Abstract

La présente invention concerne un bâtiment préfabriqué. Le bâtiment préfabriqué selon la présente invention est conçu de sorte qu'une extrémité d'un tube annulaire en acier soit assemblée avec une partie écrou d'un boulon/écrou de fixation bidirectionnel, une partie boulon du boulon/écrou de fixation bidirectionnel soit assemblée avec un trou d'écrou d'un raccord, et une pluralité de tubes annulaires en acier soient assemblées de la manière décrite ci-dessus et raccordés les uns aux autres afin de former une charpente de base du bâtiment préfabriqué. Le bâtiment préfabriqué comprend une structure en tubes annulaires en acier dans laquelle des anneaux sont installés le long des périphéries extérieures des tubes annulaires en acier à des intervalles prédéterminés de sorte que des éléments carrés de la pluralité de tubes annulaires en acier soient en outre installés aux périphéries extérieures des tubes annulaires en acier au moyen des anneaux. Selon la présente invention, le bâtiment préfabriqué peut être facilement assemblé même par un non-spécialiste sans utiliser d'outils ou d'instruments spéciaux. En outre, la pré-production en masse de modules et de pièces standardisés est possible pour réduire les coûts primaires et minimiser la main-d'œuvre nécessaire pour l'assemblage, le temps nécessaire pour l'assemblage, et d'autres coûts.
