Description

의자형 좌훈기
본 발명은 의자형 좌훈기에 관한 것으로, 특히 좌훈시 편안한 자세로 앉아 사용자의 다리 및 허리 등 신체에 가해지는 피로감을 최소화할 수 있는 의자형 좌훈기에 관한 것이다.
좌훈요법은 옛날부터 내려오는 침술, 뜸과 더불어 가정에서도 간편하게 할 수 있는 민간요법 중 하나로서, 여러 가지 약재를 요강 등에 넣고 이를 태워 발행하는 증기를 여성 생식기나 회음혈 쪽으로 쐬는 치료 요법을 말하는 것이다. 좌훈요법은 주로 여성들의 냉증, 외음부 소양증, 질염, 가려움증, 생리불순, 자궁암예방 등 각종 부인병 개선과 출산으로 인해 이완된 자궁 및 질 수축을 도와주고 출산 후 질병을 예방하는 민간요법으로 사용되어 왔다. 최근에는 여성들의 다이어트에도 사용되고 있는데 원적외선이 깊숙이 스며들어 세포조직, 혈액순환을 활성화시켜 지방질을 분해하여 체중관리에 도움을 준다고 알려져 있다. 이에 최근에는 쑥 좌훈 요법 뿐만 아니라 녹차 좌훈요법, 수증기 좌훈요법, 허브 좌훈요법 등이 개발되어 왔다.
특히, 황토옹기를 사용하여 좌훈 시에는 황토옹기에서 방사되는 유익한 원적외선이 인체에 흡수되어 신진대사를 원활히 이루어지도록 하며 숯이 연소하면서 발생하는 원적외선이 황토 옹기에서 발생하는 원적외선과 좌훈제의 연기가 합쳐져 더욱 큰 효과를 볼 수 있다.
최근 여러 종류의 좌훈기가 개발되기 이전에는 요강 등에 여러 가지 약재를 넣어 증기를 발생시켜 그 위에 앉아 좌훈 하였으나, 오랜 시간 좌훈을 하다 보면 둔부와 접촉하는 부분에 집중하중을 가하여 통증을 일으키며, 쪼그리고 앉게 되므로 자세가 불편하므로 다리가 저리는 등 사용자의 하체에 피로가 가해질 뿐 아니라 장시간 좌훈 시에는 허리에도 통증이 가해져 효과적인 좌훈치료가 어려운 문제점이 있었다. 상기의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 황토 옹기 등을 사용하여 좌훈기의 높이를 다소 높게 하여 사용하였으나 역시 허리 등에 가해지는 피로감을 해소하기는 역부족이었다.
국내등록실용신안 등록번호 제 20-236264에는 냄비형상의 용기에 걸개를 형성하여 양변기 속에 넣어 사용할 수 있는 좌훈 용기가 개진되어있다. 이 방법은 가스렌지 등에서 끓인 후 화장실로 옮겨 오는 과정이 번거로우며 자칫하여 옮기는 과정에서 용기를 놓치게 되면 뜨거운 용기로 인하여 화상을 입을 우려도 있다. 또한, 열원이 구비되어 있지 않으므로 장시간 유지되지 못해 오랜 시간 사용할 수 없다는 단점이 있다.
최근에는 삶의 질이 향상됨에 따라 위생과 밀접한 연관이 있는 화장실 문화가 크게 발달하게 되어 각 가정에 다양한 형태의 비데가 공급되고 있으며 이러한 비데에 좌훈장치를 연결한 좌훈기들이 개발되고 있다.
국내 등록특허 10-505766호와 등록실용신안 20-359772호에는 비데에 장착하여 사용할 수 있는 좌훈기를 설명하고 있는데 이러한 방법은 전자파나 환경호르몬 등이 방출될 우려가 있어 전통 좌훈요법과 같은 효과를 기대하기 어려울 뿐 아니라, 설치하기가 용이하지 않고 비싼 가격 때문에 쉽게 구입을 꺼리는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 하체와 허리의 피로를 줄이면서 편안하게 의자에 앉은 자세로 좌훈할 수 있는 전통 좌훈방법의 새로운 좌훈기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 지속적으로 열을 공급하면서 편안하게 장시간에 좌훈 요법을 시행할 수 있는 좌훈기를 제공하는 데 있다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 실시예는 사용자가 상체를 기댈 수 있는 등받이, 및 좌우 양측 전면으로 돌출된 팔걸이부(131)를 갖는 등받이부(130); 좌훈 시 둔부와 접촉하는 개구부(122)를 갖고 상기 등받이부(130)의 전면에 연결되며 하부에는 다수의 다리(121)를 구비하는 착석부(120); 및 상기 착석부(120)의 하부에서 상기 착석부(120)의 개구부(122)에 맞물리는 상부 훈증 배출구(141)를 통하여 훈연할 수 있는 훈증부(140)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자형 좌훈기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예에서 상기 등받이부(130)와 상기 착석부(120)의 결합부분에 회전가능하게 결합되고 상기 착석부(120)의 개구부(122)를 덮을 수 있는 착석판(110)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 실시예에서 상기 훈증부(140)는 점토, 세라믹, 플라스틱 중 어느 하나로 제작되고 외형 몸체가 볼록하고 내부 공간을 가진 항아리 형태인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 실시예에서 상기 훈증부(140)는 적어도 하나의 측면 일측에 다수의 공기구멍(141-2)으로 이루어진 다공부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 실시예에서 상기 훈증부(140)는 하부 공기 인입구(142-1)를 가진 하부판(142)을 더 포함하고, 상기 하부 공기 인입구(142-1)에 중첩하여 상기 하부판(142)의 상부 방향으로 약접시 받침대(143)와 약접시(144)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 실시예에서 상기 약접시 받침대(143)와 약접시(144)는 하부면에 다공(多孔) 또는 단공(單孔)을 형성한 황토옹기의 원형 용기인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 실시예에서 상기 착석부(120)는 상기 개구부(122)의 둘레 주변에 형성된 쿠션재(123)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기한 바와 같이 본 발명은 좌훈 시 등받이와 팔걸이를 통해 편안한 자세로 앉아 피로를 예방하면서도 하복부의 여러 질환을 치료할 수 있는 의자형 좌훈기를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 좌훈기는 의자형의 구성으로 좌훈 용기만으로 구성된 종래의 좌훈기와 달리 가정이나 업소에서 임의의 공간에 간편하게 설치하여 사용할 때마다 좌훈기를 욕실 등으로 옮겨야하는 번거로움을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 실시예는 사용자가 상체를 기댈 수 있는 등받이, 및 좌우 양측 전면으로 돌출된 팔걸이부(131)를 갖는 등받이부(130); 좌훈 시 둔부와 접촉하는 개구부(122)를 갖고 상기 등받이부(130)의 전면에 연결되며 하부에는 다수의 다리(121)를 구비하는 착석부(120); 및 상기 착석부(120)의 하부에서 상기 착석부(120)의 개구부(122)에 맞물리는 상부 훈증 배출구(141)를 통하여 훈연할 수 있는 훈증부(140)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자형 좌훈기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예에서 상기 등받이부(130)와 상기 착석부(120)의 결합부분에 회전가능하게 결합되고 상기 착석부(120)의 개구부(122)를 덮을 수 있는 착석판(110)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예를 상세하게 설명한다. 도 1은 본 발명의 의자형 좌훈기의 분해 사시도이고, 도 2a와 도 2b는 본 발명의 의자형 좌훈기에서 훈증통의 단면도와 하부를 확대한 단면도이다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 의자형 좌훈기(100)는 사용자가 상체를 기댈 수 있는 등받이부(130), 좌훈시 둔부와 접촉하고 개구부(122)를 갖는 착석부(120), 착석부(120)의 하부에서 훈연 재료를 태워 발생하는 연기가 착석부(120)의 개구부(122)를 통하여 훈증될 수 있는 훈증부(140)를 포함한다.
등받이부(130)는 착석부(120)와 일체로 결합될 수 있되, 좌훈시 사용자의 상체를 기댈 수 있고, 장시간 좌훈시 팔의 피로함과 저림 현상을 줄이기 위해 팔을 팔걸이부(131)에 걸칠 수 있어서 사용자가 편안하게 앉아서 좌훈을 즐길 수 있다. 여기서, 등받이부(130)는 편안함을 느낄 수 있도록 착석부(120)와 이루는 각도를 적절히 선택할 수 있고, 바람직하게는 사용자가 등받이의 각도를 조절하여 사용할 수 있으며, 사용자의 등이 닿는 부분에는 좀 더 안락감을 주기 위하여 쿠션재(도시하지 않음)를 부착할 수도 있다.
착석부(120)는 좌훈시 둔부와 접촉되는 부분으로 이후 설명할 훈증부(140)를 통하여 배출되는 증기를 여성 생식기나 회음혈 쪽으로 쐴 수 있도록 개구부(122)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 개구부(122)는 사용자가 좌훈시 좀 더 편안한 자세로 앉을 수 있도록 착석부(120)의 중앙에 위치하는 것이 바람직하며, 착석부(120)와 개구부(122)의 형태는 신체 중 회음부위에 좌훈이 적절하도록 원형으로 형성되는 것이 다른 형태보다 적절하다고 할 수 있다.
여기서, 착석부(120)에는 장시간 사용 시 둔부에 가해지는 자극을 방지하고자 선택적으로 쿠션재(123)를 부착할 수도 있다. 쿠션재(123)는 둔부와 접촉하는 개구부(122)의 주변에 형성할 수도 있고 착석부(120) 전체에 형성할 수도 있다.
또한, 착석부(120)는 선택적으로 등받이부(130)와 착석부(120)의 후측 결합부분에 회전 연결된 착석판(110)을 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 착석판(110)은 등받이부(130)와 착석부(120)의 결합 부분에 힌지 등으로 결합하여 등받이부(130)와 착석부(120) 사이에서 회전가능하게 구비되어 사용자가 의자형 좌훈기(100)를 좌훈 용도로 사용하지 않을 경우, 착석부(120)를 덮어서 일반 의자로 사용하도록 개구부(122)를 보이지 않게 덮어 미관상으로도 좋은 효과를 볼 수 있다.
착석부(120)의 하부에는 착석부(120)를 지지하여 의자형 좌훈기(100)의 안정감을 주는 다리부(121)를 구비하되, 예를 들면 착석부(120)의 하부면 말단 또는 말단 부근에 소정 간격으로 다수 개의 다리로 구비되거나, 측면 또는 정면, 후면에서 보았을 때 착석부(120)와 다리부(121)가 '∩∩'자로 이루도록 형성할 수도 있다.
훈증부(140)는 착석부(120)의 하부에 결합하되, 도 2a에 도시된 바와 같이 항아리 형태로 상부 훈증 배출구(141), 하부 공기 인입구(142-1)를 가진 하부판(142), 측면 일측에 구비된 다수의 공기구멍(141-2)으로 이루어진 다공부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
훈증부(140)는 내부 공기 순환이 원활하도록 외형 몸체가 볼록한 항아리 형태로서, 점토, 세라믹, 플라스틱 등으로 제작할 수 있고, 보다 효과적인 좌훈을 위해서는 원적외선이 발생하도록 전통적인 옹기로 제작하여 좌훈 효과를 높이고 훈증부(140) 내부로 산소공급이 원활하도록 하는 것이 좋다. 여기서, 훈증부(140)는 상부 훈증 배출구(141)가 착석부(120)의 개구부(122)와 맞물려 결합되거나, 또는 착석부(120)의 개구부(122)와 요홈 결합으로 탈부착될 수도 있다.
또한, 훈증부(140)의 몸체 길이는 지면으로부터 착석부(120) 까지의 높이와 같거나 다소 작을 수 있되, 지면으로부터 착석부(120)까지의 높이와 비교하여 현저히 작은 경우에는 훈증부(140)로부터 나오는 증기가 착석부(120)의 개구부(122)로 효과적으로 분출되는 데 어려움이 있을 수 있으므로 바람직하지 않을 수 있다.
이러한 훈증부(140)에 대해서, 도 2b에 도시된 바와 같이 훈증부(140) 내에서 하부 공기 인입구(142-1)를 가진 하부판(142)의 상부면, 즉 하부 공기 인입구(142-1)에 중첩하여 하부판(142)의 상부면에 약접시 받침대(143)와 약접시(144)를 장착할 수 있다.
여기서, 약접시 받침대(143)와 약접시(144)는 열에 대한 내화성이 높은 황토옹기의 원형 용기로서, 도 4a와 4b에 도시된 바와 같이 하부면에 다공(多孔) 또는 단공(單孔)을 형성하여 산소 공급이 원활하므로 효과적인 훈연재료의 연소를 기대할 수 있다.
사용자가 본 발명의 의자형 좌훈기(100)를 이용하여 좌훈을 하는 경우, 훈증부(140)는 약접시 받침대(143) 상에 구비된 약접시(144)에서 열원인 숯을 통하여 훈연재료를 넣고 훈연재료를 태워 발생하는 연기가 착석부(120)의 개구부(122)를 통하여 둔부에 훈연될 수 있도록 연기의 통로 역할을 하고, 도 3에 도시된 측면 일측에 다수의 공기구멍(141-2)으로 이루어진 다공부를 통해 산소 공급을 원활하게 하여 더욱 효과적인 좌훈을 기대할 수 있다.
또한, 개구부(122)와 상부 훈증 배출구(141)를 통하여 훈연 재료들을 담는 용기인 약접시(144)와 받침대(143)가 훈증부(140)의 내부로 삽입 및 인출이 가능하여 사용 후 편리하게 꺼내어 세척할 수 있다.
본 발명의 의자형 좌훈기(100)를 이용한 좌훈에서 참숯이 원형으로 약접시(144) 위에서 지속적으로 열을 공급하는 열원으로 작용하므로 장시간에 걸친 열기의 발생이 가능하며, 그에 따라 장시간 좌훈 요법이 가능하다. 좌훈이 끝난 후에도, 원적외선을 방출하는 약접시(144)는 단기간에 냉각되지 않으므로 천 등에 싸거나 자루 등에 넣어 아프거나 불편한 신체 부위에 직접 얹어 놓음으로서 찜질 기능을 병행할 수도 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명의 의자형 좌훈기(100)를 이용한 좌훈 시 등받이부(130), 팔걸이부(131) 및 착석부(120)를 통해 편안한 자세로 앉아 피로를 예방하면서도 하복부의 여러 질환을 치료할 수 있고, 좌훈으로 사용하지 않을 때는 착석판(110)을 이용하여 일반 의자로서 이용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 의자형 좌훈기(100)는 의자 형태의 구성으로 좌훈 용기만으로 가정이나 업소에서 임의의 공간에 간편하게 설치하여 종래에 좌훈기와 달리 사용할 때마다 좌훈기를 욕실 등으로 옮겨야하는 번거로움을 줄일 수 있다.
본 발명의 기술사상은 상기 바람직한 실시예에 따라 구체적으로 기술되었으나, 전술한 실시예들은 그 설명을 위한 것이며, 그 제한을 위한 것이 아님을 주의하여야 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 기술분야의 통상의 전문가라면 본 발명의 기술사상의 범위 내에서 다양한 실시가 가능함을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 사용자가 상체를 기댈 수 있는 등받이, 및 좌우 양측 전면으로 돌출된 팔걸이부(131)를 갖는 등받이부(130);
    좌훈 시 둔부와 접촉하는 개구부(122)를 갖고 상기 등받이부(130)의 전면에 연결되며 하부에는 다수의 다리(121)를 구비하는 착석부(120); 및
    상기 착석부(120)의 하부에서 상기 착석부(120)의 개구부(122)에 맞물리는 상부 훈증 배출구(141)를 통하여 훈연할 수 있는 훈증부(140)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자형 좌훈기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 등받이부(130)와 상기 착석부(120)의 결합부분에 회전가능하게 결합되고 상기 착석부(120)의 개구부(122)를 덮을 수 있는 착석판(110)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자형 좌훈기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 훈증부(140)는 점토, 세라믹, 플라스틱 중 어느 하나로 제작되고 외형 몸체가 볼록하고 내부 공간을 가진 항아리 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 의자형 좌훈기.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 훈증부(140)는 적어도 하나의 측면 일측에 다수의 공기구멍(141-2)으로 이루어진 다공부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자형 좌훈기.
  5. 제 1 항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 훈증부(140)는 하부 공기 인입구(142-1)를 가진 하부판(142)을 더 포함하고, 상기 하부 공기 인입구(142-1)에 중첩하여 상기 하부판(142)의 상부 방향으로 약접시 받침대(143)와 약접시(144)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자형 좌훈기.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 약접시 받침대(143)와 약접시(144)는 하부면에 다공(多孔) 또는 단공(單孔)을 형성한 황토옹기의 원형 용기인 것을 특징으로 하는 의자형 좌훈기.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 착석부(120)는 상기 개구부(122)의 둘레 주변에 형성된 쿠션재(123)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자형 좌훈기.
