本发明属于淡水鱼药物技术领域, 尤其是一种淡水鱼类抗病毒药。
背景技术在农业产业调整过程中, 淡水养殖比重逐渐增大, 而水产类疫病成为制约淡 水养殖发展的重要因素。 在淡水鱼类养殖业中, 病毒性疾病以预防为主, 治疗也主要是应 用广谱消毒剂预防水质污染为主, 随之养殖规模的扩大, 疾病的发展及变异也越来越多, 采用现有消毒剂过多时会造成淡水鱼体内过量的药物残留, 对人们的身体健康造成了威 胁。
人们通过研究, 正逐渐采用中药来进行淡水鱼的防治工作, 但未取得较大的进展, 所 以急需一种疗效好、 无公害、 无残留、 使用方便的药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处, 提供使用安全、 绿色环保的一种淡水鱼 类抗病毒药。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种淡水鱼类抗病毒药, 其特征在于: 包括按重量分数配比的以下组分: 大青叶 35〜 45份, 荆芥 25〜35份, 牛蒡子 25〜35份, 龙胆草 15〜25份, 鹅不食草 15〜25份和紫草 15〜25份。
而且, 所述组分还包括黄芩、 菊花、 百部、 黄柏、 鱼腥草之中的任意一种、 任意两种、 任意三种、 任意四种或五种。

本发明依据中药理论, 科学配伍, 运用现代科技手段对其中大部分药材的有效成分进 行定量、 半定量检测, 制得的成品对淡水鱼类毒毒感染有较强的抑制作用, 各味药协同作 用, 不仅加强了对病毒的抑制作用, 而且减少了单味药的毒性, 对病毒性疾病有显著的防 治效果, 是一种疗效好、 无公害、 无残留、 使用方便的中药, 特别适用于对大规模淡水鱼 类养殖场。

下面结合实施例, 对本发明进一步说明, 下述实施例是说明性的, 不是限定性的, 不 能以下述实施例来限定本发明的保护范围。
一种淡水鱼类抗病毒药, 其特征在于: 包括按重量分数配比的以下组分: 大青叶 35〜
45份, 荆芥 25〜35份, 牛蒡子 25〜35份, 龙胆草 15〜25份, 鹅不食草 15〜25份和紫草 15〜25份。
还可以在上述组分中加入黄芩、 菊花、 百部、 黄柏、 鱼腥草之中的任意一种、 任意两 种、 任意三种、 任意四种或五种。 其中黄芩 25〜35份、 菊花 15〜25份、 百部 15〜25份、 黄柏 2〜35份、 鱼腥草 35〜45份。
最优选的组分为大青叶 40份、 荆芥 30份、 牛蒡子 30份、 龙胆草 20份、 鹅不食草 20 份、 紫草 20份、 黄芩 30份、 菊花 20份、 百部 20份、 黄柏 30份和鱼腥草 40份。
该药物的制备方法是:
1.将各组分各自粉碎, 粉碎的粒度能全部通过 40目筛网即可。
2.将粉碎后的各组分依次称量、 复核。
3.将各组分加入 SBH-600高效混合机中, 混合时间为 25分钟。
4.将混合好的半成品装入铝箔袋中, 称量、 封口即制得成品。
试验过程为: 1.对比配方 复方 1 : 大青叶 40公斤; 雷丸 4 0公斤、 鹤虱 5 0公斤、 菊花 20公斤、 茯苓 4 0公 斤、 百部 20公斤、 当归 4 Q公斤、 胆星 2 Q公斤、 黄柏 30公斤、 枳实 2 Q公斤。 复方 2 : 黄芪 4 Q公斤、 党参 4 Q公斤、 厚朴 4 Q公斤、 续断 3 Q公斤、 佩兰 2 0公 斤、 百部 3 0公斤、 使君子 3 0公斤、 槟榔 2 0公斤, 黄芩 30公斤, 牛蒡子 30公斤。 最优选组份: 大青叶 40公斤; 荆芥 30公斤; 牛蒡子 30公斤; 龙胆草 20公斤; 鹅不 食草 20公斤; 紫草 20公斤; 黄芩 30公斤; 菊花 20公斤; 百部 20公斤; 黄柏 30公斤; 鱼腥草 40公斤。 2.伺料的成分 伺料由粗蛋白质、 碳水化合物、 粗脂肪和粗纤维构成, 分为三份, 分别加入上述三种 复方, 加入量为每公司伺料中加入 0.5克, 加入药物的伺料经伺料加工机制成直径 3.5毫 米的硬颗粒, 干燥后备用。
3.试验条件及管理 患草鱼出血病鱼种, 实验鱼共 80尾, 随机分养于 4个水族箱 (130 cmxlOO cmx80 cm) 中, 分别是复方 1、 2、 3组和对照组, 每组 20尾。 实验组投喂相应的伺料, 对照组投喂基础伺料, 投饵率均为 3%, 伺养 15天。 实验期间的水温在 19.4〜26.8°C ,有循环滤泵和充气泵, 定期换水和清洗滤棉, 维持溶 解氧在 5.7〜7.9 mg/L, pH值在 6.1〜8.0, 控制氨 (NH3)的浓度小于 0.02 mg/L,控制亚硝酸 盐 (N02-)的含量小于 0.20 mg/L。

最优选的组份的效果最好, 能有效的防治出血病, 降低草鱼的死亡率。

4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的一种淡水鱼类抗病毒药, 其特征在于: 所述组分为大青 叶 40份、 荆芥 30份、 牛蒡子 30份、 龙胆草 20份、 鹅不食草 20份、 紫草 20份、 黄芩 30 份、 菊花 20份、 百部 20份、 黄柏 30份和鱼腥草 40份。
