Description

쿠폰 검색을 수행하는 전자 기기 및 소셜 커머스 서버
본 발명은 전자 기기 및 소셜 커머스 서버에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 콘텐츠로부터 추출되는 검색 팩터에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행할 수 있는 전자 기기 및 소셜 커머스 서버에 관한 것이다.
스마트 TV, 개인용 컴퓨터, 노트북, 휴대폰, 스마트폰 등과 같은 전자 기기는 기능이 다양화됨에 따라, 사진이나 동영상의 촬영, 음악이나 동영상 파일의 재생, 게임, 방송의 수신 등의 복합적인 기능들을 갖춘 멀티미디어 기기(multimedia player) 형태로 구현되고 있다. 전자 기기의 기능 지지 및 증대를 위해, 단말기의 구조적인 부분 및/또는 소프트웨어적인 부분을 개량하는 것이 고려될 수 있다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 수신된 콘텐츠로부터 검색 키워들를 추출한 다음, 상기 추출된 검색 키워드를 이용하여 쿠폰을 검색할 수 있으며, 쿠폰 검색 결과를 다른 전자 기기와 공유할 수 있는 전자 기기를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 다른 기술적 과제는 출력되는 콘텐츠의 종류에 따라서, 출력되는 콘텐츠로부터 검색 팩터를 추출하여 쿠폰을 검색하거나 출력되는 콘텐츠 이후에 출력될 콘텐츠에 관한 정보에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행할 수 있는 전자 기기를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 또 다른 기술적 과제는 검색된 쿠폰 중 선택된 쿠폰을 적용하여 상기 선택된 쿠폰에 대응되는 상품을 주문하거나 상기 선택된 쿠폰을 다른 전자 기기로 전송할 수 있는 전자 기기를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 또 다른 기술적 과제는 동일한 콘텐츠를 제공받는 복수의 전자 기기로부터 쿠폰 검색 요청이 수신되는 경우, 하나의 전자 기기에 대한 쿠폰 검색 요청에 대한 쿠폰 검색만을 수행하고, 그 검색 결과를 상기 하나의 전자 기기를 포함하는 상기 복수의 전자 기기로 전송할 수 있는 소셜 커머스 서버를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제들은 상기 기술적 과제에 제한되지 않으며, 본 발명이 이루고자 하는 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 기기는 통신부 및 제어부를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 통신부는 외부와의 통신 기능을 제공할 수 있다. 상기 제어부는 상기 통신부를 통하여 수신된 콘텐츠로부터 검색 키워드를 추출하고, 소셜 커머스(Social commerce) 네트워크 접속하여 상기 검색 키워드에 대응되는 상품에 대한 쿠폰을 검색하며, 쿠폰 검색 결과를 미리 정해진 다른 전자 기기로 전송할 수 있다.
상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 전자 기기는 통신부, 출력부, 및 제어부를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 통신부는 콘텐츠를 수신하고, 상기 출력부는 상기 수신된 콘텐츠를 출력할 수 있다. 상기 제어부는 상기 출력되는 콘텐츠의 종류에 따라서, 상기 출력되는 콘텐츠로부터 검색 팩터(factor)를 추출하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행하거나 상기 출력되는 콘텐츠 이후에 출력될 상기 출력되는 콘텐츠와 다른 종류의 콘텐츠에 관한 정보에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행할 수 있다.
상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 전자 기기는 디스플레이부, 통신부, 및 제어부를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 통신부는 외부 노드와의 통신 기능을 수행한다. 상기 제어부는 상기 통신부를 통하여 수신된 콘텐츠로부터 검색 팩터를 추출하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행하며, 검색된 쿠폰 리스트를 상기 디스플레이부에 표시할 수 있다. 한편, 상기 제어부는 상기 쿠폰 리스트 중 특정 쿠폰이 선택되면, 상기 특정 쿠폰이 적용된 상기 특정 쿠폰에 대응되는 상품의 주문 및 상기 특정 쿠폰의 다른 전자 기기로의 전송 중 적어도 하나를 수행하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 상기 디스플레이부에 표시할 수 있다.
상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 소셜 커머스 서버는 통신부 및 제어부를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 통신부는 동일한 콘텐츠를 제공받고 있는 복수의 전자 기기로부터 쿠폰 검색 요청을 수신할 수 있다. 상기 제어부는 상기 복수의 전자 기기 중 하나의 전자 기기로부터 수신된 쿠폰 검색 요청에 대해서만 쿠폰 검색을 수행하고, 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 통신부를 통하여 상기 복수의 전자 기기 모두로 전송할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 전자 기기는 수신된 콘텐츠로부터 검색 키워들을 추출한 다음, 상기 추출된 검색 키워드를 이용하여 쿠폰을 검색할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기는 쿠폰 검색 결과를 다른 전자 기기와 공유할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기는 출력되는 콘텐츠의 종류에 따라서, 출력되는 콘텐츠로부터 검색 팩터를 추출하여 쿠폰을 검색하거나 출력되는 콘텐츠 이후에 출력될 콘텐츠에 관한 정보에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행할 수 있다.

본 명세서에서 설명되는 전자 기기에는 휴대폰, 스마트 폰(smart phone), 노트북 컴퓨터(laptop computer), 디지털방송용 단말기, PDA(Personal Digital Assistants), PMP(Portable Multimedia Player), 네비게이션 등의 휴대용 전자 기기뿐만 아니라, TV, CCTV 등 그 위치가 고정형 전자 기기도 포함될 수 있다. 그러나 본 발명의 범위가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예와 관련된 전자 장치의 블록 구성도(block diagram)이다. 본 명세서에서는 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기가 디스플레이 장치(100)인 경우를 예로 들어, 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기의 기술적 특징을 상세히 살펴본다.
디스플레이 장치(100)는 통신부(110), 사용자 입력부(120), 출력부(150), 메모리(160), 인터페이스부(170), 제어부(180) 및 전원 공급부(190) 등을 포함할 수 있다. 도 1에 도시된 구성요소들이 필수적인 것은 아니어서, 그보다 많은 구성요소들을 갖거나 그보다 적은 구성요소들을 갖는 디스플레이 장치를 구현될 수도 있다.
통신부(110)는 디스플레이 장치(100)와 통신 시스템 사이 또는 디스플레이 장치(100)와 다른 장치(device)와 통신을 가능하게 하는 하나 이상의 모듈을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 통신부(110)는 방송수신부(111), 인터넷모듈부(113), 근거리통신모듈부(114) 등을 포함할 수 있다.
방송수신부(111)는 방송 채널을 통하여 외부의 방송 관리 서버로부터 방송 신호 및/또는 방송 관련된 정보를 수신한다.
상기 방송 채널은 위성 채널, 지상파 채널을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 방송 관리 서버는, 방송 신호 및/또는 방송 관련 정보를 생성하여 송신하는 서버 또는 기 생성된 방송 신호 및/또는 방송 관련 정보를 제공받아 단말기에 송신하는 서버를 의미할 수 있다. 상기 방송 신호는, TV 방송 신호, 라디오 방송 신호, 데이터 방송 신호를 포함할 뿐만 아니라, TV 방송 신호 또는 라디오 방송 신호에 데이터 방송 신호가 결합한 형태의 방송 신호도 포함할 수 있다.
방송 관련 정보는, 방송 채널, 방송 프로그램 또는 방송 서비스 제공자에 관련한 정보를 의미할 수 있다. 상기 방송 관련 정보는, 통신망을 통하여도 제공될 수 있다.
방송 관련 정보는 다양한 형태로 존재할 수 있다. 예를 들어, DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting)의 EPG(Electronic Program Guide) 또는 DVB-H(Digital Video Broadcast-Handheld)의 ESG(Electronic Service Guide) 등의 형태로 존재할 수 있다.
방송수신부(111)은, 각종 방송 시스템을 이용하여 방송 신호를 수신할 수 있다. 방송수신부(111)을 통해 수신된 방송 신호 및/또는 방송 관련 정보는 메모리(160)에 저장될 수 있다.
인터넷모듈부(113)는 인터넷 접속을 위한 모듈을 말하는 것으로, 인터넷모듈부(113)는 디스플레이 장치(100)에 내장되거나 외장될 수 있다.
근거리통신모듈부(114)는 근거리 통신을 위한 모듈을 말한다. 근거리 통신 기술로 블루투스(Bluetooth), RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), 적외선 통신(IrDA, infrared Data Association), UWB(Ultra Wideband), ZigBee 등이 이용될 수 있다.
사용자 입력부(120)는 오디오 신호 또는 비디오 신호 입력을 위한 것으로, 이에는 카메라(121)와 마이크(122) 등이 포함될 수 있다. 카메라(121)는 화상 통화모드 또는 촬영 모드에서 이미지 센서에 의해 얻어지는 정지영상 또는 동영상 등의 화상 프레임을 처리한다. 처리된 화상 프레임은 디스플레이부(151)에 표시될 수 있다.
카메라(121)에서 처리된 화상 프레임은 메모리(160)에 저장되거나 통신부(110)를 통하여 외부로 전송될 수 있다. 카메라(121)는 단말기의 구성 태양에 따라 2개 이상이 구비될 수도 있다. 또한, 카메라(121)는 2D 또는 3D 촬영이 가능한 카메라(121) 일 수 있으며, 2D 또는 3D 카메라가 단독 혹은 그 조합으로서 구성될 수 있다.
마이크(122)는 통화모드 또는 녹음모드, 음성인식 모드 등에서 마이크로폰(Microphone)에 의해 외부의 음향 신호를 입력받아 전기적인 음성 데이터로 처리한다. 마이크(122)에는 외부의 음향 신호를 입력받는 과정에서 발생되는 잡음(noise)을 제거하기 위한 다양한 잡음 제거 알고리즘이 구현될 수 있다.
출력부(150)는 디스플레이부(151), 음향출력부(152) 등이 포함될 수 있다.
디스플레이부(151)는 디스플레이 장치(100)에서 처리되는 정보를 표시 출력한다. 예를 들어, 디스플레이 장치(100)와 관련된 UI(User Interface) 또는 GUI(Graphic User Interface)를 표시한다. 디스플레이부(151)는 액정 디스플레이(liquid crystal display), 박막 트랜지스터 액정 디스플레이(thin film transistor-liquid crystal display), 유기 발광 다이오드(organic light-emitting diode), 플렉시블 디스플레이(flexible display), 3차원 디스플레이(3D display) 중에서 적어도 하나일 수 있다. 이들 중 일부 디스플레이는 그를 통해 외부를 볼 수 있도록 투명형 또는 광투과형으로 구성될 수 있다. 이는 투명 디스플레이라 호칭될 수 있는데, 상기 투명 디스플레이의 대표적인 예로는 투명 LCD 등이 있다. 디스플레이부(151)의 후방 구조 또한 광 투과형 구조로 구성될 수 있다. 이러한 구조에 의하여, 사용자는 단말기 바디의 디스플레이부(151)가 차지하는 영역을 통해 단말기 바디의 후방에 위치한 사물을 볼 수 있다.
디스플레이 장치(100)의 구현 형태에 따라 디스플레이부(151)가 2개 이상 존재할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 디스플레이 장치(100)에는 복수의 디스플레이부(151)들이 하나의 면에 이격되거나 일체로 배치될 수 있고, 또한 서로 다른 면에 각각 배치될 수도 있다.
디스플레이부(151)와 터치 동작을 감지하는 센서(이하, '터치 센서'라 함)가 상호 레이어 구조를 이루는 경우(이하, '터치 스크린'이라 약칭함)에, 디스플레이부(151)는 출력 장치 이외에 입력 장치로도 사용될 수 있다. 터치 센서는, 예를 들어, 터치 필름, 터치 시트, 터치 패드 등의 형태를 가질 수 있다.
터치 센서는 디스플레이부(151)의 특정 부위에 가해진 압력 또는 디스플레이부(151)의 특정 부위에 발생하는 정전 용량 등의 변화를 전기적인 입력신호로 변환하도록 구성될 수 있다. 터치 센서는 터치 되는 위치 및 면적뿐만 아니라, 터치 시의 압력까지도 검출할 수 있도록 구성될 수 있다.

메모리(160)는 제어부(180)의 동작을 위한 프로그램을 저장할 수 있고, 입/출력되는 데이터들(예를 들어, 폰북, 메시지, 정지영상, 동영상 등)을 임시 저장할 수도 있다. 상기 메모리(160)는 상기 터치스크린 상의 터치 입력시 출력되는 다양한 패턴의 진동 및 음향에 관한 데이터를 저장할 수 있다.
메모리(160)는 플래시 메모리 타입(flash memory type), 하드디스크 타입(hard disk type), 멀티미디어 카드 마이크로 타입(multimedia card micro type), 카드 타입의 메모리(예를 들어 SD 또는 XD 메모리 등), 램(Random Access Memory, RAM), SRAM(Static Random Access Memory), 롬(Read-Only Memory, ROM), EEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory), PROM(Programmable Read-Only Memory) 자기 메모리, 자기 디스크, 광디스크 중 적어도 하나의 타입의 저장매체를 포함할 수 있다. 디스플레이 장치(100)는 인터넷(internet)상에서 상기 메모리(160)의 저장 기능을 수행하는 웹 스토리지(web storage)와 관련되어 동작할 수도 있다.
인터페이스부(170)는 디스플레이 장치(100)에 연결되는 모든 외부기기와의 통로 역할을 한다. 인터페이스부(170)는 외부 기기로부터 데이터를 전송받거나 전원을 공급받아 디스플레이 장치(100) 내부의 각 구성 요소에 전달하거나 디스플레이 장치(100) 내부의 데이터가 외부 기기로 전송되도록 한다. 예를 들어, 유/무선 헤드셋 포트, 외부 충전기 포트, 유/무선 데이터 포트, 메모리 카드(memory card) 포트, 식별 모듈이 구비된 장치를 연결하는 포트, 오디오 I/O(Input/Output) 포트, 비디오 I/O(Input/Output) 포트, 이어폰 포트 등이 인터페이스부(170)에 포함될 수 있다.
제어부(180)는 통상적으로 디스플레이 장치의 전반적인 동작을 제어한다. 예를 들어 음성 통화, 데이터 통신, 화상 통화 등을 위한 관련된 제어 및 처리를 수행한다. 제어부(180)는 영상처리를 위한 영상처리부(182)를 구비할 수 있다. 영상처리부(182)에 대해서는 해당하는 부분에서 보다 구체적으로 설명하도록 한다.
전원 공급부(190)는 제어부(180)의 제어에 의해 외부의 전원, 내부의 전원을 인가받아 각 구성요소들의 동작에 필요한 전원을 공급한다.
여기에 설명되는 다양한 실시예는 예를 들어, 소프트웨어, 하드웨어 또는 이들의 조합된 것을 이용하여 컴퓨터 또는 이와 유사한 장치로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체 내에서 구현될 수 있다.하드웨어적인 구현에 의하면, 여기에 설명되는 실시예는 ASICs (application specific integrated circuits), DSPs (digital signal processors), DSPDs (digital signal processing devices), PLDs (programmable logic devices), FPGAs (field programmable gate arrays, 프로세서(processors), 제어기(controllers), 마이크로 컨트롤러(micro-controllers), 마이크로 프로세서(microprocessors), 기능 수행을 위한 전기적인 유닛 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 구현될 수 있다. 일부의 경우에 그러한 실시예들이 제어부(180)에 의해 구현될 수 있다.
소프트웨어적인 구현에 의하면, 절차나 기능과 같은 실시예들은 적어도 하나의 기능 또는 작동을 수행하게 하는 별개의 소프트웨어 모듈과 함께 구현될 수 있다. 소프트웨어 코드는 적절한 프로그램 언어로 쓰여진 소프트웨어 어플리케이션에 의해 구현될 수 있다. 또한, 소프트웨어 코드는 메모리(160)에 저장되고, 제어부(180)에 의해 실행될 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 기기(100)를 포함하는 소셜 커머스(social commerce) 시스템의 구성도이다. 도 2를 참조하면, 상기 소셜 커머스 시스템(1)은 콘텐츠 제공 네트워크(10), 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20), 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100), 상기 전자 기기(100)의 리모트 콘트롤러(130), 및 다른 전자 기기(200)를 포함한다.
상기 전자 기기(100)는 통신부(110)를 통하여 상기 콘텐츠 제공 네트워크(10)로부터 각종 콘텐츠를 수신하고, 상기 수신된 콘텐츠를 출력부(150)를 통하여 출력할 수 있다. 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 외부 네트워크에 연결될 수 있는 스마트 TV로 구현될 수 있다. 상기 전자 기기(100)에서 제공하는 일반적인 기능 및 상기 전자 기기(100)를 이용한 쿠폰 검색을 수행하기 위한 제어 신호는 사용자의 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130) 조작에 기초하여 발생할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 콘텐츠 제공 네트워크(10)로부터 수신되는 콘텐츠에는 방송 프로그램, 광고(Commercial Film) 등의 동영상, 정지 영상, 웹 페이지 화면 등이 포함될 수 있으나, 본 발명의 범위가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
상기 콘텐츠 제공 네트워크로부터 콘텐츠가 수신되면, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 상기 수신된 콘텐츠로부터 상기 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)에서 제공하는 쿠폰을 검색하기 위한 정보를 획득하며, 상기 획득된 정보를 이용하여 상기 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)에서 쿠폰을 검색할 수 있다.
상기 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)에는 상기 쿠폰 검색을 위한 정보를 이용하여 상품 정보를 저장하거나 상품 정보를 검색하는 서버, 각종 상품에 대한 쿠폰을 저장하고 있거나 검색하는 서버, 검색된 쿠폰을 적용하여 각종 상품의 판매를 담당하는 서버 등이 포함될 수 있다.
상기 전자 기기(100)는 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)로부터 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 수신하여 메모리(160)에 저장할 수 있다. 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과에는 검색된 쿠폰 자체, 상기 검색된 쿠폰을 상기 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)로부터 수신하는데 이용되는 정보 등이 포함될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 전자 기기(100)는, 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과가 수신되면, 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 출력부(150)를 통하여 출력할 수 있다. 보다 상세하게는, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)는 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 디스플레이부(151)에 표시하거나 음향 출력부(152)를 통하여 출력할 수 있다.
그러면, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 사용자는 상기 출력부(150)를 통하여 출력되는 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 인식하고, 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과 중 특정 쿠폰에 대한 검색 결과를 선택할 수 있다. 그러면, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 상기 특정 쿠폰 관련 정보를 상기 통신부(110)에 의하여 형성된 근거리 무선 통신 네트워크에 연결된 다른 전자 기기(200)로 전송하여 공유할 수 있다. 도 2를 참조하면, 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)는 이동 단말기로 구현되었으나 본 발명의 범위가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
또한, 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)로 전송된 쿠폰 검색 결과는 상기 검색된 쿠폰의 유효 기간이 경과하면, 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)에서 삭제되도록 설정될 수 있다. 예컨대, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 상기 검색된 쿠폰의 유효 기간이 경과하면 실행되도록 설정된 삭제 명령을 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과와 함께 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)로 전송할 수 있다.
본 발명의 구현 형태에 따라서, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 상기 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)가 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)로 전송하도록 상기 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)를 제어할 수도 있다. 이때, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 상기 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)로 쿠폰 검색에 필요한 정보뿐만 아니라. 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)에 관한 정보를 함께 전송하여야 한다.
본 발명의 다른 구현 형태에 따라서, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)로 전송하고, 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)는 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 저장할 수 있다. 그런 다음, 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)는 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)의 요청에 응답하여 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)로 전송할 수도 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자 기기(100)의 쿠폰 검색 방법의 일예를 나타내는 흐름도이다. 이하, 필요한 도면들을 참조하여 상기 쿠폰 검색 방법을 설명한다.
먼저, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 콘텐츠 제공 네트워크(10)로부터 통신부(110)를 통하여 콘텐츠를 수신한다(S100). 콘텐츠가 수신되면, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)는 상기 수신된 콘텐츠로부터 검색 키워드를 추출한다(S110). 여기서, 상기 검색 키워드는 상기 수신된 콘텐츠에 별도의 메타 데이터로 포함되어 있을 수 있고, 상기 수신된 콘텐츠의 영상 신호 또는 음향 신호로부터 추출될 수도 있다. 또한, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 수신된 콘텐츠를 자체적으로 분석하여 상기 검색 키워드를 추출할 수도 있고, 상기 영상 신호 또는 음향 신호의 일부를 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)로 전송하여 검색 키워드의 추출을 요청한 다음 상기 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)로부터 수신되는 검색 키워드를 수신할 수도 있다.
상기 검색 키워드가 추출되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 검색 키워드에 대응되는 상품의 쿠폰을 검색한다(S120). 상기 검색 키워드에 대응되는 상품의 쿠폰을 검색하는 단계는, 상기 검색 키워드에 대응되는 상품을 검색하는 단계 및 상기 검색된 상품에 대응되는 쿠폰을 검색하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 검색 키워드에 대응되는 상품의 검색 및 상기 검색된 상품에 대한 쿠폰 검색은, 상기 제어부(180)의 요청에 따라, 상기 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)에서 수행될 수 있다.
상기 검색 키워드에 대응되는 상품의 검색이 완료되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 다른 전자 기기와 공유한다(S130). 도 2를 참조하여 설명한 바와 같이, 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과는 상기 전자 기기(100)에 수신된 다음 상기 다른 전자 기기로 전송될 수도 있고, 상기 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)로부터 상기 다른 전자 기기로 직접 전송될 수도 있다.
도 4는 도 3에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)의 쿠폰 검색 방법의 일예를 나타내는 흐름도이다.
상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)는 수신된 콘텐츠를 출력부(150)를 통하여 출력한다(S200). 예컨대, 상기 콘텐츠의 영상 신호는 상기 출력부(150)의 디스플레이부(151)를 통하여 출력되고, 상기 콘텐츠의 음향 신호는 상기 출력부(150)의 음향 출력부(152)를 통하여 출력될 수 있다.
상기 콘텐츠가 출력되는 도중에 제어 신호가 수신되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 제어 신호에 응답하여 상기 디스플레이부(151)를 통하여 출력되는 영상 신호에 대한 캡처 이미지를 생성한다(S210). 여기서, 상기 제어 신호는 상기 전자 기기(100)의 리모트 콘트롤러(130)에 대한 사용자의 조작에 기초하여 생성될 수 있다.

상기 검색 키워드가 수신되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 검색 키워드를 소셜 커머스 서버로 전송하여 쿠폰 검색을 요청하며(S240), 상기 소셜 커머스 서버는 상기 검색 키워드에 대응되는 상품의 쿠폰을 검색한다. 여기서, 상기 소셜 커머스 서버는 상기 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)에서 각종 상품에 대한 쿠폰의 저장 및 검색을 담당하는 서버일 수 있다.
그런 다음, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 통신부(110)를 통하여 상기 소셜 커머스 서버로부터 쿠폰 검색 결과를 수신하며(S250), 상기 수신된 쿠폰 검색 결과를 다른 전자 기기와 공유한다(S260). 도면에 도시되지는 않았으나, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 출력부(150)의 디스플레이부(151) 및 음향 출력부(152)를 통하여 사용자에게 제공할 수도 있다.
도 4에 도시된 쿠폰 검색 방법에 있어서, 콘텐츠가 TV 광고라 가정하면, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 사용자는 TV 시청 중에 자신이 원하는 때에 쿠폰을 검색할 수 있고, 상기 검색된 쿠폰을 이동 단말기와 같은 다른 전자 기기에 저장할 수 있다.
도 5는 도 4에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)의 쿠폰 검색 방법에 따라서 쿠폰 검색을 위한 검색 키워드가 추출되는 과정의 일예를 나타낸다. 이하, 필요한 도면들을 참조하여 상기 과정을 설명한다.
TV 광고가 상기 전자 기기(100)를 통하여 출력되는 중에, 사용자가 리모트 콘트롤러(130)의 쿠폰 검색 버튼을 조작하여 제어 신호를 발생시킨다. 그러면, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)는 상기 제어 신호에 응답하여 상기 TV 광고의 캡처 이미지를 생성한 다음, 상기 캡처 이미지를 분석 서버(20-1)로 전송한다(S220).
상기 캡처 이미지를 수신한 분석 서버(20-1)는 상기 캡처 이미지로부터 텍스트(즉, 검색 키워드)를 추출하여 상기 전자 기기(100)로 전송한다(S230). 그러면 상기 전자 기기(100)는 검색 키워드를 수신하고, 상기 수신된 검색 키워드를 디스플레이부(151)에 표시한다. 도 5를 참조하면, 상기 전자 기기(100)로 검색 키워드는 캡처 이미지에서 점선으로 표시된 영역에 대응되는 피자, 헤어, 맛사지, 의류, 화장품 등 복수 개일 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
도 6은 도 4에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)의 쿠폰 검색 방법에 따라서, 특정 검색 키워드에 대한 쿠폰이 검색되는 과정의 일예를 나타낸다.
도 5에 도시된 과정에 따라서, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 디스플레이부(151)에 검색 키워드가 표시된 상태에서, 사용자가 상기 전자 기기(100)의 리모트 콘트롤러(130)을 조작하여, 디스플레이부(151)에 표시된 검색 키워드들 중 '헤어'를 선택한다.
그러면, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)는 선택된 검색 키워드 '헤어' 관련 쿠폰의 검색을 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)에 요청하며(S240), 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)는 미리 저장된 쿠폰들 중 '헤어'에 대응되는 쿠폰을 검색한다.
그런 다음, 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)는 검색된 헤어 관련 쿠폰의 관련 정보를 상기 전자 기기(100)로 전송한다(S250). 그러면, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 상기 검색된 헤어 관련 쿠폰의 상세 정보(151-2)를 상기 디스플레이부(151)에 표시할 수 있다. 상기 사용자는 상기 쿠폰 관련 정보를 선택하여 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)로부터 헤어 관련 쿠폰을 다운로드할 수 있다. 도 6에 도시된 바와 달리, 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)는 검색된 쿠폰 자체를 상기 전자 기기(100)로 전송할 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)는 검색된 헤어 관련 쿠폰의 관련 정보를 직접 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)로 전송할 수도 있다(S260). 도 5에 도시된 S260 단계는 상기 제어부(180)가 검색된 쿠폰의 관련 정보를 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)로 직접 전송할 것을 미리 요청한 경우에 수행될 수 있다. 상기 쿠폰 관련 정보가 수신되면 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)에는 상기 쿠폰 관련 정보를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다. 그러면 사용자는 상기 쿠폰 관련 정보를 선택하여 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)로부터 상기 쿠폰 관련 정보에 대응되는 쿠폰을 다운로드할 수 있다. 도 6에 도시된 바와 달리, 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)는 쿠폰 자체를 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)로 전송할 수도 있다.

상기 콘텐츠가 출력되는 도중에 제어 신호가 수신되면, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)는 상기 제어 신호에 응답하여 상기 콘텐츠의 음향 신호로부터 단어를 파싱한다(S300). 여기서, 상기 제어 신호는 상기 전자 기기(100)의 리모트 콘트롤러(130)에 대한 사용자의 조작에 기초하여 생성될 수 있다.

콘텐츠가 출력되는 도중에, 상기 전자 기기(100)에 대한 사용자의 조작에 기초하여 제어 신호가 발생한다. 그러면, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)는 상기 콘텐의 음향 신호로부터 문장을 추출한 다음, 추출된 문장을 단어 단위로 파싱한다. 그런 다음, 상기 제어부(180)는 파싱된 단어를 분석 서버(20-1)로 전송하여 검색 키워드의 추출을 요청한다(S310).
그런 다음, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 상기 분석 서버(20-1)로부터 파싱된 단어에 기초하여 추출된 검색 키워드를 수신하고(S320), 상기 검색 키워드를 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)로 전송하여 상기 검색 키워드에 대응되는 상품의 쿠폰 검색을 요청한다(S330).

상기 분석 서버(20-1)의 검색 키워드 추출 과정에 대하여 좀 더 상세히 살펴 본다. 상기 분석 서버(20-1)는 시소러스(thesaurus) 형태로 구성된 상품 정보 및 상기 파싱된 단어를 비교하여 상기 검색 키워드를 추출할 수 있다.
여기서, 시소러스라 함은 컴퓨터의 주요 업무인 정보의 기계 검색을 수행하기 위한 색인(소프트웨어)의 일종으로, 각 용어가 갖는 의미를 한정시켜 규격화함으로써 검색에 있어서의 개념 통일을 도모하고 누구라도 같은 순서와 내용의 검색이 가능하도록 한다. 시소러스 형태로 구성된 상품 정보라 함은, 동의어, 동음이의어, 반의어, 광의어(broad term), 협의어(narrow term), 관련어 항목에 분류된 상품 정보일 수 있다.
시소러스 형태에 있어서, TV-텔레비젼-스마트 TV-IPTV 등은 동의어일 수 있으며, 배(과일)-배(신체)-배(boat)는 동음이의어일 수 있으며, 작다-크다는 반의어일 수 있으며, 전자기기-TV는 광의와 협의어 관계일 수 있으며, TV와 홈시어터는 관련어일 수 있다.
상기 분석 서버(20-1)가 파싱된 단어와 미리 저장된 시소러스 형태로 구성된 상품 정보를 비교하여 검색 키워드를 추출하는 과정은 다음과 같은 규칙에 따라서 수행될 수 있다.
(1) 상기 미리 저장된 상품 정보 중 상기 파싱된 단어가 동음이의어 또는 반의어에 해당되는 단어는 제외한다.
(2) 상기 미리 저장된 상품 정보 중 상기 파싱된 단어와 동의어인 단어에 최우선 순위를 부여한다.
(3) 상기 미리 저장된 상품 정보 중위의 비교 과정에서 상기 파싱된 단어에 매칭되는 단어가 검색되지 않으면, 상기 미리 저장된 상품 정보 중 상기 파싱된 단어와 광의와 협의어 관계에 있거나 상기 파싱된 단어와 관련어인 단어를 검색 키워드로 추출한다.
상술한 검색 키워드 추출 규칙은 상기 분석 서버(20-1)에서 수행되는 검색 키워드 추출 과정의 일예일 뿐이며, 본 발명의 범위가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
또한, 이러한 시소러스 형태로 저장된 상품 정보와 상기 파싱된 단어의 비교 결과에 따라서 검색 키워드를 추출하는 과정은 상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)에 의하여 수행될 수도 있다. 이때, 상기 시소러스 형태로 구성된 상품 정보는 상기 전자 기기(100)의 메모리(160)에 미리 저장되어 있음이 바람직하다.
도 9는 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)의 쿠폰 검색 방버에 있어서, 상기 전자 기기가 쿠폰 검색 결과를 다른 전자 기기와 공유하는 방법의 일예를 나타내는 흐름도이다.
먼저, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 통신부(110)를 통하여 쿠폰 검색 결과를 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)로부터 수신한다(S400). 그런 다음, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 전자 기기(100)의 리모트 콘트롤러(130)로 전송한다(S410).
상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)는 상기 수신된 쿠폰 검색 결과를 소정의 저장 공간에 저장한 다음, 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)가 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)에 의하여 형성되는 근거리 무선 통신 네트워크의 유효 통신 거리 이내로 진입하는지를 체크한다(S420).
상기 다른 전자 기기(200)가 상기 근거리 무선 통신 네트워크의 유효 통신 거리 이내로 진입하면, 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)는 상기 저장된 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)로 전송한다(S430). 여기서, 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과가 검색된 쿠폰 그 자체일 수 있다. 또한, 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과는 검색된 쿠폰을 다운로드받을 수 있는 URL(Uniform Resource Locator)일 수도 있다. 그러면, 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)의 사용자는 상기 URL을 이용하여 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)에 접속한 다음 검색된 쿠폰을 다운로드 받을 수 있다.
도 10은 도 9에 도시된 검색 결과 공유 방법에 따라서, 쿠폰 검색 결과가 다른 전자 기기(200)로 전송되는 일예를 나타낸다. 도 10을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)는 스마트 TV로 구현될 수 있으며, 상기 다른 전자 기기(200)는 이동 단말기로 구현될 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 본 발명의 범위가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
상기 스마트 TV(200)에서 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)로 전송한다(S410). 그러면, 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)는 수신된 쿠폰 검색 결과를 소정의 저장 공간에 저장한다. 그런 다음, 상기 이동 단말기(200)가 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)에 의하여 형성될 수 있는 근거리 무선 통신 네트워크의 유효 통신 거리 이내로 진입하면, 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)는 상기 저장된 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 이동 단말기(200)로 전송한다.
만약, 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130) 및 상기 이동 단말기(200) 각각에 NFC 모듈이 포함되어 있고, 상기 근거리 무선 통신 네트워크가 NFC 무선 통신 네트워크라면, 상기 이동 단말기(200)의 사용자는 상기 이동 단말기(200)를 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)에 태깅함으로써 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 이동 단말기(200)에 저장할 수 있다.
도 11은 도 3에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기의 쿠폰 검색 방법의 다른 예를 나타내는 흐름도이다. 이하, 필요한 도면들을 참조하여 상기 쿠폰 검색 방법을 설명한다.
먼저, 통신부(110)를 통하여 콘텐츠가 수신된다(S500). 콘텐츠가 수신되면, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)는 상기 콘텐츠의 영상 신호 또는 음향 신호에 포함된 워터마크(watermark)를 추출한다(S520). 여기서, 워터마크란 디지털 콘텐츠에 미리 정해진 전자 기기들 또는 미리 정해진 사용자들만이 알 수 있는 아이디 또는 정보 등의 부호를 삽입하거나, 영상 신호나 음향 신호에 특정한 코드나 특정한 데이터 등을 삽입하는 기술을 말한다. 도 11에서 워터마크는 쿠폰 검색을 위한 검색 키워드 추출을 위하여 상기 콘텐츠에 포함된 데이터를 의미한다.
상기 콘텐츠로부터 워터마크가 추출되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 워터마크에 기초하여 검색 키워드를 추출한다(S520). 여기서, 상기 제어부(180)는 자체적으로 추출된 워터마크에 기초하여 검색 키워드를 추출할 수도 있고, 상기 추출된 워터마크를 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)로 전송하여 검색 키워드의 추출을 요청할 수도 있다.
일단, 워터마크에 기초하여 검색 키워드가 추출되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 추출된 검색 키워드에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행한다(S530). 앞서 살펴본 바와 같이, 상기 검색 키워드에 기초한 쿠폰 검색은 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)에 의하여 수행될 수 있다.
쿠폰 검색이 완료되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 다른 전자 기기와 공유한다(S540). 예컨대, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)로부터 쿠폰 검색 결과를 수신한 다음, 수신된 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 다른 전자 기기로 전송할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제어부(180)는 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 다른 전자 기기로 직접 전송하도록 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)를 제어할 수도 있다.
도 12는 도 11에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기의 쿠폰 검색 방법에 따라서 쿠폰이 검색되는 과정의 일예를 나타낸다.
먼저, 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기인 스마트 TV(100)는 수신된 콘텐츠인 광고를 수신하여 수신된 광고의 영상 신호를 디스플레이부(151)를 통하여 출력한다. 상기 스마트 TV(100)의 제어부(180)는 상기 광고의 영상 신호에 포함된 워터마크를 추출하고, 상기 추출된 워터마크를 분석 서버(20-1)로 전송한다(S520-1). 그런 다음, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 상기 분석 서버(20-1)로부터 상기 전송된 워터마크에 기초하여 추출된 검색 키워드를 수신한다(S520-1). 도 12에 도시된 바와 달리, 추출된 워터마크에 기초한 검색 키워드 추출은 상기 제어부(180)에 의하여 수행될 수도 있다.
상기 추출된 검색 키워드가 수신되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 검색 키워드를 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)로 전송하여 상기 검색 키워드에 대응되는 상품에 대한 쿠폰 검색을 요청한다(S530-1). 그런 다음, 상기 전자 기기(100)는 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)로부터 상기 전송된 검색 키워드에 기초한 쿠폰 검색 결과를 수신한다(S530-2).
쿠폰 검색이 완료되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 이동 단말기(200)와 공유할 수 있다. 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)로부터 수신된 쿠폰을 상기 이동 단말기(200)로 전송할 수도 있고(S540-1), 상기 이동 단말기(200)로 쿠폰을 발급하도록 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)를 제어할 수도 있다(S540-2).
도 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자는 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)를 조작하여 상기 광고에 의하여 쿠폰 발급이 가능한지를 나타내는 정보를 표시하도록 상기 스마트 TV(100)를 제어하기 위한 제어 신호를 발생할 수 있다. 상기 제어 신호가 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)로부터 수신되면, 상기 제어부(180)는, 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 광고에 의하여 쿠폰 발급이 가능함을 나타내는 정보(151-3)가 표시할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자는 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)를 조작하여 상기 쿠폰 검색을 검색하도록 상기 스마트 TV(100)를 제어하기 위한 제어 신호를 발생할 수도 있다. 또한, 사용자는 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)를 조작하여 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)로부터 쿠폰 검색 결과를 수신하도록 상기 스마트 TV(100)를 제어하기 위한 제어 신호를 발생할 수도 있다.
도 13은 도 3에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기의 쿠폰 검색 방법의 일예를 나타내는 흐름도이다. 이하, 필요한 도면들을 참조하여 상기 쿠폰 검색 방법을 설명한다.
먼저, 통신부(110)를 통하여 콘텐츠가 수신된다(S600). 콘텐츠가 수신되면, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)는 상기 콘텐츠의 영상 신호를 출력하는 디스플레이부(151)의 미리 정해진 복수의 지점에 대응되는 영상 정보를 추출한다. 여기서, 영상 정보라 함은 상기 미리 정해진 지점에 대응되는 픽셀의 밝기 정보, 명암 정보, 색상 정보 등이 포함될 수 있으나, 본 발명의 범위가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 또한, 사용자가 상기 디스플레이부(151)를 통하여 출력되는 영상을 어색하게 느끼지 않을 정도로, 상기 복수의 지점은 그 수가 적거나 각 지점 사이의 간격이 넓은 것이 바람직하다.
상기 미리 정해진 복수의 지점에 대응되는 영상 정보가 추출되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 추출된 영상 정보를 조합에 기초하여 검색 키워드를 추출한다(S610). 검색 키워드가 추출되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 검색 키워드에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행한다(S620). 쿠폰 검색 완료 이후에 수행되는 쿠폰 검색 결과의 수신 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과의 다른 전자 기기로의 전송 과정은 앞서 다른 실시예들을 참조하여 설명한 바와 동일 또는 유사하다. 그러므로 상기 과정들에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
도 14는 도 13에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)의 쿠폰 검색 방법에 따라서, 검상기 전자 기기(100)의 디스플레이부(151)에 복수의 지점들이 설정된 일예를 나타낸다. 도 14를 참조하면, 상기 디스플레이부(151)에는 9개의 픽셀들(PX1 내지 PX9)에 대응되는 영상 정보가 상기 검색 키워드를 추출하는데 이용됨을 알 수 있다.
도 15는 도 3에 도시된 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)의 쿠폰 검색 방법의 도 다른 예를 나타내는 흐름도이다.
상기 전자 기기(100)가 수신된 콘텐츠를 출력부(150)를 통하여 출력하는 도중에 쿠폰 검색 요청이 수신된다(S700). 그러면, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)는 출력 중인 콘텐츠의 영상 신호를 분석하여 검색 키워드를 추출한다(S710). 상기 제어부(180)는 영상 신호 분석을 자체적으로 수행할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제어부(180)는 쿠폰 검색 요청을 수신한 다음 상기 영상 신호의 캡처 이미지를 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)로 전송하여 검색 키워드 추출을 요청할 수도 있다. 한편, 영상 신호 분석 결과 추출되는 검색 키워드는 복수 개일 수 있다.
검색 키워드가 추출되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 추출된 검색 키워드에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행하면서, 쿠폰 검색 수행 과정을 상기 출력부(150)를 통하여 출력한다(S720). 쿠폰이 검색되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 검색되는 쿠폰 관련 정보를 포함하는 쿠폰 검색 결과를 메모리(160)에 저장된 다음, 저장된 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 출력부(150)를 통하여 출력할 수 있다.
도 16 내지 도 18은 도 15에 도시된 쿠폰 검색 방법이 수행되는 일련의 과정을 나타낸다.
도 16을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기인 스마트 TV(100)에서 커피 광고를 출력하는 도중에, 사용자의 리모트 콘트롤러(130)에 기초하여 발생하는 쿠폰 검색 요청을 수신한다(S130). 쿠폰 검색 요청이 수신되면, 상기 스마트 TV(100)의 제어부(180)는 쿠폰 검색 중이라는 정보(151-4)를 디스플레이부(151)를 통하여 출력한다. 도면에 도시되지는 않았으나, 상기 제어부(180)는 음향 출력부(152)를 퉁하여 쿠폰 검색 중이라는 정보를 출력할 수도 있다.
쿠폰 검색 요청이 수신되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 현재 출력 중인 콘텐츠의 영상 신호의 분석을 통한 검색 키워드 추출을 분석 서버(20-1)에 요청한다. 이때, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 영상 신호의 캡처 이미지를 생성하여 상기 분석 서버(20-1)로 전송할 수 있다.
상기 분석 서버(20-1)에서의 검색 키워드 추출이 완료되면, 상기 스마트 TV(100)는 검색 키워드 'Mac Donald'와 'Coffee'를 상기 분석 서버(20-1)로부터 수신한다(S710). 상기 검색 키워드들이 수신되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)에 상기 검색 키워드들에 대응되는 상품의 쿠폰 검색을 요청하고, 쿠폰 검색 결과를 수신한다(S720).
도 17을 참조하면, 쿠폰 검색이 완료되면 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)는 쿠폰 검색의 완료를 상기 스마트 TV(100) 또는 미리 정해진 다른 전자 기기인 이동 단말기(200)로 전송한다. 그러면, 상기 스마트 TV(100)는 디스플레이부(151)에 쿠폰 검색 완료를 나타내는 정보(151-5)를 표시하고, 상기 이동 단말기(200) 역시 디스플레이부(251)에 쿠폰 검색 완료를 나타내는 정보(251-1)를 표시한다.
이때, 상기 디스플레이부(151)를 통하여 출력되는 콘텐츠는 커피 광고에서 다른 제품의 광고로 변경된 것을 알 수 있다. 즉, 상기 제어부(180)는, 쿠폰 검색 요청이 수신되면, 콘텐츠의 출력을 계속 수행하면서 쿠폰 검색을 백그라운드(background)로 수행하는 것이다.
도 18을 참조하면, 쿠폰 검색이 완료되면, 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)는 상기 스마트 TV(100) 및 상기 이동 단말기(200)로 쿠폰 검색 결과를 전송한다. 그러면, 상기 스마트 TV(100) 및 이동 단말기(200)는 쿠폰 검색 결과를 수신하여 저장하고, 사용자의 요청 또는 자동으로 쿠폰 검색 결과를 디스플레이부(151 또는 251)에 표시한다.
도 15 내지 도 18에 도시된 쿠폰 검색 방법에 따른 쿠폰 검색 과정이 복수 회 수행될 경우, 상기 스마트 TV(100) 또는 상기 이동 단말기(200)는 복수 회에 걸친 쿠폰 검색 결과를 소정의 기준에 따라 분류하여 관리할 수도 있다.
도 19는 도 15의 쿠폰 검색 방법이 복수 회 수행되어 검색된 쿠폰이 소정의 기준에 따라 분류되어 메모리(160)에 저장된 것을 나타낸다.
도 19의 (a)를 참조하면, 복수 회의 쿠폰 검색 요청 결과 검색된 복수의 쿠폰들이 상품의 종류에 따라 분류되어 상기 메모리(160)에 저장될 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한, 도 19의 (b)를 참조하면, 검색된 복수의 쿠폰들이 쿠폰을 발행한 회사의 종류에 따라 분류되어 상기 메모리(160)에 저장될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
도 20은 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)의 쿠폰 검색 방법의 또 다른 예를 나타내는 흐름도이다.
상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)는 디스플레이부(151)에 쿠폰 검색 결과인 검색된 쿠폰을 발행하는 소셜 커머스 사이트를 표시한다(S800). 이때, 사용자가 상기 디스플레이부(151)에 표시된 소셜 커머스 사이트를 선택한다(S810). 그러면, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 검색된 쿠폰 관련 정보를 상기 디스플레이부(151)에 표시한다.
상기 검색된 쿠폰 관련 정보가 상기 디스플레이부(151)에 표시된 상태에서, 사용자가 상기 검색된 쿠폰 관련 정보를 선택하면(S830), 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 검색된 쿠폰 관련 정보를 다른 전자 기기로 전송한다(S840). 여기서, 상기 검색된 쿠폰 관련 정보는 상기 전자 기기(100)의 메모리(160)에 저장된 상기 검색된 쿠폰 자체일 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 다른 구현 형태에 따르면, 상기 검색된 쿠폰 관련 정보는 상기 검색된 쿠폰에 대한 링크 정보일 수 있다.
도 21 내지 도 23은 도 20에 도시된 쿠폰 검색 방법에 따라서 이동 단말기(200)로 쿠폰 검색 결과가 전송되는 과정을 나타낸다.
도 21은 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기인 스마트 TV(100)에 콘텐츠가 풀력되는 중에, 상기 스마트 TV(100)의 제어부(180)가 검색된 쿠폰을 발행하는 소셜 커머스 사이트들(151-6)을 디스플레이부(151)에 표시한 것을 나타낸다. 도 22는 미리 설정된 복수의 소셜 커머스 사이트(151-6) 중 하나의 소셜 커머스 사이트(151-6A)에서만 쿠폰이 검색된 경우 상기 하나의 소셜 커머스 사이트(151-6A)가 다른 소셜 커머스 사이트들과 다르게 표시될 수 있음을 나타낸다.
도 21의 상태에서, 사용자가 리모트 콘트롤러(130)를 조작하여 상기 소셜 커머스 사이트들의 표시 영역(151-6)을 선택한다(S810). 그러면, 상기 제어부(180)는, 도 23에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 복수의 소셜 커머스 사이트에서 검색된 복수의 쿠폰 관련 정보(15--7), 상품에 대한 네트즌 리뷰(151-8), 상품에 대한 구매 고객의 평점(151-9), 사용자 지인의 리뷰(151-10) 등을 상기 디스플레이부(151)에 표시한다(S820).
도 23의 상태에서, 사용자가 상기 리모트 콘트롤러(130)를 조작하여 소셜 커머스 사이트 '그루폰'의 쿠폰 관련 정보를 선택하면(S830), 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 선택된 쿠폰에 대한 링크 정보를 상기 이동 단말기(200)로 전송한다(S840). 그러면, 상기 이동 단말기(200)의 사용자는 수신된 링크 정보를 이용하여 구루폰 서버로부터 쿠폰을 다운로드하여 사용할 수 있다.
이상에서는 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)가 수신된 콘텐츠로부터 추출된 검색 키워드에 기초하여, 지역적 한정없이, 소셜 커머스 네트워크(20)에서 쿠폰을 검색하는 방법에 대하여 살펴 보았다. 그러나 상기 전자 기기(100)는 미리 정해진 특정 지역에 대해서만 상기 검색 키워드를 이용하여 쿠폰을 검색할 수도 있다.
이는 상기 전자 기기(100)는 쿠폰 사용 가능 지역을 미리 한정한 상태로 쿠폰을 검색할 수 있음을 의미한다. 상기 특정 지역을 사용자에 의하여 미리 정해진 지역일 수 있다. 예컨대, 사용자는 자신이 검색된 쿠폰을 사용할 지역을 미리 정한 후에 쿠폰 검색을 요청할 수 있다. 여기서, 특정 지역은 사용자가 지정한 특정 행정 구역, 사용자가 지정한 특정 지점부터 미리 정해진 반경 이내의 영역 등일 수 있다. 그러나 본 발명의 범위가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
또한, 상기 특정 지역은 상기 전자 기기(100)의 위치에 기초하여 미리 정해질 수 있다. 예컨대, 상기 특정 지역은 상기 전자 기기(100)가 위치한 행정 구역, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 위치로부터 미리 정해진 반경 이내의 영역 등일 수 있다. 그러나 본 발명의 범위가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 24는 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)에서 콘텐츠로부터 추출되는 검색 키워드에 기초하여 쿠폰을 검색할 지역을 설정하는 과정을 나타낸다. 이하, 도 20을 참조하여, 상기 쿠폰 검색 지역 설정 과정을 순차적으로 설명한다.
도 24를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기인 스마트 TV(100)에는 광고가 디스플레이부(151)를 통하여 출력되고 있고, 상기 디스플레이부(151)에는 상기 광고에 대응되는 쿠폰 정보(151-11) 및 메뉴(151-11)가 표시된 것을 알 수 있다. 이때, 사용자가 메뉴(151-12)를 선택한다. 그러면, 상기 스마트 TV(100)의 제어부(180)는 모든 쿠폰을 표시하기 위한 메뉴(151-12A), 메뉴의 상세 정보를 표시하기 위한 메뉴(151-12B), 쿠폰 검색 지역을 설정하기 위한 메뉴(151-12C)를 포함하는 하위 메뉴를 표시한다.

도 24에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기는 지도를 이용하여 사용자가 쿠폰 검색 지역을 설정하도록 지원하므로, 쿠폰 검색 지역 설정 과정에서 사용자는 선택 가능한 지역의 전체적인 윤곽을 한눈에 불 수 있고, 사용자의 가독성이 높다. 또한, 사용자 인터페이스는 전체 디스플레이부(151)의 일부에 표시되므로 사용자는 콘텐츠 시청과 쿠폰 검색 지역 설정을 병행할 수 있다.
도 25는 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)의 쿠폰 검색 방법의 또 다른 예를 나타내는 흐름도이다.
상기 전자 기기(100)는 통신부(110)를 통하여 EPG(Electronic Program Guide) 및 콘텐츠를 수신하며, 수신된 콘텐츠를 출력부(150)를 통하여 출력하며(S900), 상기 수신된 EPG에 기초하여 상기 출력되는 콘텐츠의 종류를 판단한다(S920).

상기 출력되는 콘텐츠로부터 검색 팩터가 추출되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 검색 팩터에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행한다(S940). 검색 팩터에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행하는 과정은 앞서 살펴본 실시예들에서의 쿠폰 검색 과정과 동일 또는 유사할 수 있으므로 이에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
만약, 상기 출력되는 콘텐츠가 방송 프로그램이면(S920), 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 수신된 EPG에 기초하여 상기 방송 프로그램 이후에 출력될 광고의 관련 정보를 획득한 다음(S950), 상기 획득된 광고에 관한 정보에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행한다(S960). 여기서, 광고 관련 정보는 광고주에 관한 정보, 광고 대상 상품에 관한 정보, 광고 시간 등이 포함될 수 있다. 그러나 본 발명의 범위가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 26은 도 25에 도시된 쿠폰 검색 방법에 따라서 수행되는 쿠폰 검색의 일예를 나타낸다.
먼저, 상기 전자 기기(100)의 제어부(180)는 EPG 정보에 기초하여 현재 출력 중인 콘텐츠가 방송 프로그램임을 인식한다(S910). 그런 다음, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 방송 프로그램 다음에 출력부(150)를 통하여 출력될 광고에 관한 정보를 획득한다(S930).
그런 다음, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 광고에 관한 정보인 광고 대상 상품에 대한 쿠폰 관련 정보를 소셜 커머스 서버(20-2)에 요청한다(S960-1). 이때, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 전자 기기(100)에 할당된 아이디 및 지역 정보를 함께 전송할 수 있다. 이는 상기 아이디 및 지역 정보에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색 지역을 한정할 수 있다.

상기 방송 프로그램에 대한 출력이 완료되면, 상기 제어부(180)는 디스플레이부(151)를 통하여 광고를 출력하는데, 이때, 상기 제어부(180)는 상기 메모리(160)에 저장된 상기 광고 대상 상품에 대한 쿠폰 관련 정보를 상기 광고와 함께 상기 디스플레이부(151)로 출력한다.
이상에서 도 25 및 도 26을 참조하여 살펴본 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)는 출력되는 콘텐츠의 종류에 따라서, 상기 출력되는 콘텐츠로부터 검색 팩터를 추출하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행할 수도 있고, 상기 출력되는 콘텐츠 이후에 출력될 다른 종류의 콘텐츠에 관한 정보를 이용하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행할 수도 있다. 이때, 상기 콘텐츠의 종류 및 상기 다른 콘텐츠에 관한 정보를 EPG와 같은 콘텐츠 부가 정보에 의하여 획득될 수 있다.
도 27은 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)의 쿠폰 검색 방법의 또 다른 예를 나타내는 흐름도이다.
상기 전자 기기(100)는 통신부(110)를 통하여 콘텐츠를 수신하며(S1000), 수신된 콘텐츠로부터 검색 팩터를 추출하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행한다(S1010). 이때, 상기 제어부(180)는 미리 정해진 특정 영역에 대한 쿠폰 검색을 수행할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 상기 특정 영역은 상기 전자 기기(100)의 위치 정보에 기초하여 미리 정해질 수 있고, 사용자의 설정에 의하여 미리 정해질 수도 있다.

도 28의 (a)를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기인 스마트 TV(100)의 디스플레이부(151)에는 피자 광고 및 광고되는 피자에 대한 쿠폰이 표시된 상태에서, 사용자가 리모트 콘트롤러(130)를 조작하여 상기 피자에 대한 할인 쿠폰을 선택한다.

도 31은 본 발명에 따른 소셜 커머스 서버(300)의 블락도이다. 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(300)는 통신부(310)를 통하여 수신되는 외부의 전자 기기의 쿠폰 검색 요청에 응답하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행하고, 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 외부 전자 기기로 전송할 수 있다.
도 31을 참조하면, 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(300)는 통신부(310), 데이터베이스(360), 및 제어부(380)를 포함한다. 상기 통신부(310)는 상기 외부 전자 기기와의 통신 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 상기 데이터베이스(360)에는 각종 상품에 대한 쿠폰 관련 정보가 저장되어 있다.
상기 제어부(380)는 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(300)의 동작을 전반적으로 제어한다. 한편, 상기 제어부(380)는 동일한 콘텐츠를 제공받는 복수의 전자 기기로부터 쿠폰 검색이 요청되면, 상기 복수의 전자 기기 중 하나의 전가 기기로부터 수신된 쿠폰 검색 요청에 대해서만 쿠폰 검색을 수행하고, 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 하나의 전자 기기를 포함하는 상기 복수의 전자 기기 모두로 전송할 수 있다.
그러므로 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(300)에서는 동시 다발적인 쿠폰 검색 요청 및 쿠폰 검색으로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 과부하가 미리 방지될 수 있고, 리소스(resource)의 사용 효율을 높아질 수 있으며, 전력 소모가 감소될 수 있으며, 쿠폰 검색 속도 또한 높아질 수 있다.
상기 제어부(380)는 키워드 추출부(381) 및 쿠폰 검색부(382)를 포함한다. 상기 키워드 추출부(381)는 상기 외부 전자 기기로부터 수신되는 이미지, 단어 등에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색에 이용될 검색 키워드를 추출할 수 있다. 본 발명의 다른 구현 형태에 따르면, 상기 검색 키워드는 상기 외부 전자 기기로부터 수신될 수도 있다.
상기 쿠폰 검색부(382)는 상기 추출된 검색 키워드에 대응되는 상품의 쿠폰 관련 정보를 상기 데이터베이스에서 검색하여 상기 통신부(310)를 통하여 상기 외부 전자 기기로 전송할 수 있다.
도 32는 본 발명에 따른 소셜 커머스 서버(300)에서 수행되는 쿠폰 검색 방법의 일예를 나타내는 흐름도이다.
복수의 전자 기기로부터 쿠폰 검색 요청이 수신된다(S1100). 쿠폰 검색 요청이 수신되면, 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(310)의 제어부(380)는 상기 복수의 전자 기기 각각에 대한 EPG에 기초하여, 상기 복수의 전자 기기 중 동일한 콘텐츠를 제공받는 전자 기기를 그루핑한다(S1110). 이때, 각 전자 기기에 대한 EPG는 상기 쿠폰 검색 요청에 포함되어 있을 수 있고, 상기 쿠폰 검색 요청과 별도로 각 전자 기기로부터 수신될 수도 있다.
그런 다음, 상기 제어부(380)는 그루핑된 전자 기기들 중 어느 하나의 전자 기기로부터 수신된 쿠폰 검색 요청에 대해서만 쿠폰 검색을 수행한다(S1120). 상기 쿠폰 검색이 완료되면, 상기 제어부(380)는 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 그루핑된전자 기기들 모두로 전송한다(S1130).
도 33 내지 도 34는 도 32에 도시된 쿠폰 검색 방법의 수행 과정을 나타낸다.
도 33을 참조하면, 제1 전자 기기(Device 1) 및 제2 전자 기기(Device 2)로부터 수신된 EPG는 서로 동일하므로, 상기 제어부(280)는 상기 제1 전자 기기(Device 1) 및 제2 전자 기기(Device 2)를 하나의 그룹(Group 1)으로 설정할 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
도 34의 (a)를 참조하면, 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(300)에는 복수의 외부 장치들이 연결되어 있고, 상기 복수의 외부 장치들은 동일한 콘텐츠를 제공받고 있는 제1 그룹(Group 1) 및 제2 그룹(Group 2)으로 나누어짐을 알 수 있다.
도 34의 (b)를 참조하면, 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(300)는 상기 제1 그룹(Group 1) 및 제2 그룹(Group 2) 각각에서 대표 전자 기기(D3 및 S2)를 정하고, 상기 대표 전자 기기들(D3 및 S2)로부터 수신되는 쿠폰 검색 요청에 응답하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행한다.
그런 다음, 상기 소셜 커머스 서버(300)는, 도 34의 (c)에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 그룹(Group 1)에 포함된 전자 기기들로는 제1 대표 전자 기기(D3)의 쿠폰 검색 요청에 대한 쿠폰 검색 결과를 전송하고, 제2 그룹(Group 2)에 포함된 전자 기기들로는 제2 대표 전자 기기(S2)의 쿠폰 검색 요청에 대한 쿠폰 검색 결과를 전송한다.
이상에서 살펴본, 본 발명에 따른 전자 기기(100)의 쿠폰 검색 방법들 각각은 다양한 컴퓨터 수단을 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 상기 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 상기 매체에 기록되는 프로그램은 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 당업자에게 공지되어 사용 가능한 것일 수도 있다.
컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체의 예에는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체(magnetic media), CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체(optical media), 플롭티컬 디스크(floptical disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(magneto-optical media), 및 롬(ROM), 램(RAM), 플래시 메모리 등과 같은 프로그램 명령을 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다. 프로그램의 예에는 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드를 포함한다. 상기된 하드웨어 장치는 본 발명의 동작을 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 상기의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다.
그러므로, 본 발명의 범위는 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니되며, 후술하는 특허청구범위뿐 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 콘텐츠로부터 추출되는 검색 팩터에 기초하여 쿠폰 검색을 수행할 수 있는 전자 기기 및 소셜 커머스 서버가 제공될 수 있다.

  1. 외부와의 통신 기능을 제공하는 통신부; 및
    상기 통신부를 통하여 수신된 콘텐츠로부터 검색 키워드를 추출하고, 소셜 커머스(Social commerce) 네트워크 접속하여 상기 검색 키워드에 대응되는 상품에 대한 쿠폰을 검색하며, 쿠폰 검색 결과를 미리 정해진 다른 전자 기기로 전송하는 제어부를 포함하는 전자 기기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 기기는,
    상기 콘텐츠를 출력하는 출력부를 더 포함하며,

    상기 검색 팩터를 이용하여 미리 정해진 특정 영역에 대한 쿠폰 검색을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 특정 영역은,
    상기 전자 기기의 위치 및 사용자의 설정 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 미리 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
  21. 동일한 콘텐츠를 제공받고 있는 복수의 전자 기기로부터 쿠폰 검색 요청을 수신하는 통신부; 및
    상기 복수의 전자 기기 중 하나의 전자 기기로부터 수신된 쿠폰 검색 요청에 대해서만 쿠폰 검색을 수행하고, 상기 쿠폰 검색 결과를 상기 통신부를 통하여 상기 복수의 전자 기기 모두로 전송하는 제어부를 포함하는 소셜 커머스 서버.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,
    상기 복수의 전자 기기들로부터 수신되는 콘텐츠 부가 정보에 기초하여 상기 복수의 전자 기기들이 상기 동일한 콘텐츠를 제공받고 있는지를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소셜 커머스 서버.
