Abstract

一种小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,包括容器(1)。容器(1)内部设有容腔。容器(1)上设有与容腔相通的排气管(2)和吸液管(3)。排气管(2)的出口端通过连接头(4)与真空发生器(5)的真空口相通。真空发生器(5)的进气口与压缩气体的管道相通。吸液管(3)的进液口置于废液槽的底部。抛光液自动清洗装置使用方便,容易控制,安全性好,能及时、快速的对抛光废液进行处理,防止废液对生产环境造成影响,且能通过自动清洗有效的提高硬性角膜接触镜的生产效率。

Description

小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种废液清洗设备,尤其是指小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置。
背景技术
硬性角膜接触镜(RGP镜)是目前国际眼视光学术和产业界公认的最有效的屈光不正矫正方法和器具之一。随着RGP镜的进一步发展和推广,与其相关的生产、抛光、检测设备也在不断的更新和完善中。
目前使用的一种硬性角膜接触镜抛光设备设有用来存放抛光后剩下废液的废液槽,由于该废液槽容纳废液的量有限,不能自动及时的排出废液,一旦超过所能承受的容量限度,废液沉积在废液槽内的废液便会溢出,不利清洁生产环境的保持,生产过程中反复对产生的废液进行及时清洁大大降低了生产效率。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中的不足与缺陷,本发明提供一种小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,解决硬性角膜接触镜抛光设备不能自动排出废液,废液沉积在废液槽内容易溢出,不利于清洁环保的问题,避免了抛光过程中需经常清理废液,从而有效的提高了生产效率。
本发明的技术方案是:一种小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,包括容器,所述容器内部设有容腔,所述容器上设有与容腔相通的排气管和吸液管,所述排气管的出口端通过连接头与真空发生器的真空口相通,所述真空发生器进气口与压缩气体的管道相通,所述吸液管的进液口置于废液槽的底部。
所述真空发生器的进气口通过气流控制开关与压缩气体的管道相通。
所述真空发生器的进气口通过减压阀与压缩气体的管道相通,所述减压阀上设有与内部通道相通的压力表以及压力调节旋钮。
所述真空发生器的进气口与压缩气体的管道之间设有减压阀、气流控制开关,所述减压阀一端真空发生器相连接,另一端与气流控制开关相连接,所述气流控制开关与压缩气体的管道相通,所述减压阀上设有与内部通道相通的压力表以及压力调节旋钮。
所述吸液管的进液口和出液口之间通过分接头相连接,所述分接头上设有至少2个接口。
所述容器底部设有底座,所述的底座的侧部设有支架,所述支架上固定有撑板,所述的减压阀通过所述撑板设于所述支架上。
所述容器包括器身和器盖,所述器身和器盖可拆卸连接。
所述器盖上表面设有防滑片。
所述容身内壁处设有密封圈。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:由于采用一种完全新型的废液处理装置,通过该装置的吸液管放置于抛光机上的废液槽内,能及时、快速的对废液槽内的废液进行吸收处理,有效的防止废液沉积在废液槽内溢出对环境带来不利影响,该装置具有使用方便,容易控制,安全性好的优点,通过抛光液的自动清洗提高硬性角膜接触镜的生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面针对附图对本发明的实施例作进一步说明:
由图所示,该小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,包括容器1,所述容器1内部设有容腔,所述容器1上设有与容腔相通的排气管2和吸液管3,所述排气管2和吸液管3均为皮管,所述排气管2的出口端通过连接头4与真空发生器5的真空口相通,所述排气管2的进口端与容器通过连接件19相连接,所述吸液管3的进液口也通过连接件19与容器相连接,所述真空发生器5进气口与压缩气体的管道相通,所述吸液管3的进液口置于硬性角膜接触镜抛光的废液槽底部。利用正压气源产生负压,通过真空发生器5的喷管喷射压缩空气,在喷管出口形成射流,产生卷吸流动,在卷吸作用下,使得与排气管2相连接的容器1内的气体不断地被抽吸走,使容器1内的压力降至大气压以下,形成一定真空度,从而使得抛光废液从废液槽内被自动抽入容器之中。根据上述方案,由于采用一种完全新型的废液处理装置,通过该装置的吸液管3放置于抛光机上的废液槽内,能及时、快速的对废液槽内的废液进行吸收处理,有效的防止废液沉积在废液槽内溢出对环境带来不利影响,该装置具有使用方便,容易控制,安全性好的优点,通过抛光液的自动清洗提高硬性角膜接触镜的生产效率。
由图所示,所述真空发生器5的进气口通过气流控制开关6与压
缩气体的通道相通。在压缩气体的进口处设置一个气流控制开关6并通过皮管、连接头与压缩气体的管道相连接,通过气流控制开关6控制来达到所需气流量。
由图所示,所述真空发生器5的进气口通过减压阀7与压缩气体的管道相通,所述减压阀7上设有与内部通道相通的压力表8以及压力调节旋钮9。在压缩气体的进口处设置一个减压阀7,减压阀一端通过皮管、连接件与压缩气体的管道相连接,另一端通过连接件19、皮管18以及连接头与真空发生器5的进气口相连接,在减压阀7上还设置一个显示压强的压力表8以及根据需要可调节压力的压力调节旋钮9。
由图所示,所述真空发生器5的进气口与压缩气体的管道之间设有减压阀7、气流控制开关6,所述减压阀7一端通过连接件19、皮管18以及连接头4与真空发生器5的进气口相连接,另一端与气流控制开关6通过连接件19、皮管18相连接,所述气流控制开关6与压缩气体的管道相通,所述减压阀7上设有与内部通道相通的压力表7以及压力调节旋钮9。通过气流控制开关6控制来达到所需气流量,并通过显示压强的压力表8上的数值对减压阀7上的压力调节旋钮9进行调节。采用气流控制开关6和减压阀7的同时作用,能准确的根据需要对压缩气体进行调整以达到要求。
由图所示,所述吸液管3的进液口和出液口之间通过分接头10相连接,所述分接头10上设有至少2个接口11。在吸液管上设置一个分接口11,接口11可以为多个,当硬性角膜接触镜抛光机为多台时,可以根据需要来设置不同的接口11以便对多台抛光机进行同时清洗,从而有效的提高成本以及实现合理利用资源。
由图所示,所述容器1底部设有底座12,所述的底座12的侧部设有支架13,所述支架13上固定有撑板14,所述的减压阀7通过所述撑板14设于所述支架13上。设置的底座12和支架13均为硬质塑料,支架13通过螺栓20固定在底座12的侧面,撑板14通过螺栓20固定在支架13上,减压阀7固定在撑板14上。
由图所示,所述容器1包括器身15和器盖16,所述器身15和器盖16可拆卸连接,容器采用高压锅式,由器身15和器盖16组合而成,当容器内的废液量达到需要处理的时候,打开器盖16,把器身15内的废液清理掉,然后盖上器盖16,以备下次使用。所述器盖16上表面设有防滑片17,为了保证安全,需在容器1外绑上紧固带,而为了避免紧固带打滑,故在器盖16上添加防滑片,提高了安全性。所述器身15内壁处设有密封圈,以防止漏气及吸入容器内的废液溅出。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,其特征是:包括容器(1),所述容器(1)内部设有容腔,所述容器(1)上设有与容腔相通的排气管(2)和吸液管(3),所述排气管(2)的出口端通过连接头(4)与真空发生器(5)的真空口相通,所述真空发生器(5)进气口与压缩气体的管道相通,所述吸液管(3)的进液口置于废液槽的底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,其特征是所述真空发生器(5)的进气口通过气流控制开关(6)与压缩气体的管道相通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,其特征是所述真空发生器(5)的进气口通过减压阀(7)与压缩气体的管道相通,所述减压阀(7)上设有与内部通道相通的压力表(8)以及压力调节旋钮(9)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,其特征是所述真空发生器(5)的进气口与压缩气体的管道之间设有减压阀(7)、气流控制开关(6),所述减压阀(7)一端真空发生器(5)相连接,另一端与气流控制开关(6)相连接,所述气流控制开关(6)与压缩气体的管道相通,所述减压阀(7)上设有与内部通道相通的压力表(7)以及压力调节旋钮(9)。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,其特征是所述吸液管(3)的进液口和出液口之间通过分接头(10)相连接,所述分接头上设有至少2个接口(11)。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,其特征是所述容器(1)底部设有底座(12),所述的底座(12)的侧部设有支架(13),所述支架(13)上固定有撑板(14),所述的减压阀(7)通过所述撑板(14)设于所述支架(13)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,其特征是所述容器(1)包括器身(15)和器盖(16),所述器身(15)和器盖(16)可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,其特征是所述器盖(16)上表面设有防滑片(17)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述小型硬性角膜接触镜抛光液自动清洗装置,其特征是所述容身(15)内壁处设有密封圈。
