Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'améliorer l'utilisation d'un service par un utilisateur et de réduire les coûts d'exploitation d'un serveur en garantissant une vitesse de téléchargement de fichier minimale à un utilisateur. Un dispositif de contrôle de réseau permettant de télécharger un fichier comprend : une unité de détection d'accès permettant de détecter un accès d'un terminal utilisateur à un réseau P2P pour télécharger un fichier ; une unité de mesure de vitesse permettant de mesurer une vitesse de téléchargement de fichier du terminal utilisateur, qui est détecté par l'unité de détection d'accès, par le biais du réseau P2P pour une période prédéterminée après le début du téléchargement du fichier ; et une unité de contrôle de connexion au réseau permettant de contrôler l'accès du terminal utilisateur à un réseau d'un serveur de téléchargement pour que le serveur de téléchargement transmette directement un fichier au terminal utilisateur si la vitesse de téléchargement du fichier mesurée par l'unité de mesure de vitesse est inférieure à une vitesse critique.
