Description

Sheet belt take-up device
The present invention relates to a sheet band winding device for winding a sheet band in which rectangular sheets are conveyed without being separated from each other in a process in which rectangular sheets are conveyed in a distributed state on a conveying surface.
As an example of a sheet conveyed in the above-described manner, there is a sheet tobacco obtained from, for example, a rolled regenerated tobacco web. This sheet tobacco is obtained by cutting a regenerated tobacco web at regular intervals.
Such a sheet cigarette is conveyed toward a boxing machine, and this boxing machine packs each sheet cigarette at a predetermined weight. The production of regenerated tobacco web is described in, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2 below.
Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-38591
When forming the sheet tobacco from the recycled tobacco web, if the cutting of the recycled tobacco web is incomplete, the sheet tobacco band is formed without the sheet tobacco being cut. Even if such a sheet tobacco belt is supplied to the feeder, the sheet tobacco belt is not separated into individual sheet tobaccos, so that the individual sheet tobacco cannot be supplied from the feeder.
In order to solve such a problem, it is desired to remove the sheet tobacco band in the process of conveying the sheet tobacco.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet belt winding device that allows a sheet belt such as a sheet cigarette belt to be transported toward a downstream feeder, and enables the removal of the sheet belt in the upstream of the feeder. is there.
The above-described object is achieved by the sheet band winding device of the present invention. The sheet band winding device conveys a rectangular sheet in a state of being distributed on the conveying surface, and the upstream conveying path. A downstream conveyance path that receives a sheet discharged from the termination of the upstream conveyance path and conveys the received sheet, and an upstream conveyance path that has a start end positioned below the termination near the termination of the path A winding rake that winds up a continuous sheet band without separating a plurality of sheets between the terminal end of the upstream conveying path and the downstream end of the downstream conveying path. Umbrella member that is rotatably arranged between the downstream end of the transport path and has a tapered cone shape upward, and a plurality of members that protrude from the outer surface of the umbrella member and are allowed to pass through the sheet Including rake pins and
According to the winding device described above, during rotation of the umbrella member, the sheet discharged from the end of the upstream conveyance path is received on the outer surface of the umbrella member. Here, if the individual sheets are separated from each other, the individual sheets pass between the rake pins along the outer surface of the umbrella member, and are supplied from the umbrella member to the downstream conveyance path.
However, if the sheet cutting is incomplete and there is a sheet band in which a plurality of sheets are connected to the upstream conveyance path, the sheet band received by the umbrella member from the upstream conveyance path is on the outer surface of the umbrella member. Is caught by a rake pin and wound on an umbrella member. In this case, the sheet band is not supplied to the downstream conveyance path.
Specifically, the umbrella member provides a relay conveyance surface that receives a sheet discharged from the end of the upstream conveyance path at a part of its outer surface, and the relay conveyance surface is downstream from the start end side of the downstream conveyance path. It is rotated to move toward the starting end side of the side conveyance path.
Preferably, the umbrella member is inclined so that the upper end of the umbrella member falls toward the side of the upstream conveyance path, and more preferably, the upper end of the umbrella member is inclined toward the end side of the upper conveyance path. .
Also, some of the rake pins can have a bent tip, with the tip being oriented in the direction of rotation of the umbrella member.
Furthermore, when the rake pin is classified into an upper group distributed at the upper part of the umbrella member and a lower group distributed at the lower part of the umbrella member, the rake pin of the upper group is shorter than the rake pin of the lower group. Particularly preferably, the rake pin of the lower group has a bent tip.
According to the sheet band winding device of the present invention, even when a sheet band consisting of a plurality of sheets is conveyed on the upstream conveyance path, when the sheet band passes through the winding rake, an umbrella of the winding rake The member is wound up with the help of a rake pin. Therefore, the sheet band is not supplied to the subsequent processing apparatus via the downstream conveyance path.
It is the perspective view which showed schematically the sheet | seat strip winding apparatus of one Example. It is a schematic side view of the winding apparatus of FIG. It is the figure which showed the rake pin of the umbrella member.
Referring to FIG. 1, the sheet belt winding device according to one embodiment includes an upstream conveyor 10 as an upstream conveyance path. The starting end of the upstream conveyor 10 is connected to, for example, the above-described reclaimed tobacco web cutting machine (not shown), and this reclaiming machine cuts the regenerated tobacco web into individual sheet cigarettes S. It is conveyed as a sheet group R in a state of being distributed on the conveyor 10. For convenience of drawing, in FIG. 1, the sheet group R on the upstream conveyor 10 is shown as a row in which the sheet cigarettes S are arranged in the conveying direction.
On the other hand, from the vicinity of the end of the upstream conveyor 10, the downstream conveyor 12 as a downstream conveyance path extends horizontally, and the start end of the downstream conveyor 12 is positioned below the end of the upstream conveyor 10.
A winding rake 14 is disposed between the end of the upstream conveyor 10 and the starting end of the downstream conveyor 12, and the winding rake 14 will be described in detail below.
As shown in FIG. 2, the winding rake 14 includes a rotatable umbrella member 16, and the umbrella member 16 tapers upward, that is, toward the end of the upstream conveyor 10. In some cases it is conical.
Specifically, the umbrella member 16 is inclined so that the upper end of the umbrella member 16 falls down toward the width direction of the upstream conveyor 10 and toward the terminal end side of the upstream conveyor 10. That is, the umbrella member 16 has an angle α (eg, 23 °) between the axis A and the vertical line V, and an angle β (eg, 26 shown in FIG. 1) between the axis A and the conveyance surface of the downstream conveyor 12. °) tilted.
Therefore, as is clear from FIG. 2, the bus forming the outer surface of the umbrella member 16 covers the entire width direction of the upstream conveyor 10 below the upstream conveyor 10, and the outer surface of the umbrella member 16 is connected to the upstream conveyor 10. A relay conveyance surface 18 is provided between the downstream conveyor 12 and the sheet tobacco R discharged from the starting end of the upstream conveyor 10, that is, individual sheet tobacco S can be received on the relay conveyance surface 18.
Furthermore, a large number of rake pins 20 protrude from the outer surface of the umbrella member 16, and these rake pins 20 are distributed so as to be perpendicular to the outer surface of the umbrella member 16 and allow passage of the sheet cigarette S. That is, the interval between the adjacent rake pins 20 is ensured to be larger than the width and length of each sheet cigarette S. In FIG. 2, only a part of the rake pin 20 is shown.
More specifically, the rake pins 20 can be classified into an upper group distributed in the upper part of the umbrella member 16 and a lower group distributed in the lower part of the umbrella member 16, and the rake pins belonging to the upper group as apparent from FIG. The length L 1 of 20 (for example, 80 mm) is shorter than the length L 2 (for example, 130 mm) of the rake pin 20 belonging to the lower group, and the rake pin 20 of the lower group is bent toward the rotation direction of the umbrella member 16. With a leading edge.
In order to rotate the umbrella member 16, a rotary shaft 22 extends coaxially from the top of the umbrella member 16, and the rotary shaft 22 is connected to a drive source, that is, a drive motor 24. The drive motor 24 moves the umbrella member 16 in one direction, that is, the direction in which the relay conveyance surface 18 of the umbrella member 16 described above moves from the end side of the upstream conveyor 10 toward the start end side of the downstream conveyor 12 (white in FIG. 2). The umbrella member 16 is rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow.
Specifically, when the conveyance speed of the upstream conveyor 10 is 60 m / s, the rotation speed of the umbrella member 16 is preferably about 1 rotation / sec.
According to the winding rake 14 described above, when the umbrella member 16 is rotating, the sheet group R discharged from the end of the upstream conveyor 10 is first received by the relay conveyance surface 18 of the umbrella member 16.
Here, if the sheet group R is completely separated into the individual sheet cigarettes S, the individual sheet cigarettes S are arranged on the outer surface of the umbrella member 16 regardless of the rotation of the umbrella member 16 as shown in FIG. Along the rake pins 20, and falls from the umbrella member 16 onto the downstream conveyor 12. Thereafter, the sheet tobacco S is conveyed by the downstream conveyor 12 toward a subsequent processing apparatus, for example, a boxing machine.
On the other hand, if the cutting of the sheet cigarette S is incomplete and a sheet band B (see a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2) in which a plurality of sheet cigarettes S are continuous in the sheet group R in FIG. The band B is wound around the rotating umbrella member 16 by being caught on the rake pin 20 on the outer surface of the umbrella member 16. Therefore, the sheet band B is not supplied onto the downstream conveyor 12, and the malfunction of the feeder caused by the sheet band B can be prevented in advance.
Among the rake pins 20, the rake pins 20 belonging to the lower group are bent at the leading ends thereof, so that the bent tip portions reliably secure the sheet band B wound around the umbrella member 16 to the umbrella member 16. The sheet band B is reliably prevented from falling off from the umbrella member 16.
Further, among the rake pins 20, the rake pins 20 belonging to the upper group are shorter than the lower group and do not have a bent tip portion, so that the seat band is only on the small diameter upper portion of the umbrella member 16.
