Description

油烟净化方法
技术领域 本发明涉及厨房油烟净化机净化油烟的方法, 特别涉及将电净 化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应说用于油烟净化机的方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的油烟净化机,锅内释放的油烟由风机抽至吸油烟机 内, 在油烟机内将油烟分离, 烟进入烟道, 而分离出的油则收入油烟 机下方设置的油盒中收容。 锅内油烟只有靠高温热动力上升到吸油烟机的风力引力范围内 而被吸入, 但这个过程是不稳定的, 是会随着周边环变化而变化的. 同时,油烟在上升过程中, 巳经扩散幵,或受周边向风的影响而漂移, 因此, 不能保证一台吸油烟机能将油烟全部吸走, 更谈不上完全过滤 清洁。 于是, 制造厂就使用大功率、 大流量风机, 一般在千瓦以上, 大 风量风机带来大的流动风速风压, (大的流动风速风压带来对电净化 不利) 大的流动风速风压噪声大耗电大, 对环保和节能都不利。 现有技术的吸油烟机由于自身结构的缺陷, 无法将油烟完全净 化, 只能通过烟道将未净化的油烟经烟 进一步将油烟分离, 油垢沉 积于烟図底部(或有部分附着于烟図壁)造成极大的火灾隐患, 绝大 部份的烟经烟道排入大气。
现有技术中,我国乃至世界各国的油烟机都是只注重油烟机的吸 烟效果 (即吸净率:), 但并未注重排放效果。
现在的油烟机生产企业亦注意到油烟净化机排出的废气是不能 忽视的、 严重污染居屋周边环境和大气环境的问题。
现有的油烟净化机的结构一般为集烟罩及排放部,基本是采用大 功率风机将油烟吸入油烟机内, 以滤网过滤、分离油烟, 油部分滴于 油盒内收纳, 部分经油烟机送入烟道, 部分粘附于烟道壁, 部分排入 大气, 油烟未经有效净化, 耗能、 且不环保。
上述结构, 油烟的净化率不高, 未经良好净化的油烟直接排入大 气, 对大气造成一定程度的污染, 加快温室效应。
为了克服现有技术的缺陷, 人们对油烟机的结构进行了改进: 利 用单层或多层过滤网以及炭、水和化学药物净化油烟, 但效果并不理 想, 特别是对细小的油烟分子和异味分子根本就无济于事。
虽然经过人们的不断改进, 油烟机的吸净率有所提高, 但净化效 果仍不理想, 油烟对城市的污染, 环境治理压力越来越大, 环保 部门除了对工业废气、 工业废水、 工业垃圾、 化学和生活废水、 生活 垃圾以及汽车废气高度重视之外,也开始越来越重视每个家庭每天三 餐所产生并排放的油烟废气对环境的污染问题。
全国近三亿个家庭每天三餐(包括酒楼食市在内)所产生的油烟 废气污染不亚于汽车废气对大气环境的污染。
客户需要对油烟进行有效净化后, 才排入大气, 可将有害物质排 放降至最低的油烟机。
在人们生活水平日益提高的今天 ,人们越来越注重饮食的健康, 因此市面上就出现消毒柜和消毒碗柜的消毒新产品, 但是,传统的消 毒产品只限于对小型的餐具和厨具进行消毒杀菌。
现有的消毒柜无法对大型的、 固定的、整个厨房空间进行全面消 毒杀菌, 如: 切过肉的砧板、 装洗过生肉的固定的盆和各种大型的厨 具、 餐具和厨房内的砧枱、 灶枱和墙壁等。
若要对大型厨房用品进行全面消毒杀菌, 也只限于用消毒粉、 消 毒水或者热水等对其进行有限的消毒杀菌, 这样的操作费时、 费力、 费财且麻烦, 用过后的废水排出去又会造成二次污染。
如想每天消毒一次, 就更不实际了。
现有技术中, 油烟净化机不管是侧吸式的还是顶吸式的, 均需固 定于厨房的墙上, 其安装高度一般固定, 需离烟道近距离(该距离吸 排油烟的效果最好, 若离烟道距离远则油烟的净化率会受影响), 受 烟道的制约, 油烟净化机为明装, 即油烟净化机在使用状态或者不使 用状态均为可视。
随着生活水平的日益提高, 人们对厨房的要求日益提高, 油烟净 化机即要净化率高, 美观, 性价比高, 又要与厨房整体的装修风格相 衬, 但因为现有技术中油烟净化机是固定的, 所以装修必须迁就油烟 净化机, 现在厨房设备的设置均受油烟净化机位置的制约, 由于户型 的关系, 很多人选择敞幵式厨房, 但一走进厅里就可以看到油烟净化 机, 厨房装修得再漂亮, 都会因油烟净化机而大煞风景。 而近年兴起的酒店式公寓, 也因为房间面积的关系, 基本采用电 磁炉, 加热些吃的东西, 如果采用燃气炉, 难免会因烟道、 油烟净化 机的位置而使公寓的实际使用空间更加小, 同时, 因烟道而制约户型 的使用率, 一直是困挠幵发商的问题。
现有的油烟净化机无法将油烟完全净化,只能通过烟道将未净化 的油烟经烟図进一步将油烟分离, 油垢沉积于烟図底部(或有部分附 着于烟図壁) 造成极大的火灾隐患, 绝大部份的烟经烟道排入大气。
综上, 现有技术中存在下列缺陷-
1、 净化率不高;
2、 需要依赖烟道;
3、 功能单一;
4、 没有消毒功能;
5、 固定, 不能移动; 可视。
有无一种能够克服现有技术的缺陷,可于油烟净化机内部将油烟 完全净化、 异味完全分解、 消除, 不需要烟道, 且可以对大型厨房用 品及厨房空间进行消毒, 使油烟净化机在使用时才现形, 而在不使用 时则隐形的方法呢? 发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷, 提供一种合理, 油烟净 化率高,可利用自带数字程序控制电路对大型厨房用品及消毒杀菌的 工作周期、 工作时间、 风量、 关闭风道, 以及打幵臭氧气体的特定窗 口进行设定和控制的, 可在公共场合使用, 在不使用时隐形、 使用时 才现形的、 可在油烟净化机内部将油烟全部净化, 不需烟道, 异味完 全分解、 消除, 将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于油烟净化机的方 法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的- 将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于油烟净化机的方法, 该方法 包括下述步骤:
(1) 于厨房油烟净化机的集烟罩与净化箱连接处增设电净化 部;
(2) 步骤(1)中的电净化部包括组合电场及静电吸附器和 U.V
(3) 步骤 (2) 中的组合电场由圆筒阵列电净化器及螺旋状 360 。 放电针尖电极组合构成,组合电场的上部设有阴极板与阳极板构成 的静电吸附器;
(4) 步骤 (3) 中的螺旋状 360° 放电针尖电极采用立装;
(5) 于厨房油烟净化机的集烟罩与组合电场之间增设缓冲区;
(6) 于厨房油烟净化机的集烟罩上增设数字化控制模板;
(7) 在厨房油烟净化机的静电吸附器与风机之间增设 U.V 灯
(8) 厨房油烟净化机的进风面与水平面夹角在 40° 〜80° 之 间;
(9) 步骤(1)、 (5)、 (6)、 (7) 或(8) 其中之一的厨房油烟净 化机, 包括: 集烟罩及与其贯通的净化箱, 集烟罩前部设有滤网, 上 部设有照明装置, 滤网下部设有油槽, 净化箱内设风机, 净化箱顶部 排风口设有止回阀片, 集烟罩还设有数字化控制模板, 净化箱内下部 设有电场,电场的上部设有静电吸附器, 静电吸附器与风机之间设有

本发明采用上述技术方案后, 可以达到以下有益效果- 1、 结构合理。 本发明于集烟罩及净化箱之间增设电净化部, 对 集烟罩吸入的油烟进行电净化, 有效地净化了油烟, 再经净化箱将干 净的气体排入大气, 油烟净化率、异味净化率达 99%以上, 可以不经 烟道, 将油烟气直接排入空气中。
2、创造性。 本发明针对现有技术的缺陷, 利用油烟净化机内自带 电场和静电吸附器在工作过程中所产生的负离子臭氧(用臭氧对物品 进行消毒杀菌是目前世界上采用的最多的一种方法, 也是最有效、最 方便、 最环保、 最安全和最节能的一种方法), 经过特定的窗口排出, 从而对整个厨房内的所有物品进行消毒杀菌, 以达到健康饮食的目 的。
本发明可在公共场合使用, 无需烟道, 在不使用时为隐形, 使用 时才现形, 并且呈灯状, 可作照明使用, 当需要吸油烟时, 以遥控器 将油烟净化机降低, 置于火锅或者吸烟者上方(处于吸纳油烟半径的 中心点), 开启, 运作, 油烟净化机内部可将油烟完全净化, 异味完 全分解、 消除, 可将净化后的空气直接排入大气。
本发明克服了现有技术油烟净化机仅限于厨房中使用的缺陷,可 以在公共场合使用的油烟净化机, 并且其外型美观, 不使用时隐身于 灯饰上方, 完全不影响酒店(或适用环境) 的景观, 现有技术中暂未 发现有此类产品。
3、 智能性。 本发明自身的数字化控制模板程序控制电路对厨房 消毒杀菌的工作周期、 工作时间、 风量、 关闭风道以及打开臭氧气体 的特定窗口进行设定和控制。
本发明工作周期可根据用户的喜好设定,工作时间则根据用户厨 房空间的大小和结构而定, 当消毒杀菌程序工作时, 油烟净化机排风 口的止回阀片闭合, 厨房的混浊空气在风机的作用下, 从滤网进入油 烟净化机内部, 再经过高压电场和静电吸附器进一步净化,干净的空 气连同电场和静电吸附器所产生的臭氧在风机的作用下,从特定的排 气窗口徐徐地排出, 如此循环数分钟后, 厨房内的空气得到充分、 反 复净化而干净, 厨房内的臭氧量积聚到一定浓度时, 厨房内的细菌被 杀死。
4、 洁净。 本发明实现了厨房整体消毒, 无二次污染, 大型厨柜、 厨具整体空间洁净。
5、 健康。 本发明实现了大型厨房器具及厨房整体空间的消毒杀 菌工作, 且可每天进行一次, 使用油烟净化机即完成了厨房空间内的 器具的消毒杀菌工作, 节约了能源及工作流程, 确保人体健康。
6、 节能。 本发明对现有技术进行了创造性的改进, 一机多用, 节约成本, 将高科技数字化智能控制运用于油烟净化机的控制, 操作 简便, 人性化。
7、 环保。 本发明不必再用其他消毒产品 (如消毒粉、 消毒水、 热水等)即完成了厨房内器具及厨房本体的消毒杀菌工作, 克服了现 有技术的缺陷, 净化了空气, 有利于健康和环保。
8、 维护简便。 本发明由于一年只需清洗机内组合电场和静电吸 附器一至两次, 风机终身不角清洗, 使用维护方便, 而清洗组合电场 和静电吸咐器也十分方便,只需要打开机箱盖将组合电场和吸附器取 出, 放入 60~80° 含有 3 %洗涤剂的清洗液中浸泡 5〜10分钟取出, 角清水冲洗干净即可。
9、 降低了火灾的危险系数。 本发明在油烟净化机的内部消除了 油垢, 从而消除了油垢引起火灾的危险。
10、 适用灵活。 本发明克服了现有技术需将油烟排入烟道, 经烟 道再将油烟排入大气的缺陷,只要经过油烟净化机内部的电净化和紫 外光照射, 干净的气体就可直接排入大气。
11、适用范围广。本发明的升降控制装置可自由升降油烟净化机, 在未开始使用时, 油烟净化机的机身隐匿于照明装置上方, 油烟净化 机不可视, 在使用时以遥控器净油烟净化机降至适合位置(本发明可 以调节高度, 适应不同适用人士使用), 此时油烟净化机位于桌子的 上方 (吸纳油烟有效半径的中心点); 不受烟道制约, 开启, 运作, 即时吸纳油烟, 消解异味, 给公共场合营造一个清新的环境。
本发明克服了现有技术须依赖烟道, 可视的缺陷, 可以在任何场 合下使用, 例如酒楼、 食肆、 家庭、 学校、 企事业单位、 机关、 酒店 式公寓等, 不仅可以吸纳净化油烟, 还可消除异味, 亦适合在吸烟区 使用。
12、简洁。本发明对传统的油烟净化机结构进行了革命性的改革, 增设了可隐形的设计, 当使用时现形, 不使用时隐形, 使得整个使用 空间整齐简洁, 给人一种新的视觉效果。

滤网 1与水平面可呈 40〜80°布设, 这种布设方式可使油烟净化 机最大限度地将油烟吸入集烟罩 11。
圆筒阵列电净化器 3的材质可采纯铝(采用纯铝圆筒可使其导电 率高, 电场更强大) 或其他导电率高的材质。
风机 7可采用滚珠轴承双进风离心风机(该结构风机功率大, 吸 净率高) 或其他功率大, 吸净率高的风机。
U.V灯管 16可采用 185nm或 254nm波段的 U.V灯管。
U.V灯管 16的材质可采用玻璃灯管。
本实施例可于厨房油烟净化机的集烟罩 11上增设数字化控制模 板用于控制油烟净化机的运作。 其工作流程:
油烟废气在风机 7的作用下通过波浪形错位叠成的滤网 1将粗颗 粒油烟分子滤掉, 剩余油烟分子经缓冲区 2进入净化箱 10内, 由圆 筒阵列电净化器 3和螺旋状放电针尖电极 4组成的组合电场进行电净 化, 再经过由阴极板 5和阳极板 6组成的静电吸附器拦截和 U.V灯 管 16光分解, 干净的空气经风机 7、 出风口 8和止回阀片 9排出, 被过滤和拦截的废油回流到油槽 14, 再定时从放油嘴 15放出。
本发明利用滤网 1将大部分的粗颗粒油烟分子过滤掉,再经圆筒 阵列电净化器 3及螺旋状放电针尖电极 4组成的组合电场对经过电场 的油烟废气分子进行充电,当带电的油烟废气分子通过阴、阳极板 5、 6组成的静电吸附器时, 带正静电的油烟废气分子被带负电的阴极板 5所吸附, 而带负静电的油烟废气分子则被带正电的阳极板 6吸附, 再利用 U.V灯管 16的光子能量使油烟和异味分子得到更进一步的活 化分解, 油烟和废气分子经过滤网 1 的过滤.静电吸附器的拦截和光 分解而消失。而在电场工作过程中会产生一种臭氧气体, 该臭氧气体 正好可以消除油烟异味, 从而确保排出的气体完全达到国家排放标 准。 参见图 2
图 2为本发明另一个实施例的结构示意图。在图 2中,将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于油烟净化机的方法, 该方法包括下述步骤:
( 1 ) 于厨房油烟净化机的集烟罩与净化箱连接处增设电净化部;

其工作流程:
本发明通过数字化控制模板 4 设定和控制消毒杀菌及油烟净化 程序, 当消毒杀菌程序工作时止回阀片 9闭合, 在风机 7的作用下, 带有细菌的空气由集烟罩 1前部的金属滤网 2进入电场 5进行电化, 当带电的空气分子经过静电吸附器 6时,带正电的空气分子被静电吸 附器 6带负电的阴极板吸附,帯负电的空气分子被静电吸附器 6带正 电的阳极板所吸附, 还有极小一部份异味和油烟分子经过 U.V灯管 12的照射而分解, 干净的空气在风机 7的作用下再经特定窗口 8 排 出。
电场 5、 静电吸附器 6在工作过程中产生一定量的臭氧气体, 该 臭氧气体在风机 7的作用下从特定窗口8排出, 当厨房內积聚到一定 量的臭氧浓度时, 电场 5、 静电吸附器 6和风机 7停止工作, 数分钟 后(该时间可在数字化控制模板 4中预制)厨房内的细菌被杀死, 而 室内臭氧也随之被空气分解。
本发明特定窗口 8在油烟机进行净化油烟工作时是闭合的(该闭 合状态由数字化控制模板 4控制), 此时, 止回阀片 9是幵启的, 以 供油烟净化机内部的油烟排出机外。
油烟净化机的工作程序由数字化控制模板 4预制,可设定为油烟 净化及消毒杀菌程序, 各程序对应控制油烟净化机各部件动作。
本发明在使用过程中,电场 5净化油烟产生的臭氧可以杀死厨房 内的细菌, 起到消毒杀菌作用。
本发明的电路控制系统可采用现有技术。
本发明步骤 (7 ) 中的厨房油烟净化机进风面的设计打破传统内 凹进风理念, 采用外弧形设计, 使进风面更接近油烟区, 在同等的风 力下吸得更干净, 而且与水平面夹角在 40° 〜80° 之间。
风机的选用: 大于 1500立方米 /小时, 压力大于 200帕, 在 1米 的宽度上, 进风面风速大于 2. 0米 /秒, 其对油烟的捕获距离大于 60 厘米。
此结构的设置克服了现有技术进风面与水平面呈 180° 及 90° 设计的缺陷, 使吸油烟机对油烟的捕捉更全面彻底。 参见图 3
图 3为本发明第三个实施例的结构示意图。 将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于油烟净化机的方法, 该方法包括下述步骤:
( 1 ) 于厨房油烟净化机的机身上增设升降控制装置;
(2 ) 厨房油烟净化机的净化箱设置为灯罩形状;
( 3 ) 于厨房油烟净化机净化箱内滤网上方增设电净化部;
(4 ) 电净化部包括蜂窝电场及静电吸附阴阳极板和 U.V灯管;
( 5 )于厨房油烟净化机的静电吸附阴阳极板与风机之间增设缓冲 区;
(6 ) 于厨房油烟净化机的集烟罩上增设控制电路窗口;
厨房油烟净化机的结构,包括滤网 3及设于滤网 3上方的净化箱 12, 滤网 3的下方设有油杯 2, 油杯 2的下方设有照明装置 1, 净化 箱 12的下部、 滤网 3的上方设有蜂窝电场 4, 蜂窝电场 4的上方设 有静电吸附阴阳极板 5,所述静电吸附阴阳极板 5的上方设有风机 7, 风机 7与静电吸附阴阳极板 5之间设有缓冲区 6, 净化箱 12的上部 设有伸縮装置 8, 伸縮装置 8与伸缩杆 9传动连接, 伸缩杆 9一端与 伸縮装置 8连接, 另一端与固定座 10连接, 净化箱 12的上部还设有 控制电路窗口 11, 控制电路窗口 11接收遥控器的信号控制油烟净化 机的升降。
所述净化箱 12呈灯罩状, 照明装置 1可采用 O形灯。
滤网 3可采用波浪形错位叠成的双层滤网,该结构使过滤油烟的 效果更好。
滤网 3可采用金属材质或其他适用材质。
风机 7可采用滚珠轴承双进风离心风机(该结构风机噪声小, 吸 力大) 或其他低噪音, 吸力大的风机。 其工作流程- 油烟净化机的工作流程:油烟废气在风机 7作用下通过波浪形错 位叠成的滤网 3将粗颗粒油烟分子滤掉, 剩余油烟分子经蜂窝电场 4 进行电净化, 再经静电吸附阴阳极板 5的静电吸附板拦截,干净的空 气经风机 7和出风口排出, 被过滤和拦截的废油回流到油杯 2中。
本发明利用滤网 3将大部分的粗颗粒油烟分子过滤掉,再经蜂窝 电场 4对油烟废气分子进行极化,当带电的油烟废气分子通过静电吸 附阴阳极板 5的阴阳极板时,带正静电的油烟废气分子被带负电的阴 极板吸附, 而带负静电的油烟废气分子则被带正电的阳极板吸附, 使 油烟和异味分子得到活化分解, 油烟和废气分子经过滤网 3的过滤, 静电吸附阴阳极板 5的拦截而消失。 而在电场工作过程中会产生一种臭氧气体,该臭氧气体正好可以 消除油烟异味, 净化空气, 确保排出的气体完全达到国家排放标准。
本发明的伸縮装置 8可控制伸缩杆 9自由升降油烟净化机,油烟 净化机在未使用时, 机身隐匿于照明装置 1的上方, 呈灯状, 油烟净 化机不可视, 仅起照明作用; 在使用时, 以遥控器将油烟净化机降至 适合位置 (本发明可以调节高度, 适应不同适用人士使用), 此时油 烟净化机位于桌子的上方 (吸纳油烟的有效半径的中心点); 不仅起 照明作用; 还可通过遥控器控制油烟净化机的开启、 运作。
本发明不仅适合吸纳火锅的油烟废气, 还适合设于吸烟区, 吸纳 香烟形成的烟雾, 一机多用, 不仅具备灯饰功能, 亦具备油烟机的功 能, 是现代社会人们的新选择。
本发明的其他技术可采用现有技术。
本发明的最佳实施例已经阐明,本领域的普通技术人员根据本发 明做出的进一步拓展均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于油烟净化机的方法, 其 特征在于: 该方法包括下述步骤-
(1) 于厨房油烟净化机的集烟罩与净化箱连接处增设电净化 部;
(2) 步骤(1)中的电净化部包括组合电场及静电吸附器和 U.V
(3) 步骤 (2) 中的组合电场由圆筒阵列电净化器及螺旋状 360 。 放电针尖电极组合构成,组合电场的上部设有阴极板与阳极板构成 的静电吸附器;
(4) 步骤 (3) 中的螺旋状 360° 放电针尖电极采用立装;
(5) 于厨房油烟净化机的集烟罩与组合电场之间增设缓冲区;
(6) 于厨房油烟净化机的集烟罩上增设数字化控制模板;
(7) 在厨房油烟净化机的静电吸附器与风机之间增设 U.V 灯
(8) 厨房油烟净化机的进风面与水平面夹角在 40° 〜80° 之 间;
(9) 步骤(1)、 (5)、 (6)、 (7) 或(8) 其中之一的厨房油烟净 化机, 包括: 集烟罩及与其贯通的净化箱, 集烟罩前部设有滤网, 上 部设有照明装置, 滤网下部设有油槽, 净化箱内设风机, 净化箱顶部 排风口设有止回阀片, 集烟罩还设有数字化控制模板, 净化箱内下部 设有电场,电场的上部设有静电吸附器, 静电吸附器与风机之间设有 u. v灯管, 止回阀片与风机之间设有供臭氧气体排出的特定窗口; ( 10) 步骤 (9) 中的油烟净化机机身设有升降控制装置。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于油 烟净化机的方法, 其特征在于: 所述滤网为波浪形错位叠成的双层滤 网, 所述滤网的材质为金属。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于油 烟净化机的方法, 其特征在于: 所述集烟罩为则吸式结构集烟罩。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于油 烟净化机的方法,其特征在于:所述圆筒阵列电净化器的材质为纯铝。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于 油烟净化机的方法, 其特征在于: 所述数字化控制模板的电路系统与 照明装置的电路系统并联。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于 油烟净化机的方法, 其特征在于: 所述 U.V灯管的材质为玻璃灯管
, 所述 U.V灯管的波段为 185nm。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于 油烟净化机的方法, 其特征在于: 所述 U.V灯管的波段为 254nm。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于油 烟净化机的方法, 其特征在于: 所述升降控制装置设于净化箱上部。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述将电净化、 光分解、 厨房杀菌应用于油 烟净化机的方法,其特征在于:所述油烟净化机的净化箱呈灯罩形状。
