为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、 特征和优点, 下面结合附 图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明, 但是, 本发明还可以釆用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施, 因此, 本发明 并不限于下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
图 1示出了根据本发明的实施例的移动终端的框图。
如图 1所示, 根据本发明的实施例的移动终端 100可以包括: 检测模 块 102, 用于检测移动终端所处的环境; 显示模块 104 , 用于根据检测到 的环境数据来显示相应控制按钮。 在该技术方案中, 通过检测模块 102对 移动终端所处环境的检测和判断, 显示模块 104则根据环境的不同, 显示 出相应的控制按钮, 避免用户误操作。
在上述技术方案中, 检测模块 102具体为传感器, 传感器包括以下至 少之一: 光敏传感器、 温度传感器和测距传感器。 在该技术方案中, 移动 终端 100上的传感器可以包括光敏传感器、 温度传感器和测距传感器以及 其它任何可以用于本移动终端所处环境的检测的传感器中的一种或一种以 上。
在上述技术方案中, 在检测模块 102检测出移动终端 100所处的环境 为用户手持的情况下, 当移动终端 100接收到呼叫时, 显示操作按钮, 在 这种情况下, 用户可以进行接听或挂断等任意操作而不受限制; 在检测模 块 102检测出移动终端 100所处的环境为不处于用户手持的情况下, 当移 动终端 100接收到呼叫时, 显示来电信息, 不显示操作按钮, 在这种情况 下, 用户可以在移动终端 100的屏幕上看到来电信息, 但不能对其进行接 听或挂断等任何可能影响该来电的操作。 在该技术方案中, 检测模块 102 通过对移动终端 100是否处于用户手持情况下的检测和判断, 通过对操作 按钮的限制, 防止用户的移动终端在非手持的情况下产生误操作。
在上述技术方案中, 在检测模块 102检测出移动终端 100所处的环境 为用户手持的情况下, 当移动终端 100的屏幕加锁之后显示解锁按钮, 在 这种情况下, 用户可以对移动终端 100进行解锁操作以及进一步的其它操 作而不受限制; 在检测模块 102检测出移动终端 100所处的环境为不处于 用户手持的情况下, 当移动终端 100的屏幕加锁之后不显示解锁按钮, 在 这种情况下, 用户将不能够对移动终端 100进行解锁操作以及进一步的其 它操作, 以防产生误操作。 在该技术方案中, 检测模块 102通过对移动终 端 100是否处于用户手持情况下的检测和判断, 通过对操作按钮的限制, 防止用户的移动终端 100在非手持的情况下产生误操作。
在上述技术方案中, 优选地, 移动终端可以包括触屏手机、 触屏平板 电脑等。
对于上述检测模块 102对移动终端 100所处的环境进行检测时, 检测 的环境数据可以包括: 温度、 光量和 /或移动终端与人体的距离。 在该技 术方案中, 用于检测的环境数据应该理解为, 包括温度传感器对温度的绝 对数值或 /和相对变化等的检测如温度、 光敏传感器对光线有无或 /和强弱 等方面的检测如光量和测距传感器对用户与移动终端间的距离等的检测如 移动终端与人体的距离, 以及其它任何可以用于本移动终端对所处环境进 行检测的传感器在其工作范围内对环境检测到的数据。
通过上述技术方案, 可以最大限度地避免用户的误操作。
图 2示出了根据本发明的实施例的根据环境数据进行显示的方法的流 程图。
如图 2所示, 根据本发明的又一方面, 还提供了一种根据环境数据进 行显示的方法, 包括: 步骤 202 , 检测移动终端所处的环境; 步骤 204 , 根据检测到的环境数据显示相应控制按钮。 在该技术方案中, 通过检测模 块对移动终端所处环境的检测和判断, 显示模块根据环境的不同, 显示出 相应的控制按钮, 避免用户误操作。
根据上述技术方案, 在步骤 202 中, 通过传感器检测出移动终端所处 的环境, 传感器包括光敏传感器、 温度传感器和 /或测距传感器。 在该技 术方案中, 移动终端上的传感器可以包括光敏传感器、 温度传感器和测距 传感器以及其它任何可以用于本移动终端所处环境的检测的传感器中的一 种或一种以上。
在上述技术方案中, 步骤 204具体为: 在传感器检测出移动终端所处 的环境为用户手持的情况下, 当移动终端接收到呼叫时, 显示操作按钮, 在这种情况下, 用户可以进行接听或挂断等任意操作而不受限制; 在传感 器检测出移动终端所处的环境为不处于用户手持的情况下, 当移动终端接 收到呼叫时, 显示来电信息, 不显示操作按钮, 在这种情况下, 用户可以 在移动终端的屏幕上看到来电信息, 但不能对其进行接听或挂断等任何可 能影响该来电的操作。 在该技术方案中, 检测模块通过对移动终端是否处 于用户手持情况下的检测和判断, 通过对操作按钮的限制, 防止用户的移 动终端在非手持的情况下产生误操作。
在上述技术方案中, 步骤 204具体还包括为: 在传感器检测出移动终 端所处的环境为用户手持的情况下, 当移动终端的屏幕加锁之后显示解锁 按钮, 在这种情况下, 用户可以对移动终端进行解锁操作以及进一步的其 它操作而不受限制; 在传感器检测出移动终端所处的环境为不处于用户手 持的情况下, 当移动终端的屏幕加锁之后不显示解锁按钮, 在这种情况 下, 用户将不能够对移动终端进行解锁操作以及进一步的其它操作, 以防 产生误操作。 在该技术方案中, 检测模块通过对移动终端是否处于用户手 持情况下的检测和判断, 通过对操作按钮的限制, 防止用户的移动终端在 非手持的情况下产生误操作。
在上述技术方案中, 环境数据包括: 温度、 光量和 /或移动终端与人 体的距离。 在该技术方案中, 检测到的环境数据应该理解为, 包括温度传 感器对温度的绝对数值或 /和相对变化等的检测、 光敏传感器对光线有无 或 /和强弱等方面的检测和测距传感器对用户与移动终端间的距离等的检 测, 以及其它任何可以用于对本移动终端所处环境进行检测的传感器在其 工作范围内对环境检测到的数据。
下面以具体示例来说明根据本发明的根据环境数据进行显示的方法。 图 3示出了根据本发明的实施例的根据环境数据进行显示的方法流程 图。
如图 3 所示, 当移动终端如手机有来电时, 将进入步骤 302, 检测手 机是否处于被用户持握的状态, 如果检测为是, 则进入步骤 304, 如果检 测结果为否, 则进入步骤 306。 检测手机是否处于被用户手持的状态可以 通过传感器进行检测, 例如通过光敏传感器来检测手机所处环境的光线强 度, 通过温度传感器来检测手机所处环境的温度等, 当光线强度较小, 温 度较低时, 说明手机在用户的包中, 此时, 当用户有来电时, 只显示来电 信息, 不显示操作按钮, 这样就不可能对手机进行误操作。
在步骤 304 , 显示正常来电的操作界面, 如图 4和图 5所示, 显示信 息包括来电信息 (汪晓丹及其号码) 和操作按钮 (挂断、 接听等控制按 钮) , 在这种情况下, 用户可以进行接听或挂断等任意操作而不受限制。
在步骤 306 , 在屏幕上只显示来电信息, 而不显示操作按钮, 例如图 6 所示, 若手机接收到电话时处于锁屏状态, 手机屏幕只显示了呼叫方名 称 (汪晓丹)及其号码, 并没有显示滑动接听控制按钮和滑动挂断控制按 钮, 没有提供给用户操作的按钮, 同样的, 若手机接收到电话时处于非锁 屏状态, 手机屏幕也只显示呼叫方名称及其号码, 不显示挂断并发送消 息、 挂断或接听等控制按钮。 在这种情况下, 用户可以在手机屏幕上看到 来电信息, 但不能对其进行接听或挂断等任何可能影响该来电的操作。 在 该技术方案中, 通过对移动终端如手机是否处于用户手持情况下的检测和 判断, 通过对操作按钮的限制, 防止用户的移动终端在非手持的情况下产 生误操作。
又例如, 手机处于锁屏状态, 在检测到该手机不被用户手持时, 进入 防误操作状态, 当其他物体触碰到手机屏幕时, 显示屏没有显示滑动解锁 控制按钮, 只显示待机信息, 可以如图 8所示, 只显示了时间信息, 没有 显示滑动解锁控制按钮。 这样, 当用户将手机置于口袋中时, 不可能出现 无意触碰滑动解锁控制按钮, 来将手机进行误解锁的情况, 也就不可能出 现拨出某个联系人的电话或启动某个应用程序的情况, 因为, 屏幕上没有 供操作的控制按钮。 当检测到该手机又被用户手持时, 退出防误操作状 态, 进入正常状态, 在手指触碰到显示屏时, 如图 7所示, 屏幕上不仅显 示待机信息 (时间信息) , 还显示有滑动解锁控制按钮, 供用户进行解 锁, 以进入手机首页。
因此, 手机是否处于用户手持的状态, 可以根据检测到的环境数据来 进行判断, 当手机远离用户的双手, 不被用户手持时, 手机进入一种防止 误操作的状态, 如果在这种状态下接收到来电, 则手机屏幕上不出现挂断 或接听等控制按钮, 只有在用户再次拿起手机后, 检测模块检测出手机所 处的环境发生改变, 判断出被用户手持, 这时手机才会退出防止误操作的 状态, 当接收到来电时, 手机屏幕显示挂断或接听等控制按钮, 这样, 通 过控制按钮的动态设置, 最大限度地避免了用户的误操作。
在此, 应该理解, 实施例中的移动终端可以包括所有触屏式终端, 例 如触屏平板电脑 (iPad ) , 不仅限于触屏手机。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案, 根据移动终端所处的环 境数据来动态地进行控制按钮的显示, 最大限度地避免误操作的发生, 提 供了人性化的设计。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
检测模块, 用于检测移动终端所处的环境;
显示模块, 用于根据检测到的环境数据来显示相应控制按钮。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述检测模块具 体为传感器, 所述传感器包括以下至少之一: 光敏传感器、 温度传感器和 测距传感器。
3. 根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 在所述检测 模块检测出所述移动终端所处的环境为用户手持的情况下, 当所述移动终 端接收到呼叫时, 显示操作按钮;
在所述检测模块检测出所述移动终端所处的环境为不处于用户手持的 情况下, 当所述移动终端接收到呼叫时, 显示来电信息, 不显示操作按 钮。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 在所述检测模块 检测出所述移动终端所处的环境为用户手持的情况下, 当所述移动终端的 屏幕加锁之后显示解锁按钮;
在所述检测模块检测出所述移动终端所处的环境为不处于用户手持的 情况下, 当所述移动终端的屏幕加锁之后不显示解锁按钮。
5. 根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终 端包括触屏手机、 触屏平板电脑。
6. 一种根据环境数据进行显示的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 步骤 202, 检测移动终端所处的环境;
步骤 204, 根据检测到的环境数据显示相应控制按钮。
7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的根据环境数据进行显示的方法, 其特征在 于, 在所述步骤 202中, 通过传感器检测出所述所处的环境, 所述传感器 包括光敏传感器、 温度传感器和 /或测距传感器。
8. 根据权利要求 6或 7 所述的根据环境数据进行显示的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述步骤 204具体为: 在所述传感器检测出所述移动终端所处的 环境为用户手持的情况下, 当所述移动终端接收到呼叫时, 显示操作按 钮;
在所述传感器检测出所述移动终端所处的环境为不处于用户手持的情 况下, 当所述移动终端接收到呼叫时, 显示来电信息, 不显示操作按钮。
9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的根据环境数据进行显示的方法, 其特征在 于, 所述步骤 204具体还包括为: 在所述传感器检测出所述移动终端所处 的环境为用户手持的情况下, 当所述移动终端的屏幕加锁之后显示解锁按 钮;
在所述传感器检测出所述移动终端所处的环境为不处于用户手持的情 况下, 当所述移动终端的屏幕加锁之后不显示解锁按钮。
10. 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的根据环境数据进行显示的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述环境数据包括: 温度、 光量和 /或所述移动终端与人体的距 离。
