Description

一种业务被禁止发起或被释放后的处理方法及用户终端
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种业务被禁止发起或被释放后的处理 方法及用户终端。
背景技术
在移动通信系统中, 系统会广播接入控制参数, 接入控制参数的具体形 式因不同系统而略有差异, 一般包含: 小区是否允许接入、 针对终端接入等 级(AC, Access Class )类别的接入控制参数和针对业务类别的接入控制参 数。
用户设备(UE, User Equipment )也可称为终端在试图接入某个小区前 读取其中的系统信息,如果发现系统信息中广播了不允许接入某小区的信息, 则终端不必尝试接入此小区, 而是重新其他小区和其他系统。
当系统信息中没有广播不允许接入 UE要接入的当前小区时, UE可以执 行接入过程、 驻留在该小区中。 UE在随后发起业务请求时, 需要执行针对 接入等级类别或者业务类别的接入控制, 用于判断能否发起业务请求, 避免 引发网络侧的过载如随机接入过载或信令过载。
在通用移动通信系统 (UMTS , Universal Mobile Telecommunications System ) 中, 用户设备可以分为 16个 AC, 其中, AC 0~9属于普通级别, 随机分配给终端; AC 10表示紧急呼叫 (不会配置给终端) ; AC11用于网 络操作; AC12为安全业务; AC13为公共服务类别(如水、气供应商); AC14 表示紧急业务; AC15表示运营商工作人员。 一个终端可以配置为 AC0-9中 的一个级别以及 AC11-15中的一个或多个级别,这些配置信息保存在用户识 别卡 ( USIM, Universal Subscriber Identity Module ) 中。
UMTS 系统中的网络侧广播系统消息, 其中包含接入等级控制 (ACB, Access Class Barred )参数,对于不同的 AC, 网络侧广播对应的 ACB, ACB 配置为枚举型 (包括禁止(barred ) , 允许(not barred ) ) 。 如果用户设备 需要发起业务请求, 用户设备首先需要核对所接入小区广播的 ACB 参数是 否禁止(barred ) 自己所属的接入等级, 如果被禁止, 则用户设备不能发起 业务请求; 如果被允许, 则可以发起业务请求。 另外, UMTS系统还引入了 接入服务等级(ASC, Access Service Classes ) 的概念, 就是接入网用于随 机接入过程 ( RACH )资源分配和接入概率而设置的一些等级。 系统配置 AC 0-9, 10-15各个等级映射到 ASC ( 0-7 ) , ASC事实上共 8个等级, ASC0优 先级最高, ASC 7 优先级最低, 针对不同 ASC等级, 系统预设了不同的随 机接入资源; 终端根据自己 AC对应的 ASC的持续因子 ( persistence value ) 以及随机产生的 0-1的随机数来判断是否可以接入系统。
对于 UMTS系统, UE内部处理时,其非接入层(NAS, non access-stratum ) 发出业务建立请求后, 就交给接入层 (AS, access-stratum )进行处理。
在一次随机接入码发送过程,UE的接入层首先将进行持续值( persistence value )检测, 如果 UE的随机数大于此持续值, 则需等 10ms后再次产生随 机数进行比较, 一直到产生的随机数小于此持续值为止, 之后进行随机接入 码发射过程。
UE根据随机接入响应的情况(包括: 无响应、 肯定确认 ACK、 否定确 认 NACK )分别确定后续行为; 无响应时, 过 10ms后启动下一次随机接入 码发送过程; 否定确认 NACK时, 等待 NB01倍的 10ms后启动下一次随机 接入码发送过程。
当尝试了系统配置的最大随机接入码发送次数后仍然没有成功时, UE
MAC 层才会上报无线资源控制层随机接入过程失败, 一次无线资源控制 ( RRC )连接建立过程结束。当然上述过程在总的时间上还会由定时器( T300 ) 控制, 否则有可能在持续值( persistence value )检测时进行无限次循环。
RRC通过计数器(V300 )和定时器(T300 )控制总的 RRC连接建立次 数,允许的最大 RRC连接建立次数为 N300次。如果在 N300次 RRC连接建 立过程都没有成功, 则 UE进行空闲 (Idle ) 态, 此时接入层(AS )应该将 失败信息通知非接入层 (NAS ) 。
长期演进( LTE, Long Term Evolution ) 系统中的网络侧也广播 ACB参 数, 对于 AC 0 ~ 9的终端, 网络侧会广播接入比例因子 ( ac-Barring Factor ) 用于控制用户设备接入网络的几率。 UE在需要发起业务请求时, 随机产生 一个 0到 1之间均匀分布的数( RAND ) ,如果该 RAND低于接入比例因子, 则 UE可以发起业务请求; 否则 UE不能发起业务请求。
对于 LTE系统中现有 ACB机制中, UE NAS层发起业务建立请求, AS 层进行 ACB判断, 允许 UE接入时, 建立 RRC连接, 禁止 UE接入时, 向 NAS层上报 RRC连接建立失败消息, 或者, 开启定时器(Tbarring ) , 判断 定时器超时或停止时解除某些类呼叫业务的禁止。 终端可以针对一个业务呼 叫, 反复进行 ACB判决。 但 AS仅在 NAS发起业务请求后进行 ACB判决, 如果不允许则反馈给 NAS, NAS可以在限制时间结束后再次发起业务请求。 而不是 NAS仅发一次业务建立请求, 之后的过程由 AS控制反复进行 ACB 判决。
在系统(LTE、 UMTS ) 中, 终端发起某类业务, 首先需要进行接入允 许判断, 判断结果可能是为禁止该业务的发起; 或者终端进行的接入允许判 断结果为允许该业务的发起,进而终端在发起 RRC连接建立过程中被系统通 过 RRC连接建立拒绝命令拒绝了, 系统可以在 RRC连接建立拒绝命令中配 置一个较长的等待时间(例如, 长达 30分钟); 或者终端正在进行中的某类 业务被系统要求释放,系统可以在 RRC连接释放命令中配置一个较长的等待 时间 (例如, 长达 30分钟) 。
上述情况出现后, 终端的执行方式是: 不主动进行小区重选动作, 按照 服务小区的系统消息, 执行相邻小区的测量, 如果信号质量发生变化满足常 规的小区重选标准时才重选其他小区; 否则, 继续驻留在原来的小区, 更新 系统消息, 直到系统消息修改对所发起业务和 /或终端类别的禁止解除, 或者 等待禁止时间结束后重新进行业务建立过程。
在物联网的实现过程中, 引入了大量的机器类通信设备(MD, Machine Type Communication Device ) 。 这些设备由于数量众多, 远远超过现有的用 户设备的数量, 网络侧为了防止信令过载或随机接入过载等, 引入了扩展接 入控制(EAB, Extended Access Barring )机制, EAB参数可以禁止或者控制 某类用户接入或者某类业务的接入, 而特别是针对低优先级业务或者时延容 忍业务, 系统会长时间禁止; 适用于 EAB的用户设备(UE的 USIM卡中包 含 EAB的配置)需要依据网络侧广播的 EAB参数判断是否允许接入网络发 起业务请求。 同时, 系统可以通过 RRC连接拒绝和 RRC连接释放命令来拒 绝新的业务发起或者释放已经建立的业务连接, 并且要求相应机器类通信终 端在一段较长的时间内不能发起同类业务。
按照现有机制, 除了出现正常的小区重选, 此类用户会一直在原小区中 等待系统消息更新解除对此类用户 /业务的禁止,或者等待禁止时间结束后重 新执行业务建立过程。
特别的, 由于很多机器类通信设备都是固定安装在特定位置的, 如监视 器、 火警设备等; 这些设备艮难符合正常的小区重选条件(本小区信号低于 门限 1、邻小区信号高于门限 2或者比本小区信号高门限 3 ) , 因为这些设备 位置固定, 正常的信号波动也很难满足重选条件, 因此正常的小区重选动作 很难发生。 这就意味着这些用户设备只能等待系统拥塞状况緩解后更新系统 广播的接入控制信息, 即使相邻小区的负载是正常的并且相邻小区的信号质 量也是满足通信要求的情况下, 仍无法及时进行小区重选。
发明内容
本发明实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种业务被禁止发起或被释放后 的处理方法及用户终端, 解决终端在原小区的等待状态导致的业务时延。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例釆用如下技术方案:
一种业务处理方法, 该业务被禁止发起或被释放, 该方法包括: 终端进行业务连接建立过程中, 根据系统消息中的接入控制参数判断业 务被禁止发起或者业务被禁止发起同时业务发起等待时间超过相应的容忍时 长时, 所述终端主动执行或者根据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程;
和 /或,在所述终端发起业务无线资源控制连接建立过程中被网络侧禁止 进行无线资源控制连接建立并且连接建立等待时间超过相应的容忍时长时, 所述终端主动执行或者根据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程;
和 /或 ,在所述终端的业务被网络侧释放并且业务重建等待时间超过相应 的容忍时长时,所述终端主动执行或者根据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程。 可选地, 所述终端重选的小区是原小区的相邻小区、 与原小区同覆盖的 小区、 与原小区属于不同系统中的小区、 或者与原小区属于不同公共陆地移 动网络的小区。

上述技术方案确定了终端在某类业务发起连接建立被禁止后的行为, 终 端主动执行小区重选动作,且其重选过程不必受现有小区重选条件的限制(即 不用考虑原小区的信号质量是否低于一定门限) , 可以避免终端在原小区中 继续等待导致的业务时延。 本方案中允许终端主动的执行小区重选过程, 重 选到新小区后及时执行业务发起和业务传输, 可减少终端业务时延, 提高用 户满意度。 附图概述

终端进行业务连接建立过程中, 根据系统消息中的接入控制参数判断业 务被禁止发起或者同时业务发起等待时间超过容忍时长时, 终端主动执行或 者根据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程;
和 /或,在终端发起业务无线资源控制连接建立过程中被网络侧禁止进行 无线资源控制连接建立并且连接建立等待时间超过容忍时长时, 终端主动执 行或者根据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程;
和 /或,在终端的业务被网络侧释放并且业务重建等待时间超过容忍时长 时, 终端主动执行或者根据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程。
相应用户终端中包括业务连接处理模块用于执行上述方法。
其中, 所述终端重选的小区是原小区的相邻小区、 或者与原小区同覆盖 的小区、 与原小区属于不同系统中的小区、 与原小区属于不同公共陆地移动 网络(PLMN ) 的小区。
终端在执行小区重选过程中, 先通过读取新小区中的系统信息获取新小 区的接入控制参数, 如果接入控制参数为允许驻留并且针对所述终端发起的 业务或者该终端类别的控制信息为允许接入时, 终端针对此新小区执行小区 重选过程, 否则该新小区排除出小区重选对象。
终端执行小区重选过程时, 不受现有小区重新条件限制, 即不必考虑本 小区的信号质量是否大于一定门限, 也不需要比较邻小区信号质量优于本小 区信号质量达到一定门限。
相应用户终端中包括小区重选模块用于执行上述小区重选过程。
终端成功重选到新小区后, 在所述新小区中针对所需业务发起连接建立 过程。
相应用户终端中包括连接建立模块用于执行上述连接建立过程。
终端成功重选到的小区一般是允许终端驻留、 针对终端发起的业务或者 该终端类别的控制信息为允许接入时、 信号质量满足通话要求的小区。
终端发起的业务的类别包括低优先级业务、 普通优先级业务、 高优先级 业务、 时延敏感业务、 时延不敏感业务、数据业务、 电路域业务、信令业务、 主叫业务、 被叫业务等; 终端可以仅针对这些业务类别中的一种或者多种执 行上述方法所述的业务被禁止发起后的处理方法。
所述等待时间的指示方式为: 网络侧在向所述终端发送的系统消息中携 带所述业务发起等待时间; 网络侧在向所述终端发送的无线资源控制连接拒 绝命令中携带所述连接建立等待时间; 网络侧在向所述终端发送的无线资源 控制连接释放命令中携带所述业务重建等待时间。
上述方法中, 终端可以主动执行小区重选过程也可以根据网络侧的指示 执行小区重选过程。 网络侧指示的方式为: 网络侧在向所述终端发送的系统 消息、 无线资源控制连接拒绝命令或无线资源控制连接释放命令中指示执行 小区重选过程。

实施例一
实施例一中描述了终端执行接入允许判断为禁止情况的处理方式, 如图
1所示, 该方法包括:
步骤 S1 , 终端应用层触发一个业务请求。
终端所请求业务的业务类型为低优先级业务、 普通优先级业务、 高优先 级、 时延敏感业务、 时延不敏感业务、 数据业务、 电路域业务、 信令业务、 主叫业务、 被叫业务中的任意一种。
步骤 S2, 终端根据系统消息中的接入控制参数执行接入判断, 判断该业 务发起是否被禁止, 如果未被禁止, 执行步骤 S3 , 如果被禁止, 直接执行步 骤 S4, 或者进一步判断业务发起等待时间是否超过容忍时长, 如果是, 执行 步骤 S4, 否则, 在业务发起等待时间未超过容忍时长时, 转到步骤 S2等待 业务发起等待时间后重新进行接入判断。
系统消息广播的接入控制参数可以针对业务类别进行控制和 /或针对终 端的 AC等级(终端属性)进行控制。 例如, 系统消息广播的接入控制参数 内容为: 禁止针对 AC等级为 5的终端发起的低优先级业务; 或者禁止针对 AC等级为 5的终端发起所有业务; 或者禁止低优先级业务。
另一种接入控制参数形式为:针对业务类别和 /或针对终端的 AC等级(终 端属性) 配置一个接入概率因子和接入禁止时间。 例如, 系统配置针对低优 先级业务的接入概率因子为 0.2, 禁止时间为 20分钟。
终端按照相关技术根据自身的 AC等级 (终端属性)和 /或发起的业务类 别对照系统消息广播的接入控制参数内容, 判断此业务发起是否允许。 或者 在另一种接入控制参数形式时, 终端自身生成一个随机数, 系统广播的接入 概率因子比较, 大于概率因子时表示暂时不允许接入, 进而根据禁止时间参 数计算禁止接入的等待时间。
步骤 S3 , 如果步骤 S2的结果是允许业务发起, 终端在本小区执行接入 过程。
步骤 S4 , 终端主动执行小区重选过程。
步骤 S5 , 终端成功重选到一个允许业务发起的新小区, 则终端在该新小 区中执行业务建立过程。
步骤 S6 , 终端没有成功重选到一个允许业务发起的新小区, 则终端继续 在原小区中等待系统信息更新, 直到系统允许该业务的发起。
实施例二:
实施例二中描述了终端受到 RRC连接拒绝情况的处理方式,如图 2所示, 该方法包括:
步骤 S1 , 终端应用层触发一个业务请求。
终端所请求业务的业务类型为低优先级业务、 普通优先级业务、 高优先 级、 时延敏感业务、 时延不敏感业务、 数据业务、 电路域业务、 信令业务、 主叫业务、 被叫业务中的任意一种。 本实施例中发起的业务为时延不敏感业 务。
步骤 S2 , 终端根据系统消息中接入控制参数执行接入判断, 判断的方式 可以与实施例一中步骤 S2处相同。
步骤 S3 , 如果步骤 S2的结果是允许业务发起, 终端在本小区执行接入 过程。
另一种情况是, 步骤 S2 判断结果为此业务发起暂时被禁止, 但其禁止 接入的等待时间较短时, 终端可以在等待此较短的禁止时间后再次执行接入 判断过程。 终端执行接入过程如下:
终端发起随机接入过程,发送 RRC连接建立请求到系统,其中配置终端 业务的业务类别, 如主叫信令业务、 主叫数据业务、 被叫业务、 时延容忍业 务中的任意一种。 本实施例中发起业务类型为时延容忍业务。
系统根据当前小区和 /或核心网的负载情况,判断是否同意该用户的业务 请求, 如果当前小区和 /或核心网的负载过重, 则系统通过回复 RRC连接建 立拒绝命令拒绝该用户的业务请求, 该信令中还可以配置一个连接建立等待 时间。 例如, 配置的等待时间为 25分钟。
步骤 S4, 终端收到 RRC连接拒绝命令并且连接建立等待时间超过终端 的容忍时长(例如 5分钟) , 终端决定开始主动执行小区重选过程。
步骤 S5 , 终端成功重选到一个允许业务发起的新小区, 则终端在该新小 区中执行业务建立过程。
步骤 S6, 如果终端没有成功重选到一个允许业务发起的新小区, 则终端 继续在原小区中继续等待,并且更新系统信息, 当所配置 25分钟等待时间结 束后, 终端再次针对所要发起的时延容忍业务进行业务发起过程。
实施例三:
实施例三中描述了终端受到 RRC连接释放情况的处理方式,如图 3所示, 该方法包括:
步骤 S1 ,终端成功建立了一个低优先级的业务连接,正在进行该业务数 据的传输。
步骤 S2 , 系统根据当前小区和 /或核心网的负载情况, 决定释放该用户 的此低优先级业务承载, 系统通过发送 RRC连接释放命令,释放该用户当前 正在进行中的低优先级业务, 该信令中还可以配置一个业务重建等待时间。 例如配置的等待时间为 25分钟。
步骤 S3 , 终端收到 RRC连接释放命令判断业务重建等待时间超过终端 的容忍时长(例如 5分钟) , 释放该低优先级业务的承载, 并开始主动执行 小区重选过程。 步骤 S4, 终端成功重选到一个允许业务发起的新小区, 则终端在该新小 区中执行业务建立过程。
步骤 S5 , 终端没有成功重选到一个允许业务发起的新小区, 在该终端按 照释放命令中配置的等待时间执行等待过程,等待 25分钟结束后再次发起该 业务。
实施例四:
实施例四中描述了终端根据网络侧的指示进行执行小区重选的方式, 包 括:
步骤 S1 , 判断满足以下条件中任一种:
终端进行业务连接建立过程中, 根据系统消息中的接入控制参数判断业 务被禁止发起或者同时业务发起等待时间超过容忍时长, 并且网络侧在系统 消息中指示终端执行小区重选过程;
在终端发起业务无线资源控制连接建立过程中被网络侧禁止进行无线资 源控制连接建立并且连接建立等待时间超过容忍时长, 并且网络侧在 RRC 连接拒绝命令中指示终端执行小区重选过程;
在终端的业务被网络侧释放并且业务重建等待时间超过容忍时长, 并且 网络侧在 RRC连接释放命令中指示终端执行小区重选过程。
步骤 S2, 终端根据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程。
步骤 S4, 终端成功重选到一个允许业务发起的新小区, 则终端在该新小 区中执行业务建立过程。
步骤 S5 , 终端没有成功重选到一个允许业务发起的新小区, 在该终端按 照释放命令中配置的等待时间执行等待过程,等待 25分钟结束后再次发起该 业务。
需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特 征可以相互任意组合。 当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性
上述技术方案确定了终端在某类业务发起连接建立被禁止后的行为, 终 端主动执行小区重选动作,且其重选过程不必受现有小区重选条件的限制(即 不用考虑原小区的信号质量是否低于一定门限) , 可以避免终端在原小区中 继续等待导致的业务时延。 本方案中允许终端主动的执行小区重选过程, 重 选到新小区后及时执行业务发起和业务传输, 可减少终端业务时延, 提高用 户满意度。 因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种业务处理方法, 该业务被禁止发起或被释放, 该方法包括: 终端进行业务连接建立过程中, 根据系统消息中的接入控制参数判断业 务被禁止发起或者业务被禁止发起同时业务发起等待时间超过相应的容忍时 长时, 所述终端主动执行或者根据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程;
和 /或,在所述终端发起业务无线资源控制连接建立过程中被网络侧禁止 进行无线资源控制连接建立并且连接建立等待时间超过相应的容忍时长时, 所述终端主动执行或者根据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程;
和 /或 ,在所述终端的业务被网络侧释放并且业务重建等待时间超过相应 的容忍时长时,所述终端主动执行或者根据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的业务处理方法, 其中:
所述终端重选的小区是原小区的相邻小区、 与原小区同覆盖的小区、 与 原小区属于不同系统中的小区、 或者与原小区属于不同公共陆地移动网络的 小区。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的业务处理方法, 该方法还包括:
所述终端在执行小区重选过程中, 先通过读取新小区中的系统信息获取 新小区的接入控制参数, 如果新小区的接入控制参数为允许驻留并且针对所 述终端发起的业务或者该终端类别的控制信息为允许接入时, 所述终端针对 此新小区执行小区重选过程, 否则该新小区排除出小区重选对象。
4、 如权利要求 1或 3所述的业务处理方法, 该方法还包括:
所述终端成功重选到新小区后, 在所述新小区中针对所需业务发起连接 建立过程。
5、 如权利要求 1-3中任一项所述的业务处理方法, 该方法还包括: 网络侧在向所述终端发送的系统消息中携带所述业务发起等待时间; 网络侧在向所述终端发送的无线资源控制连接拒绝命令中携带所述连接 建立等待时间;
网络侧在向所述终端发送的无线资源控制连接释放命令中携带所述业务 重建等待时间。
6、 如权利要求 1-3中任一项所述的业务处理方法, 该方法还包括: 网络侧在向所述终端发送的系统消息、 无线资源控制连接拒绝命令或无 线资源控制连接释放命令中指示执行小区重选过程。
7、 一种终端, 所述终端包括业务连接处理模块, 其中:
所述连接处理模块设置成: 在所述终端进行业务连接建立过程中, 根据 系统消息中的接入控制参数判断业务被禁止发起或者同时业务发起等待时间 超过相应的容忍时长时,主动执行或者根据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程; 和 /或,在所述终端发起业务无线资源控制连接建立过程中被网络侧禁止进行 无线资源控制连接建立并且连接建立等待时间超过相应的容忍时长时, 主动 执行或者根据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程; 和 /或, 在所述终端的业务被 网络侧释放并且业务重建等待时间超过相应的容忍时长时, 主动执行或者根 据网络侧的指示执行小区重选过程。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的终端, 其中:
重选的小区是原小区的相邻小区、 与原小区同覆盖的小区、 与原小区属 于不同系统中的小区、 或者与原小区属于不同公共陆地移动网络的小区。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的终端, 所述终端还包括小区重选模块, 其中: 所述小区重选模块设置成: 在执行小区重选过程中, 先通过读取新小区 中的系统信息获取新小区的接入控制参数, 如果新小区的接入控制参数为允 许驻留并且针对所述终端发起的业务或者该终端类别的控制信息为允许接入 时, 针对此新小区执行小区重选过程, 否则该新小区排除出小区重选对象。
10、 如权利要求 7-9中任一项所述的终端, 所述终端还包括连接建立模 块, 其中:
所述连接建立模块设置成: 在所述小区重选模块成功重选到新小区后, 在所述新小区中针对所需业务发起连接建立过程。
