所述内窥镜包括一主镜体操作手柄、 一微型摄像头模组及一伸入杆, 该伸入杆的前 端向上弯折, 尾端水平延长, 并固定在所述主镜体操作手柄上, 所述器械通道位于所述 主镜体操作手柄的底部, 且该器械通道的尾端贯穿所述主镜体操作手柄, 前端轴向贯穿 所述伸入杆, 并延伸至该伸入杆的前端弯折处的下部位置, 所述微型摄像头模组设置在 所述伸入杆的前端弯折处的上部位置, 并朝向下前方。
所述器械通道的尾部设有一与所述调节限位环相适配的扩口部, 对应调节限位环与 所述固定手柄之间的位置于所述套管上套设有一缓冲弹簧。
本发明的有益效果为: 本发明提供的方法简单, 易于实现, 成本低; 本发明提供的 取环器设计巧妙, 结构合理, 在内窥镜上加设有器械通道, 在观察宫内节育器的情况时, 还可以通过该器械通道将夹持器械伸入宫内进行摘取宫内节育器或清理异物, 实现在可 视情况下进行操作, 防止盲视情况下取环损伤宫壁, 有效提高取环手术的安全性, 减少 医疗事故的发生; 而且在可视状态下操作, 可以大大縮短手术时间, 减少患者痛苦, 操 作简单, 费用低, 减少对医生技术的依赖, 提高手术的准确性和成功率; 另外, 内窥镜 与夹持器械可以方便的组合与分离, 方便医生操作和方便对内窥镜及夹持器械进行清洗 消毒。
设有调节限位环, 能根据手术所需钳头的工作长度来相应选择相应长度的调节限位 环, 从而实现调整自锁式抓钳伸入内窥镜中的工作长度, 可提醒医生和限制夹持器械伸 入宫腔内的长度, 避免造成子宫穿孔的情况, 避免手术事故的发生。
同时, 还可以根据不同的手术操作要求, 来预备相应的器械进行相应的手术操作, 例如: 使用活检钳进行活检操作。

具体实施方式
实施例:参见图 1至图 3,本发明实施例提供一种可视性多功能宫内取环器制造方法, 其包括如下步骤:
( 1 )根据不同的手术操作要求, 预备所需的夹持器械 1 ; 所述的步骤(1 ) 中的夹持 器械 1 为自锁式抓钳。 使用方便, 操作简单, 保证手术的安全性和有效性。 该自锁式抓 钳的制造方法具体包括以下步骤: (1.1 ) 设置一固定手柄 11 ; ( 1.2) 设置一活动手柄 12; ( 1.3 )设置一复位弹簧 13; ( 1.4)设置一拉杆; (1.5 )设置一套管 14; ( 1.6)设置一 钳头 15; ( 1.7 ) 设置一调节限位环 16; ( 1.8 ) 将钳头 15设置在所述套管 14的前端, 并 将该套管 14的后端固定在所述固定手柄 11上; (1.9)将所述固定手柄 11和活动手柄 12 用固定销转动连接; (1.10) 将所述拉杆伸入所述套管 14内, 且使其前端与所述钳头 15 相连, 尾端贯穿所述固定手柄 11与所述活动手柄 12连接; (1.11 ) 将所述复位弹簧 13 套设在所述拉杆的尾部, 且使该复位弹簧 13的一端抵触在所述固定手柄 11上, 另一端 抵触在所述活动手柄 12上; (1.12) 根据手术所需钳头 15的工作长度来相应选择相应长 度的调节限位环 16, 然后将该将调节限位环 16套设在套管 14上。
(2) 设置一能伸入子宫内并能观察观察子宫内节育器的情况的内窥镜 2, 对应于所 述内窥镜 2上设有一与夹持器械 1的外形轮廓相适配的器械通道 3,所述夹持器械 1能通 过该器械通道 3伸入子宫内并进行手术。 所述的步骤 (2) 具体包括以下步骤: (2.1 ) 设 置一主镜体操作手柄 21 ; (2.2)设置一微型摄像头模组 22; (2.3 )设置一伸入杆 23; (2.4) 将所述伸入杆 23的前端向上弯折, 而使该伸入杆 23的尾端水平延长, 并固定在所述主 镜体操作手柄 21上; (2.5 )所述器械通道 3设置在所述主镜体操作手柄 21的底部,且该 器械通道 3的尾端贯穿所述主镜体操作手柄 21, 前端轴向贯穿所述伸入杆 23, 并延伸至 该伸入杆 23的前端弯折处的下部位置;在所述器械通道 3的尾部设有一与所述调节限位 环 16相适配的扩口部 31 ; 不但方便夹持器械 1的操作, 而且在其与调节限位环 16的相 互作用下, 有效地限制夹持器械 1伸入宫腔内的长度, 避免造成子宫穿孔的情况, 避免 手术事故的发生。 (2.6)将所述微型摄像头模组 22设置在所述伸入杆 23的前端弯折处的 上部位置, 并朝向下前方。
一种实施上述可视性多功能宫内取环器制造方法的取环器, 其包括一夹持器械 1及 一内窥镜 2, 该内窥镜 2上设有一与所述夹持器械 1的外形轮廓相适配的器械通道 3。
所述夹持器械 1为自锁式抓钳。 使用方便, 操作简单, 保证手术的安全性和有效性。 所述自锁式抓钳包括固定手柄 11、 活动手柄 12、 复位弹簧 13、 拉杆、 套管 14和钳头 15, 该钳头 15设置在所述套管 14的前端, 该套管 14的后端固定在所述固定手柄 11上, 所述固 定手柄 11和活动手柄 12用固定销转动连接, 所述拉杆伸入所述套管 14内, 且其前端与所 述钳头 15相连, 尾端贯穿所述固定手柄 11与所述活动手柄 12连接, 所述复位弹簧 13套设 在所述拉杆的尾部, 且一端抵触在所述固定手柄 11上, 另一端抵触在所述活动手柄 12上。
所述自锁式抓钳还包括一能调节所述钳头 15的工作长度的调节限位环 16,该调节限 位环 16套设在套管 14上。设有调节限位环 16,能根据手术所需钳头 15的工作长度来相 应选择相应长度的调节限位环 16,从而实现调整夹持器械 1伸入内窥镜 2中的工作长度, 可提醒医生和限制夹持器械 1伸入宫腔内的长度, 避免造成子宫穿孔的情况, 避免手术 事故的发生。
所述内窥镜 2包括一主镜体操作手柄 21、 一微型摄像头模组 22及一伸入杆 23, 该 伸入杆 23的前端向上弯折, 尾端水平延长, 并固定在所述主镜体操作手柄 21上, 所述 器械通道 3位于所述主镜体操作手柄 21的底部,且该器械通道 3的尾端贯穿所述主镜体 操作手柄 21, 前端轴向贯穿所述伸入杆 23, 并延伸至该伸入杆 23的前端弯折处的下部 位置, 所述微型摄像头模组 22设置在所述伸入杆 23的前端弯折处的上部位置, 并朝向 下前方。
所述器械通道 3的尾部设有一与所述调节限位环 16相适配的扩口部 31,对应调节限 位环 16与所述固定手柄 11之间的位置于所述套管 14上套设有一缓冲弹簧 17。
本发明提供的方法简单, 易于实现, 成本低; 本发明提供的取环器设计巧妙, 结构 合理, 在内窥镜 2上加设有器械通道 3, 在观察宫内节育器的情况时, 还可以通过该器械 通道 3将夹持器械 1伸入宫内进行摘取宫内节育器或清理异物, 实现在可视情况下进行操 作, 防止盲视情况下取环损伤宫壁, 有效提高取环手术的安全性, 减少医疗事故的发生; 而且在可视状态下操作, 可以大大縮短手术时间, 减少患者痛苦, 操作简单, 费用低, 减少对医生技术的依赖, 提高手术的准确性和成功率; 另外, 内窥镜 2与夹持器械 1可以 方便的组合与分离, 方便医生操作和方便对内窥镜 2及夹持器械 1进行清洗消毒。
本实施例中, 所述夹持器械 1为自锁式抓钳, 其它实施例中, 可以根据不同的手术 操作要求, 来预备相应的器械进行相应的手术操作, 例如: 使用活检钳进行活检操作。
使用时, 医生通过内窥镜 2发现宫内节育器或异物后, 这时, 继续保持内窥镜 2的伸 入杆 23的前端弯折处在目标物的正前方。 然后通过器械通道 3将夹持器械 1或其它器械伸 入直至目标物。 同时, 医生还可以根据实时视像, 相应地移动和改变夹持器械 1的位置, 迅速、 准确、 可靠地将宫内节育器或者异物抓住, 并抽离体外, 完成整个手术。
如本发明上述实施例所述, 采用与其相同或相似结构而得到的其它取环器及其制造 方法, 均在本发明保护范围内。

Claims

1、 一种可视性多功能宫内取环器制造方法, 其特征在于, 其包括如下步骤:
(1) 根据不同的手术操作要求, 预备所需的夹持器械;
(2)设置一能伸入子宫内并能观察观察子宫内节育器的情况的内窥镜, 对应于所述 内窥镜上设有一与夹持器械的外形轮廓相适配的器械通道, 所述夹持器械能通过该器械 通道伸入子宫内并进行手术。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可视性多功能宫内取环器制造方法, 其特征在于, 所述的 步骤 (1) 中的夹持器械为自锁式抓钳。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的可视性多功能宫内取环器制造方法, 其特征在于, 所述自 锁式抓钳的制造方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1.1) 设置一固定手柄;
(1.2) 设置一活动手柄;
(1.3) 设置一复位弹簧;
(1.4) 设置一拉杆;
(1.5) 设置一套管;
(1.6) 设置一钳头;
(1.7) 设置一调节限位环;
(1.8) 将钳头设置在所述套管的前端, 并将该套管的后端固定在所述固定手柄上;
(1.9) 将所述固定手柄和活动手柄用固定销转动连接;
(1.10)将所述拉杆伸入所述套管内, 且使其前端与所述钳头相连, 尾端贯穿所述固 定手柄与所述活动手柄连接;
(1.11)将所述复位弹簧套设在所述拉杆的尾部,且使该复位弹簧的一端抵触在所述 固定手柄上, 另一端抵触在所述活动手柄上;
(1.12)根据手术所需钳头的工作长度来相应选择相应长度的调节限位环,然后将该 将调节限位环套设在套管上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的可视性多功能宫内取环器制造方法, 其特征在于, 所述的 步骤 (2) 具体包括以下步骤:
(2.1) 设置一主镜体操作手柄;
(2.2) 设置一微型摄像头模组; (2.3) 设置一伸入杆;
(2.4) 将所述伸入杆的前端向上弯折, 而使该伸入杆的尾端水平延长, 并固定在所 述主镜体操作手柄上;
(2.5) 所述器械通道设置在所述主镜体操作手柄的底部, 且该器械通道的尾端贯穿 所述主镜体操作手柄, 前端轴向贯穿所述伸入杆, 并延伸至该伸入杆的前端弯折处的下 部位置; 在所述器械通道的尾部设有一与所述调节限位环相适配的扩口部;
(2.6) 将所述微型摄像头模组设置在所述伸入杆的前端弯折处的上部位置, 并朝向 下前方。
5、 一种实施权利要求 1所述可视性多功能宫内取环器制造方法的取环器, 其特征在 于, 其包括一夹持器械及一内窥镜, 该内窥镜上设有一与所述夹持器械的外形轮廓相适 配的器械通道。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的取环器, 其特征在于, 所述夹持器械为自锁式抓钳。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的取环器, 其特征在于, 所述自锁式抓钳包括固定手柄、 活 动手柄、 复位弹簧、 拉杆、 套管和钳头, 该钳头设置在所述套管的前端, 该套管的后端 固定在所述固定手柄上, 所述固定手柄和活动手柄用固定销转动连接, 所述拉杆伸入所 述套管内, 且其前端与所述钳头相连, 尾端贯穿所述固定手柄与所述活动手柄连接, 所 述复位弹簧套设在所述拉杆的尾部, 且一端抵触在所述固定手柄上, 另一端抵触在所述 活动手柄上。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的取环器, 其特征在于, 所述自锁式抓钳还包括一能调节所 述钳头的工作长度的调节限位环, 该调节限位环套设在套管上。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的取环器,其特征在于,所述内窥镜包括一主镜体操作手柄、 一微型摄像头模组及一伸入杆, 该伸入杆的前端向上弯折, 尾端水平延长, 并固定在所 述主镜体操作手柄上, 所述器械通道位于所述主镜体操作手柄的底部, 且该器械通道的 尾端贯穿所述主镜体操作手柄, 前端轴向贯穿所述伸入杆, 并延伸至该伸入杆的前端弯 折处的下部位置, 所述微型摄像头模组设置在所述伸入杆的前端弯折处的上部位置, 并 朝向下前方。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的取环器, 其特征在于, 所述器械通道的尾部设有一与所 述调节限位环相适配的扩口部, 对应调节限位环与所述固定手柄之间的位置于所述套管 上套设有一缓冲弹簧。
