Abstract

본 발명은, 원본영상과의 오차가 최소화되는 복원영상을 생성하기 위한 비디오 부호화 방법 및 그 장치, 비디오 복호화 방법 및 그 장치를 제안한다. 본 발명에 따라, 수신한 비트스트림으로부터 현재 블록의 오프셋 병합 정보를 파싱하고, 오프셋 병합 정보에 기초하여 현재 블록의 오프셋 파라미터 중 오프셋 타입 및 오프셋값들을 복원하고, 오프셋 타입이 나타내는 현재 블록의 에지 타입 또는 픽셀값 밴드 타입에 기초하여 결정된 복원픽셀의 에지 클래스 또는 픽셀값 밴드에 대응하는 오프셋값을 오프셋값들로부터 선택하여 복원픽셀의 픽셀값을 오프셋만큼 조정하는 비디오 복호화 방법이 개시된다.
