技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种螺旋状选矿溜槽用扇形板。
背景技术
现有的选矿溜槽呈螺旋状布置,为了降低运输及存储的成本,现有的螺旋状选矿溜槽采用扇形板,在存储及运输时,各扇形板分开包装,在安装时,将各扇形板拼接而成,即上部扇形板的下部径向侧边与下部扇形板的上部径向侧边相连接,但现有的扇形板连接不可靠,使用不方便,其连接方式仍需作进一步的改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种螺旋状选矿溜槽用扇形板,本实用新型中,两个扇形板的连接更可靠,结构更简单。
其技术方案如下。
一种螺旋状选矿溜槽用扇形板,包括呈倾斜下旋状的扇形板体,在扇形板体上形成有上部径向侧边、下部径向侧边、外圆弧边及内圆弧边,在下部径向侧边设有多个卡扣,在上部径向侧边设有多个卡孔,卡扣与卡孔的数量相对应,且卡扣与卡孔的形状及大小相配合。
下面对本实用新型进一步技术方案进行说明。
在所述上部径向侧边与外圆弧边相交处设有楔形的第一卡槽,在上部径向侧边与内圆弧边相交处设有凹形的第二卡槽,在下部径向侧边与外圆弧边相交处设有楔形的第一隼条,在下部径向侧边与内圆弧边相交处设有凸形的第二隼条,第一隼条与第一卡槽的形状及尺寸相适应,第二隼条与第二卡槽的形状及尺寸相适应。
在所述下部径向侧边设有第一定位筋板,第一定位筋板与所述卡扣之间形成定位槽,在所述上部径向侧边设有第二定位筋板及所述卡孔,卡孔紧邻第二定位筋板的内侧并形成与所述卡扣配合的卡紧位。
所述卡扣包括弹性臂及勾头部,卡扣与卡孔相配接后,卡扣外侧面与卡孔第一内侧面相贴紧,卡扣内侧面应与卡孔第二内侧面具有锥度弹性空隙,使勾头部在穿越卡孔时有弹性变形空间,在勾头部穿出卡孔后卡扣弹回正常形状并使勾头部勾紧卡孔外端,卡扣根部与卡孔塞紧。
在所述扇形板体的背侧设有多条相交的加强筋。
下面对本实用新型的优点或原理进行说明:
1、在运输或存储时,各扇形板可以分开包装,以节约存储空间和运输费用,在安装时,相邻两个扇形板通过卡孔及卡扣进行连接,连接可靠,结构简单;
2、第一隼条卡入第一卡槽内,第二隼条卡入第二卡槽内,而将上部径向侧边与下部径向侧边紧密连接,准确定位,避免相邻两个扇形板松动、错位或脱落;
3、在下部径向侧边设有第一定位筋板,在上部径向侧边设有第二定位筋板,安装时,第一定位筋板与第二定位筋板接触,使相邻两个扇形板的连接更可靠,并且可以在三维方向起到加强作用,避免扇形板在受力后扭曲或断裂,提高扇形板的刚度及强度。

具体实施方式
下面对本实用新型的实施例进行详细说明。
如图1至图13所示,一种螺旋状选矿溜槽用扇形板,包括呈倾斜下旋状的扇形板体1,在扇形板体1上形成有上部径向侧边2、下部径向侧边3、外圆弧边4及内圆弧边5,在下部径向侧边3设有多个卡扣6,在上部径向侧边2设有多个卡孔7,卡扣6与卡孔7的数量相对应,且卡扣6与卡孔7的形状及大小相配合。
其中,在上部径向侧边2与外圆弧边4相交处设有楔形的第一卡槽8,在上部径向侧边2与内圆弧边5相交处设有凹形的第二卡槽9,在下部径向侧边3与外圆弧边4相交处设有楔形的第一隼条10,在下部径向侧边3与内圆弧边5相交处设有凸形的第二隼条11,第一隼条10与第一卡槽8的形状及尺寸相适应,第二隼条11与第二卡槽9的形状及尺寸相适应。
在下部径向侧边3设有第一定位筋板12,第一定位筋板12与卡扣6之间形成定位槽15,在上部径向侧边2设有第二定位筋板13及卡孔7,卡孔7紧邻第二定位筋板13的内侧并形成与卡扣6配合的卡紧位。所述卡扣6包括弹性臂16及勾头部17,卡扣6与卡孔7相配接后,卡扣外侧面14与卡孔7的第一个内侧面相贴紧,卡扣内侧面19应与卡孔7的第二个内侧面具有锥度弹性空隙20,使勾头部17在穿越卡孔7时有弹性变形空间,在勾头部17穿出卡孔7后,卡扣6弹回正常形状并使勾头部17勾紧卡孔7外端,卡扣根部21与卡孔7塞紧,在扇形板体1的背侧设有多条相交的加强筋18。
本实施例具有如下优点:
1、在运输或存储时,各扇形板可以分开包装,以节约存储空间和运输费用,在安装时,相邻两个扇形板通过卡孔7及卡扣6进行连接,连接可靠,结构简单;
2、第一隼条10卡入第一卡槽8内,第二隼条11卡入第二卡槽9内,而将上部径向侧边2与下部径向侧边3紧密连接,准确定位,避免相邻两个扇形板松动、错位或脱落;
3、在下部径向侧边3设有第一定位筋板12,在上部径向侧边2设有第二定位筋板13,安装时,第一定位筋板12与第二定位筋板13接触,使相邻两个扇形板的连接更可靠,并且可以在三维方向起到加强作用,避免扇形板在受力后扭曲或断裂,提高扇形板的刚度及强度。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种螺旋状选矿溜槽用扇形板,包括呈倾斜下旋状的扇形板体,在扇形板体上形成有上部径向侧边、下部径向侧边、外圆弧边及内圆弧边,其特征在于,在下部径向侧边设有多个勾头齿状的卡扣,在上部径向侧边设有多个卡孔,卡扣与卡孔的数量相对应,且卡扣与卡孔的形状及大小相配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述螺旋状选矿溜槽用扇形板,其特征在于,在所述上部径向侧边与外圆弧边相交处设有楔形的第一卡槽,在上部径向侧边与内圆弧边相交处设有凹形的第二卡槽,在下部径向侧边与外圆弧边相交处设有楔形的第一隼条,在下部径向侧边与内圆弧边相交处设有凸形的第二隼条,第一隼条与第一卡槽的形状及尺寸相适应,第二隼条与第二卡槽的形状及尺寸相适应。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述螺旋状选矿溜槽用扇形板,其特征在于,在所述下部径向侧边设有第一定位筋板,第一定位筋板与所述卡扣之间形成定位槽,在所述上部径向侧边设有第二定位筋板及所述卡孔,卡孔紧邻第二定位筋板的内侧并形成与所述卡扣配合的卡紧位。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述螺旋状选矿溜槽用扇形板,其特征在于,所述卡扣包括弹性臂及勾头部,卡扣与卡孔相配接后,卡扣外侧面与卡孔第一内侧面相贴紧,卡扣内侧面应与卡孔第二内侧面具有锥度弹性空隙,使勾头部在穿越卡孔时有弹性变形空间,在勾头部穿出卡孔后卡扣弹回正常形状并使勾头部勾紧卡孔外端,卡扣根部与卡孔塞紧。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述螺旋状选矿溜槽用扇形板,其特征在于,在所述扇形板体的背侧设有多条相交的加强筋。
