用户的名片的图像; 用户的大头像; 用户指定需要传递的其它文字, 声音, 图像, 视频等多媒体信息。 蓝牙地址提供单元 121, 用于提供配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址和蓝牙通信设备检测到的 其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表。 移动客户端 12配置有蓝牙通信设备。 蓝牙(Bluetooth)无线技术, 实际上是一种短距离无线 通信技术, 利用蓝牙无线技术, 能够有效地简化例如掌上电脑、 笔记本电脑和移动电话手机等移 动通信终端设备之间的通信, 也能够成功地简化以上这些设备与互联网 (Internet) 之间的通信, 从而使这些现代通信设备不必借助电缆就能联网, 组成一个巨大的无线通信网络。 每个蓝牙通信设备都被分配了唯一的一个设备地址, SIG协议中 BLCP协议规范了蓝牙通信 设备的编址方法,它采用 48位编码,分为制造商分配的产品编码和 SIG分配的制造商编码两部分, 各 24位。 其中, 包括 24位的低地址部分 LAP, 8位高地址部分 UAP, 16位无效地址部分 NAP, 高地址部分 UAP和无效地址部分 NAP共同构成了蓝牙通信设备的唯一标识符。 当使用所述蓝牙通信设备时, 可以检测周边是否有可供通信连接的其他蓝牙通信设备, 并可 将检测到的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址列出构成地址列表, 在其中的地址列表中选择一个蓝牙通信 设备并与之建立匹配连接, 从而实现数据传输。 显示单元 122, 用于显示各类信息, 例如来自所述电子名片传递服务器 10的、 处于蓝牙通信 设备的检测范围内的周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表、 用户列表中各个用户的简明身份信 息, 以及各个用户的电子名片。 在本发明中, 所述显示单元可以是 LCD液晶显示屏幕。 选择单元 123, 用于在显示单元 122上显示的、 来自电子名片传递服务器 10的用户列表中选 择一个或多个用户, 作为电子名片传递的对象用户。 电子名片传递请求单元 124, 用于对选择单元 123选择的对象用户生成电子名片传递请求。 在本发明中, 所述电子名片传递请求包括但不限于: 1、 向选中的对象用户传递自己的电子名片; 2、 从选中的对象用户获取他 (们) 的电子名片; 3、 与选中的对象用户进行电子名片的互换。 对 于上述三种状况, 通过电子名片传递请求单元 125选择其中的任一种。 后续,所述电子名片传递请求可以通过信息收发单元 120发送至电子名片传递服务器 10之后 再由电子名片传递服务器 10发送至被选的对象用户对应的一个或多个移动客户端 12上, 以后, 被选的对象用户对所述电子名片传递请求予以确认。 请求确认单元 125, 用于对来自请求用户对应的移动客户端 12发送的电子名片传递请求予以 确认, 并将所述确认信息发送至电子名片传递服务器 10。 一般情况下, 当对象用户接收到由请求用户的移动客户端 12发送的电子名片传递请求时, 可 以査看请求用户的简明身份信息, 以此判断是否需要对所述电子名片传递请求予以确认。 若同意 所述电子名片传递请求, 则通过请求确认单元 125予以确认; 若不同意所述电子名片传递请求, 则通过请求确认单元 125予以取消或拒绝。 当然, 上述对于所述电子名片传递请求的确认动作仍可以有其他的变化, 例如, 在某一情况 下, 对象用户可以预先将请求确认单元 125设置成自动确认并实现电子名片的传递或者互换, 即 自动接收请求用户传递过来的电子名片或者自动与请求用户进行电子名片的互换;在另一情况下, 对象用户也可以预先告知电子名片传递服务器 10, 当电子名片传递请求是与所述对象用户相关时 不需要向所述对象用户征求确认信息而直接执行电子名片传递请求的内容,进行电子名片的传递。 存储单元 126, 用于存储自身用户的电子名片以及通过信息收发单元 120接收自电子名片传 递服务器 10响应对象用户对应的移动客户端 12的确认信息后所发送的对象用户的电子名片。 电子名片传递服务器 10用于: 根据接收请求用户对应的移动客户端 12发送的配置的蓝牙通 信设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列 表,向请求用户对应的移动客户端 12发送处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的周边移动客户端对应 的用户的用户列表; 以及, 将所述电子名片传递请求发送至被选的对象用户对应的移动客户端 12 上, 并在接收到由对象用户对应的移动客户端 12所发送的确认信息后响应所述电子名片传递请 求, 将请求用户的电子名片传递至对象用户对应的移动客户端 12和 /或将对象用户的电子名片传 递至请求用户对应的移动客户端 12。 如图 2所示, 电子名片传递服务器 10包括: 信息收发单元 100、 数据库 101、 蓝牙地址査找 单元 102、 身份信息提供单元 103、 电子名片提供单元 104、 以及更新单元 105。 信息收发单元 100, 用于与移动客户端 12建立通信连接, 进行信息的互传。 在本发明中, 所 述信息可以包括移动客户端 12的配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址、以及所述蓝牙通信设备检测到 的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表、 用户的简明身份信息以及电子名片等。 移动客户端 12配置有蓝牙通信设备。 在实际应用中, 可显示出可供通信连接的周边其他蓝牙通信设备的设备地址。 所述简明身份信息包括但不限于: 用户的姓名, 用户的昵称, 用户的公司名称, 用户的大头 像, 用户自己设置的一个表示自己身份的图片。 所述电子名片的信息包括但不限于: 文字形式的用户的联系信息, 包括姓名, 电话, e-mail, 公司, 部门, 职务, 地址等; 用户的名片的图像; 用户的大头像; 用户指定需要传递的其它文字, 声音, 图像, 视频等多媒体信息。 数据库 101, 用于存储各个所述移动客户端所发送配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址、 蓝牙通 信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表、 各个所述移动客户端对应的用 户的简明身份信息和 /或电子名片。 在本发明中, 所述用户的简明身份信息以及电子名片可以在实际进行电子名片传递时由移动 客户端 12发送过来后存储起来,也可以是实时发送至所述电子名片传递服务器的或是预先存储在 所述电子名片传递服务器上的。 所述电子名片是在请求用户提出电子名片传递请求时以及对象用户在确认电子名片传递请求 时向所述电子名片传递服务器发送的或是由请求用户以及对象用户预先存储在所述电子名片传递 服务器上的。 蓝牙地址査找单元 102, 用于在接收到请求用户对应的移动客户端 12发送的配置的蓝牙通信 设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表 后, 在所述地址列表中査找出处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的用户。 上述査找出处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的用户, 所述用户满足: 用户对应的移动客户端 所配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址是包含在请求用户对应的移动客户端发送的检测到的其他所有 的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表之中, 请求用户对应的移动客户端所配置的蓝牙通信设备 的设备地址是包含在用户对应的移动客户端发送的检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址 的地址列表之中;并在请求用户对应的移动客户端上显示出所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信息。 身份信息提供单元 103, 用于在接收到请求用户对应的移动客户端 12发送的配置的蓝牙通信 设备的设备地址和蓝牙通信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表后, 将 经过蓝牙地址査找单元 102査找到的处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的周边移动客户端对应的用 户的用户列表发送至请求用户对应的移动客户端 12, 并在移动客户端 12上显示出所述用户列表 中用户的简明身份信息, 以供请求用户在移动客户端 12上进行选择。 后续,请求用户可以在移动客户端 12上选择用户列表中的一个或多个用户作为对象用户, 并 提出相应的电子名片传递请求。电子名片传递服务器 10的信息收发单元 100更可以将所述电子名 片传递请求转发至对象用户对应的一个或多个移动客户端 12, 以供对应用户对应的一个或多个移 动客户端 12予以确认。 在本发明中, 所述电子名片传递请求包括但不限于: 1、 向选中的对象用户传递自己的电子名 片; 2、 从选中的对象用户获取他(们) 的电子名片; 3、 与选中的对象用户进行电子名片的互换。 对于上述三种状况, 通过电子名片传递请求单元 125选择其中的任一种。 电子名片提供单元 104, 用于在接收到由对象用户对应的移动客户端 12所发送的确认信息后 响应所述电子名片传递请求, 通过信息收发单元 100将请求用户的电子名片传递至对象用户对应 的移动客户端 12和 /或将对象用户的电子名片传递至请求用户对应的移动客户端 12。 更新单元 105, 用于根据移动客户端提交的简明身份信息的变更情况、 配置的蓝牙通信设备 的设备地址的变更情况、和 /或蓝牙通信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址 列表的变更情况, 对用户列表进行更新, 并将更新后的用户列表以及用户列表中用户的简明身份 信息发送至请求用户对应的移动客户端; 以及对用户的电子名片中的信息进行更新。 另外, 经由更新单元 105更新后的信息 (配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址、 蓝牙通信设备检 测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表、 简明身份信息、 电子名片的信息等) 还 可以存储在数据库中 101。 本发明另提供了一种结合蓝牙无线技术的电子名片传递方法。 图 3即显示了所述方法的流程 示意图。 如图 3所示, 所述电子名片传递方法包括: 步骤 S201 , 移动客户端与电子名片传递服务器建立通信连接。 在所述步骤中, 所述建立通信 连接可以包括: 移动客户端提出连接请求, 并在电子名片传递服务器确认后, 实现通信连接; 也 可以是, 由移动客户端直接登录电子名片传递服务器所属的网站。 由于所述建立通信连接的步骤 已为本领域技术人员所熟知, 故不再在此赘述。 步骤 S203,请求用户利用移动客户端将配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通信设备 检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表发送至与所述移动客户端建立通信连接 的电子名片传递服务器, 从所述电子名片传递服务器获取处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的周边 移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表, 并在请求用户对应的移动客户端上显示出所述用户列表中用 户的简明身份信息。 另外, 在本发明中, 还可以在配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通信设备检测到的 其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表时一并将请求用户的简明身份信息发送至所述电 子名片传递服务器。 当然, 在其他情况下, 所述简明身份信息也可以实时传送或者预先存储在所 述电子名片传递服务器上。 需特别说明的是, 在本发明中, 步骤 S203可以根据实际应用而具有不同的实施方式。 请参阅图 4, 其为步骤 S203在一个实施方式中的流程示意图; 如图 4所示, 步骤 S203可以 细分为: 步骤 S203a, 请求用户利用移动客户端将配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通 信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表一并发送至与所述移动客户端建 立通信连接的电子名片传递服务器; 步骤 S203b, 电子名片传递服务器根据请求用户对应的移动 客户端发送的配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信 设备的设备地址的地址列表, 査找出处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的目标用户, 所述目标用户 满足: 目标用户对应的移动客户端所配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址是包含在请求用户对应的移 动客户端发送的检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表之中, 请求用户对应的 移动客户端所配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址是包含在目标用户对应的移动客户端发送的检测到 的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表之中; 并在请求用户对应的所述移动客户端上 显示出所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信息。 步骤 S205, 请求用户从所述移动客户端显示的所述用户列表中选择一个或多个用户, 作为电 子名片传递的对象用户, 提出电子名片传递请求, 并将所述电子名片传递请求发送至所述电子名 片传递服务器, 由所述电子名片传递服务器再将所述电子名片传递请求发送至被选的对象用户对 应的移动客户端上。 在本发明中, 所述电子名片传递请求包括但不限于: 1、 向选中的对象用户传递自己的电子名 片; 2、 从选中的对象用户获取他(们) 的电子名片; 3、 与选中的对象用户进行电子名片的互换。 对于上述三种状况, 通过电子名片传递请求单元 125选择其中的任一种。 步骤 S207,所述电子名片传递服务器在接收到由对象用户对应的所述移动客户端所发送的确 认信息后响应所述电子名片传递请求, 将请求用户的电子名片传递至对象用户对应的移动客户端 和 /或将对象用户的电子名片传递至请求用户对应的移动客户端。 其中, 所述电子名片是在请求用户提出电子名片传递请求时以及对象用户在确认电子名片传 递请求时向所述电子名片传递服务器发送的或是由请求用户以及对象用户预先存储在所述电子名 片传递服务器上的。 一般情况下, 当对象用户接收到由请求用户的移动客户端发送的电子名片传递请求时, 可以 査看请求用户的简明身份信息, 以此判断是否需要对所述电子名片传递请求予以确认。 若同意所 述电子名片传递请求, 则予以确认并将确认信息发送至所述电子名片传递服务器; 若不同意所述 电子名片传递请求, 则予以取消或拒绝。 当然, 上述对于所述电子名片传递请求的确认动作仍可以有其他的变化, 例如对象用户可以 预先将对应的所述移动客户端设置成自动确认并实现电子名片的传递或者互换, 即自动接收请求 用户传递过来的电子名片或者自动与请求用户进行电子名片的互换。 另外, 在本发明中, 电子名片传递服务器还包括: 根据移动客户端提交的简明身份信息的变 更情况、 配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的变更情况、 和 /或蓝牙通信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝 牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表的变更情况, 对用户列表进行更新, 并将更新后的用户列表以 及用户列表中用户的简明身份信息发送至请求用户对应的移动客户端; 以及对用户的电子名片中 的信息进行更新。
以下通过实例, 对本发明在指定信息的获取中的应用进行详细说明。 第一实施例: 请求用户 A在手机 a上配置了具备名片传递功能的软件,并与网站 W的服务器建立通信连接; 请求用户 A利用手机 a将手机 a的配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址、 所述蓝牙通信设备检测到的 其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表以及请求用户 A 的简明身份信息上传给网站 W 的服务器;网站 W的服务器根据手机 a的配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通信设备检 测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表, 将处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的其 他手机 (假设有手机 b、 c、 d、 e、 f) 的用户 (假设为用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F) 的用户列表发送至 手机 a上, 显示出用户列表中各个用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F的简明身份信息; 请求用户 A阅读各个 用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F的简明身份信息, 根据实际需求, 选中其中的用户13、 C作为对象用户; 提 出用于向用户 B、 C传递请求用户 A的电子名片的电子名片传递请求, 并将所述电子名片传递请 求经由网站 W的服务器发送至用户 B、 C对应的手机 b、 c; 网站 W的服务器接收到来自手机 b、 c的确认信息后响应所述电子名片传递请求, 将请求用户 A的电子名片发送至用户 B、 C对应的 手机 b、 c上。 另外, 在本第一实施例中, 若用户 B、 C中的其中一个 (或是用户 B, 或是用户 C) 对请求 用户 A提出的电子名片传递请求进行了确认, 则网站 W的服务器将请求用户 A的电子名片仅传 递给发出确认的那一个用户所对应的手机; 若用户 B、 C对请求用户 A提出的电子名片传递请求 都不进行确认, 则网站 W的服务器不作处理。 再有, 上述对于所述电子名片传递请求的确认动作仍可以有其他的变化, 例如, 用户 B、 C 可以预先将手机^ c设置成自动确认; 或者将预先告知网站 W的服务器, 可以无需确认而直接 进行电子名片的传递。
第二实施例: 请求用户 A在手机 a上配置了具备名片传递功能的软件,并与网站 W的服务器建立通信连接; 请求用户 A利用手机 a将手机 a的配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址、 所述蓝牙通信设备检测到的 其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表、以及请求用户 A的简明身份信息上传给网站 W 的服务器;网站 W的服务器根据手机 a的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通信设备检测到的 其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表, 将处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的其他手机 (假设有手机 b、 c、 d、 e、 f) 的用户 (假设为用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F) 的用户列表发送至手机 a 上, 显示出用户列表中各个用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F的简明身份信息; 请求用户 A阅读各个用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F的简明身份信息, 根据实际需求, 选中其中的用户13、 C、 D作为对象用户; 提出要 从用户 B、 C、 D获得他们的电子名片的电子名片传递请求, 并将所述电子名片传递请求经由网站 W的服务器发送至用户 B、 C、 D对应的手机 b、 c、 d; 网站 W的服务器接收到来自手机 b、 c、 d 的确认信息后响应所述电子名片传递请求, 将用户 B、 C、 D的电子名片发送至请求用户 A对应 的手机 a上。
第三实施例: 请求用户 A在手机 a上配置了具备名片传递功能的软件,并与网站 W的服务器建立通信连接; 请求用户 A利用手机 a将手机 a的配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址、 所述蓝牙通信设备检测到的 其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表、以及请求用户 A的简明身份信息上传给网站 W 的服务器;网站 W的服务器根据手机 a的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通信设备检测到的 其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表, 将处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的其他手机 (假设有手机 b、 c、 d、 e、 f) 的用户 (假设为用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F) 的用户列表发送至手机 a 上, 显示出用户列表中各个用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F的简明身份信息; 请求用户 A阅读各个用户 B、 C、 D、 E、 F的简明身份信息, 根据实际需求, 选中其中的用户。、 E作为对象用户; 提出要与用 户。、 E进行互换电子名片的电子名片传递请求, 并将所述电子名片传递请求经由网站 W的服务 器发送至用户 C、 E对应的手机 c、 e; 网站 W的服务器接收到来自手机 c、 e的确认信息后响应 所述电子名片传递请求, 将用户 C、 E的电子名片发送至请求用户 A对应的手机 a上, 将请求用 户 A的电子名片分别发送至用户 C、 E对应的手机 c、 e上。
综上所述, 本发明提供一种结合蓝牙无线技术和蓝牙通信设备地址的电子名片传递方法及系 统, 利用电子名片传递服务器将各个移动客户端的配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址、 蓝牙通信设 备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表以及用户的简明身份信息汇集起来, 通过蓝牙无线技术来获知自己周边的用户, 利用蓝牙通信设备地址的唯一性, 使得请求用户可以 根据上述信息选择处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的一个或多个用户进行电子名片的传递, 为人 们传递电子名片提供了便利, 相较于现有技术, 操作简单且可确保电子名片内容的正确性和安全 性。

1. 一种结合蓝牙无线技术和蓝牙通信设备地址的电子名片传递方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 请求用户利用移动客户端将配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通信设备检测 到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表发送至与所述移动客户端建立通信连 接的电子名片传递服务器,从所述电子名片传递服务器获取处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内 的周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表,并在请求用户对应的移动客户端上显示出所述用 户列表中用户的简明身份信息; 请求用户从所述移动客户端显示的所述用户列表中选择一个或多个用户,作为电子名片 传递的对象用户, 提出向对象用户传递电子名片和 /或从对象用户获取电子名片的电子名片 传递请求, 并将所述电子名片传递请求发送至所述电子名片传递服务器; 所述电子名片传递服务器将所述电子名片传递请求发送至被选的对象用户对应的移动 客户端上,并在接收到由对象用户对应的所述移动客户端所发送的确认信息后响应所述电子 名片传递请求, 将请求用户的电子名片传递至对象用户对应的移动客户端和 /或将对象用户 的电子名片传递至请求用户对应的移动客户端。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的电子名片传递方法, 其特征在于, 所述简明身份信息是实时发送 至所述电子名片传递服务器的或是预先存储在所述电子名片传递服务器上的。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的电子名片传递方法, 其特征在于, 从所述电子名片传递服务器获 取处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表,并在请求用户 对应的移动客户端上显示出所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信息包括: 所述电子名片传递服务器接收来自各个用户对应的移动客户端发送的配置的蓝牙通信 设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址 列表; 针对请求用户,所述电子名片传递服务器査找出处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的目标 用户, 所述目标用户满足: 目标用户对应的移动客户端所配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址 是包含在请求用户对应的移动客户端发送的检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址 的地址列表之中,请求用户对应的移动客户端所配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址是包含在目 标用户对应的移动客户端发送的检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表

5. 根据权利要求 1所述的电子名片传递方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子名片是在请求用户提 出电子名片传递请求时以及对象用户在确认电子名片传递请求时向所述电子名片传递服务 器发送的或是由请求用户以及对象用户预先存储在所述电子名片传递服务器上的。
6. —种结合蓝牙无线技术和蓝牙通信设备地址的电子名片传递系统, 其特征在于, 包括电 子名片传递服务器以及与所述电子名片传递服务器建立通信连接的移动客户端,所述移动客 户端配置有蓝牙通信设备; 所述移动客户端用于:将配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通信设备检测到的 其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表发送至所述电子名片传递服务器;从所述电 子名片传递服务器获取处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的周边移动客户端对应的用户的用 户列表,并显示出所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信息;在所述用户列表中选择一个或多个 用户, 作为电子名片传递的对象用户, 提出向对象用户传递电子名片和 /或从对象用户获取 电子名片的电子名片传递请求, 并将所述电子名片传递请求发送至所述电子名片传递服务 器; 所述电子名片传递服务器用于:将所述电子名片传递请求发送至被选的对象用户对应的 移动客户端上,并在接收到由对象用户对应的所述移动客户端所发送的确认信息后响应所述 电子名片传递请求, 将请求用户的电子名片传递至对象用户对应的移动客户端和 /或将对象 用户的电子名片传递至请求用户对应的移动客户端。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的电子名片传递系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动客户端包括: 蓝牙地址提供单元,用于提供配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址和蓝牙通信设备检测到的 其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表; 信息收发单元, 用于: 将配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址、蓝牙通信设备检测到的其他
15 所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表、 简明身份信息和 /或电子名片发送至所述电子 名片传递服务器;接收来自所述电子名片传递服务器査找到的处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围 内的周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表及其中用户的简明身份信息;以及接收来自所述 电子名片传递服务器的电子名片; 显示单元; 选择单元,用于在所述显示单元上显示的、来自所述电子名片传递服务器的用户列表中 选择一个或多个用户, 作为电子名片传递的对象用户; 电子名片传递请求单元,用于对所述选择单元选择的对象用户生成将向对象用户传递电 子名片和 /或从对象用户获取电子名片的电子名片传递请求; 所述电子名片传递请求经由所 述电子名片传递服务器发送至被选的对象用户对应的所述移动客户端上; 请求确认单元,用于对来自请求用户对应的所述移动客户端发送的电子名片传递请求予 以确认, 并将所述确认信息发送至所述电子名片传递服务器; 存储单元,用于存储自身用户的电子名片以及通过所述信息收发单元接收自所述电子名 片传递服务器响应对象用户对应的所述移动客户端的确认信息后所发送的对象用户的电子 名片; 所述电子名片传递服务器包括: 信息收发单元,用于接收自各个所述移动客户端所发送的配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地 址、蓝牙通信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表、简明身份信息 和 /或电子名片,将收集到的用户的简明身份信息和 /或电子名片发送至各个所述移动客户端, 以及将请求用户对应的移动客户端发送的电子名片传递请求发送至被选的对象用户对应的 移动客户端; 所述电子名片传递请求包括向对象用户传递电子名片和 /或从对象用户获取电 子名片; 蓝牙地址査找单元,用于在接收到请求用户对应的所述移动客户端发送的配置的蓝牙通 信设备的设备地址和所述蓝牙通信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地 址列表后, 在所述地址列表中査找出处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范围内的用户; 身份信息提供单元,用于将经过蓝牙地址査找单元査找到的处于蓝牙通信设备的检测范 围内的周边移动客户端对应的用户的用户列表发送至请求用户对应的所述移动客户端,并在
16 所述移动客户端上显示出所述用户列表中用户的简明身份信息; 电子名片提供单元,用于在接收到由对象用户对应的所述移动客户端所发送的确认信息 后响应所述电子名片传递请求,通过所述信息收发单元将请求用户的电子名片传递至对象用 户对应的移动客户端和 /或将对象用户的电子名片传递至请求用户对应的移动客户端; 数据库,用于存储各个所述移动客户端所发送的配置的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址、蓝牙 通信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址的地址列表、各个所述移动客户端对 应的用户的简明身份信息和 /或电子名片。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的电子名片传递系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子名片传递服务器还包 括更新单元, 用于: 根据移动客户端提交的简明身份信息的变更情况、配置的蓝牙通信设备 的设备地址的变更情况、 和 /或蓝牙通信设备检测到的其他所有的蓝牙通信设备的设备地址 的地址列表的变更情况,对用户列表进行更新, 并将更新后的用户列表以及用户列表中用户 的简明身份信息发送至请求用户对应的移动客户端;以及对用户的电子名片中的信息进行更 新。
9. 根据权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的电子名片传递系统, 其特征在于, 所述简明身份信 息是实时发送至所述电子名片传递服务器的或是预先存储在所述电子名片传递服务器上的。
10.根据权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的电子名片传递系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子名片是 在请求用户提出电子名片传递请求时以及对象用户在确认电子名片传递请求时向所述电子 名片传递服务器发送的或是由请求用户以及对象用户预先存储在所述电子名片传递服务器 上的。
