Abstract
광학 패키지 장치는 입력 광섬유로부터 수신한 광신호를 평행하게 투사시키는 제 1 렌즈; 상기 제 1 렌즈를 통해 투사된 광신호를 아이솔레이터로 전달하되 상기 광신호를 분기시키는 탭 커플러 필터; 상기 분기된 광신호를 센싱하는 포토 다이오드; 상기 탭 커플러 필터로부터 수신한 광신호의 흐름 방향을 고정시키는 아이솔레이터; 펌핑광을 생성하는 펌프 레이저 다이오드; 상기 펌핑광과 상기 아이솔레이터를 통과한 광신호를 결합하는 파장 분할 멀리플렉서 및 상기 펌핑광이 결합된 광신호를 출력 광섬유로 평행하게 투사시키는 제 2 렌즈를 포함한다.
