Abstract

Selon la présente invention, des formes ou des pièces en polyimide chargé ayant une teneur en vide réduite contenant des particules de charge enrobées de polyimide sont préparées. Les particules de charge sont enrobées d'un précurseur de polyimide qui a été coiffé aux extrémités, et l'enrobage est ensuite imidé. Les particules de charge enrobées peuvent également être combinées avec un précurseur de polyimide supplémentaire, qui est ensuite imidé de la manière habituelle. Le composite ainsi obtenu est utilisé pour former des formes ou des pièces qui sont utiles, par exemple, dans l'aérospatiale, le transport, et des applications d'équipement de manipulation et de traitement des matériaux.
