Claims (11)
- 바늘이 결합된 선단부와, 상기 선단부와 결합되고 내부에 공간이 마련되며 상기 공간의 개구된 단부에 실린더 플랜지가 형성된 실린더와, 상기 공간에서 피스톤과 연결된 로드바를 손가락으로 밀거나 잡아당겨 연동하는 피스톤에 의해 공간의 압력을 변화시켜 양압 또는 음압을 통해 바늘을 거쳐 약물을 투입하거나 추출하는 압력수단으로 구성된 주사기에 있어서,상기 실린더 플랜지에 탈착 가능하게 보조장치를 결합하되, 상기 로드바가 보조장치에 관통되도록 설치하여 상기 보조장치에 주사기와 수평 선상으로 배치되도록 힌지 연결된 레버가 손의 악력에 의해 지렛대 원리로 작동되는 회전운동이 발생되면 운동변환수단을 통해 직선 운동으로 변환되어 로드바와 피스톤이 증가된 힘으로 이동되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기의 압력 발생 및 압력 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보조장치는 실린더 플랜지에 고정되어 실린더와 수평선상으로 배치되는 메인블럭을 마련하고,상기 메인블럭에는 하부가 개구된 가동공간과 고정공간을 형성시켜 로드바가 관통되도록 관통공을 형성한 가동블럭과 고정블럭을 각각 배치하되,상기 가동블럭과 고정블럭이 탄성부재에 의해 가동공간과 고정공간에서 한 쪽 방향으로 밀착되도록 하여 메인블럭 전방에 힌지 연결된 레버의 회동에 의해 상기 레버 타단에 형성된 가압돌기가 가동블럭의 하부를 밀어 기울기를 가변시키면서 후진시켜 관통공의 내주연 상하부 모서리가 하부 방향으로 로드바 외주면을 압박하면서 로드를 실린더 후방으로 이동시켜 음압을 발생시킬 수 있도록 하며,악력을 해제시키면 레버가 힌지 연결 부분에 장착한 스프링을 통해 원상태로 복귀되는 동시에 탄성부재에 의해 가동블럭이 로드바와 직립 상태를 유지하여 다음 차순의 전진 이동을 준비하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기의 압력 발생 및 압력 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 실린더의 공간 입구에는 로드바가 관통되는 가이드블럭을 결합하여 상기 로드바의 이동을 지지하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기의 압력 발생 및 압력 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 메인블럭에는 전방에 고정턱을 형성한 고정클립을 설치하여 실린더 플랜지가 회전에 의해 고정턱에 탈착 가능하게 끼움되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기의 압력 발생 및 압력 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고정블럭은 고정공간에 설치하되, 상기 고정블럭의 하부를 부분 노출시키도록 설치하고 상기 로드바에 관통되도록 하되, 고정블럭은 탄성부재에 의해 기울어지게 설치되어 관통공의 내주연 상하부가 로드바의 외주면을 하부 방향으로 압박하여 가동블럭에 의해 이동된 로드바가 음압에 의해 이동되지 않게 고정시키도록 하고,상기 로드바의 고정 상태를 해제할 경우 고정블럭의 하부를 당겨 로드바와 직립된 상태로 전환시켜 상기 로드바의 관통공이 로드바의 외주면 압박 상태를 해제시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기의 압력 발생 및 압력 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 운동변환수단은 보조장치에 중심축을 통해 피니언 기어를 회전 가능하게 설치하여 로드바 일단에 길이방향으로 형성시킨 레크기어와 치합되도록 하고,상기 피니언 기어의 내부에 한쪽 방향으로만 경사각을 갖는 내접기어를 설치하며, 상기 레버와 고정된 회전구에 스프링을 통해 탄력적으로 내접기어와 치합되는 레칫기어가 레버에 의해 피니언이 일방향으로만 내접기어로 회전력을 전달하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기의 압력 발생 및 압력 표시 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 보조장치 후방에는 보조레치기어를 힌지 연결한 다음 스프링에 의해 일단이 상부 방향으로 탄력적되게 위치되도록 하여 주사기에 발생되는 음압에 의해 로드바의 이동을 제어할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기의 압력 발생 및 압력 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 피스톤에 악력을 전달하는 과정 중에 탄성부재를 거치도록 하여 전달되는 압력의 크기에 의해 탄성부재의 인장되는 형상의 변화량이 달라지도록 하여 상기 탄성부재의 형상 변화량의 측정을 통해 외부에서 압력의 세기를 시인할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기의 압력 발생 및 압력 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 피스톤에 악력을 전달하는 과정 중에 로드바에 결합시킨 탄성부재를 압박하도록 하여 전달되는 압력의 크기에 의해 탄성부재의 압축되는 형상의 변화량이 달라지도록 하여 상기 탄성부재의 형상 변화량의 측정을 통해 외부에서 압력의 세기를 시인할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기의 압력 발생 및 압력 표시 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 피스톤은 이중의 구조로 이루어진 제1피스톤과 제2피스톤을 공간에 결합시키되, 상기 제1피스톤의 일측면에 확인부재를 형성시키고, 상기 제2피스톤에는 확인부재를 수용하는 홈을 형성한 다음 상기 제1피스톤의 확인부재와 제2피스톤의 홈 사이에 상기 탄성부재로 연결하여 로드바를 통해 제2피스톤과 연동하는 탄성부재에 의해 제1피스톤을 이동시켜 공간에 음압 또는 양압을 선택적으로 발생시키되, 상기 확인부재 외주연에 표기된 단위 눈금을 통해 상기 탄성부재의 자체 탄성에 의한 가변된 형상 길이로 공간에 발생된 음압 또는 양압의 세기를 확인할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기의 압력 발생 및 압력 표시 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,로드바와,상기 로드바의 외주연에 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되는 하우징과,상기 하우징 일단에 커버를 고정시키고, 상기 로드바의 일단에는 버튼을 고정시켜 상기 버튼이 커버의 내부에 부분 수용되도록 하되, 상기 커버의 내부에 탄성부재를 장착하여 레버에 의해 하우징이 이동되면 탄성부재가 압박되면서 실린더 공간의 압력보다 탄성부재의 압축력이 같거나 클 경우 버튼을 후방으로 간접 이동시켜 로드를 연동시킴으로써, 공간 내부에서 피스톤이 이동되면서 음압을 발생시키도록 이루어지되,상기 버튼과 로드바의 외주연에 단위 눈금을 표시하여 상기 탄성부재의 자체 탄성에 의한 가변된 형상 길이를 확인할 수 있도록 함으로써 공간에서 발생된 음압 또는 양압의 세기를 정확하게 파악할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기의 압력 발생 및 압력 표시 장치.
