Abstract
一种一体式垫片节水片,包括一体成型且沿轴向布置的节水段(10)和垫片段(20);垫片段(20)具有周向伸出节水段(10)之外的伸出部分,伸出部分形成为垫片;节水段(10)具有一节水座(14)和至少一凸设在节水座(14)上的凸台(11),凸台(11)上设一轴向贯穿节水段(10)和垫片段(10)的通水孔(12),凸台(11)在水压作用下能产生变形以改变通水孔(12)过水面积。以及一种采用上述节水片的节水装置,包括软管(300),进水接头(200)和节水片。节水片设在二管件连接处,在水压作用下,垫片段实现二管件连接处密封及节水片定位锁接。该节水片及节水装置可在不同压力条件下实现较好的流量控制效果。
Description
本发明涉及一体式垫片节水片及节水装置。
随着经济发展和城市化进程的加快,城市缺水范围不断扩大,缺水程度日趋严重,合理利用水资源,避免洁净水的浪费,是社会发展的重要战略问题。现有的出水装置上,一般仅设有单纯的阀门,其出水量一般由水管的管径决定,而由于现有的管径一般较大,因此在开启阀门时,大量的水流从中喷射而出,造成大量的浪费,仅仅依靠供水管路的大小来限制其最大流量,或在使用时,通过控制阀门的开关角度来调节水流量的大小,这种操作节流效果不佳,操作不便,往往只需要小流量的时候却开到大流量,有的为了图方便根本就不去控制流量。
针对上述不足,有人提出了一种节水片的技术方案。所述节水片由带弹性性能的塑胶制成,它包括节水座和凸设在节水座上的凸台,所述凸台上设一轴向贯穿的通水孔,所述凸台在水压作用下能产生变形以改变通水孔过水面积。使用时,所述节水片装设在二管件连接处,为了保证节水片定位锁接和二管件连接处密封问题,必须在二管件连接处设垫片和卡接件,节水片设在垫片和卡接件之间,利用垫片保证二管件的连接处密封,利用卡接件定位垫片和节水片,存在有如下不足:1、零部件多,成本高,资源浪费;2、结构复杂,装配不便。
本发明提供了一种一体式垫片节水片及节水装置,以克服背景技术中节水片所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案之一是:
一体式垫片节水片,它具有一体成型且沿轴向布置的节水段(10)和垫片段(20);所述垫片段(20)具有周向伸出节水段(10)之外的伸出部分,所述伸出部分形成为垫片;所述节水段(10)具有一节水座(14)和至少一凸设在节水座(14)上的凸台(11),所述凸台(11)上设一轴向贯穿节水段(10)和垫片段(20)的通水孔(12),所述凸台(11)在水压作用下能产生变形以改变通水孔(12)过水面积。
一较佳实施例之中:所述节水片材质为带弹性性能的塑胶。
一较佳实施例之中:所述节水座(14)的顶面设置有数个凸台(11),所述每一凸台(11)上设置一通水孔(12)。
一较佳实施例之中:所述凸台(11)为圆形。
一较佳实施例之中:所述节水座(14)呈长条状,所述节水座(14)设沿长度方向布置的多个凸台(11)。
一较佳实施例之中:所述节水段(10)还包括一固座(13),所述垫片段(20)设在固座(13)之下,所述节水座(14)设在固座(13)上。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案之二是:
节水装置,它包括一软管(300)、一进水接头(200)和一节水片(100),所述软管(300)和进水接头(200)装接且接通;所述节水片(100)为一体式垫片节水片(100),所述节水片(100)具有一体成型且沿轴向布置的节水段(10)和垫片段(20);所述垫片段(20)具有周向伸出节水段(10)之外的伸出部分,所述伸出部分形成为垫片;所述节水段(10)具有一节水座(14)和至少一凸设在节水座(14)上的凸台(11),所述凸台(11)上设一轴向贯穿节水段(10)和垫片段(20)的通水孔(12),所述凸台(11)在水压作用下能产生变形以改变通水孔(12)过水面积;
所述节水片(100)连接在软管(300)和进水接头(200)的连接处,且,所述垫片段(20)的垫片密封连接软管(300)或进水接头(200)的内孔。
一较佳实施例之中:所述软管(300)配合端装接在进水接头(200)配合端内孔内;所述垫片段(20)端面密封靠接在软管(300)的端面,所述垫片段(20)的垫片周缘密封靠接在进水接头(200)内孔。
一较佳实施例之中:所述进水接头(200)的配合端的内孔设一朝内的环形凸台(201);所述软管(300)的配合端径向向外延伸成环形凸缘(301),所述环形凸缘(301)挂接在环形凸台(201)之上;所述垫片段(20)的端面密封连接在环形凸缘(301)之上。
一较佳实施例之中:所述节水片(100)材质为带弹性性能的塑胶。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1、节水段下设设垫片段,垫片段轴向伸出节水段之外的伸出部分形成为垫片,使用时,节水片设在二管件连接处,在水压作用下,垫片段端面密封靠接在某一管件的端面,垫片段周面密封靠接在另一管件的内孔,从而实现二管件连接处密封及节水片定位锁接,以此节省了背景技术中需增设垫片和卡接件的技术问题,而且,具有产生如下技术效果:a、在水压变大时,通水孔过水面积缩小实现节水,垫片段受压力变大密封性能更佳;b、拆装方便,免去了节水片装配这道工序;c、结构简单,通用性强、加工方便、生产速度快,更换简易。
2、节水座呈长条状,节水座设沿长度方向布置的多个凸台,变形大,节水效果佳;
3、节水段还包括固座,垫片段设在固座之下,节水座设在固座上,提升密封、节水效果。

实施例1,请查阅图1及图2,一体式垫片节水片100,它具有一体成型沿轴向布置的节水段10和垫片段20。本实施例之中,该节水片100连接在软管300和进水接头200的连接处。
所述节水段10具有一成圆形的固座13、一设在固座13之上的节水座14和至少一凸设在节水座14上的凸台11。所述节水段10位于垫片段20中心部分,所述垫片段20具有周向伸出垫片段20的固座13之外的伸出部分,该伸出部分形成为垫片。所述节水座14呈长条状,所述节水座14设沿长度方向布置的多个凸台11,而且,最好,每相邻二凸台11之间的部分所对应的节水座14侧面的位置内凹形成弧形凹状,节水座14长度方向二端设成弧形。所述每一凸台11上设一轴向贯穿节水段10和垫片段20的通水孔12,该凸台11在水压作用下能产生变形并改变通水孔12过水面积。本实施例之中,所述凸台11呈圆柱,但并不以此为限,根据需要也可选方形、椭圆形等;本实施例之中,所述通水孔12呈两端大中部小的腰形,但并不以此为限,根据需要也可选方形、椭圆形等。
实施例2,查阅图4,一种节水装置,它包括一软管300、一进水接头200和一节水片100,所述软管300和进水接头200装接且接通,所述进水接头200的内孔的配合端设一朝内的环形凸台201;所述软管300的配合端径向向外延伸成环形凸301,所述环形凸缘301挂接在环形凸台201之上。所述节水片100装设在进水接头200和软管300之间,其中:所述节水片100的垫片段20的伸出部分(垫片)端面密封连接在环形凸缘301之上,而且,外回转面密封连接在进水接头200内孔。
节水片100的具体结构与实施例1相同。
打开后,如果流经通水孔12的水流量较大,水压较大,在水压的作用下,凸台11两侧的压力远远大于通水孔12的周缘压力,导致通水孔12受压变形,随着水流量的逐渐增加,通水孔12则形成一个在中部收缩的2个类圆形孔,其通过节水片100的水流量逐渐减小;如果流经通水孔12的水流量较小,水压较小,通水孔12会慢慢恢复到松弛状态,使其水流量不会骤然减小,从而将水流量维持在一个相当稳定的水平。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
本发明一体式垫片节水片及节水装置,巧妙的将节水片与垫片设计为一体,使用方便、结构简单,节能效果显著,具有良好的工业实用性。

- 一体式垫片节水片,其特征在于:它具有一体成型且沿轴向布置的节水段(10)和垫片段(20);所述垫片段(20)具有周向伸出节水段(10)之外的伸出部分,所述伸出部分形成为垫片;所述节水段(10)具有一节水座(14)和至少一凸设在节水座(14)上的凸台(11),所述凸台(11)上设一轴向贯穿节水段(10)和垫片段(20)的通水孔(12),所述凸台(11)在水压作用下能产生变形以改变通水孔(12)过水面积。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一体式垫片节水片,其特征在于:所述节水片材质为带弹性性能的塑胶。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一体式垫片节水片,其特征在于:所述节水座(14)的顶面设置有数个凸台(11),所述每一凸台(11)上设置一通水孔(12)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一体式垫片节水片,其特征在于:所述凸台(11)为圆形。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一体式垫片节水片,其特征在于:所述节水座(14)呈长条状,所述节水座(14)设沿长度方向布置的多个凸台(11)。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一体式垫片节水片,其特征在于:所述节水段(10)还包括一固座(13),所述垫片段(20)设在固座(13)之下,所述节水座(14)设在固座(13)上。
- 节水装置,它包括一软管(300)、一进水接头(200)和一节水片(100),所述软管(300)和进水接头(200)装接且接通,其特征在于:所述节水片(100)为一体式垫片节水片(100),所述节水片(100)具有一体成型且沿轴向布置的节水段(10)和垫片段(20);所述垫片段(20)具有周向伸出节水段(10)之外的伸出部分,所述伸出部分形成为垫片;所述节水段(10)具有一节水座(14)和至少一凸设在节水座(14)上的凸台(11),所述凸台(11)上设一轴向贯穿节水段(10)和垫片段(20)的通水孔(12),所述凸台(11)在水压作用下能产生变形以改变通水孔(12)过水面积;所述节水片(100)连接在软管(300)和进水接头(200)的连接处,且,所述垫片段(20)的垫片密封连接软管(300)或进水接头(200)的内孔。
- 根据权利要求7所述的节水装置,其特征在于:所述软管(300)配合端装接在进水接头(200)配合端内孔内;所述垫片段(20)端面密封靠接在软管(300)的端面,所述垫片段(20)的垫片周缘密封靠接在进水接头(200)内孔。
- 根据权利要求8所述的节水装置,其特征在于:所述进水接头(200)的配合端的内孔设一朝内的环形凸台(201);所述软管(300)的配合端径向向外延伸成环形凸缘(301),所述环形凸缘(301)挂接在环形凸台(201)之上;所述垫片段(20)的端面密封连接在环形凸缘(301)之上。
- 根据权利要求7或8或9所述的节水装置,其特征在于:所述节水片(100)材质为带弹性性能的塑胶。
