Abstract
一种家用可更换净化媒介的空气加湿净化器,空气加湿净化器为水平放置的柱体,其左端设有进气口,右端设有出气口,所述空气加湿净化器内从左至右依次安装有颗粒过滤装置、风扇、紫外灯、有机过滤装置和过滤棉;颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置分别与外壳铰接且从外壳内部旋转式抽拉,紫外灯安装在外壳的内壁;过滤棉固装在外壳内出气口的左端,外壳的上部设有一个给过滤棉加水的进水口。本发明结构简单、设置合理、制作成本低,根据需要及使用情况随时更换净化媒介,同时也可根据室内空气情况选择放置净化媒介,从不同方面满足了使用者的净化需要,在净化空气的同时并对净化的空气进行加湿,在实现空气净化的同时实现加湿功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气加湿净化器技术领域,特别是涉及一种家用可更换净化媒介的空气加湿净化器。
背景技术
近些年来,室外空气污染愈发严重,雾霾天气频繁发生,越来越多的人选择更多的时间呆在室内。但是室内空气流动性差,这样造成室内空气容易造成污染,并且室内装修材料挥发甲醛、苯、二甲苯等有机气体,对人们的身心健康造成了严重的影响。随着人们健康意识的提高,室内空气净化已成为业内研究的焦点。
目前市场上的空气加湿净化器大都是依靠净化媒介净化室内空气的,而现有的净化媒介在使用到一定阶段后,都需要定时清洗或者更换,才能保持良好的净化效果。由于室内处于基本封闭的状态和环境,如果净化媒介清洗、更换不及时,空气加湿净化器在净化空气的过程中就会造成二次污染,此时的净化媒介不仅不能净化空气,而且还会对使用者的健康生产危害。现有的空气加湿净化器虽然工作原理各不尽相同,净化媒介区别较大,外观形状各异,但内部结构都比较复杂,净化媒介通常位于空气加湿净化器的内部或者底部,置于不可触摸的位置。这对于普通家庭和个人来说,更换、清洗净化媒介必须要依靠专业的维修、售后、销售人员才能完成,使用成本相对较高,且不便于日常生活使用。
除此之外,在干燥寒冷的冬天,往往需另配备加湿器对室内空气进行加湿。需要一种可以同时实现加湿和净化功能的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于净化室内空气的空气加湿净化器。该空气加湿净化器结构简单,使用方便,可方便更换过滤的滤芯。
因此,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种家用可更换净化媒介的空气加湿净化器,包括外壳、紫外灯、风扇、颗粒过滤装置、有机物过滤装置和过滤棉,所述空气加湿净化器为水平放置的柱体,其左端设有进气口,右端设有出气口,所述空气加湿净化器内从左至右依次安装有颗粒过滤装置、风扇、紫外灯、有机过滤装置和过滤棉;
所述颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置分别与外壳铰接且从所述外壳内部旋转式抽拉,其中,所述颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置的纵向截面和所述壳体纵向截面相同;所述颗粒过滤装置内安装有颗粒过滤层,所述有机物过滤装置内安装有机物过滤层;
所述风扇安装在外壳内部,用于在外壳内形成从左往右的气流;
所述紫外灯安装在外壳的内壁;
所述外壳的上部设有一个给过滤棉加水的进水口。
优选的是,所述颗粒过滤层为粗效过滤网。
优选的是,所述粗效过滤网是G4级粗效过滤网。
优选的是,所述有机物过滤层为纳米活性炭过滤网。
优选的是,所述纳米活性炭过滤网是蜂窝状纳米活性炭过滤网,其孔密度为300孔/平方英寸,体积密度0.38-0.42g/ml。
优选的是,所述风扇包括电机,其中,所述电机驱动风扇转动。
优选的是,在所述紫外灯的照射范围内设有多个二氧化钛面板。
优选的是,所述颗粒过滤装置壳体与所述外壳的接缝处安装有密封圈。
优选的是,所述有机物过滤装置壳体与所述外壳的接缝处安装有密封圈。
优选的是,所述空气加湿净化器的进气口和出气口均设有多个用于排气的小孔。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明结构简单、设置合理、制作成本低,根据需要及使用情况随时更换净化媒介,同时也可根据室内空气情况选择放置净化媒介,从不同方面满足了使用者的净化需要,使用方便,满足市场需要。除此之外,空气经过紫外线照射、光触媒催化的“两重净化”,能够有效净化空气中的细菌、病毒、真菌等。纳米活性炭过滤网,能够有效吸收空气中的有机物、恶臭刺鼻气味以及空气中可能存在的为净化彻底的极细颗粒物等,并释放出加湿的空气,在实现空气净化的同时实现加湿功能。

其中,1为颗粒过滤装置,2为风扇,3为紫外灯,4为有机物过滤装置,5为外壳,6为进水口,7为过滤棉,8为进气口,9为出气口,10为电机。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如附图1-2所示,一种家用可更换净化媒介的空气加湿净化器,空气加湿净化器为水平放置的柱体,例如:圆柱体,其左端设有进气口8,如图3所示,右端设有出气口9,进气口和出气口均设有多个用于排气的小孔。空气加湿净化器内从左至右依次安装有颗粒过滤装置1、风扇2、紫外灯3、有机过滤装置4和过滤棉7。
颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置分别与外壳铰接且从所述外壳内部旋转式抽拉,例如:外壳上设有用于颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置从外壳5内部向外壳外部旋转的开口,如图1-2所示;外壳由间隔的壳体组成,颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置与外壳铰接在间隔的壳体之间,如图4所示。
其中,为保持该空气加湿净化器的密闭性,颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置的纵向截面和壳体纵向截面相同,且颗粒过滤装置壳体与外壳的接缝处安装有用于密封的密封圈(图中并未画出),有机物过滤装置壳体与外壳的接缝处安装有用于密封的密封圈(图中并未画出)。
所述颗粒过滤装置内安装有颗粒过滤层(图中并未画出),用于过滤空气中的颗粒物。所述有机物过滤装置内安装有机物过滤层(图中并未画出),有机物过滤层用于过滤有机物。其中,颗粒过滤层是G4级粗效过滤网。有机物过滤层为纳米活性炭过滤网是蜂窝状纳米活性炭过滤网,其孔密度为300孔/平方英寸,体积密度0.38-0.42g/ml。
风扇2安装在外壳5内部,用于在外壳内形成从左往右的气流,其中风扇为吸气性风扇。风扇包括电机10,其中,电机驱动风扇转动。
紫外灯安装在外壳内风扇和有机过滤装置之间,在紫外灯3的照射范围内设有多个二氧化钛面板。当紫外光照射到二氧化钛上,二氧化钛会产生大量的高活性自由基,这些自由基可将有机化合物氧化分解,进一步实现对空气中有机物的分解。
过滤棉固装在外壳内出气口的左端,外壳的上部设有一个给过滤棉7加水的进水口6。通过进水口6注入水,注入的水可将过滤棉7浸湿,过滤后的空气通过浸湿的过滤棉后排出可以实现对空气的加湿。
该空气加湿净化器的工作过程为:电机带动风扇转动,风扇从外壳的左端的进气口吸入空气,空气在该空气过滤器中先后经过颗粒过滤装置、紫外灯和有机物过滤装置。颗粒过滤装置中的粗效过滤网可过滤空气中的颗粒,紫外灯照射具有较好的杀菌效果和一定的分解有机物的能力,有机物过滤装置中的纳米活性炭过滤网可除去空气中气味和有机气体,进一步保证本空气加湿净化器的使用舒适度,经过过滤后的空气通过加水的过滤棉后从外壳右端的出气口排出。
当本空气过滤器使用过一段时间后,可将颗粒过滤装置从外壳中旋转出,更换粗效过滤网。还可将有机物过滤装置从外壳中旋转出,更换纳米活性炭过滤网,以保证过滤的效果。
以上对本发明做了示例性的描述,应该说明的是,在不脱离本发明的核心的情况下,任何简单的变形、修改或者其他本领域技术人员能够不花费创造性劳动的等同替换均落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种家用可更换净化媒介的空气加湿净化器,包括外壳、紫外灯、风扇、颗粒过滤装置、有机物过滤装置和过滤棉,其特征在于,所述空气加湿净化器为水平放置的柱体,其左端设有进气口,右端设有出气口,所述空气加湿净化器内从左至右依次安装有颗粒过滤装置、风扇、紫外灯、有机过滤装置和过滤棉;
所述颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置分别与外壳铰接且从所述外壳内部旋转式抽拉,其中,所述颗粒过滤装置和有机物过滤装置的纵向截面和所述壳体纵向截面相同;所述颗粒过滤装置内安装有颗粒过滤层,所述有机物过滤装置内安装有机物过滤层;
所述风扇安装在外壳内部,用于在外壳内形成从左往右的气流;
所述紫外灯安装在外壳的内壁;
所述外壳的上部设有一个给过滤棉加水的进水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用可更换净化媒介的空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,所述颗粒过滤层为粗效过滤网。
3.根据权利要求2所述的家用可更换净化媒介的空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,所述粗效过滤网是G4级粗效过滤网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家用可更换净化媒介的空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,所述有机物过滤层为纳米活性炭过滤网。
5.根据权利要求4所述的家用可更换净化媒介的空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,所述纳米活性炭过滤网是蜂窝状纳米活性炭过滤网,其孔密度为300孔/平方英寸,体积密度0.38-0.42g/ml。
6.根据权利要求1所述的家用可更换净化媒介的空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,所述风扇包括电机,其中,所述电机驱动风扇转动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的家用可更换净化媒介的空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,在所述紫外灯的照射范围内设有多个二氧化钛面板。
8.根据权利要求1所述的家用可更换净化媒介的空气加湿净化器,其特征在于,所述颗粒过滤装置壳体与所述外壳的接缝处安装有密封圈。
