The front cabinet and the back cabinet constituting the housing are fastened to each other by a plurality of screws at the outer peripheral portions thereof.
Or the front cabinet and back cabinet which comprise a housing | casing are engaged with each other by the hook mechanism which consists of a pair of claw piece formed in multiple places in each outer peripheral part so that engagement / disengagement is possible.
Further, in order to waterproof the casing, it has been proposed that the front cabinet and the back cabinet constituting the casing are bonded and fixed to each other with a curable resin at each outer peripheral portion.
However, in the case structure in which the front cabinet and the back cabinet are fastened to each other by a plurality of screws, not only the number of parts is increased, but also the operation of screwing the plurality of screws in the assembly work becomes complicated.
Moreover, in the case structure in which the front cabinet and the back cabinet are locked to each other by a plurality of hook mechanisms, the engagement state of the pair of claw pieces constituting the hook mechanism is not only uncertain compared to the fastening mechanism, It is difficult to disengage the pair of claw pieces when the casing is disassembled.
Furthermore, in the case structure in which the front cabinet and the back cabinet are bonded and fixed to each other, there is a problem that the front cabinet and the back cabinet cannot be disassembled reusably for maintenance.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a casing structure of an electronic device in which assembly and disassembly operations of a front cabinet and a back cabinet that constitute a casing are simple and a reliable connection can be obtained between both cabinets.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention implemented in a television receiver will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, a television receiver according to an embodiment of the present invention is a thin type formed by joining a front cabinet (2) and a back cabinet (3) made of synthetic resin each having a substantially rectangular outline shape. The housing (1) contains a display (4) and electronic components, and the front cabinet (2) has a front surface for exposing the screen of the display (4). Opening (20) is established.
As shown in FIG. 2, the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) constituting the casing (1) are formed by five screws (6) at the lower side of the contour shape of the casing (1). They are fastened to each other and fastened to each other by a single screw (7) at the upper side.
Specifically, in the back cabinet (3), as shown in FIG. 6, five through holes (62) are opened along the lower side and one through hole (72) is opened in the upper side. On the other hand, on the inner surface of the front cabinet (2), there are five bosses (61) protruding along the lower side as shown in FIG. 5, and one boss (71) is protruding on the upper side. The front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) are fastened to each other by screwing the screws (6) and (7) into the bosses (61) and (71) from the through holes (72) and (72).
Further, the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) are mutually connected by a hook mechanism (5) shown in FIG. 4 at a plurality of locations on the left and right side portions and the upper side portion of the contour shape of the housing (1). It is locked.
Specifically, the hook mechanism (5) includes a claw piece (51) protruding from the inner surface of the flange portion (21) of the front cabinet (2) and the flange portion of the back cabinet (3) as shown in FIG. The end of (31) is composed of a claw piece (52) protruding in the direction opposite to the protruding direction of the claw piece (52), and both claw pieces (51) (52) engage with each other. Thus, as shown in FIG. 3, the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) are joined together with the flange portion (21) of the front cabinet (2) and the flange portion (31) of the back cabinet (3) joined together. ) Are locked to each other.
Here, the engagement direction of the pair of claw pieces (51) and (52) engaged with each other is a direction substantially parallel to the front surface of the front cabinet (2), and a pair of flange portions (21) and (21) facing each other. ) Has a predetermined engagement depth from one side to the other.
The hook mechanism (5) is provided at three positions on the left and right side portions of the contour shape of the housing (1), and at five positions on the upper side portion. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the claw piece (51) on the front cabinet (2) side constituting the hook mechanism (5) has left and right flange portions sandwiching the lower flange portion (21c) of the front cabinet (2). There are three protrusions (21b) and five protrusions (21a) on the upper flange (21a), respectively, toward the center of the front cabinet (2).
In the assembly process of the television receiver, in the operation of joining and fixing the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) to each other, first, the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) are brought into contact with each other. By pressing (3) toward the front cabinet (2), the pair of corresponding claw pieces (51) and (52) are engaged with each other as shown in FIG. At this time, the pair of claw pieces (51) and (52) are engaged with each other by elastic deformation.
Next, screws (6) and (7) are screwed into the bosses (61) and (71) of the front cabinet (2) from the through holes (72) and (72) of the back cabinet (3), and the front cabinet (2). And the back cabinet (3) are fastened together.
As a result, the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) are firmly connected to each other by a total of 17 connecting portions including the hook mechanism (5) and the fastening mechanism using the screws (6) (7). become.
In the assembly process of the television receiver, it is necessary to engage 11 hook mechanisms (5) and to screw 6 screws (6) and (7) for a total of 17 connecting portions. However, the number of man-hours is greatly reduced as compared with the case where all the connecting portions are constituted by a fastening mechanism using screws.
In addition, in the connected state of the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3), the engagement of each hook mechanism (5) as a single unit is not reliable, but six screws (6) and (7) are used. As a result of the fastening, the pair of claw pieces (51) (51) constituting the hook mechanism (5) are maintained in an engaged state against the action of an external force, so that a high coupling strength is obtained as a whole.
In the step of disassembling the television receiver, in the operation of separating the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) from each other, first, the fastening with the six screws (6) (7) is released.
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) are arranged on the lower sides of both cabinets (2) and (3) with the vicinity of the upper sides of both cabinets (2) and (3) as the rotation axis. The parts are pushed open in a direction away from each other.
As a result, first, the plurality of hook mechanisms (5) provided on the sides of the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) engage the pair of claw pieces (51) and (52) respectively. The pair of claw pieces (51) and (52) are sequentially engaged from the hook mechanism (5) near the lower side of both cabinets (2) and (3) in response to the force in the direction of release by elastic deformation. It will be released.
In this process, the plurality of hook mechanisms (5) provided on the upper sides of the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) are gradually engaged as the cabinets (2) and (3) are opened. The depth becomes shallower, and finally the engagement between the pair of claw pieces (51) and (52) is released as shown in FIG.
As a result, all hook mechanisms (5) are disengaged, the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) are disconnected, and the cabinets (2) and (3) are separated from each other. Become.
In the disassembling process of the television receiver, the operation of removing the six screws (6) and (7) and the operation of releasing the engagement of the eleven hook mechanisms (5) for a total of 17 connecting portions are performed. Although it is necessary, the number of man-hours is greatly reduced as compared with the case where all the connecting portions are constituted by a fastening mechanism using screws.
In particular, as shown in FIG. 7, in the process of pushing open both cabinets (2) and (3) with the upper sides of the front cabinet (2) and the back cabinet (3) as the central axis, each hook mechanism (5 ) Receives the force in the direction shifted from the engaging direction of the pair of claw pieces (51) and (52), and the engagement is easily released, so that the hook mechanism (5) is released. The work is simple.
The configuration of each part of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the technical scope described in the claims. For example, the number and positions of the fastening mechanisms using the screws (6) and (7) and the hook mechanisms (5) are not limited to the above embodiment. Further, the fastening mechanism using the screw (7) on the upper side of the housing (1) can be omitted.
Further, the configuration of the hook mechanism (5) is not limited to the one in which the pair of claw pieces (51) and (52) are engaged with each other as shown in FIG. 4, but the engaging portion and the engaged portion can be engaged and disengaged. Various configurations can be adopted.
Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to a television receiver, and can be implemented in various electronic devices having a casing composed of a front cabinet and a back cabinet.
