 401的通孔尺寸小于位于转换 头柱体 402部位的通孔尺寸, 这里提到的偏心量等于圆形底板 401上的通孔直 径与密封圈 5外径之和。 位于转换头柱体 402部位的孔径内设有扣位节头, 该 扣位节头与中节内柱体 304外壁上的扣位节头配合。 在转换头柱体 402的上端 筒壁上设有一处定位槽缺 403,定位槽缺 403位于圆形底板 401的直径的上方, 定位槽缺 403与中节 3中的中节孔内定位块 305过盈配合。 图 9是一种卡口接头 7结构, 该卡口接头 7分成上下两段, 上段的外径与 中节 3下段内孔通过凸扣 702、 扣位节头 303形成密封配合。 卡口接头 7上段 芯部设有密封转换头座孔 703, 密封转换头 4放置在其中。 卡口接头 7的上段 与下段分隔板上设有香水导流孔, 以香水导流孔为中心位于密封转换头座孔 703 的底部设有一处密封圈座, 密封圈座中装有密封圈 5。 装配后该密封圈 5 与密封转换头 4紧贴以密封状态存在。 卡口接头 7的香水导流孔的下方设一处 管状结构的吸管座 701,吸管座 701内插一支吸管 9。卡口接头 7的下段的内孔 中设有与香水盛器相接的螺紋连接部,连接部的上端装一个垫片 8。卡口接头 7 的外部用接头铝套 6装饰和保护。
使用时, 由于中节 3和密封转换头 4是扣合在一起的, 卡口接头 7的上端 也是扣在中节 3中且可转动 180度, 当卡口接头 7香水导流孔转至 "开位", 中 节 3、 密封转换头 4、 卡口接头 7的孔全通, 用手按皮囊 14, 喷头 10的喷射口 1003压强小于吸管 9下端的压强, 香水从吸管 9底部进, 从喷射口 1003出。 当中节 3、密封转换头 4与卡口接头 7相对转动一个直角时, 中节 3、密封转换 头 4、 卡口接头 7的孔不在一条直线上, 且密封圈 5与密封转换头 4的圆形底 板 401面是密封的, 即使按压皮囊 14, 香水也不能喷出, 形成 "关位"。
上述实施例是对本发明的说明, 不是对本发明的限定, 任何对本发明的简 单变换后的结构均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种香水皮囊的开关结构, 包括吸管 (9)、 喷头 (10)、 与香水瓶连接 的卡口接头 (7), 其特征是所述的喷头 (10) 为轴芯设有通孔的轴形结构, 喷 头(10)长度的中间部位设有与轴芯通孔垂直的喷头进水口 (1002), 沿喷头轴 向位于喷头进水口的前端设喷射口(1003),沿喷头轴向位于喷头进水口的尾端 设有密封座孔(1001),密封座孔(1001)与密封座(13)—端连接,密封座(13) 内设有单向阀, 密封座(13) 的尾端设有皮囊 (14), 所述的喷头 (10)在设有 喷头进水口 (1002) 部位套装在中节 (3) 中, 中节 (3) 的下段固定一个偏心 轮型的密封转换头 (4), 密封转换头 (4) 的底面与卡口接头 (7) 配合, 卡口 接头(7)的上段外径与中节(3)下段内孔配合,卡口接头(7)内装有吸管(9)。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种香水皮囊的开关结构,其特征在于所述的中 节 (3) 的上段设有与喷头 (10) 同轴的喷头座孔 (301), 中节 (3) 的下段外 径上设有限位止退凸台 (302), 限位止退凸台 (302) 位于喷头座孔 (301) 的 正下方。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种香水皮囊的开关结构,其特征在于所述 的中节 (3) 下段内孔中设有中节内柱体 (304), 中节 (3) 下段内孔孔壁上设 有扣位节头 (303); 所述的中节内柱体 (304) 的芯部设有与喷头座孔 (301) 相通的通孔, 中节内柱体(304)外壁上设有扣位节头, 该扣位节头与密封转换 头 (4)配合, 中节(3)下段内孔中位于中节内柱体(304) 的顶部设有中节孔 内定位块 (305)。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种香水皮囊的开关结构,其特征在于所述的密 封转换头 (4) 设有圆形底板 (401), 在圆形底板 (401) 上设轴心线与圆形底 板 (401) 中心有一偏心量的转换头柱体 (402), 转换头柱体 (402) 中心设有 通孔, 该通孔为阶梯孔, 该通孔位于圆形底板(401)的尺寸小于位于转换头柱 体 (402) 部位的尺寸, 位于转换头柱体 (402) 部位的孔径内设有扣位节头, 该扣位节头与中节内柱体(304)外壁上的扣位节头配合; 在转换头柱体(402) 的上端筒壁上设有定位槽缺 (403), 定位槽缺 (403) 位于圆形底板 (401) 的 直径上方位置,定位槽缺( 403 )与中节( 3 )下段内孔中的中节孔内定位块( 305 ) 配合。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种香水皮囊的开关结构,其特征在于所述 的卡口接头 (7) 分设为上下两段, 上段的外径与中节 (3) 下段内孔配合, 上 段的外圆表面设有凸扣 (702), 该凸扣 (702) 与扣位节头 (303) 配合; 卡口 接头 (7) 上段芯部设有密封转换头座孔 (703), 卡口接头 (7) 的上段与下段 分隔板上设有香水导流孔, 以香水导流孔为中心位于密封转换头座孔(703)的 底部设有密封圈座, 密封圈座中装有密封圈 (5)。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的一种香水皮囊的开关结构,其特征在于所述的卡 口接头 (7) 的香水导流孔的下方设有吸管座 (701), 所述的吸管座 (701) 为 管状结构, 吸管座 (701) 的内孔与吸管 (9)过盈配合; 卡口接头 (7) 的下段 内孔中设有与香水盛器相接的连接部, 该连接部的上端设有垫片 (8); 卡口接 头 (7) 的外部设有接头铝套 (6)。
7. 根据权利要求 1或 4所述的一种香水皮囊的开关结构,其特征在于所述 的圆形底板 (401) 上通孔的中心与圆形底板 (401) 中心之间的偏心量大于圆 形底板(401)上的通孔直径加上卡口接头(7)芯部与密封转换头 (4)配合的 香水导流孔直径之和。
8. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种香水皮囊的开关结构,其特征在于所述 密封座 (13) 内的单向阀包括弹簧 (11), 弹簧 (11) 的尾端设有弹珠 (12), 密封座(13)芯部通孔与皮囊(14)相通, 密封座(13)的尾部设有与皮囊(14) 连接的接头部 (131)。
9. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 4所述的一种香水皮囊的开关结构,其特征在于 所述的中节 (3) 的上段外部设有头帽内衬 (2), 头帽内衬 (2) 上端封闭的筒 形, 头帽内衬 (2) 沿喷头座孔 (301) 轴线的两筒壁上设有开口, 该开口与喷 头 (10) 相应的部位配合。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的一种香水皮囊的开关结构, 其特征在于所述的 头帽内衬 (2) 的外部设有头帽铝套 (1), 头帽铝套 (1) 为上端封闭的筒形, 头帽铝套(1)的筒壁上设有对穿的通孔, 该通孔与喷头(10)相应的部位配合, 头帽铝套 (1) 的底面伸至接头铝套 (6) 的上平面部位。
