Abstract

Disposição construtiva em liquidificador que proporciona rotação constante, com rotação superior a 3600 rpm nas lâminas do liquidificador, independente da textura dos alimentos triturados e reduz o nível de ruído através da substituição do motor de corrente alternada (CA) por motor de corrente contínua (CC), alimentado por uma única fonte, e conter o circuito de campo e armadura ligados em paralelo, como nos motores do tipo "Shunt" e nos motores do tipo "compound".
