Abstract

本发明公开了一种家用可更换净化媒介的多功能的净化装置,多功能的净化装置为水平放置的柱体,其左端设有进气口,右端上部设有一孔,该孔上安装有离心叶轮,所述多功能的净化装置内从左至右依次安装有颗粒过滤装置、风扇、紫外灯、有机过滤装置、空气加热装置和过滤棉;颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置分别与外壳铰接且从所述外壳内部旋转式抽拉,风扇安装在外壳内部,用于在外壳内形成从左往右的气流。外壳的上部设有一个给过滤棉加水的进水口。本发明结构简单、设置合理、制作成本低,可根据需要及使用情况随时更换净化媒介,同时也可根据室内空气情况选择放置净化媒介,从加湿和加热不同方面分别满足了使用者的净化需要,使用方便,满足市场需要。

[0001] 本发明涉及多功能的净化装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种家用可更换净化媒介的多功能的净化装置。
背景技术
[0002] 近些年来,室外空气污染愈发严重,雾霾天气频繁发生,越来越多的人选择更多的时间呆在室内。作为人们居住的室内环境,也逃脱不了受大气空气环境质量的影响,更受到室内具体环境的直接影响,其污染情况也越来越不明显,不容乐观。室内空气污染主要是由于各种原因导致室内空气有害物质超标,因而影响人体健康状况,随着污染程度的加剧,人体产生亚健康。家具问题、建筑问题、装饰装修问题已经成为室内环境污染的三大主要问题。由于室内环境污染问题是一个非常复杂的问题,包括材料、工艺、消费者所在环境和在使用当中的误区,都会造成室内环境污染。如粉尘颗粒物、可吸附微生物、甲醛、苯、TV0C等。
[0003] 对于室内的空气净化,可以原始地通过与室外空气的换风来改善室内空气质量,然而由于上述各方面的空气污染问题,与室外空气的换风并不能有效地改善室内空气质量,急需有效地、新式的方法来净化室内空气,于是便催发了室内空气净化器的产生。室内空气净化器给人们提供了室内空气环境污染的解决方案,将室内污染程度较重的空气通过净化得到相对纯净无污染对人体无害的气体,使人们能够生活在安全、健康、舒适的环境中。
[0004]目前市场上的多功能的净化装置大都是依靠净化媒介净化室内空气的,而现有的净化媒介在使用到一定阶段后,都需要定时清洗或者更换,才能保持良好的净化效果。由于室内处于基本封闭的状态和环境,如果净化媒介清洗、更换不及时,多功能的净化装置在净化空气的过程中就会造成二次污染,此时的净化媒介不仅不能净化空气,而且还会对使用者的健康生产危害。现有的的多功能的净化装置虽然工作原理各不尽相同,净化媒介区别较大,外观形状各异,但内部结构都比较复杂,净化媒介通常位于多功能的净化装置的内部或者底部,置于不可触摸的位置。这对于普通家庭和个人来说,更换、清洗净化媒介必须要依靠专业的维修、售后、销售人员才能完成,使用成本相对较高,且不便于日常生活使用。
[0005] 除此之外,在寒冷的冬天,往往需另配备加热器对室内空气进行间断性的加热或者加湿,因此,需要一种家用可以兼顾对空气进行加热和加湿功能的空气净化器。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于净化室内空气的多功能的净化装置。该多功能的净化装置结构简单,使用方便,可方便更换过滤的滤芯。

[0022] 本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明结构简单、设置合理、制作成本低,根据需要及使用情况随时更换净化媒介,同时也可根据室内空气情况选择放置净化媒介,从不同方面满足了使用者的净化需要,使用方便,满足市场需要。除此之外,空气经过紫外线照射、光触媒催化的“两重净化”,能够有效净化空气中的细菌、病毒、真菌等。纳米活性炭过滤网,能够有效吸收空气中的有机物、恶臭刺鼻气味以及空气中可能存在的为净化彻底的极细颗粒物等,实现空气的深度净化。在净化空气的同时,还可以对空气进行加热或加湿,提高室内温度或者湿度。

[0028] 如附图1-2所示,一种家用可更换净化媒介的多功能的净化装置,多功能的净化装置为水平放置的柱体,例如:圆柱体,其左端设有进气口 10,右端上部设有一孔,该孔上安装有离心叶轮7,进气口设有多个用于排气的小孔。多功能的净化装置内从左至右依次安装有颗粒过滤装置1、风扇2、紫外灯3、有机过滤装置4、空气加热装置和过滤棉9,其中,空气加热装置可以为电加热管6。
[0029] 颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置分别与外壳铰接且从所述外壳内部旋转式抽拉,例如:外壳5上设有用于颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置从外壳5内部向外壳5外部旋转的开口,如图1-2所示;外壳由间隔的壳体组成,颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置与外壳铰接在间隔的壳体之间,如图3所示。

[0035] 该多功能的净化装置的工作过程为:电机带动风扇转动,风扇从外壳的左端的进气口吸入空气,空气在该空气过滤器中先后经过颗粒过滤装置、紫外灯和有机物过滤装置。颗粒过滤装置中的粗效过滤网可过滤空气中的颗粒,紫外灯照射具有较好的杀菌效果和一定的分解有机物的能力,有机物过滤装置中的纳米活性炭过滤网可除去空气中气味和有机气体,进一步保证本多功能的净化装置的使用舒适度。该多功能的净化装置可选择对过滤空气进行加湿或者是加热,以保证室内的湿度和温度,经过加热或者加湿后的空气从外壳右端上部的离心叶轮排出。
[0036] 当本空气过滤器使用过一段时间后,可将颗粒过滤装置从外壳中旋转出,更换粗效过滤网。还可将有机物过滤装置从外壳中旋转出,更换纳米活性炭过滤网,以保证过滤的效果。

1.一种家用可更换净化媒介的多功能的净化装置,包括外壳、紫外灯、风扇、颗粒过滤装置、有机物过滤装置、空气加热装置、离心叶轮和过滤棉,其特征在于,所述多功能的净化装置为水平放置的柱体,其左端设有进气口,右端上部设有一孔,该孔上安装有离心叶轮,所述多功能的净化装置内从左至右依次安装有颗粒过滤装置、风扇、紫外灯、有机过滤装置、空气加热装置和过滤棉; 所述颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置分别与外壳铰接且从所述外壳内部旋转式抽拉,其中,所述颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置的纵向截面和所述壳体纵向截面相同;所述颗粒过滤装置内安装有颗粒过滤层,所述有机物过滤装置内安装有机物过滤层; 所述风扇安装在外壳内部,用于在外壳内形成从左往右的气流; 所述紫外灯安装在外壳的内壁; 所述外壳的上部设有一个给过滤棉加水的进水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用可更换净化媒介的多功能的净化装置,其特征在于,所述颗粒过滤层为粗效过滤网。
3.根据权利要求2所述的家用可更换净化媒介的多功能的净化装置,其特征在于,所述粗效过滤网是G4级粗效过滤网。
