Description

一种纸浆模塑工艺制成的咖啡杯盖 技术领域
本发明涉及咖啡用具领域,更具体地说是指一种纸浆模塑工艺制成的咖啡杯盖。
背景技术
咖啡是一种公知的健康饮品,因其具有美味香醇、提神醒脑、开胃助食、利尿除湿、活血化瘀、定肺喘、除异味以及减肥和抗衰老等功效而风靡世界。咖啡器具包括用于咖啡烘烤、研磨、煮制等过程的器具,如磨豆机、咖啡壶、咖啡机等,还包括饮用时所使用的咖啡杯等器具。咖啡杯既包括传统的上部敞口的陶瓷咖啡杯,也包括各种快餐店中使用的上部带盖的一次性塑料咖啡杯。
现有的一次性塑料咖啡杯所使用的杯盖由塑料制成,其顶面为平面,在顶面中央开有吸管插孔,使用者饮用时须借助吸管或去掉杯盖饮用,由于这种一次性杯盖较为简陋,且使用不便,也有人尝试对此进行改进,在杯盖的顶面边缘开设一出液口,此种杯盖虽然可以不用从咖啡杯上取下就可以直接饮用,但由于出液口处的顶面是平的,饮用者在饮用过程中容易使咖啡液外漏。
目前使用者在拿着盖有杯盖的咖啡杯时,当使用者手握咖啡杯的力气过大时,容易将咖啡杯压扁使咖啡溢出,溢出的咖啡容易将人烫伤,使用极为不便。
技术问题
本发明提供的 一种纸浆模塑工艺制成的咖啡杯盖,其目的在于克服使用者手握咖啡杯时,容易将咖啡杯压扁,使咖啡溢出将人烫伤的缺点,同时也为了克服现有的咖啡杯盖无法直接饮用咖啡的缺点。
技术解决方案
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种纸浆模塑工艺制成的咖啡杯盖,包括杯盖顶壁及与顶壁连接的围壁,所述杯盖顶壁底面设有一向下凸起且可抵接咖啡杯内侧壁的凸环,所述杯盖围壁内侧面设有向内凸起且可抵接咖啡杯外侧壁的环形凸部,所述凸环与环形凸部间形成可将咖啡杯杯壁夹紧的空间。
所述杯盖顶壁的顶面靠近边缘处设有一出液口,杯盖顶壁的顶面靠近出液口的位置下凹形成一凹槽,该凹槽槽口端面沿着远离出液口的方向向下倾斜。
所述凹槽为圆形凹槽。
所述出液口为条形孔。
所述出液口四周设有向上凸起的围壁。
所述杯盖顶壁、围壁、凸部及凸环一体成型。
有益效果
通过上述对本发明的描述可知,和现有的技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、由于杯盖顶壁底面设有一向下凸起且可抵接咖啡杯内侧壁的凸环,所述杯盖围壁内侧面设有向内凸起且可抵接咖啡杯外侧壁的环形凸部,凸环与环形凸部间形成可将咖啡杯杯壁夹紧的空间,因此,该咖啡杯盖可牢固地套设在咖啡杯外,使用者在喝咖啡时,可避免用力过度将咖啡杯挤压,导致咖啡溢出,将使用者烫伤,更加方便实用。
2、由于杯盖顶壁的顶面靠近边缘处设有一出液口,因此使用者在饮用咖啡时,可直接将口对着出液口即可饮用咖啡,解决了目前大部分咖啡盖无法直接饮用咖啡的缺点,使用更加方便;由于杯盖顶壁的顶面靠近出液口的位置下凹形成一凹槽,该凹槽槽口端面沿着远离出液口的方向向下倾斜,因此使用者在饮用咖啡的过程中,嘴巴可以很好地对准出液口,可避免在饮用咖啡的过程中咖啡液外漏,更加实用。
3 、该咖啡杯盖结构简单、容易实现、同时使用方便,整个咖啡杯盖均采用植物纸浆质材料作为原材料,可降解,可回收,无毒无害,更加低碳环保。

参考图1、图2、图3。一种纸浆模塑工艺制成的咖啡杯盖,包括杯盖顶壁1及与顶壁1连接的围壁2,杯盖顶壁1的底面设有一向下凸起且可抵接咖啡杯内侧壁的凸环3,杯盖围壁2的内侧面设有向内凸起且可抵接咖啡杯外侧壁的环形凸部4,凸环3及环形凸部4的间形成可将咖啡杯杯壁夹紧的空间5。杯盖顶壁1、围壁2、凸环3、环形凸部4及杯盖本体1一体成型且均采用天然植物纸浆质材料制成。
参考图1,杯盖顶壁1的顶面靠近边缘处设有一条形孔11,该条形孔11的四周设有向上凸起的围壁111,杯盖顶壁1的顶面靠近条形孔11的位置下凹形成一圆形凹槽12,该圆形凹槽12的槽口端面沿着远离条形孔11的方向向下倾斜。
参考图1、图2、图3。由于杯盖顶壁1的底面设有一向下凸起且可抵接咖啡杯内侧壁的凸环3,杯盖围壁2的内侧面设有向内凸起且可抵接咖啡杯外侧壁的环形凸部4,凸环3及环形凸部4的间形成可将咖啡杯杯壁夹紧的空间5,因此,该咖啡杯盖可将咖啡杯紧固,使用者在喝咖啡时,可避免用力过度将咖啡杯挤压,导致咖啡溢出,将使用者烫伤,使用者只需将嘴对准条形孔11即可饮用咖啡,使用方便;同时杯盖顶壁1的顶面的圆形凹槽12的设计更加符合人体嘴唇的结构,使用者在饮用咖啡的过程中,可避免咖啡液外漏。
