用户设备 ( User Equipment, 简称为 UE )也可称为终端在接入网络时需 要执行接入控制, 用于判断能否发起业务请求, 避免引发网络侧的过载如随 机接入过载或信令过载。 通用移动通信系统 (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System , 简称为 UMTS )中的网络侧会广播系统消息, 其 中包含接入等级控制( Access Class Barred, 简称为 ACB )参数, 对于不同的 接入等级, 网络侧广播对应的 ACB参数, ACB参数配置的方式包括枚举型 包括禁止(barred )和允许(not barred )两种。 如果用户设备需要发起业务请 求,用户设备首先需要核对所接入小区广播的 ACB参数是否禁止自己所属的 接入等级, 如果禁止, 则用户设备不能发起业务请求; 如果没有禁止, 则可 以发起业务请求。
长期演进( Long Term Evolution, 简称为 LTE )系统中的网络侧也会广播 ACB参数, 对于 AC 0 ~ 9 的终端, 网络侧会广播 ACB参数接入比例因子 ( ac-Barring Factor )用于控制用户设备接入网络的几率。 UE在需要发起业务 请求时, 随机产生一个 0到 1之间均匀分布的数 ( RAND ) , 如果该 RAND 低于接入比例因子, 则 UE可以发起业务请求; 否则 UE不能发起业务请求。
在物联网的实现过程中, 引入了大量的机器类通信设备 ( Machine Type Communication Device, 简称为 MD ) 。 这些设备由于数量众多, 远远超过现 有的用户设备的数量, 网络侧为了防止信令过载或随机接入过载等, 引入了 扩展接入控制 (Extended Access Barring, 简称为 EAB )机制, 适用于 EAB 的用户设备 ( UE的 USIM卡中包含 EAB的配置, UE configured with EAB ) 需要依据网络侧广播的 EAB参数判断是否允许接入网络发起业务请求。 在现有的网络中, 除了普通的宏基站, 还引入了家庭基站。 家庭基站作 为私人用户的专属资源被部署在家庭、 团体、 公司或者是学校等私人场所使 用, 能够给用户提供各种高速无线接入服务并提供资费上的优惠, 同时弥补 原有蜂窝无线通信系统覆盖不足的矛盾。
目前, 家庭基站主要有三种接入模式: 开放的、 封闭的和混合的。 开放 模式的家庭基站允许所有的用户接入,此时的家庭基站小区就相当于宏小区。 封闭模式的家庭基站只允许经过授权的用户接入, 如家庭成员、 团体成员等 用户, 这些经过授权的用户称为非公开授权用户组或封闭用户组 (Closed Subscriber Group, 简称 CSG ) ,授权信息保存于 UE的用户识别卡( Universal Subscriber Identity Module, 简称 USIM )中。 混合模式家庭基站允许所有的用 户接入, 但对于属于该 CSG用户组的用户享有优先或优惠的条件。 相对于宏 基站 (NodeB或者 eNodeB)覆盖下的小区称为宏小区, 家庭基站覆盖下的小区 称为封闭用户组(CSG )小区, 具有 CSG标识。 UE通过判断 CSG小区所属 家庭基站的接入模式和 /或保存于 USIM卡中的允许 CSG列表( Allowed CSG list或 CSG whitelist )信息, 可以判断某 CSG小区是否允许自己接入。对于一 个特定的 UE, 允许其接入的 CSG小区通常数量有限, 因此 UE可以本地保 存那些曾经接入过的 CSG小区的信息,称为足迹信息(footprint/fingerprint ) , 通过此信息, UE可以在重选和切换时准确而快速的进入 CSG小区。
家庭基站在应对大量的机器类通信设备时也会配置 EAB参数,以便对这 些设备可能引发的信令过载或随机接入过载进行控制。 在家庭基站中存在着 成员用户、 非成员用户、 适用于 EAB的成员用户、 以及适用于 EAB的非成 员用户, 如果在出现拥塞时, 不区别对待不同类型的用户, 而配置一套 EAB 参数实施接入判决, 会使成员用户也很难接入该家庭基站小区, 与成员用户 优先接入的要求相矛盾。 发明内容

如图 1所示, 接入系统包括家庭基站和用户设备。 家庭基站包括系统消 息广播模块, 用户终端包括接入控制模块。 本方案可以对接入网络的成员用 户和非成员用户区别对待, 下面提供方案一和方案二。
方案一:
如图 2所示, 家庭基站场景下的接入方法包括: 混合模式家庭基站在封 闭用户组小区内广播携带一套或者多套扩展接入控制 (EAB )参数的系统消 息, 并通过所述系统消息指示所述 EAB参数适用的用户终端的类型, 以使得 位于所述封闭用户组小区内并且适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端或非成员 用户终端在接入所述封闭用户组小区时根据所述系统消息判断是否根据所述 EAB参数进行接入判决。 具体的,所述系统消息指示所述 ΕΑΒ参数应用于适用扩展接入控制的成 员用户终端时,适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端根据所述 ΕΑΒ参数进行接 入判决; 所述系统消息指示所述 ΕΑΒ参数应用于适用扩展接入控制的非成员 用户终端时,适用扩展接入控制的非成员用户终端根据所述 ΕΑΒ参数进行接 入判决。

具体实施例一
本具体实施例描述了 LTE 系统中混合模式家庭基站实施接入控制的方 法。
LTE系统中的家庭基站 1是混合模式的, 在该家庭基站所辖小区 (小区 1 )的系统消息中包含了 CSG标识(即 CSG ID,本实施例中 CSG ID用 CSG— 1 表示)以及其中 CSG指示(csg-Indication )设置为 False。 其它情况下, 如果 CSG指示 (csg-Indication )设置为 True, 则表明该小区是封闭模式的。
在小区 1所覆盖的范围内, 存在着普通的用户设备(不适用于 EAB的用 户设备 )和适用于 EAB的用户设备。 如果接入小区 1的用户设备较少, 小区 1的负载较轻, 小区 1可以不配置 EAB参数, 即在系统消息中不设置 EAB参 数。 此时所有的用户设备通过小区 1接入网络时均需要按照小区 1广播的接 入等级控制 (Access Class Barred, 简称为 ACB )参数实施接入判决。
随着接入小区 1的用户设备增加, 小区 1的负载增加, 此时网络可以决 定配置 EAB参数, 即在系统消息中设置了 EAB参数。 通常 EAB参数的设置 比 ACB参数设置的严格, 以便使适用于 EAB的用户设备难于接入网络, 从 而使得网络能够预留足够的资源供普通的用户使用。
本实施例中, 小区 1配置了一套 EAB参数, 并且配置此 EAB参数适用 的用户终端的指示信息为非成员用户, 此实施例中指示信息釆用明确的数值 方式, 用 "1"表示针对的是非成员用户。
消息格式为:
EAB参数 a +指示信息 "1" (非成员用户) ;
小区 1配置 EAB参数后, 适用于 EAB的非成员用户设备需要依据系统 消息中的 EAB参数实施接入判决; 对于适用于 EAB的成员用户, 为了使其 更快的接入网络, 使其能够享受作为成员用户优先接入的权利, 这类用户不 需要依据 EAB参数实施接入判决, 而是依据系统消息中广播的 ACB参数实 施接入判决。
具体的对于适用于 EAB的 UE1 , 该 UE1的 USIM卡中包含允许 CSG列 表( Allowed CSG list或 CSG whitelist ) , 其允许 CSG列表包含 CSG— 1 , 因 此 UE1判定自己是该混合模式家庭基站小区的成员用户( Member )。 当 UE1 需要发起业务时, UE1判断网络广播的 EAB参数不适应自己, 因此不需要执 行 EAB判决, 而是依据 ACB参数实施接入判决。
步骤 1 , UE1判断自己是成员用户, 且其适用于 EAB, UE1要发起随机 接入;
步骤 2, UE1判断系统信息中是否广播了 EAB参数, 发现小区 1中广播 有 EAB参数, 判断该 EAB参数适用的用户终端的指示信息为非成员用户, 因此可以不执行 EAB判决。 步骤 3 , 执行 ACB判决。
对于适用于 EAB的 UE2, 该 UE2的 USIM卡中包含有允许 CSG列表 ( Allowed CSG list或 CSG whitelist ) , 其允许 CSG列表没有包含 CSG— 1 , 因此 UE2判定自己是该混合模式家庭基站小区的非成员用户( Non-Member )。 当 UE2需要发起业务时, UE2判断网络广播的 EAB参数适应自己, 需要执 行 EAB判决。
步骤 1 , UE2判断自己是非成员用户, 且其适用于 EAB, UE2要发起随 机接入;
步骤 2, UE2判断系统信息中是否广播了 EAB参数, 发现小区 1中广播 有 EAB参数, 进一步判断该 EAB参数适用的用户终端的指示信息为非成员 用户, 因此确定要执行 EAB判决。
步骤 3 , UE2根据 EAB参数执行 EAB判决。
具体实施例二
本具体实施例描述了 UMTS系统中混合模式家庭基站实施接入控制的方 法。
UMTS系统中的家庭基站 2是混合模式的, 在该家庭基站所辖小区 (小 区 2 ) 的系统消息中包含了 CSG标识(即 CSG ID, 本实施例中 CSG ID用 CSG_2表示) 以及 CSG指示 ( csg-Indication )设置为 False。
在小区 2所覆盖的范围内, 存在着普通的用户设备(不适用于 EAB的用 户设备 )和适用于 EAB的用户设备。 如果接入小区 2的用户设备较少, 小区 2的负载较轻, 小区 2可以不配置 EAB参数, 即在系统消息中不设置 EAB参 数。 此时所有的用户设备通过小区 2接入网络时均需要按照小区 2广播的接 入等级控制(Access Class Barred, 简称为 ACB )参数实施接入判决。 随着接 入小区 2的用户设备增加, 小区 2配置了 EAB参数, 即在系统消息中设置了 EAB参数。
本设施例中, 由于小区 2负载较重, 网络决定针对非成员用户和成员用 户同时执行 EAB控制, 成员用户的控制相对较轻。 小区 2 同时配置了两套 EAB参数, 分别针对适用于 EAB的非成员用户和适用于 EAB的成员用户。 消息格式为:
EAB参数 1 +指示信息 "1 " (非成员用户);
EAB参数 2 +指示信息 "0" (成员用户);
UE1和 UE2位于小区 2中处于空闲状态,其中 UE1的 USIM卡中包含允 许 CSG列表(Allowed CSG list或 CSG whitelist ) , 其允许 CSG列表包含 CSG— 2 , 因此 UE1 判定自 己是该混合模式家庭基站小区的成员用户 ( Member ) 。 UE2的 USIM卡中不包含允许 CSG列表, 因此 UE2判定自己 是该混合模式家庭基站小区的非成员用户。
UE1和 UE2在执行随机接入过程时, 依据系统广播的 EAB参数进行判 断, 判断过程同实施例 1。 不过此时系统广播了两套 EAB参数, UE1将选择 成员用户对应的 EAB参数 2进行 EAB判决, UE2将选择非成员用户对应的 EAB参数 1进行 EAB判决。
本具体实施例中, 家庭基站 2通过配置两套 EAB参数以及相应的指示信 息, 可以对成员用户和非成员用户进行区别对待, 有助于家庭基站根据自身 的负载动态的调整接入控制参数, 达到控制不同类型用户设备接入网络的目 的。
方案二:
混合模式家庭基站的接入控制方法包括:

步骤 302, UE1依据 ACB参数执行初始接入判决: 现有的 ACB参数包 括 ACB参数接入比例因子 ( ac - barring factor ) , EAB参数也可以釆用接入 比例因子如 EAB参数接入比例因子( eac - barring factor ) 。 对于 UE1 , 只需 要依据 ACB参数接入比例因子 ( ac - barring factor ) 实施接入判决, 而不是 依据 EAB参数接入比例因子 ( eac - barring factor ) 实施接入判决。 通常适用 于 EAB的 UE发起的业务均为允许延时( Delay Tolerant )、或低优先级( Low Priority )的业务, 而普通 UE发起的业务均为正常优先级的、 或紧急业务(最 高优先级), 家庭基站 1为了使高优先级的业务能够顺利开展, 会把 EAB参 数接入比例因子 (eac - barring factor )设置的比 ACB参数接入比例因子 ( ac - barring factor )小。 UE1实施接入判决时, 生成一个 0到 1之间均匀分布的 随机数 RAND , 只有在该 RAND小于接入比例因子时, UE1才允许接入当前 的小区, 发起随机接入, 进而发起业务请求。 UE1依据数值更大的 ACB参数 接入比例因子( ac - barring factor ) 实施接入判决, 可以增加接入判决的成功 性, 使得成员用户能够尽快的享受优先接入的权利。
步骤 303 , UE1依据 ΕΑΒ参数实施初始接入判决。

本具体实施例描述了 UMTS系统中混合模式家庭基站实施接入控制的方 法。

在本实施例中, 系统消息中新增了信元用于指示 EAB参数是否应用于适 用于 EAB的成员用户, 该信元可以釆用布尔( Boolean )类型, 如设置为 True 时,表示 EAB参数应用于适用于 EAB的成员用户、或应用于所有适用于 EAB 的用户;如果设置为 False,表示 EAB参数不应用于适用于 EAB的成员用户, 但应用于适用于 EAB的非成员用户。
UE1和 UE2位于小区 2中处于空闲状态,其中 UE1的 USIM卡中包含允 许 CSG列表(Allowed CSG list或 CSG whitelist ) , 其允许 CSG列表包含 CSG— 2 , 因此 UE1 判定自 己是该混合模式家庭基站小区的成员用户 ( Member ) 。 UE2的 USIM卡中不包含允许 CSG列表, 因此 UE2判定自己 不是该混合模式家庭基站小区的成员用户。
此时由于家庭基站 2测量获知小区 2的负载较低, 可以允许较多的用户 设备接入网络开展业务, 因此家庭基站 2设置指示 EAB参数是否应用于适用 于 EAB的成员用户的信元为 False,即 EAB参数不应用于适用于 EAB的成员 用户。 此时 UE1有业务需求, 需要发起 RRC连接, UE1依据系统消息中的 EAB参数、 或 ACB参数实施接入判决, 其具体步骤如图 4所示:
步骤 401 , UE1判断自己是否是成员用户, 如果是, 则执行步骤 402; 否 则执行步骤 404。
步骤 402, UE1判断指示 EAB参数是否应用于适用于 EAB的成员用户 的信元是否为 False, 如果是, 则执行步骤 403; 否则执行步骤 404。
步骤 403 , UE1依据 ACB参数实施初始接入判决。 由于此时指示 EAB 参数是否应用于适用于 EAB的成员用户的信元为 False, UE1作为成员用户, UE1不需要依据 EAB参数实施接入判决,而是依据 ACB参数实施接入判决。 此处 UE1依据 ACB参数实施接入判决的结果是允许, UE1发起 RRC连接请 求, 进而建立用于数据传输的无线接入承载。 在 UE1完成业务传输后, 家庭 基站 2将释放 UE1的 RRC连接, UE1重新进入空闲态, 仍然驻留于小区 2 中。
步骤 404, UE1依据 EAB参数实施初始接入判决。
经过一段时间后, 由于接入小区 2的用户设备数量很多, 家庭基站 2测 量获知小区 2的负载较高, 因此做出限制新的用户设备接入网络的决定, 特 别是限定适用于 EAB的用户设备接入网络的决定, 家庭基站 2设置小区 2的 此时, 如果 UE1或 UE2需要发起业务请求, 均需要依据 EAB参数实施接入 判决。 通常 EAB参数设置的比 ACB参数严格, 即 UE通过 EAB参数实施接 入判决的成功率低于通过 ACB参数实施接入判决的成功率。
本实施例中, 家庭基站 2通过新增的信元指示 EAB参数是否应用于适用 于 EAB的成员用户, 可以对成员用户和非成员用户进行区别对待, 有助于家 庭基站根据自身的负载动态的调整接入控制参数, 达到控制不同类型用户设 备接入网络的目的。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特 征可以相互任意组合。 当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性 本发明实施例可以对接入网络的成员用户和非成员用户区别对待, 不仅 可以有效控制负载, 还可以使成员用户顺利的接入网络。

Claims

1、 混合模式家庭基站的接入控制方法, 其包括:
混合模式家庭基站在封闭用户组小区内广播携带一套或者多套扩展接入 控制( EAB )参数的系统消息, 并通过所述系统消息指示所述 EAB参数适用 的用户终端的类型, 以使得位于所述封闭用户组小区内并且适用扩展接入控 制的成员用户终端或非成员用户终端在接入所述封闭用户组小区时根据所述 系统消息判断是否根据所述 EAB参数进行接入判决。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
通过所述系统消息指示所述 EAB 参数适用的用户终端的类型的步骤包 括:
所述系统消息中仅携带一套 EAB参数时, 该 EAB参数应用于适用扩展 接入控制的非成员用户终端; 或者
所述系统消息中仅携带一套 EAB参数时, 该 EAB参数应用于适用扩展 接入控制的成员用户终端; 或者
所述系统消息中携带两套 EAB参数时, 第一套 EAB参数应用于适用扩 展接入控制的成员用户终端,第二套 EAB参数应用于适用扩展接入控制的非 成员用户终端; 或者
所述系统消息中携带两套 EAB参数时, 第一套 EAB参数应用于适用扩 展接入控制的非成员用户终端,第二套 EAB参数应用于适用扩展接入控制的 成员用户终端; 或者
所述系统消息中携带与 EAB参数对应的用户终端类型指示信息,所述用 户类型指示信息标示与其对应的 EAB 参数应用于适用扩展接入控制的成员 用户终端或非成员用户终端。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其还包括:
所述系统消息指示所述 EAB 参数应用于适用扩展接入控制的成员用户 终端时, 适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端根据所述 EAB 参数进行接入判 决; 所述系统消息指示所述 EAB 参数应用于适用扩展接入控制的非成员用 户终端时,适用扩展接入控制的非成员用户终端根据所述 EAB参数进行接入 判决。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其还包括:
位于所述封闭用户组小区内并且适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端判断 所述系统消息中未携带适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端的 EAB参数时,根 据接入等级控制 (ACB )参数进行接入判决;
位于所述封闭用户组小区内并且适用扩展接入控制的非成员用户终端判 断所述系统消息中未携带适用扩展接入控制的非成员用户终端的 EAB 参数 时, 根据接入等级控制 (ACB )参数进行接入判决。
5、 一种家庭基站场景下的家庭基站, 其包括系统消息广播模块; 所述系统消息广播模块设置为: 在封闭用户组小区内广播携带一套或者 多套扩展接入控制 (EAB )参数的系统消息, 并通过所述系统消息指示所述 EAB参数适用的用户终端的类型, 以使得位于所述封闭用户组小区内并且适 用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端或非成员用户终端在接入所述封闭用户组小 区时根据所述系统消息判断是否根据所述 EAB参数进行接入判决。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的家庭基站, 其中,
所述系统消息广播模块是设置为釆用如下任意一种方式通过所述系统消 息指示所述 EAB参数适用的用户终端的类型:
方式一, 所述系统消息中仅携带一套 EAB参数时, 该 EAB参数应用于 适用扩展接入控制的非成员用户终端;
方式二, 所述系统消息中仅携带一套 EAB参数时, 该 EAB参数应用于 适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端;
方式三, 所述系统消息中携带两套 EAB参数时, 第一套 EAB参数应用 于适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端,第二套 EAB参数应用于适用扩展接入 控制的非成员用户终端;
方式四, 所述系统消息中携带两套 EAB参数时, 第一套 EAB参数应用 于适用扩展接入控制的非成员用户终端,第二套 EAB参数应用于适用扩展接 入控制的成员用户终端;
方式五, 所述系统消息中携带与 EAB 参数对应的用户终端类型指示信 息,所述用户类型指示信息标示与其对应的 EAB参数应用于适用扩展接入控 制的成员用户终端或非成员用户终端。
7、 一种用户终端, 包括接入控制模块, 其中,
所述接入控制模块设置为: 在所述用户终端作为位于混合模式家庭基站 管辖的封闭用户组小区内并且适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端或非成员用 户终端时, 在接入所述封闭用户组小区的过程中, 根据所述混合模式家庭基 站广播的指示扩展接入控制 (EAB )参数适用的用户终端的类型的系统消息 判断是否根据所述系统消息携带的 EAB参数进行接入判决。
8、 如权利要求 7所述用户终端, 其中,
所述接入控制模块还设置为:
在所述用户终端作为位于混合模式家庭基站管辖的封闭用户组小区内并 且适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端时,判断所述系统消息指示所述 EAB参 数应用于适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端时,根据所述 EAB参数进行接入 判决;
在所述用户终端作为位于混合模式家庭基站管辖的封闭用户组小区内并 且适用扩展接入控制的非成员用户终端时, 判断所述系统消息指示所述 EAB 参数应用于适用扩展接入控制的非成员用户终端时,根据所述 EAB参数进行 接入判决。
9、 如权利要求 7所述用户终端, 其中,
所述接入控制模块还设置为根据以下方式中的任意一种识别所述 EAB 参数适用的用户终端的类型:
方式一, 所述系统消息中仅携带一套 EAB参数时, 该 EAB参数应用于 适用扩展接入控制的非成员用户终端;
方式二, 所述系统消息中仅携带一套 EAB参数时, 该 EAB参数应用于 适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端;
方式三, 所述系统消息中携带两套 EAB参数时, 第一套 EAB参数应用 于适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端,第二套 EAB参数应用于适用扩展接入 控制的非成员用户终端;
方式四, 所述系统消息中携带两套 EAB参数时, 第一套 EAB参数应用 于适用扩展接入控制的非成员用户终端,第二套 EAB参数应用于适用扩展接 入控制的成员用户终端;
方式五, 所述系统消息中携带与 EAB 参数对应的用户终端类型指示信 息,所述用户类型指示信息标示与其对应的 EAB参数应用于适用扩展接入控 制的成员用户终端或非成员用户终端。
10、 一种家庭基站场景下的接入系统, 包括权利要求 5或 6所述的家庭 基站以及权利要求 7、 8或 9所述的用户终端。
11、 混合模式家庭基站的接入控制方法, 其包括:
位于混合模式家庭基站管辖的封闭用户组小区内并且适用扩展接入控制 的成员用户终端在接入所述封闭用户组小区时, 根据所述家庭基站广播的系 统消息中的接入等级控制 (ACB )参数进行接入判决;
或者,
混合模式家庭基站在封闭用户组小区内广播系统消息, 所述系统消息中 携带扩展接入控制(EAB )参数和指示所述 EAB参数是否应用于适用扩展接 入控制参数的成员用户终端的指示信息, 位于所述封闭用户组小区内并且适 用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端在接入所述封闭用户组小区时, 根据所述指 示信息判断是否根据所述 EAB参数进行接入判决。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的方法, 其中,
所述成员用户终端根据所述指示信息判断是否根据所述 EAB 参数进行 接入判决的步骤包括:
所述指示信息表明所述 EAB 参数应用于适用扩展接入控制参数的成员 用户终端时, 所述成员用户终端根据所述 EAB参数进行接入判决;
所述指示信息表明所述 EAB 参数不应用于适用扩展接入控制参数的成 员用户终端时, 所述成员用户终端根据所述家庭基站广播的系统消息中的接 入等级控制 (ACB )参数进行接入判决。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的方法, 其中,
所述系统消息中包括 EAB 参数适用成员用户指示信元用于携带所述指 示信息。
14、 如权利要求 11所述的方法, 其中,
所述成员用户终端是指允许封闭用户组列表中包含所述封闭用户组小区 广播的封闭用户组标识的用户终端。
15、 一种用户终端, 其包括接入控制模块; 其中,
所述接入控制模块设置为: 在所述用户终端作为位于混合模式家庭基站 管辖的封闭用户组小区内并且适用扩展接入控制的成员用户终端时, 在接入 所述封闭用户组小区的过程中,
根据所述家庭基站广播的系统消息中的接入等级控制 ( ACB )参数进行 接入判决, 或者, 根据混合模式家庭基站在封闭用户组小区内广播的系统消 息中携带的指示所述 EAB 参数是否应用于适用扩展接入控制参数的成员用 户终端的指示信息判断是否根据所述系统消息中携带的扩展接入控制(EAB ) 参数进行接入判决。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的用户终端, 其中,
所述接入控制模块还设置为:在所述指示信息表明所述 EAB参数应用于 适用扩展接入控制参数的成员用户终端时, 根据所述 EAB 参数进行接入判 决;在所述指示信息表明所述 EAB参数不应用于适用扩展接入控制参数的成 员用户终端时,根据所述家庭基站广播的系统消息中的接入等级控制( ACB ) 参数进行接入判决。
17、 如权利要求 15所述的用户终端, 其中,
所述系统消息中包括 EAB 参数适用成员用户指示信元用于携带所述指 示信息。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的用户终端, 其中,
所述成员用户终端是指允许封闭用户组列表中包含所述封闭用户组小区 广播的封闭用户组标识的用户终端。
19、 一种混合模式家庭基站, 其包括系统消息广播模块, 其中, 所述系统消息广播模块设置为: 在小区内广播系统消息, 所述系统消息 中携带扩展接入控制(EAB )参数和指示所述 EAB参数是否应用于适用扩展 接入控制参数的成员用户终端的指示信息。
20、 混合模式家庭基站的接入控制系统, 其包括所述权利要求 15、 16、 17或 18所述的用户终端以及权利要求 19所述的混合模式家庭基站。
