Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de profilage par laminage pour le laminage à froid ou à chaud de matériau en tôle qui représente une pièce (3), comprenant : une unité de cages de formage pourvue d'au moins une cage de formage (10) qui procède à un formage ou à un profilage par laminage d'une pièce (3); le dispositif de profilage par laminage comprenant en outre un rail de guidage (1, 1b) qui est relié à l'unité de cages de formage, qui est disposé parallèlement à la direction de profilage (Z) du dispositif de profilage par laminage et qui présente une distance définie par rapport à la cage de formage (10); au moins un chariot de serrage (2, 2b), lequel (2, 2b) pouvant être déplacé le long du rail de guidage (1, 1b) avec un guidage latéralement stable et présentant un seul degré de liberté le long du rail de guidage (1, 1b); et au moins un élément de serrage (4, 4b) qui est relié de manière libérable au chariot de serrage (2, 2b) de telle manière que la pièce (3) puisse être bloquée entre le chariot de serrage (2, 2b) et l'élément de serrage (4, 4b) ou de nouveau libérée, l'élément de serrage (4, 4b) étant conçu de telle manière que le pièce (3) puisse être maintenue de façon ferme et stable dans sa position et sa forme sur le chariot de serrage (2, 2b) pendant le procédé de profilage par laminage.
