Abstract
Provided in the present invention is a device for removing dust mixed with plastic scraps, which removes dust mixed with scraps that is generated in the process of pulverizing plastic scraps, so as to not only more cleanly discharge air to the outside since the dust is filtered and collected through a cyclone filter provided inside a dust can body during the process of collecting the dust in the dust can body, but to also significantly improve suctioning force for dust suctioned through a suctioning tube by eccentrically forming a dust suctioning tube through which the dust is suctioned and generating a suctioned air cyclone, and to further provide a magnet so that metal contained in the pulverized scraps can be sorted by means of the magnetic force of the magnet, thereby eliminating any additional metal sorting process. To this end, the dust removing device of the present invention consists essentially of: a housing body (10) provided with a hopper (11) at the top thereof into which plastic scraps are introduced; a scrap moving body (20) which is connected to the bottom of the housing body (10) such that introduced scraps fall therein, and which communicates with both a residue discharge hole (21) at a bottom thereof and a dust suctioning hole (22) at a side of the residue discharge hole (21); a transferring body (30) provided within the scrap moving body (20), connected to a driving motor (31), and in which both a pulverizing blade (32) provided at the residue discharge hole (21) of the scrap moving body (20) and a screw (33) positioned at the dust suctioning hole (22) are installed on a shaft together with the transferring body (30); a suctioning mesh body (40) positioned in a direction corresponding to the driving motor (31), fitted to the outer surface of one side of the scrap moving body (20), and installed to include the dust suctioning hole (22) of the scrap moving body (20); a scrap guide (41) coupled to the outside of the suctioning mesh body (40) to guide pulverized scrap; a scrap collecting body (50) connected to the scrap guide (41) to collect scrap discharged through the scrap guide (41); a dust suctioning tube (61) having a side connected to the dust suctioning hole (22) of the scrap moving body (20); a dust can body (60) to which the other side of the dust suctioning tube (61) is connected, and provided with a cyclone filter; a vacuum suctioning tube (71) having a side connected to the dust can body (60); and a vacuum suctioning body (70) to which the other side of the vacuum suctioning tube (71) is connected.
